Very poor bed ONLY 10 inches off the floor Very poor matters NO GUTS IN THE MATTERS Could not get any rest what so ever The toilet seat was falling off Breakfast was poor Highly disappointed and regretted choosing to stay there and Booking.com should cease promoting this business Very pricey for no return

Clean and a decent studio size with a good sized bathroom

Skylight was falling out slightly and the air vents in the bathroom needed a clean

Staff were friendly. Really happy with the room - layout was well thought out. Location was a short walk to town centre especially when having a few cocktails for dinner. Really happy with breakfast too, everything that we needed.

Just the TV, if we could access Sky movies, would have been perfect.

Das Zimmer war recht groß, das Frühstück umfangreich

Es war im Zimmer eher kalt, und es hat lang gedauert, es warm zu bekommen.

Staff were accommodating and very helpful.👍🏼Buffet breakfast was superb, staff in Catelli’s restaurant were very nice, hardworking. Buzzing out of soiled plates were fast and turn overs of tables were very quick. Keep it up!

You could add a mini heater in the toilet which can be very helpful to keep warm especially during winter time. 😉

The Quality Inn Acapulco unit was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Overall our stay was 10/10. Awesome location.

The weather! which had nothing to do with the venue.

We stayed at Quality Inn Acapulco in August (Winter) we found the staff friendly and accommodating. Hotel was in a great location, a short walk down to lake Taupo. Our rooms were warm and there was plenty of blankets for winter nights. The rooms and bathroom was clean, beds were comfortable. Yummy breakfast.

We could not complain about anything during our stay.

The included breakfast was a little dire. We had to keep waiting for food to be cooked and brought out. Very small selection to what was expected. Tasted good all the same. Good selection of juice. Coffee was from a machine and didn't taste nice at all

A bit small for 5 person

Lovely tidy, spacious room. Queen bed + single. Has Kitchenette strong wifi, big bathroom with spa bath. Plenty hot water + jets. 10-15mins Walking distance to town and supermarket. Loved that it was situated off the main road and has buffet breakfast on site. Good value.

Great location, comfortable and warm beds, great parking right outside the room, everything you could possibly need was nearby/easily accessible, price was perfect for what was supplied. I would stay here again

Shower would go hot and cold in the evenings, some window latches were broken but windows were still functional, some dishes on shelves were still dirty and the light outside the room stayed on all night and couldn't be turned off which lit up the room slightly all night

The room was exceptionally clean and spacious. It had everything we needed plus bath robes and slippers which was lovely as the weather was very cold.

Facilities are a little older but well maintained.

The location was great we could walk to town. Also it was very quiet we couldn't hear any neighbors and it was full. Plus we had sky.

The shower was a bit weird. Either strong nozzles in the middle or less strong on the normal setting.

Our second visit this week. A lovely comfortable place to stay with great efforts from all of the staff. The lady in the breakfast restaurant is worth her efforts in gold ( she was under pressure) but looked after all guests with respect and kind words). We will be back.

Great location , great service, friendly,full breakfast was delicious ☕️🥓🥐 . We paid extra for a better room for my whanau but it was well worth it. Would visit again definitely ! 💯 The lake was within walking distance and just beautiful first thing in the morning 🌄

C' est bête à dire mais nous avons aimé la douceur des draps de lit et la fraicheur, la petite kitchenette, la salle de bain bien agencé et la voiture juste devant la location c'est cool. C'est très bien. Je recommande.

Kids loved the cleaning staff adding their personal blankets and teddys to their beds, great location and very lovely staff on arrival. Loved the breakfast and great verity of foods on offer.

The laundry was a little rough, the dyer too long to dry and was short amount to time to dry towels so finished them hanging around the room at night (personal towels for swimming) Was sad the playground wasn't great, and tramp wasn't able to be used.

Tolles Motel, in der Nähe vom See. Ideal für Spaziergänge dort. Da heiße Quellen in den See fließen, kann man sich auch in dieser Jahreszeit noch schön ins Wasser setzen. Gutes Frühstück, nettes Personal.

Très bien situé. A quelques minutes à pied de la ville et juste en face du Lac de Taupo. Toutes les chambres sont au rez de chaussée et emplacement parking juste devant la chambre, c’est franchement un gros plus. Notre chambre est bien équipée. Nous y avons passé 1 nuit. Le tarif est correct. Merci

Lovely staff super friendly let us get the keys early as we wouldnt be back till late rung me almost as soon as we left to say we left something behind.

Someone had taken our park lol but this was not a fault of the motel.

Brand new shower but fitted wrong leaked like a sieve but did not have time to tell staff please forward info.

Enjoyed everything clean room, enjoyed the breakfast, check in was easy, helpful staff, good location.

Room smelt of smoke, no tea or coffee in the room i did go and let reception know. No under cover parking for motors.

The room was a little dated, probably reflected in the excellent price. Breakfast was okay as you could eat as much as you liked. I was the only person in breakfast room and perhaps the food had been kept warm rather longer than I would have liked.
