They charge you for parking even though it says free parking in the add. They also charge you for towels to use it in the pool, I'm not sure if this is normal in the area, they charge you to use the tennis court, they charge for everything.

No se considera como no gustar, pero podria haber mator variedad en el desayuno y el baño puede estar mejor equipado. Pero eso no quita que sea un lugar adecuado para estar.

L’emplacement est pratique dans un quartier calme et plutôt résidentiel proche d’un petite plage . La piscine est bien entretenue et dans un joli cadre.

La chambre qu’on a proposé était au sous sol de l’établissement et sentait très fort l’humidité. J’ai demandé à changer de chambre ce qui a été accepté pour une chambre au rdc. Elle sentait moins l’humidité mais l’odeur était encore présente et la literie était imprégnée de l’odeur d’humidité. De plus la chambre était à côté de l’entrée et assez bruyante le matin . Le coffre fort qui était dans la chambre était payant 2 euros par jour , jamais vu ça !Mauvais rapport qualité prix !!! Très déçue je n’y reviendrai jamais .

L’emplacement est bien car ce n’est un endroit sympa et assez calme. Proximité avec d’autres villages/stations balnéaires et de nombreuses criques à environ 30 minutes en voiture. Plage à 10 minutes à pieds. Personnel accueillant, chambre propre, petit déjeuner buffet agréable.

Es ist alles sehr sauber Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Ausstrahlung ist geschmackvoll und landestypisch. Das Frühstücks Buffet war sehr gut.

Wir hatten ein Apartment mit Kochzeile, wobei es dann leider nur 1 Fenster ganz am Ende des Raums gab,. Sk hatte das ganze von der Belichtung her eher Kellercharakter.

Sauberkeit, Zimmerausstattung, Zimmerreinigung, Restaurant, Lage, Hotelanlage schön grün, Rezeptionsmitarbeiter sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Pool fand ich sehr klein und Anzahl Liegen im Sommer recht knapp bemessen. Frühstücksauswahl war ausreichend, leider wurde aber das Buffet oft sehr langsam wieder aufgefüllt, so dass oft wenig Auswahl verfügbar war (Rührei, Croissants, Schokobrötchen, Käse...)

Beautiful hotel in a lovely, peaceful location. It is very quiet and less than a 10-minute walk from two amazing beaches. There are also quite a few restaurants nearby offering delicious local food at great prices. The hotel staff are very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The rooms are spacious and cleaned every day. There are also two swimming pools to enjoy. The breakfast is freshly prepared, with plenty of choice and everything you need to start the day. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back! Highly recommended!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

El personal encantador tanto limpiadoras,camareros, recepción...las instalaciones están genial, las piscinas muy limpias y muy buenos horarios, el restaurante muy bueno y muy poca gente en el hotel para ser agosto.

La habitación muy cómoda, amplia y super limpia. El trato excelente al igual que los servicios del hotel. El desayuno amplio y de calidad. Con supermercado y restaurantes justo enfrente. Aparcamiento suficiente en la calle (gratis). Muy recomendable

Das Personal war nett . Zimmer war in Ordnung . Mit Blick zum Meer . Im Hotel gab es ein Restaurant . Zwei Pool und eine Kino Leinwand im freien , direkt am Restaurant . Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt . Mit dem Auto kann man die Gegend erkunden . Frühstück war in Ordnung .

Obiekt ma już swoje lata, szczególnie łazienki, które mogłyby zostać odświeżone. Personel sprzątający dbał jednak o to, aby były one utrzymane w czystości.

I only liked how the staff wanted to help us, but it didn't change anything

I absolutely disliked everything. The rooms are very old and dirty, with mold everywhere - in the bathroom between the tiles and near the air conditioner. There was someone else’s hair on the bed and on the doors. They offered to change our room, but that did not improve the situation. There is no proper security system: the room is locked with an ordinary key, and anyone could potentially enter your room. We did not feel safe in the room at all. The housekeeping was terrible. The bed linen was not changed, and neither were the towels - the old towels were simply folded neatly and put back. The floors were not vacuumed; they were just mopped with some kind of cleaning solution that smelled very strongly of vinegar, spreading the dirt that was already on the floor everywhere. The water also smelled strongly of chlorine. There was a wide variety of food at breakfast, but the quality was quite cheap, and you could definitely tell. The drinks were the same - the juices tasted like powdered concentrate diluted with water, and the coffee was also terrible. This hotel is definitely not worth the money. We have stayed in much better hotels for a lower price. Even though the hotel is located near the sea, it feels like you are staying in some remote village. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Es ist ein schönes Hotel, extrem sauber und bemüht alle Wünsche zu erfüllen! Tolle Betten. Sichere, ruhige Gegend mit Tennisplatz/ Minigolf etc. Das Frühstück ist mega und das Hotelrestaurant ist gut. Ich hatte mir selber löslichen Kaffee mitgebracht, da ich den aus dem Automaten nicht so mag. Strand in der Nähe. Mietet euch ein Auto und fahrt die anderen Strände auch ab! Man findet immer einen Parpkatz, den Hoteleigenen fand ich zu teuer, muss ja auch nicht sein. Der Supermarkt gegenüber hat alles, was man braucht. Viele Restaurants. Bus direkt am Hotel Wenn etwas nicht passt, einfach ansprechen. Prima Rezeption. Danke für die wunderbare Zeit

La situación del hotel por que esta en uno de los sitios que mas nos gusta de la isla. A nivel de restauración hay 4 restaurantes para poder elegir que te dan muy buen producto a buen precio. Personal de la cafetería muy implicado y muy amable, así como todo ese espacio se veía renovado, pantalla grande en terraza y muy tranquilo

Entendemos que estan haciendo reformas ya que es el tercer año que nos hospedábamos allí y se han notado mejoras con respecto al anterior, pero las habitaciones están muy desfasadas, sobre todo el baño. Los servicios de la piscina estaban estropeados desde el primer día que llegamos y tenias que meterte en los del hotel. Precio alquiler pista de tenis desproporcionado 10 euros la hora sin material.

