Reviewed Sep 18, 2026Afstand tot stad fijn. Bus is om de hoek, Uber betaalbaar, eigen P. Lift, stille kamers, goede bedden. Ontbijt zeer goed van kwaliteit. Kleine lounge, goed van comfort, kleine bar.
Ontbijt in de kelder, geen uitzicht helaas.

Verouderd. WC bleef soms doorstromen en paneel was niet bevestigd aan de muur. De douchekraan moest je in de hand houden want die kon niet vastgezet worden.

We couldn't turn off or set the air conditioning which was very uncomfortable because the air conditioner was set on a cold temperature and was coming directly to the bed

Reviewed Sep 13, 2026Os funcionários são simpáticos e receptivos. A cama é bem confortável e o banheiro tem tudo. É próximo do aeroporto e eles chama o taxi caso necessário.
O hotel é um pouco mais velho, com móveis mas antigos, mas estava tudo em boas condições. O maior problema foi a internet, o sinal não pegava bem no meu quarto.

Die Unterkunft liegt etwas außerhalb, weshalb man ein Auto braucht um nach Bologna hereinzufahren. Das hat uns allerdings nicht großartig gestört.

The breakfast is quite satisfactory, freshly brewed coffee, and is served from 6.30, which meant a lot to us. Several bus lines in the immediate vicinity, but the walk to the center is not particularly exhausting. Very good value for money. The staff is polite.

Reviewed Sep 8, 2026The staff were so good, smiling and welcoming. Very Informative. The lounge area in reception was a very nice place to chill. breakfast was fine a choice of cereal hot cold meat eggs cheese, bread rolls , juices and cappuccinos .
The location was a bit away from city. Although taxis buses & bikes are available it's very much a quiet area.But for business a ten min trip to Airport is handy .The hotel provided complementary bikes if you wanted to use them. My room was twin and was spacious bed linen spotless as were towels .but pillows found to be so hard .might be worth having two hard and two soft for guests preference, I could not use at all .The room was clean but I was checking under the bed for the missing ear plug and the dust was quite bad. We had a two night stay and it was apparent it was a bit more of a build up .Easy fix though.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Gentilezza dello staff. Sono arrivato molto prima del check-in e mi hanno dato la possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto, per poi poter girare Bologna con i mezzi pubblici. La stanza era ampia e pulitissima e un plauso alla colazione (eccezionale per la quantità e varietà di prodotti dal dolce al salato). In definitiva consiglio vivamente questa struttura

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026La camera è spaziosa e pulita, con un piccolo bagno finestrato, tutto appena ristrutturato. Lasciano a disposizione degli ospiti un apprezzatissimo kit con il necessario per il soggiorno e il viaggio (non lo si trova ovunque). Si può parcheggiare comodamente l’auto nei posti privati e raggiungere il centro in autobus. La strada di fronte è trafficata ma i serramenti nuovi insonorizzano bene la stanza. Il personale è gentile e disponibile.
Unica pecca il piccolo balcone con erba sintetica, una sedia molto vecchia e usurata e la tenda da sole degli anni ‘60.

Bagno completo di tutto, sanitari moderni con miscelatore precisi.Pressione doccia potente, ottima la tenuta box doccia.Piccolo frigorifero da incasso abbastanza silenzioso.
La tassa di soggiorno, troppo alta rispetto agli altri Comuni italiani.La periferia industriale di Bologna non è zona turistica né Stabilimento Balneare ex Regio Decreto 1938 già decaduto e poi demandato a Regioni e Comuni che stabiliscono la tassa. Comunque chi rientra nella legge 104 invalidi gravi e chi si reca per effettuare visite mediche e cure o assistenza pazienti ospedalieri è ESENTE dalla tassazione.. Informazioni presso Uffici del comune.⚖️📚

Pokoje są małe i ciasne i do tego okropnie oświetlone. Dość mała i wąska łazienka. Śniadanie skromne. Łóżko dość wygodne, ale materac się bardzo kołysze, kiedy jedna osoba się układa obok drugiej.

Bagno con ventola, sanitari nuovi e tanti specchi,kit di cortesia per l'igiene personale.Illuminazione alta o soffusa, impianto elettrico efficace. L'Ospedale Maggiore dista una sola fermata di bus dall' Hotel,per chi deve fare visite mediche . Quartiere con diversi servizi,ben collegato con il centro città e la Stazione Centrale di Bologna.
La Tassa di Soggiorno.Non so a cosa serve.Ma Brescia, Firenze, Montecatini terme costano meno A Bologna, Euro 11,60 di tasse per due giorni in hotel.Troppo !!

Reviewed Jul 15, 2026Das Hotel war gut zu erreichen, hatte genügend kostenlose Parkplätze und freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Das Zimmer war sauber und das Bad sehr modern. Beim Frühstück gab es frischen Kaffee und insgesamt war es völlig ausreichend für 9€.
Leider hat es sehr streng im Zimmer gerochen und wir vermuten es kam von der Klimaanlage, die auch nur mäßig gut funktioniert hat. Vermutlich ist einer von uns deshalb auch erkrankt, denn das was aus der Klimaanlage kam, kann nicht gesund gewesen sein. Durch die Nähe zur Straße war es etwas laut, aber auszuhalten. Das Toilettenpapier hätte aufgefüllt werden können.

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026Molto vicino alla location del meeting a cui dovevo partecipare. Zona tranquilla ma al momento del mio soggiorno si presentavano alcuni fastidi dati i lavori della tramvia che rendevano più complicati gli attraversamenti della strada principale.
Il bagno era un po' piccolo e la doccia un po' scomoda, ma a parte questo non ho altro da segnalare.

il condizionatore non si poteva regolare per mantenere la temperatura a quella programmata si accendeva e si spegneva facendo molto rumore tanto da farmi svegiare perchè era impostato al massimo.

Reviewed Jul 7, 2026Superb hotel. Really friendly staff who were able to answer all our questions about buses!! Hotel is about a 25 minute walk to the gate of the old town but the bus stop is less than 5 minutes from the doer of the hotel. Room was clean and quiet and very comfortable. We only had a breakfast on our last day, lovely continental breakfast and staff were delightful. There is a large supermarket just round the corner and a number of restaurants nearby

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026The location on the hotel is quite convenient as it is linked via buses to the city center and also the airport. The issue is that in this period they are working on the main road to upgrade the tram line, which causes some delays and disruptions. The staff was very friendly, the room pretty spacious and comfortable, and the overall experience a very good one. Breakfast is available as well and has a good selection. Good value for money.

Reviewed Jul 5, 2026I had only a night stay as had to leave to airport early next morning, i liked that for a 3 star hotel the room was super equipped, i couldnt beleive my eyes when i opened the room and switched on the lights. The room so clean. there were many other items and products which i didnt have at all in other 3 star hotels which i stayed during my holiday. I will definetely book longer stay at this hotel if i ever decide to come back to bologna.
i didnt like that there wasn't enough water pressure to take shower, the shower cubicle door needs wheels replacements and rubber protection so water will not go outfrom shower. The ac filters were full of dust but i cleaned them thanks to my past knowledge gained through working on servicing airconditioners.

Olía mucho a tabaco en la habitación. Mucho ruido debido a la cercanía con el hospital (helicóptero y ambulancias). El aire acondicionado daba directo a la cara estando tumbado. Tuvimos que llamar a recepción para que nos ayudaran a apagarlo ya que no funcionaba el termostato

Camere un po' rumorose. Matrimoniale con letti singoli un po' troppo vicini. Sarebbero stati graditi dei servizi aggiuntivi.
