Absolutely stunning! The facility has everything you could’ve needed. The food is absolutely delicious and the pool is perfect!

Amazing place. Staff were perfect, everything was super clean and comfortable. Particular mention for Firat at the Amber restaurant, I mentioned I was vegetarian and he went out of his way to ensure I had the best experience. Italian not my fav, Asian pretty good. Hiring a cabana levelled up the experience, felt super luxe would definitely recommend. We had Czemi as our server twice and he was so attentive and made the day perfect. My only negative is the shower/bath combo in our room- at 5’3” it was a struggle to climb in and out safely and I have a massive bruise on one leg from a slip. It’s not safe for anyone with mobility challenges. Fresh orange juice at the breakfast buffet anywhere else is that “nectar” stuff. Buffet was the best I have seen, especially as a vegetarian although the allergen symbols need to be bigger for my middle aged eyes! Nice that vegan is recognised too. Hairdryer is one of those attached to the wall in the bathroom jobs, probably like a Braun silencio, not great not awful.
This was our third visit to this hotel and again we had a wonderful time. The refurbishment adds so much to the main restaurant and also the lobby shops/cafe have really been upgraded. The new beach bar is beautiful (and the cocktails are delicious) ! One reason we keep coming back to this hotel is the excellent layout that works so well for families - the play area with table tennis/ pool tables is close to the pool and beach so our children are happy to go there by themselves, knowing that we're nearby but we don't have to spend our holidays in the play area (which was be the case in other hotels we have been to)! The staff are very friendly, be it at reception, the restaurants and bars as well as the fitness instructors - generally everyone! We didn't use the kids club but we did plenty of the shorter activities such as Kwik Cricket, kite making (this was a big hit with the children), pebble painting, family yoga, aqua gym, archery and more - these are really great and it's such a good way to try new things! Another reason we keep coming back is the quality and layout of the rooms - we had a family superior room, which consists of two bedrooms with a shared bathroom in the middle. This works really well for us - they are very spacious and very clean (thank you, housekeeping team). We also love the sustainability option of choosing not to have the room cleaned every day and getting a discount coupon for the shop when doing so. Hopefully many guests will choose to do this during their stay and lots of energy and water can be saved! We noticed some other sustainability initiatives and hope the hotel can continue to work on this even further. We are very happy with the quality and the variety of food and drinks. The hotel put a lot of effort into the BBQ for the Bayram celebrations and we were very impressed with the food, the decor and the entertainment for children and adults. This must have taken weeks of planning and we appreciated how hard everyone worked to execute the event perfectly. We felt very welcome, lots of little touches such as a birthday message, balloons and a cake. Ideas As our children are approaching the teenage years and feel that they are too old for the kids club, we were wondering if the hotel would consider offering a few activities specifically targeted at teenagers? For example courses that run over several days, sport or art related. Also, we noticed that A LOT of people are using ipads/phones at breakfast/lunch/dinner constantly and also at the pool . As we're trying to keep screen time to a minimum (and I am sure there are many other like minded people), would the hotel consider having any digital free zones? Overall, we had a lovely time and it won't be our last visit!
Went to the spa and it was very relaxing, great experience and very well needed.