Las instalaciones bien. Tiene piscina muy agradable, un bar y varios restaurantes cercanos. El restaurante de la playa está genial. El desayuno estaba muy bien.

La cama se hundía un poco en el medio, aunque las almohadas eran cómodas. El secador era el típico sin potencia.

Nous avons était surclassé, dans le bâtiment à côté de l’hôtel. La chambre spacieuse, la piscine, petit bâtiment de deux étages. L’endroit est calme et proche de restaurants et d’une supérette. Plage à 5/10 minutes.

La struttura è un po' datata e avrebbe bisogno di qualche intervento migliorativo. In ogni caso la camera era molto grande e sempre pulita. Colazione abbondante e variegata. La posizione dell'hotel è molto strategica per raggiungere facilmente le calette attorno alla zona. Personale molto disponibile, un ringraziamento particolare va a Pablo, sempre sorridente e cordiale.

La tenda nella vasca e lo scarico del wc che si bloccava continuamente nonostante la manutenzione straordinaria effettuata dall' idraulico.

La tranquilidad del propio hotel y de la zona. La habitación ideal, amplia, con terraza. La zona de jardines con mucho encanto y en la piscina, rodeada de pinos, se respiraba mucha paz. La playa está muy cerca, preciosa. En la misma puerta del hotel la parada de bus que conecta con las otras calas de la zona. Y el precio, muy bueno para ser temporada alta, pleno agosto. Me ha entusiasmado, lo recomiendo mucho.

La camera era semplice, ma pulita e dotata di tutto il necessario: frigorifero, aria condizionata e anche uno stendino sul balcone, molto comodo. La colazione era abbastanza varia e tutto ciò che abbiamo provato era buono. Il personale è stato molto cordiale e disponibile. Abbiamo apprezzato anche la presenza di due piscine separate: una riservata agli adulti (+18) e una dedicata ai bambini. Non abbiamo usufruito dei parcheggi a pagamento della struttura, perché in zona è possibile trovare parcheggio gratuito sulla strada. Nel complesso ci siamo trovati bene e siamo soddisfatti del soggiorno.

The room had a very unpleasant sewage smell throughout our stay. The housekeeping staff cleaned every day and used disinfectant, but it could not cover the odor because it seemed to come from the plumbing system. The property clearly needs renovation to fix this issue. The wardrobe also had a strong musty smell. It looked like there may have been water damage in the past, and the furniture had not been replaced. The children pool was dirty. There was a very nice swimming pool on the other side of the garden but children did not seem to be welcome there. Overall, the daily cleaning was appreciated, the cleaning staff did an awesome job, but the condition of the room and the facilities were very disappointing.

We received a room upgrade:) Staff was super nice and responded quickly when contacting. Breakfast selection was perfect! Parking was possible outside of the hotel for free. The pool is really nice!

Hotel położony w zachodniej części wyspy. Blisko do plaży (około 500 metrów). Obiekt ma swoje lata, ale panuje duża czystość. Przemiła obsługa. Bardzo dobry większy basen od frontu obiektu. Śniadania bardzo podobne każdego dnia, ale smaczne. :-)

Brak bezpłatnego parkingu. Na szczęście wokół obiektu sporo bezpłatnych miejsc parkingowych. Wieczorem i tak jest trudno zaparkować. Drugi basen dość średni i mały - ale to detal.

El aire acondicionado estaba en modo calefacción, entiendo que no era verano, pero era la última semana de mayo y estábamos a 30grados. Es inhumano poner calefacción.

The hotel was close to the beach and they also provide a 10% discount at their partner restaurant on the beachside. The hotel staff was very friendly and cordial.

Parking is not free. The bathroom also needs better cleaning. Noise levels were also bad if the upstairs visitors are rowdy. Breakfast menu needs to be updated as well.

The staff are amazing, they cleaned our room every day (changing the towels and bed lining). Everyone is very nice and helpful. The breakfast is amazing, bunch of variety, although I'd recommend adding some more cheeses, salads and maybe more variety of eggs. The hotel is on a bit older side, not renovated, but we didn't mind. It was clean and the location was very convenient for our travel plan (we did have a car though).

The bathroom needs renovation for sure. We could find mold in different places. Also, the parking is expensive (the hotel has it's parking, but it's 5-15€ per day, depending on the location). It was easy to find a free street parking though

Se encuentra a 5 min.andando de la playa Cala Murada, hay 6 restaurantes que puedes ir andando, un supermercado barato enfrente y algún negocio más. También hay una parada de bus justo allí. Hay 2 piscinas, una pequeña de solo adultos hasta las 20.00 y otra más grande y con más profundidad donde tb hay niños, ésta cierra a las 18.00h. Las habitaciones son grandes con terraza y tendedero, nevera, tv, secador de pelo, y gel de baño. No hay champú. Nos dejaron una sombrilla para la playa, lo cual es todo un detalle.😄 Otro punto muy a favor, es que al estar con los mundiales tenían una pantalla gigante en la terraza y siempre había mucho ambiente😄. Calas con aguas turquesas cerca ( en coche)

El desayuno era bastante básico. La bollería era bastante industrial. También había melón, sandía, yogur, jamón cocido, queso, queso fresco, huevos, crissants, minimagdalenas, mini donuts, mini ensaimadas, etc
