The bed was comfortable although the sheet was a man made material

The property is very tired and dated. There was a huge fridge in the room which was really noisy. The carpet was wrinkled and stained. The cooker was rusty. The door into the property was dirty. There was no lift.

A bit tired. Breakfast only fruit if Coeliac, despite request. Also 2 rooms booked & paid for requesting together - not achieved.

Old airconditioner makes terrible noise, I could not sleep with this noise. Eventhough I turned off my aircondition, I could hear the neighbours'. But for other people it wasn't a problem. Breakfast is just some bread, coffee, spreads and sandviches for microwave.

We were supposed to stay for four nights but decided to leave after only one. The room was very humid and had a strong old carpet smell. The hotel is really dated and is in need of renovations. There was a huge roach in the bathroom waiting for us when we arrived :( Only one burner of the stovetop was working and the breakfast they serve needs some improvement, too. Sadly it's really expensive for what it offers.

This is always a good location. I’ve stayed here several times. It’s one of the more affordable options in the area. Continental breakfast is pretty good. Lots of variety.

The room’s always smell horrible and they really need to change their carpets and drapes. It would be nice to see screens on the windows. The smell is always overwhelming in the rooms. It’s just very unpleasant and dirty smell smelling. Let’s hope the owners invest some money into putting a new carpets and drapes maybe a fresh coat of paint? Just a thought.

Nice apartments friendly staff great stop before heading in to Vancouver. Continental breakfast.

The whole place is worn out and not clean. Basic cleaning has been done but sofa and carpet for example were close to disgusting. Air conditioning gave some sweet smell to disguise the flaws.

It’s too bad the jacuzzi wasn’t available! I liked the pool though. I don’t have any complaints about the property. However, having so much disposables from the breakfast is wasteful.

It wasn't cleaned! There was hair everywhere in the bathtub, sink, etc.! There was a strong sewage smell, and sewage kept backing up into the bathtub. There was also no proper ventilation, and the window could not be opened. We reported it to reception, and they said they could switch the two beds in the room my friend and I got to for another room with a queen and a sofa bed, which we refused! Their staff were unprofessional and didn't even bother to empathize or apologize! The mattress and pillows were so uncomfortable and shitty, and there was no body wash or proper paper towels provided! We had to go and ask for Tissue! The room had no air circulation once the AC was loud and useless! Breakfast was all frozen shitty Eggo waffles and wholesale breakfast sandwiches, and, surprisingly, they were getting them out the night before, so I noticed those Eggo waffles and pancakes were at room temperature all night, as well as opened coffee enhancers and creams that were sitting on the table for the whole day! We only got there because there was a music festival nearby we were attendingworth the money! Would not recommend it and would never go back again! We could’ve gone to so many better places for an extra $400 per night! Unfortunately, I forgot to take photos at the beginning, but the attached photos are from the next morning after we cleaned the tub once, as they were from the time we were attending, but it definitely didn't make it

Okey tæt på Bustransport til andre steder i vancouver. Godt værelse med god plads. Havde adgang til lille pool.

Morgenmaden ville have været bedre på Mcdonalds (den er virkelig ringe). værelserne har ikke været moderniseret i flere årtier. Prisen synes at være dyr. Værelset var lydt og da vi var lige ved trappen så kunne vi ofte hører folk snakke udenfor eller folk der startede deres V6 truck om morgenen.

The only thing I didn’t like was the bathtub shower, because the shower wasn't working properly.

Great location, bus stop to many different places in city is just outside. Swimming pool was small but a bonus for such a central location. breakfast good, and room spacious.

Het is een prima hotel buiten Vancouver. Het ontbijt is prima met verschillende keuzes. Er is een binnentuintje waar je heerlijk kan zitten.

De kamers worden erg warm. Er kan een raam open maar dit is zeer inbraakgevoelig (er zit geen stop op dus het raam kan gewoon van buiten opengeschoven worden), niet heel prettig als je slaapt. De airco maakte erg veel herrie

Everything was exceptional: the beauty of the place and landscape, the most helpful and congenial staff, the comfort of the bedroom, the excellent food. And in too of that it is so close to the airport. The best US hotel where I have stayed so far in many years.

I Would have liked a fresher breakfast in the morning, rather than premade sandwiches and some fruit. We had food to eat, but would have liked more options.