This hotel is the best you are going to find. Swim up rooms are well worth the extra money always heated and can be used any time day or night The spa is out of this world. Hamdi is helpful, friendly, very knowledgeable and will cater to your every need, treatments can be adjusted and tweaked to your own requirements. So professional and so relaxing. Me and my daughter visited the spa 4 times during our stay and we just love it. Thank you Akra keep doing what you are doing
Everything about the hotel is amazing, but I do have to say the spa is the best bit. We have been lots of times and because we are regulars we always get looked after by Hamdi. They will make the treatment however hard or soft you like your massage I personally love the Hammam which is a very traditional Turkish way to relax. Thank you Akra
We have been to this lovely hotel many times and it never fails to impress us. From walking in to leaving everything was perfect. There has been a refurbishment of the reception area and dining area. The buffet restaurant and the seating areas are now very modern and the staff and service excellent. There is a great selection of excellent food with different theme nights. There is something to suit everyone. Another adjustment which may seem trivial to some, but as my husband is a wheelchair user, the automatic doors leading from the lobby bar to the Tao restaurant are a great help! Just need to sort out the flags leading to the seats in the Caretta bar!! The bar staff helped us numerous times after getting the wheelchair stuck. All the staff are welcoming and pleasant. A big thank you to the staff in the lobby bar where we spent lots of time listening to the great music. Also the staff in the adult pool bar, Koray and Hakan kept us well hydrated. We used the adult only cocktail bar which has splendid views, the staff here again lovely and friendly, nice to see Hoseyn who makes the best cocktails always with a smile. The hotel just gets better, it ticks all the boxes for us with the food, drinks and lovely staff. Hope to be back soon
Just back from our first stay here. This was our 4th visit to Turkey having stayed at the Holiday Village twice and last year at Tui Blue Tropical. Have to say this place really is something special! Rooms: We booked a swim up which we loved, used it every afternoon when we had most of the sun from late morning onwards. The room was cleaned to such a high standard every day, lots of space for our clothes and to store our cases. The bedding and towels were so soft and comfy and our room 2608 was in a perfect location. Nothing felt too far away compared to other resorts we have stayed in and was really easy to find our way around Pools: we spent most of our time at the splash pool. Loved that there was sunbeds available all morning, we’ve had to get up at stupid times in the past so to be able to have a sleep in and take our time was a luxury for us! kids loved the water slides. Pool areas always clean, we did see them cleaning the pool and around the sunbeds each evening. Food: possibly an unpopular opinion but we weren’t blown away by the buffet in terms of the choice of food- I’ve had more choice in previous hotels but what I will say is the quality of the food in the buffet was excellent. kids area was poor - did feed this back to the hotel but we did find food they could eat in the main buffet. We weren’t overly impressed with the service in the evening in the buffet for the first few days, weren’t offered top ups of drinks etc but after a few days and changing where we sat this improved. Service at breakfast was always really good. We booked into the Al A Cartes with no issue using the app, we only ate at Tao and Basilico in the evenings and the food was lovely but we also enjoyed eating at the available restaurants at lunch where the service was brilliant. Staff were really attentive. Entertainment: we only watched one show which was Pinkish- she was fab. we spent our evenings at the beach bar as our children liked to play in the park area down there. Drinks were always really good, so much choice and nice to have a properly made cocktail rather than something poured out of a carton! We didn’t venture out of the hotel other than to the shops over the road as we wanted a relaxing holiday this year We used DM for our transfers who were brilliant couldn’t fault them at all! We loved it so much we’ve just booked again this evening to return again next June
I could write reams about this hotel (and in particular how good it is), but I'll attempt to keep it brief: Rooms - clean, modern, well furnished and really well equipped (robe, slippers etc.), restocked mini-bar a nice touch. Pools - great selection (only used the 'family pool' as we were with our children), really clean in and around the pools, sun-lounger availability a bit mixed (but to be fair we don't get up particularly early), poolside waiter service another nice touch Restaurants - used the buffet, Turkish (late-night menu and regular menu), Italian and Chinese, as well as the Sunset restaurant for lunch. Food / service in all was superb. Entertainment - about as good as it gets for this type of resort, some really good acts. Paying for late check-out (keeping our room 'til 6pm) meant we could make the most of our last day - highly recommend if you've got an evening transfer / flight. Sure there's loads of other stuff I could write, but suffice to say if you're on the fence about going to Turkey (like we were) or not sure about booking this hotel - then do it, you won't regret it. It's easy to see why there are soooo many returning guests - this is the first hotel in a very long time (and on a reasonable budget) that we've returned from and immediately looked at re-booking.
We had the most amazing holiday at this fabulous hotel. It is our 2nd visit and we will be back. We had a wonderful meal in the Italian restaurant Basilico , the food and service was outstanding.
