아침식사랑 저녁식사가 포함되어 있었으며, 만족스러웠습니다. 원래 숙소머물며 마요르카 이곳저곳 돌기 위해서 렌트카를 했는데, 숙소가 편안하고 좋아서 일정 내내 숙소에 머물며 물놀이를 즐겼습니다.

옆 방이 티비를 엄청 크게 틀고 봐서 소리가 들렸지만, 잘 잤습니다 ㅎ 그리고 숙소의 프라이빗비치에 파도가 좀 더 잔잔했으면 좋았을 것 같습니다.

ausgezeichnete Lage und eine tolle Möglichkeit, direkt vor dem Pool von der Klippe ins Meer zu springen :) leider war das Servicepersonal eher mittelmäßig. Lediglich Caterina war eine 10/10!! Sieber fleißig, freundlich, sprachlich extrem kompetent und hatte immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen! well done!

Das Gebäude selber hat schon die besten Jahre gesehen, morgens um sieben wurden wir oft vom Lärm des Personals geweckt.

Das Personal und die Lage waren total super. Das Personal morgens war sehr freundlich und die Sonnenliegen direkt am Meer sowie der kleine Zugang zum türkisblauen Wasser waren wirklich unglaublich.

Das Frühstück war recht „normal“. Tolle Porriges oder Bowls gibt es nicht. Es gibt trotzdem eine große Auswahl aber kein Wow Effekt. Das Essen abends haben wir auch nur einmal genutzt, etwas teuer und das Essen war ganz gut.

Personal war sehr freundlich, es gibt einen Gym, die Nähe zum Beach ist toll, ausreichend Parkplätze

Die Auswahl beim Frühstück ist ok, der Poolrand war kein schöner Anblick, die Pflanzen als Deko beim Pool hatten auch schon bessere Tage

Sehr gut und für 3 bis 4 Tage sehr abwechslungsreich, dann wiederholt es sich.

Kulinarisch (sowohl Essen und Getränke) könnte das Hotel für den Preis einen höheren Standard liefern.

Me gustó todo, desde la ubicación del hotel que tiene unas vistas impresionantes de una Cala preciosa con agua turquesa . Las instalaciones del hotel y habitacion preciosa y cómoda. por último todos sus trabajadores fueron súper amables, serviciales y profesionales. Nuestro vuelo era por la noche y nos ofrecieron poder seguir disfrutando de todas sus instalaciones e incluso darnos una ducha antes de irnos sin coste adicional. Volveremos en un futuro y lo recomiendo.

Lo único que cambiaría de mi estancia es que nuestra habitación no tenía persiana . Tiene unas cortinas oscuras pero entra un poco de luz al amanecer , entonces me desperté temprano.

The hotel has direct access to a beautiful beach. The staff were very kind to lend us a beach umbrella and towels.

The parking lot was very small, only accommodating about 8 cars. Otherwise, your only option is street parking. Also, the balcony door had no handle from the outside, so if you did not keep the door open, you could potentially lock yourself out.

Incredible views and total relaxation at Icon Valparaiso Being adults-only, the whole hotel had such a peaceful, chilled-out atmosphere, with a great vibe by the pool. The location is a real highlight, perched on the cliffs close to Cala Domingos beach with stunning views over the beach and the Mediterranean. It's a quiet, relaxed spot, though if you fancy more bars and restaurants, Cala d'Or is about a 25 minute drive away. We hired a car from Palma airport which made getting around easy, but it's worth noting this location could be trickier if you're relying on taxis. Breakfast was a lovely continental spread, and if you fancied anything else, the chef in the kitchen was happy to make requests, which was a nice touch. Rooms were a great size with a lovely spacious balcony and a glass shower. Special mention to Sanne, who looked after us throughout our stay and was brilliant from start to finish. Service from all the staff was excellent throughout. We'd definitely recommend Icon Valparaiso to any couple looking for a relaxing break with amazing views.

Caterina was great! She was hard working and very sweet. Antonia was serving us well and she was sweet as well. The whole staff is very kind and helpful. Everything is clean. The only complaint is that we got food for example fish with a bed of salad (as written in the menu) and it came with potatoes and veggies instead. But it was still tasty.

Besonders hervorzuheben ist die traumhafte Lage des Hotels. Der Ausblick auf das Meer ist wunderschön und der direkte Zugang zur Bucht bzw. zum Strand ist ein großer Pluspunkt. Dadurch kann man je nach Lust und Laune sowohl den Pool als auch das Meer genießen. Positiv fanden wir außerdem, dass jederzeit ausreichend Liegen für alle Gäste vorhanden waren und man nicht schon früh morgens reservieren musste. Die Qualität der Speisen war sehr gut. Sowohl das Frühstück als auch das Abendessen haben uns geschmacklich überzeugt und die Gerichte waren hochwertig zubereitet.