Shower leaked through the door all over the floor, the room I booked said "executive king with Jacuzzi" .... there was no Jacuzzi. And the grand fireplace in the middle was absolutely beautiful but it didn't work and when I called front desk maintenance did come over right away but just to tell me that they have been having issues with it and can't get it lit. (I wish they would've let me know that before I booked)

The breakfast was very disappointing. The menu was limited and the quality was poor. An extra amount was charged to my credit card, and I was told it would be refunded within two business days, but I still haven’t received the refund. I feel that this is an unfair way to treat a customer. Because of this experience, I would not choose this hotel again.

The service did not match the amount I paid. I was charged the price of a four-star hotel, but the quality and service were more like a one-star hotel.

Didn’t like that I couldn’t sit in sun around pool before it opened for use at 9, that was one of the few sunny spots to enjoy a coffee

The location is excellent. There are lots of north Vancouver amenities close at hand and it’s a short drive across the bridge into Stanley park and downtown Vancouver.

They will only clean your room if you explicitly ask for it, and it would only get cleaned 1-2 days after asking. That meant no fresh towels for the first 3 days. Not ideal. The breakfast is very poor and the jacuzzi was permanently closed and boarded up with plywood instead of getting fixed? I mean it’s econolodge, you know what you’re getting yourself into but even still it felt weak.

Nous aurions apprécié des céréales et des muffins au déjeuner mais le reste était super. Un peu dispendieux pour une nuit.

Noisy, hot water stopped working in the night, found a bun of hair in the bed, pillow case was in some dirt, when someone flushes toilet the noise like it's flushed in the room, some noises from drain

The drunk, naked man next to us. The dude had an empty bottle of vodka next to him, window open, cigarette butts on the non-smoking window sill. He had clearly been there a while. Had anyone in the hotel actually walked around every now and then to check out their hotel, they would have seen him. I mean, how could you miss that! But no, they didn't and because of that, my kids got to see him in all his glory, naked as the day he was born. And their solution was for us to move rooms...definitely do not recommend.

Comfort of the hotel and the thought given into the setting, less wastage, environment friendly. Staff were very friendly and offered to replace toiletries etc in the room. They were always willing to help and always had a welcoming smile.

Property was fine, good location, bed was comfy, showers were hot , bathroom was clean.

La ubicacion, tranquilidad y habitaciones espaciosas para pasar una muy buena estancia, cercano a una de las atracciones principales de vanocuver como lo es capilano suspension bridge y tambien cercano al downtown de vancouver en unos 15 a 20 minutos en autobus.

el desayuno es bueno, pero si tuvieran los huevos ya listos y hechos en caliente en vez de tener los sandwiches ya listos y helados en el refrigerador estaria mejor, pero todo lo demas esta muy bien.

Location was a very convenient short bus journey to Stanley park and downtown. Hotel was a short 15 minute drive to ferry service to Vancouver island. Beds were very comfortable and location was very quiet for a good night sleep.

The location was great realy close to our activities and to leave after with it being so close to the high way.

The bed was not all that comfortable . The pillows was prety horrible small squares with the firmness being all over truly made my neck hurt . Also the price for a motel was realy steep i dont think i could recomend it to any one with that price tag maybe if it was in the 130-180$ cadf range . Also i wouldnt botther with the breakfast.

The original room they were going to put us in was far from the breakfast area . I am traveling with someone in a wheelchair that didn’t make sense, was told only room with a walk in shower . We forfeited the walk in shower to be closer to the breakfast area .

Great complimentary breakfast: choice of english muffins with egg/bacon/sausage filling plus pancakes and a rotating selection of banana bread and muffins. Room was very spacious too.

No elevator to get to our room. Getting our suitcases up and down was not easy nor safe for elderly guests. AC filter needed cleaning. It had lots of dust built up I had to peel off in order to clean it. Please state clearly in the add no elevator.

I booked the room because there was a bathtub in the photo on the webpage I booked it through. When I arrived I was given a room with no tub and the staff quickly put me in another room that was lovely. Great staff, location and amenities.

The first room I was first given was right next to a busy street and very noisy. Happily I was moved. That noise would have been really distracting, noise proof windows would be a good investment for the rooms next to the street.

The front desk worker was INCREDIBLY RUDE! The policy requiring guests to pay the full amount of the $150 deposit AND the room on a credit card is unnecessary, particularly when you are pre-paying for your room. This motel was outdated, with terrible beds. There’s minimal, if any soundproofing between the units making it disruptive night. No gym The “breakfast” is microwaveable breakfast sandwiches, toaster waffles, yogurt etc…I do not recommend. The eating area is right in the lobby.