Hi Just back from Akra Fethiye TUI Blue. This was our 9 th visit. The reason we return is the staff, ,food, pool area, entertainment and the rooms. The hotel is fantastic , we stayed in a mixed area Seaview room with a fantastic view. This year the hotel has been updated, the reception is so bright and spacious. The restaurant has been fully refurbished which is really nice I have travelled to various places for 45 years but the staff make this hotel standout. The restaurants are first class, the main buffet has various theme nights and the standard of food is first class. Entertainment was excellent this year and every evening the main reception had a singer on again fantastic. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. The pool area was cleaned every night ready for the next day. Fresh towels provided. The standard of drinks was excellent, Efes, Becks,Millers and Belfast. All cocktails freshly made with top brand spirits. I would like to mention a few special friends/staff. Reception.. A special mention to Caner, he always remembers you when you arrive and is so nice Anytime you go past reception he asks if everything is good. Breakfast, One of the best Ali, such a nice person spoke to us every morning. He plans to travel at the end of the season and would like to wish him.a safe journey Also Hamitcon was so nice. Pool Bar..Koray, I think for most of my visits he has been there. Such a nice person, when he seen you coming he has your drink ready. He was backed up by Hakan, again great guy, came round the pool taking drinks ordes. Both guys work so hard. Asian restaurant was my favourite. One of the busiest restaurants and the manager Erhan had it all under control with his great staff, Hakan and Muhummet Ali. The boys worked so hard hard Sorry if I missed anyone out as lost my notes Italian restaurant had a great choice of food and really nice interior. Again the team were excellent, very special mention to Solyeman, he is now the manager and was so nice with his great staff Ransman, Banyaman . Beach Bar, is the place in the to be seeing the sunset and great music, all run superbly by Yigit , Deniz and Serhat. So if your sitting thinking where to go next year, you would find it hard to find a better place with ...great staff, first class accommodation , great food and great entertainment. Can you please pass on my speacial thanks to everyone mentioned and any one I have missed in the Asian restaurant as I misplaced some of the very special guys names. We will be back same time nice year. Alistair and Jennifer
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel while celebrating my husband’s birthday. Everything exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The restaurants were excellent, with delicious food and outstanding service.
Absolutely fantastic! 3rd time and it just keeps getting better, you can not fault this hotel. Staff so attentive, I would just like to mention our favourites and who really stood out for us. Ali in the cocktail bar, just the most amazing cocktails 10/10. What a pleasant smiley guy, always happy and polite, and quick to serve. You can see how much he loves his job. Buket in the main restaurant, very attentive, happy smiley young lady always had another chai ready for my wife who needs 3 or 4 at breakfast before she wakes up. We also observed Buket helping the older guests to sit down and then get up out of their seats this lady has a lovely aura! Last but not least another very hardworking barman Abdullah in the lobby bar, again always smiling, great barman, and made the most perfect mojito! We will see you all again very soon as we are missing you already. We had the best holiday ever! No negatives what so ever.
This was our very first family holiday with our non-verbal autistic son, so picking the right hotel meant a lot to us. From the moment we arrived at Akra Fethiye TUI BLUE Sensatori, we knew we’d made the right choice. Before we got there, we had asked for a specific room as we knew we maybe spending a lot of time in our swim up room and the hotel kindly sorted it for us, which we really appreciated. We were also celebrating our first wedding anniversary during our stay, and the hotel made it feel extra special. We came back to a beautifully decorated room, a bottle of bubbly, and a lovely welcome note, which was such a thoughtful touch and made us feel really valued. During our stay, every member of staff was friendly, helpful, and very understanding of our son’s needs, which made such a difference to our family’s experience. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful and spotless. Everywhere is kept to a really high standard, and the grounds are stunning. One thing that really stood out was how much there was to do. The entertainment and activities were fantastic, and there was always something fun going on throughout the day. My husband especially loved the water polo, which quickly became one of the highlights of his holiday! The atmosphere around the hotel was always lively and welcoming, without ever feeling too overwhelming. The food was out of this world, with so much choice at every meal. This was especially important for us as our son is a very fussy eater, but there was always something he was happy to eat. The à la carte restaurants were all fantastic and served some of the best food we’ve had on holiday. We also paid extra for the Sunset à la carte restaurant and it was worth every penny. The views were breathtaking, the food was exceptional, and the service was absolutely first-class. We hired a cabana for the day and WOW, we’ve never experienced anything like it, our server didn’t stop all day and he even remembered our drink orders from our dinner the night before! Definitely worth doing it and will be booking more days on our next visit. We honestly can’t think of a single negative thing to say about our stay. Everything went above and beyond our expectations and helped make our first family holiday, and our first wedding anniversary celebration, so special and memorable. A holiday is a success when you’re already thinking about going back before you’ve even left, and that’s exactly how we felt. We’re already about to book again for the same time next year, and we’ll be bringing our wider family with us so they can experience this amazing hotel too. Thank you to everyone at Akra Fethiye TUI BLUE Sensatori for making us feel so welcome. We’d go back in a heartbeat and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a beautiful, fun, relaxing, and family-friendly holiday.