Leider hat unser Aufenthalt insgesamt nicht unseren Erwartungen an ein Hotel dieser Preiskategorie entsprochen. Bereits bei der Anreise entsprach das erste Zimmer mit Meerblick nicht den Bildern sowie unseren Erwartungen. Der Blick ging überwiegend auf den großen Hotelkomplex auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite der Bucht. Nach unserer Reklamation erhielten wir glücklicherweise ein anderes Zimmer mit deutlich schönerem Ausblick auf das offene Meer. Hier sollte jedoch transparenter kommuniziert werden, dass sich die Aussicht je nach Lage des Zimmers erheblich unterscheiden kann. Außerdem empfanden wir die Zimmer als sehr klein. Besonders das offene Badezimmerkonzept hat uns nicht überzeugt – dass das WC nach oben hin offen ist und somit kaum Privatsphäre bietet, fanden wir wenig gelungen. Der größte Kritikpunkt war jedoch der Service. Zwar gab es einzelne sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter:innen, insgesamt wirkte das Personal jedoch meist überfordert, ungeschult und nicht besonders serviceorientiert. Die Wartezeiten beim Abendessen waren oft sehr lang und der Umgang mit den Gästen entsprach nicht dem Niveau, das man sonst erwarten kann. Teilweise wurden wir derart unhöflich behandelt, dass unsere Stimmung dadurch getrübt wurde. Auch die Sauberkeit ließ teilweise zu wünschen übrig. Am Anreisetag war unser Zimmer leider nicht ordentlich gereinigt (unter anderem wurde der Mistkübel nicht entleert, die Dusche war nicht sauber und Toilettenpapier fehlte). An den folgenden Tagen war die Reinigung deutlich besser. Im Poolbereich wurden leere Gläser und Flaschen häufig erst sehr spät weggeräumt und auch andere Verschmutzungen blieben längere Zeit liegen. Enttäuschend war außerdem das gastronomische Angebot rund um die Bar. Mehrere Getränke der Karte waren nicht verfügbar und die Cocktails standen in keinem Verhältnis zum Preis. Für einen Piña Colada wurden 15 € verrechnet.

We had an amazing stay at Hotel Icon Valparaiso! The hotel is absolutely beautiful, spotless, and very well maintained. Every area was impeccably clean, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We also got a special attention from the Hotel for our Honey Moon <3 ! The restaurant was also outstanding. Every meal we had was absolutely delicious, with fresh ingredients and excellent presentation. A special thank you to Antonia, who made our dining experience unforgettable. She always provided exceptional service with a warm smile and a cheerful laugh that brightened every visit. She is incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely makes guests feel welcome. We highly recommend Hotel Icon Valparaiso and its restaurant to anyone looking for a relaxing stay with outstanding food and exceptional hospitality. We can’t wait to come back!

The location and views are incredible! The front desk staff was great also.

There were a couple of oddities. I wish the bathroom had a full door/closed completely. The parking situation wasn’t as easy as advertised. The pool is small, but the beach access is easy and the views truly are amazing from the sun beds and balconies. It was also odd that they told us no dinner reservation was available, but the restaurant seemed nearly empty at dinner time.

L’hôtel était très joli , bien décoré et la chambre super sympa ! La vue est belle et l’eau magnifique même si ….

Grosse déception avec deux immenses constructions de club vacances juste en face de l’hôtel dans cette si jolie crique ….. vraiment dommage….. que la côte n’ai pas été préservée de ce côté alors que notre hôtel ne fait pas plus de deux étages . Et service en salle pour le restaurant catastrophique sur toute la semaine ! Personnel gentil mais pas compétent malheureusement ( beaucoup ne parle même pas anglais !) incompréhensible demi pension avec boissons payantes même l’eau …. Plats bons mais peu de choix … A 2700€ la semaine ça pique vraiment !!! Du coup c’est un gros moins sur ce point . Buffet petit dej très bien en revanche .

Wunderschönes Hotel in toller Lage nahe am Meer. Sehr sauber, mit entspannter Atmosphäre und einem hervorragenden Frühstücksbuffet mit riesiger Auswahl an frischen Brötchen, Säften und vielem mehr. Besonders positiv: Bei Halbpension können zusätzliche À-la-carte-Gerichte wie Omeletts, Rührei oder Birchermüesli bestellt werden.

Lediglich die Zimmerreinigung könnte gründlicher sein, und die Verständigung mit dem Reinigungspersonal auf Englisch war teilweise schwierig.

