Super Lage, weil günstige Anbindung an Trans-Canada Highway. Klimaanlage, kostenlose Parkplätze. Waschmaschinen vorhanden. Bequeme Betten. Schlicht aber sauber.

Kein Zimmersafe; Aufgrund der Lage hört man den Verkehr schon ganz ordentlich,

Good parking, fridge in the room, key card was awkward, comfortable beds, centrally located to where we needed to be, very friendly staff

Noisy location (busy city intersection with lots of traffic and sirens), noisy plumbing in building, expensive for a motel (but that's to be expected in Vancouver in the late summer)

The overall experience. Great staff!

The location was great. There was a bus stop right on the corner of Capilano and Marine Drive. We took the bus from that stop directly downtown. We also did a lot of walking and walked from the Shipyards in North Van back to the hotel. It did take almost a hour, but it was a great option for us. Park Royal is also nearby and there is lots of great shopping there. The staff was accommodating and friendly. We drink tea and so they provided a kettle for us to use in the room. We would recommend staying here.

The bed was a bit hard for our liking. Other than that, there was nothing we didn't like.

Very clean, close to everything we needed

Inadequate kitchenette - tea and coffee facilities were disposable cups, no spoons, pod style coffee. A kettle, a couple of glasses, mugs and spoons would have made all the difference.

Leider nicht viel. Vielleicht dass wir den Autoverkehr nur wenig gehört haben, es heißes Wasser gab und eine kleine Kaffeemaschine mit Tabs da war

Dies war die schlechteste und gleichzeitig teuerste Unterkunft unserer 20 Tage in Kanada. Zimmer sind heruntergekommen. Die Unterkunft verlangte außerdem beim Einchecken eine Kreditkartenzahlung als Sicherheit. Dies war bei der Buchung nicht ersichtlich.

Easy to find, free parking

Room had a smell but it was clean

We were greeted by a very nice person at the front desk. Our room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. I like that the AC didn't turn off at night so the room stayed cool. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.

Proximité du parc Capilano et d’un arrêt de bus emmenant facilement au downtown. Accueil très agréable malgré l’heure tardive.

A bit dated

Less expensive room needed for an overnight place to stay before embarking on a cruise to Alaska the following day. Vancouver priced for downtown hotels nearby the docks were ridiculously ramped up. For us, the SureStay Motel was an easy UBER/Taxi/bus drive the following morning — the SureStay to the downtown port. It saved us about $400 by choosing SureStay.

Die Zimmerkarten zum öffnen der Türen funktionierten extrem schlecht. Mussten 3x umziehen, einmal beinahe komplett ausgesperrt. Frontdesk nicht sehr hilfsbereit. Zimmer in die Jahre gekommen, Deckenschäden (Schimmel?) mäßig mit Farbe abgedeckt.

Motel uitgekozen voor de locatie YVR noord. Goede uitvalsbasis naar Capilano, Lynn canyon park, Cleveland dam etc. Je parkeert gratis voor je kamer. Goede bedden en koffie machine op de kamer. Prima internet en functioneel sanitair.

Niets, voor deze prijs krijg je gewoon wat je kunt verwachten. Vwb restaurants etc zit er alleen een pizza afhaal en een soort koffietentje met terras in de buurt

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly, but overall it felt too basic for the price. The rooms and facilities were very simple and old. It was okay!

Cet hôtel de type motel est plutôt vieillot. Les chambres sont très sombres mais les lits sont confortables. La localisation de l'hôtel est bonne pour rejoindre facilement et rapidement le centre de Vancouver. La place de parking devant la chambre est très pratique. Malheureusement, nous n'avons pas eu le temps d'utiliser la piscine qui ajoute un plus à cet hôtel.

Les chambres sont assez bruyantes quand la circulation redémarre dans la ville au petit matin mais cela ne nous a pas trop gêné car nous nous sommes levés de bonne heure pour aller à l'aéroport pour notre vol de retour.

Extrem in die Jahre gekommen im Stil der 70er, auch das Bad und der Teppich. Sehr eng für vier Personen.

Zwembad was een pré en het Dutch Pancake restaurant waar we heerlijk ontbeten hebben.

The room was very clean and the location for our trip to the Sunshine Coast perfect. Staff very effizient and friendly.

The Lobby and the room had a bad smell especially the shower curtain should be replaced. Also I discoverd that I had paid double the price then the actual Day rate, what surprised me very much!

Very good location, easy access to all of the famous locations as well as downtown.

When we first arrived, they gave us a room with a broken AC. We requested for a room change but got an attitude from a guy in the front desk. He refused to come check the room for us and didn’t want to give us another room, saying the AC is like that, he couldn’t do anything about it. We paid over 1000$ for a 3-night stay and this is unacceptable. After trying to explain everything in 10-15 mins, finally he gave us a new room with bad attitude. We were upset about that but other staffs were so nice and helpful so I hope the hotel could train their staff better to not let 1 person makes the hotel rating goes down.

ALL was great, restaurants and shopping, (even Walmart) within walking distance. Staff were pleasant, room was clean, bed 'very' comfortable. Not far from Capilano Bridge Park or Aquarium.

We've stayed here before as it's convenient for a one night stay after arriving and before catching the ferry to Vancouver Island the following day.

There was nothing to dislike about it. It's an older hotel/motel but it offers clean rooms and there is a pool.

I was very pleasantly surprised by the fact the room had a small kitchenette and utensils so that you could cook your own food. Apparently not all rooms are like that, but the fact you can find this in North Vancouver and at the same price as another motel is great value for money.

A basic room, but clean and a great location and free parking. Lots of pillows and comfortable bed.

The rooms are surprisingly nice, recently renovated and comfortably appointed, in contradiction to what appears to be a dated motel from the exterior.

The "motel" configuration made for noisy nights as other patrons passed by the door. At some point late at night a person attempted to enter my room and made increasingly aggressive attempts when their key wouldn't work. Given that room doors are essentially accessible to anyone walking off the street, a higher level of security and greater personnel presence at night would be warranted.

The front desk lady was awesome. Excellent value. And super clean everywhere.

Proximity to Horseshoe bay ferry.

I booked a king room on booking.com but there were no King rooms available at the hotel. Which I thought to be odd. I did not get what I booked? The first room the key did not work. Had to change rooms to one where key worked to access.

It's a motel kind of property but better than basic motels, not fancy by any stretch of imagination but rooms are good size and beds are comfortable

Bathroom seat was not a child's seat, room was clean

Room was small, table accomodated only one person, bathroom was very small, no room for people to pass each other at the beds which could be a problem in a fire, heating system was weak, took the room a long time to heat up to a comfortable level, bed too soft

Bathroom, poor water pressure in shower, my wife would not have been able to wash her hair. Bed, to hard, had a sore back by morning

Loved that the location was within walking distance to the suspension bridge. Having a restaurant at the hotel was great as well.

It was quite noisy between traffic, car alarms and other guests.

Location was perfect.... close to good restaurants by walking. Quiet room.

Hot water was not hot in the shower. Even after letting it run. The sink hot water was hot though.