Another great holiday at this hotel. Basilico restaurant is great, Ulas and his team are friendly, welcoming who cannot do enough for you to make your evening great, our waiter Bunjamin was excellent a real character. Yeet the cocktail barman is fantastic!!! I cannot fault all of the staff, friendly and extremely helpful making our 4th stay another great experience.
This was our second stay at this fabulous hotel and we brought my parents along this time for their first stay, and they had the best holiday ever and would return in a heartbeat. The staff at this hotel are the most amazing, friendly and caring people I have ever came into contact with at any hotel. They go above and beyond at every stage of your stay. They are an absolute credit to this hotel. I can’t remember most of their names but Hakan in Tao, Cesar in the Cabanas and the most lovely lady cleaner doing rooms 1406 and 1401. They were exceptional. Our room was perfect, it was the same room as last year and we really appreciated that. We spent the majority of our time here because we love relaxing in the swim up pool. The room and pool were incredibly clean, the room was spacious and we love all the extra amenities in the bathroom. The fridge is very well stocked, as well as coffee pods and crisps (I loved the crisps so much, I went over the road to buy extra packets to take home!) The food is the best I’ve ever had at an all inclusive. The variety is so vast, any fussy eater would be able to stay here. We love the fact you have the Italian restaurant and the Sunset restaurant to use at lunch times too. The new ice cream parlour is lovely! Great addition to the hotel, as is the renovation of the buffet restaurant. The entertainment here was the best we’ve ever seen. The tribute acts during our weeks stay were just brilliant. The TUI team work so hard to give great performances as well, and we really enjoyed the Bohem Party. The offering of daily activities is huge as well and that’s brilliant! The grounds in this hotel are beautiful, the care and attention that is taken in keeping them neat, tidy and the flowers growing is just incredible. Beautiful flowers! The reception and guest relations team were also really helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. We absolutely love the reception area, it smells amazingly clean and it’s a nice place to relax before your taxi home. We find this hotel great value for money and a lot cheaper than other hotels we have visited. It is well worth the money, that’s for sure. We just want to thank you so much for another amazing stay, you are doing everything a 5* hotel should and you should be very proud. Your team are amazing and we cannot wait to be back next year. Wishing you a very pleasant summer ahead. Thank you!