Top Lage und ausgesprochen freundliches Personal! Jeder Wunsch wurde erfüllt. Am Abreisetag litt meine Freundin an einer Lebensmittelvergiftung und war zum Zeitpunkt des regulären Check-Outs nicht reisefähig.. uns wurde sofort angeboten länger im Zimmer zu bleiben und nach Rücksprache mit der Managerin ein Aufenthalt bis zum Abend ohne Aufpreis ermöglicht. Selten so hilfsbereites Personal und kulantes Management erlebt! Klare Empfehlung!

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr bemüht und freundlich.

Unser Eindruck ist, dass seitens der Betreiber in den letzten Jahren zu wenig investiert wurde. Zustand, Angebot und Gesamtqualität standen für uns leider in keinem angemessenen Verhältnis zum Preis. Aus unserer Sicht entspricht das Hotel nicht dem 4-Sterne-Standard, den wir aufgrund von Preis und Beschreibung erwartet hätten. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt deshalb vorzeitig beendet und sind in ein anderes Hotel gewechselt – zum vergleichbaren Preis, aber mit dem von uns erwarteten Qualitätsniveau.

Staff so friendly making us feel welcomed. They even prepare the breakfast for us at 4am!! Highly recommend.

El hotel no tiene aislamiento , se escucha todo , las puertas son de corcho . Le falta mantenimiento . Yo creo que es más un 3 estrellas . Lo peor fueron los malos modos del camarero de los desayunos , quejándose de su ciática y de que había muchas mesas que atender , y tb la otra chica rubia que no es española , muy borde si le pedías la carta te decía de malas maneras que ya te la llevaba ella ..... el desayuno escaso y cutre . Lo único bueno que tiene es su situación pero la bajada a la playa estaba todo fatal , lleno de hierbas , sin mantenimiento , faltan baldosas , todo muy cutre . Super caro para lo que es . Tienen que invertir en mejorar y renovar .

Comfortable and clean rooms with beautiful views, great location just a short walk down to the beach, high quality breakfast, and the most wonderful and welcoming staff. From check in to departure they helped us with all our questions, dinner reservations and always made sure we had what we needed for a comfortable stay. Thank you for making our trip special. I’m sorry for the late review, but I absolutely have to give this hotel a 1000% positive rating! The hotel was very quiet, and even on rainy days, the view from the restaurant by the window was incredibly beautiful. Most importantly, the service here was the best experience of my entire trip! My friend and I arrived by rental car, but the next day the car battery died. We called roadside assistance, but because of the language barrier, they had trouble finding us and were delayed for a long time. So we asked the hotel staff for help. Everyone at the hotel was extremely kind and helpful. They first tried to fix the problem themselves, and although they couldn’t solve it in the end, they invited us to wait comfortably inside the hotel and helped communicate with the roadside assistance team in Spanish, making sure they found our exact location. Eventually, the car was fixed thanks to their help. We left in such a hurry that we didn’t properly thank them at the time, so I really want to express my gratitude here. Thank you so much for your kindness and support! Fabulous hotel located in a secluded part of Cala Miranda. Direct access to the beach which was not very busy. Staff were very accommodating. My wife was feeling unwell and they did their best to help, which was a very nice touch. Breakfast was fantastic with a great variety of options. Love the outdoor pool area. Didn’t manage to use it to the full extent due to the weather. Also used the gym which was very good too. Lunch menu was fine, but portions were a bit on the small side. Definitely recommend having a car to get around since the hotel is not close to most places. Overall, we had a great stay and will definitely be back.

The hotel was beautiful and very clean, food was delicious, staff were friendly and very kind. The room with the see view worth every penny, the beach also easily accessible, beautiful and very calm. Loved it. :)

We have just spent 5 nights at this hotel and we couldn’t recommend it enough. I want to start by saying all of the staff here are an absolute credit to the company. They make you feel so welcomed and looked after in all areas of the hotel. In particular, I would like to thank Sergio at the front desk. Upon arrival he was very welcoming and gave us a map where he gave us detailed recommendations based upon what we wanted to achieve this holiday. We followed up on serval of Sergio’s recommendations and they were amazing. We hiked a mountain and it was very quiet and peaceful, away from the normal busy tourist hotspots, thanks to Sergio! Natalia in the restaurant was also very kind and welcoming. She made sure we were very well looked after and felt very personable. If you wish to explore the island ontop of relaxing at the hotel, I would definitely recommend hiring a car. I can comment on public transport links as we didn’t use them, but we had a rental car and we traveled all over the island from this hotel. Most places are around 45mins / 1 hour away, but we found it very easy to navigate and drive from this hotel. We sadly had very bad weather when staying here, which meant we couldn’t make full use of the outdoor pool and lounging area. But on the days we could sit outside, it was beautiful and very well designed for all guests to be comfortable. There is a private staircase down to the beach below which is a lovely addition. The beach below isn’t private, but it was beautiful nonetheless. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel everyday and there is plenty of options to choose from on both menus. Beautiful hotel, beautiful island! Would stay again!

