Location was great with a nice view of the lake. The room was spacious enough, bathroom great. no issues. The restaurant attached was amazing, lovely selection and good quality food. The staff there are exceptional, as they were at reception too.

Beds were far too soft so us and the friends who were in another room all ended up with sore backs.

We had a very enjoyable stay. All the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, comfortable and warm, with a great shower. Overall, a lovely experience and we would happily stay again!

The receptionist was really nice and welcoming. She was very present with each person checking in. Close to town so my teen could walk when I was at my workshop in Kinloch. The restaurant was fab also!

Bed was very comfy with an up to date bathroom. Spotless room, great location. If you’re lucky you’ll get the local Sunday market right outside the hotel.

Shower had pulses of scalding hot water without warning, no matter the temp You set it to. Dangerous if you were to be showering small children. Staff were notified of the issue so hopefully it’s resolved and is an isolated issue.

The deposit was more than the room cost, this was even though there is no charge backs or mini bar! The beds were very uncomfortable with the electric blanket being so small you have to lay on the controls. Not enough lighting in the room. This should only be a 3 star hotel.

The location us amazing. The bed was super comfortable.

Even though an email.is sent i did not like the fact that we had to.pre pay the 250 bond. Especially when you have already paid for the room prior. Most companies will hold your card. As you are more at the the high end of most peoples budget this is not aways easy to have on hand.

No toaster or kettle in the room. The shower water pressure was low and the temperature fluctuated.

Great location, good sized room with a sitting area, 2 twin beds and a separate double bedroom, perfect for a stay with my 2 children. Also very warm. Will stay again.

Restaurant was fully booked so had to eat out, but shows it must be good.

Hotel ładnie położony, z widokiem na jezioro. W apartamencie było nam trochę zimno, gdyż ogrzewanie działa tylko wtedy, kiedy jest karta włożona. Jak apartament stoi pusty to się wyziębia i potem potrzebuje dłuższego czasu, żeby się nagrzać. Na szczęście w sypialniach są łóżka podgrzewane i to było naprawdę super. Śniadanie jest serwowane, wybór z karty jednego zestawu. Obsługa bardzo miła.

Pillows to big, bad neck and uncomfortable sleep next day for what we paid for room and breakfast way to much as not that special both room and breakfast, not sure what sausage's where, processed rubbish!!?? where very little breakfast. Not happy at all, we stay in a lot of places this place won't get a re visit. Why do we also do these reviews as nothing comes of them??!

Lacking a few essentials

Great location, helpful staff and clean comfortable rooms.

Have stayed at the suncourt a number of times over the past few years and continue to come back as location is unbeatable.

Older lady on reception. Very unhelpful..I recieved a couple of NOs from her to question or requests of mine which was fine however she was unwilling to offer any further help assistance following that.

Lovely room, quite noisy but stunning views. The staff who checked us in were pretty rude but the lady who checked us out was absolutely lovely! Good stay overall

Perfect family units tucked away next to the kids playground at the back there. All amenities you'd need for a family holiday of all ages. We will definitely be back👌

The location was perfect to be able to walk to the cbd.

The room was lovely and clean with a partial view of the lake. Having 2 beds was handy when you have a teenager. Great location across from the lakefront with a lot of great restaurants within walking distance. The lady at reception was lovely and helpful.

They don’t have the $250 bond in the policy description when booking this motel, so when i arrived doing a spontaneous overnight stay with my kids i couldn’t stay unless i paid the bond, then takes 7-14days for a refund. If i had of known i would need to pay a bond before i booked i would have never booked. Bookings.com were amazing and a motel we have stayed at previously let us stay and pay a few hours later when i could organise more money. I understand its to protect your place, but please put this bond in the policy description so others are aware before booking.