This was our 3rd visit in 4 years and the worst! Last time we stayed in room 2111 (which was good), this time we had room 2115, Nightmare! Sadly this wasn't great, it is directly over the lobby bar. The first three nights we had interrupted sleep, at first I thought it was other guests due to the late footy matches, but then I found out it was the bar cleaners. They don't pick furniture up, they drag it everywhere, to clean and reposition stools and tables. I complained to the TUI reps about this three times over our 10 nights stay, one of those times was in front of guest relations. I came down one to the the bar to ask them to stop around 2.30am, and also whilst down there to the receptionist. Unfortunately over our 10 night stay it happened 5 nights. This is a good hotel, food excellent with some great staff, TUI guys are great like, Bailes, Kate, Alan🤣 and Mim. Sadly Riyad was rude to my wife and her friend who regularly do exercise classes back home, they went to one of his classes as tourists in beachwear and sandals, unlike those from the Residence who had all the gear! All in all we didn't let the night time problem let it spoil our holiday, but it does leave a bitter taste, you wait all year for your holiday which isn't cheap, to be spoiled unnecessarily. The platform now isn't a quiet relaxing place, it's next to the bar, so needs relocation to a quieter place, as our party couldn't hear anything at one session. We had a Cabana for the day at €90 which was down by the sea. Closing the poolside bar of an evening is a backwards step, we have done this quite a few times previously. The main restaurant refurb isn't to our liking as you can now hear everything from one side to the other, previously it was partitioned off so quieter. The tables of four around the sides are under Aircon vents, and blow down to your table, we found the inner portion wall bench better. The room phone rang just before our last night's meal, it was guest relations asking if we had enjoyed our stay, my wife explained about the sleep problems and said they would feed the information back. When we checked out around 2.15am, the receptionist was only interested in taking our room door cards back and getting the €90 back, she never asked us about our stay! Very disappointed. We would consider going back, but not in 2115, it would need to be at least a floor higher or in a different part of the hotel. This hotel would normally get a 4* or even 5* review from me on previous experiences, sadly not this time. I hope the Management actually do something about this and don't just put a standard reply to this review, these are simple fixes in my book. On the morning of checking out, four people were making quite a bit of noise at the bar, the bar man, never said anything, two receptionists never said anything! I'm all for having a good time, if proper noise reduction measures are in place, so that other guests aren't made to suffer sleep issues. Clean the lobby bar after 7.00am Move the relation platform to a quiet area, there are a couple of options on this.
We've been to this hotel twice now, we had such a great time we returned this year. This hotel is lovely, the service is extremely good and the food excellent. The entertainment is first class. The main bar is busy, but the lady waiters were really helpful as my wife was in a wheelchair so they very kindly brought our drinks to us. Yet, as good as this hotel is, and it is exceptional, there were some significant flaws that will prevent us returning. 1. The cellar show bar was difficult to access in a wheelchair due to a ramp at the bottom of the lift. 2. They have reduced the 3 gratis meals at the a-la -cartes to two, so we were paying much more than last year for less. There was no exception for returning clients. It would cost 110 euros minimum. 3. We had a late return transfer so needed to keep the room for 4 hours extra. I asked if I could have a freeby as returning customers. The answer was an explicit NO. It would cost 110 euros. My wife is in a wheelchair, and the management knew we were both feeling sick following a hamburger lunch at the beach restaurant. Even so, they let us sit in the lounge for 5 hours waiting for our transfer home. I wasn't impressed. So, with regret, in future we will return to the Tui Blu Crystal Bay Resort in Hurghada . We go there many times a year, as they know how to reward returning clients. I made this review on Google in April and got the usual bollox that they regretted our dissatisfaction and would feedback to management. Although they have our email they have never reached out to us to offer any remedy. We will just have to accept that all this hotel is interested in is money. They say they appreciate loyalty, but dont mean it, or they wouldn't have tried to sting us for extra cash at every opportunity and would have reached out to us by email. It's a very stupid attitude as we were intending to return time and again. But if all you're interested in is money then you get what you deserve.
This was the most chilled out holiday I’ve ever been on. The hotel was just perfect. The cleaners, hotel staff, restaurant staff and bar staff were all just amazing. My fave was the Careta Bar, they made the best Mudslides. Loved this place and I shall definitely return.
I visited here this month (June 26). It was recommended by friends of a friend. I was a bit sceptical at first having not been to Turkey and going with family and friends (8people). Everything about this hotel was amazing. It was clean, the staff were amazing the food was amazing. From the start to finish we had an amazing time. The rooms were big and cleaned everyday. The pools were great, we stayed at the activity pool most days (slightly heated) but the choice of pools was great. The bar staff at the pool bar were lovely. There was one man there cant remember his name. (He's in December) was lovely. Was always around the pool getting us drinks and teaching us some Turkish. During the days it was very warm and the views from the beach and pool was lush. The food was my favourite part. The restaurant was always doing something different with themed evening. The breakfast pancakes were my top. The donor meat at the restaurant and the beach hut was outrageously good. We eat in the Tao and Amber restaurants and both were great. Throughout the hotel there was enough seating, restaurants, bars, pool and beach sunbeds. The evening entertainment was good, once we found the area. Our children (12 & 9) didnt go in the kids club as I feel it was aimed at smaller children but they had an amazing time at the pool every day. You can use pounds or euros which was handy not worrying about changing money. The little shop in the hotel was very handy and there is a few shops outside the restaurants where you can get snacks and drinks, inflatables etc. Now my only issue is had here was the use of apps were confusing. They use 2 apps for this hotel. The Akra and the Tui Blue app (not just the Tui app) it took us a while on working out how to book things and what was on during the day but we worked it out after a couple of day. Saying that we could have spoke to guest relations or Tui reps and we would have worked it out quicker. All in all the holiday was amazing and I was really sad to leave. I will definitely book again. Lastly I want to mentions the entertainment staff. They were all great and we had a great time with them on the pool team day (friday) and the party on the saturday. Speaking to them all was great. They were all lovely. FI found Jake was really friendly and informative. However Mim was amazing, she was friendly, a good laugh and genuinely felt like a friend of ours as soon as we meet her. I hope that when I come back that they are all still there as they made the holiday a 5 star holiday! I read the reviews before coming and I didn't see any of the bad things other people had experienced. If you thinking of going here I was 100 percent recommended bookings.