Un hôtel de taille humaine avec un personnel exceptionnel, sans exception. Mention particulière pour le masseur de l'espace bien-être que je recommande particulièrement. Belle chambre et restauration au top.

Une réserve sur l'orientation des chambres qui sont soit à l'est soit au nord. Par définition, le côté nord, sans doute très agréable par forte chaleur, l'est moins en avril. Les chambres côté jardin sont par contre plein sud

De lokatie is fantastisch. Neem een kamer met uitzicht op zee. Personeel is heel behulpzaam en attent. Hotel heeft een fijne boetiekachtige uitstraling.

Het ontbijt werd wat eentonig. Een tip: voor dit hotel is een huurauto bijna wel noodzakelijk. Het ligt ver van alles, het uitzicht maakt dat geheel goed. En afgelegen, ver van het massa tourisme heeft ook zijn voordelen: rust!

Venían muy pronto a hacer las habitaciones, sobre las 09.00 cuando aún o no estábamos despiertos o estábamos recién despiertos. La comida del desayuno no era muy allá y había que pedir la comida caliente sin saber muy bien lo que tenían. El gimnasio es pequeñísimo y se oye todo desde las habitaciones

It is beautifully situated overlooking the sea. As we were walking down the stairs from the taxi when we arrived we could see the incredibly gorgeous views. It was a magical ooohhhh ahhhhh moment! Simply stunning. The staff were fantastic. Their customer service support was outstanding. Every single person was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

The quality and pricing of some of the food items can be improved. The hot food items, especially for breakfast need work. For example, bacon always undercooked and eggs either made in microwave or made from some egg substitute. Had a very strange texture and taste. Also pricing an order of French fries/chips at almost €12 needs review. These 2 things were the only blip on a fabulous stay.

Die Lage ist einbisschen abgelegen

Das Hotel hat eine super tolle Aussicht über die Bucht, die man vom Zimmer aus, beim Frühstück und auf den gemütlichen Pool liegen genießen kann. Durch einen eigenen Zugang ist man innerhalb einer Minute unten am Strand. Die Zimmer sind sehr besonders und sauber - die Dusche liegt gefühlt mitten im Zimmer, sodass man während des Duschens einen Blick nach draußen aufs Meer hat, super herrlich! Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und entspannten Aufenthalt dort :)

Geweldige plek qua uitzicht en qua uitvalswegen. Uitzicht schitterend. Personeel super lief en eten was heerlijk! Terras heeft ochtend en middag zon dus fijne start van de dag. Kamer was ruim en mooi ingericht. Wel gewisseld...

Geen normaal restaurant op loopaftstand helaas: dichtst bijzijnde dorp heeft enkel snackbars en midgetgolf... De gym kan echt niet: oud, klein, slechte apparatuur. Geen zon einde van de dag, kan ook door seizoen komen. Eerste kamer was zeer gehorig: je hoort elke voetstap op de gang en kon de buren horen praten/wc gaan/ etc.

Die Lage auf den Klippen ist der Hammer

In der Bucht, dem Ort ist sonst nichts los, kein gutes Restaurant

Sehr schöne Lage auf den Klippen, direkter Zugang zur Badebucht. Viele Restaurants in der Nähe und eine Spazierpromenade auf den Klippen.

Leider war das Hotel nebenan sehr laut und hatte jeden Abend eine lautstarke Veranstaltung. Das Hotel liegt in einer Touristenanlage, das hat uns weniger gefallen. Für ins nächste Dorf muss man ins Auto steigen.

You can’t beat the views or the service from this hotel. We were blown away by the friendliness of the staff and how accommodating they were to us throughout our stay. The hotel was close to two lovely beaches and had a private pool with a beautiful lookout to enjoy as well. We can’t wait to come back

Zimmer mit Meerblick unbedingt zu empfehlen, das Frühstück war sehr gut und auch das Abendessen hat nicht enttäuscht. Die Anlage wird extrem gut gepflegt und das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war groß und die Betten sehr bequem.

Optimal bay location with nice small garden. We were very satisfied with the welcome at the reception by Pablo. We took half board and after being served a nearly frozen Rioja (red) Adri -very good service- was flexible enough to open a new bottle of Rioja with well- temperature. The good Jura coffee machines produced good coffee much better than the standard automatic machines. Delicious variety on the buffet. Quality of meat à la carte was ok not perfect.

We think the rooms are really pretty small and the room going to the garden was also directed to the parking area. Compared to other countries the price does not justify the room. For this price you can get real luxury rooms with Nespresso machines and serving high quality ice coffee from the bar. The constant background music was for our taste challenging. On the opposite site you see the ugly hotels. You have to like this.