Amazing pool, great rooms, outstanding staff
Nothing
This was our second visit to this fabulous hotel! I have no negative comments for this hotel, it is just absolutley fabulous! The food and drink is AMAZING!! The staff are all so lovely and cant do enough for you, i still stand by my last review that this is the best hotel we have ever stayed in. 100% reccomend, great for families and also for couples, plenty to do for all age groups and adult only areas are avaliable too. It was our 10 year wedding anniversary and on arrival we arrived to our room with baloons, cake, fruit, prosecco. The entertainment is so good, tribute acts are amazing. Johnathan and craig in the bar and very talented at what they do and are a credit to the hotel. Shout out to Mohammad Ali in the Asian alarte restaurant top guy! Abdullah ozan and Huseyin in the bar, make the best cocktails! Marium at the caretta bar always so friendly with a smile. This is just a few names we managed to get but honestly all the staff are amazing.
What can I say this is my 5th visit to this hotel and it just gets better all the time..brilliant!staff are superb especially Corey at the adult pool bar he made the stay so much better
Tout est extraordinaire !
Quelques détails : La musique très forte jusqu’à 23h30 Certains plats manquent un peu d’assaisonnement La plage n’est pas belle
For my mums 80th my sister and I took our mum to this hotel for a weeks holiday. To be honest we weren’t sure what to expect.. but this hotel is amazing. Firstly everywhere is spotlessly clean, and as a former hotel owner this is very important to me. The food was of an elevated standard and the abundance of places to eat was excellent. As a lover of a good chilled glass of wine I was genuinely pleased with the wines on offer, all part of the package. I would recommend hiring a cabana for a few days, the adults pool area was quite busy (but relaxed) and we found the cabanas restful and cooling with the butler service excellent. I would also recommend the steak restaurant (sunset restaurant) the views in the evening are as stunning as the food. We are hoping to go back to this hotel later this year and taking my friend with her 92 year old mother who will find the wheelchair accessibility makes for a great stay too
Loved everything. The staff, the hotel, It was clean, comfortable, and welcoming throughout, and the whole team for their kindness and genuine hospitality. Nice dinning area and clean beach
the only thing , They don’t provide open buffet service , you need to choose from à la carte menu for lunch and dinner, which is not suitable for me,
Currently sat in the lobby bar on our last day and reflecting on what a lovely holiday we’ve had. The hotel, food, drinks and service have all been excellent from start to finish. We stayed in a swim-up room, which we absolutely loved, and honestly couldn’t fault a thing during our stay. A special mention has to go to Halit. He looked after us so well throughout the holiday, especially at breakfast and lunch. Always friendly, always smiling, and happy to have a laugh with us. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble. People like Halit are what make a good holiday a great one. He genuinely made our stay more enjoyable and is a big reason why we’d happily return in the future. Thank you, Halit, and thank you to everyone at the hotel for a fantastic holiday.
Absolutely fantastic hotel. Such friendly staff, excellent amenities, beautiful surroundings and gardens. We were here with my partners sister and husband. We only came for 1 week but wished we had booked for longer. Entertainment was brilliant. Beach right adjacent to the resort with a fantastic pool bar ( also turned to a chill out bar at night). We hired a cabana to surprise our partners...twas brilliant. We were well looked after by the lovely Caesar....such a lovely guy. Made our experience even better....nothing was a problem to get us. The receptionist Eren was just lovely and helped me get a pharmacy and doctor when my partner got I bad bite which led to cellulitis!. Sorry I didn't get to say cheerio! All the restaurants were great...an excellent assortment of beautiful food and cherry staff....always a smile. The pools were brilliant....family pool with separate ( deeper) pool with swim up bar for the adults. Plenty of sunloungers and Parasol's. Can't wait to return fingers 🤞🤞🤞 xx Love Helen and David from lanark .Scotland. room 3314
Impresionante

The hotel is very clean, the variety of entertainment each day is very good, the quality of food in the al la carts is really good. The cocktails are fantastic, ask Yid (sorry if I’ve got it wrong) for his spicy pineapple special down at the beach bar, it’s the best cocktail ever! The hotel is very pretty. The dj on the beach is a really good vibe! Isa a waiter in the buffet was exceptional! He was so attentive and really looked after us. Which probably wasn’t much fun as we were with a 4 year old a 2 year old and a 3 month old, but he didn’t make us feel like we were annoying and made the kids smile. He works so hard and really was the best waiter I’ve ever found at a hotel!
Very well maintained resort with friendly staff. Special mention to Firit from the Spa. Ali & Rumeysa from the roof top bar. Mehmet the manager of the restaurants and Serkat, Gokhan & many many others who made the trip enjoyable.
We stayed at The Residence side of this hotel but frequently visited the Sensatori part of building because we have stayed there twice before and wanted to see the new renovations which are fantastic and all done in the 4 months the hotel closes. Apart from the building changes nothing else changed with regard to the service, friendliness and efficiency off all the staff. Special mention to Halit in the steakhouse restaurant for his kind attention also to Hakan at Carreta beach bar as well as Hossein and Abdullah in the main bar. Superb service from everyone but especially from those mentioned. The place is excellent throughout and would recommend it to anybody whether you be families or adults only.
Great hotel that exceeded our expectations in every department. Great food and drink with top brands available. Good set up with a number of pools designated for kids or adults so everyone got what they needed. Excellent staff who go above and beyond and clearly work very hard to make the hotel the place it is. Lovely stay and will definitely consider a return visit here
We are here now! I like this hotel BUT. The rooms and pools are superb. We are on the 3rd floor with a good view. The adults pool and grounds are lovely. The beach is good and entertainment so far has been good BUT the restaurant situation does not fit the price tag! This isn't a cheap hotel. There are 5 a la cartes, and u can only book 3 free of charge in a week. The other 2 cost 100 euros per couple!!!! This is extortionate! We have just eaten at the (free) Turkish. Very disappointing and half empty!! Photo attached. The buffet is good but why are Tui ripping us off with 100 euros for a steak and Turkish restaurant? We have questioned the concierge who was not interested in our complaints about the system. Avoid if u want value for money
Amazing hotel 3rd time we have stayed all Staff so friendly work hard to make your holiday. A big thank you to Halit who has always looked after us very well he showed us around the newly refurbished buffett restraunt which is amazing we agreed the transformation to modern chic and quiet luxury gives it 10 out f 10 already booked for next year highly recommend this hotel
We recently stayed at Sensatori Akra Fethiye and overall had a really lovely experience as a family. The food and drinks was very good, and as people who’ve previously stayed at Ikos resorts, the à la carte options were something we really value. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality and variety here. We also loved the coffee shops and the ice cream parlour - such a nice touch around the resort. In the first few days, our children were disappointed that there were no dairy‑free ice cream options available. After speaking with guest relations, several dairy‑free choices were introduced for the rest of our stay. What amazing service , the staff genuinely can’t do enough for you. We never had an issue finding sunbeds, no matter what time we went down, and the children’s facilities were fantastic. Our kids especially loved the TUI Bot shows in the evenings. The beach service was first class, and being able to order drinks through the QR codes was so convenient. The whole resort is immaculate, and you can see how hard the staff work to keep everything spotless. Unfortunately, three out of four of our party experienced stomach issues during the trip. This did put a bit of a damper on the holiday, and although we really did enjoy so much about the hotel, the stomach problems have made us hesitant about returning. Overall, a beautiful resort with excellent service, great food, and wonderful family facilities, but sadly the stomach issues held us back from giving it a full five stars.
Previously stayed at the Akra Sorgun last year so we compared the two hotels. Our toddler loved the ice cream shop, TUI Bots disco every night was a must. We loved the choice of pools. Splash baby pool that had shade water up to my calf, the activity pool which was heated & the large family pool. Both big pools had sloped entrance so no stress on the stairs. They had 3 big water slides, didn't seem to have height restrictions as my 2yr old went down on my lap. Large shaded playpark with mini trampolines, swings etc. Then a smaller brand new quieter play park behind the kids club that was always open. Didn't have to stress about sunbeds at all!! There was loads of choice, would go to breakfast and come down to the beds around 9.30 and never had an issue being poolside. There are shops opposite the hotel. The supermarket you can get kids floats, beach toys, crocs, kids swimwear etc There's a pharmacy that has suncreams, baby suncreams, lots of the Mustela range, swim nappies, nappies, wipes etc Then a few of your fake designer shops for bags, clothes etc. You can rent lots of baby items from prams, baby baths, tolietries etc just email the hotel. You can still organise it on arrival at reception aswell. The hotel was extremely clean throughout, staff were friendly and helpful. There are 2 coffee shops they open at 10am i just wish they'd open earlier in the morning. The food was great, children's options in the buffets, bottled beers, cocktails etc I would say this was more scenic as you have the mountains in the background than the Sorgun but I think the Sorgun was slightly more modern but not by alot. Would highly recommend getting a private transfer. We did and it was 45 mins to resort. I would recommend to bring bug spray for the evenings. The shops were in Lira and euros so you could always use either. Our room was a family area 1 bedroom side seaview balcony. Lots of space. 2 beds as you walk in and then another main bedroom with sliding door. The buildings are only 3 or 4 floors not massively high-rise. Very clean, fridge had soft drinks, beer, milk, juice and water stocked everyday. Overall would highly recommend if you want a luxury family hotel.
Fantastic 2nd time holiday here all staff and I mean everyone were amazing couldn't do enough for us ! Beautiful place comfortable and relaxing and food was top quality 👌 Hakan was our waiter on beach amazing Abdullah in piano bar again amazing singers and entertainment great ! Ezra was such a sweet waitress and all worked so hard can't wait to get back thankyou everyone cleaners and not forgetting the chefs
Our 5th trip back to Akra and have to say that once again the food, staff and service were excellent, great venue for young families with quiet areas for adults only. Highly recommend the hair salon near the spa, the hair stylist is amazing , so much so 5 of our party had their hair cut there. We did have some difficulties booking restaurants at the begining of the trip as the hotel was busy due to Turkish festival and will bear that in mind when booking trip next time. The entertainment if you are looking for more than family based or lobby music could be livelier - however we did manage to get the bar doing the conga and Jonathan is a great entertainer and musician. Great memories.
Just returned back from me and mums 4th visit to this amazing hotel and I think we probably had our best time yet! From the minute we arrived we were blown away, the new hotel layout is beautiful! We arrived to a beautiful display in our room of photos from our previous visit which was just amazing!! It was my mums 60th birthday whilst out here so we booked 3 cabanas, we love cabana days as they are so relaxing but also because of the amazing Sezer!! He is just the best, remembered us as soon as he saw us which was lovely, he goes above and beyond and works soooo hard!! He’s a real credit to hotel, I know he is very popular with all the guests who have cabana days Every morning and lunch we had the lovely Dilaur (forgive me I think I have the spelling wrong) in the adults section, she was hardworking, friendly and very professional. The food and drink selection was great for us, fresh fruit and salads and the all the yummy puddings! The cocktails were fab & the premium selection of drinks is amazing! The new beach bar is an amazing addition to this hotel it’s absolutely stunning and again the staff are incredible!! Especially a couple of the young ladies which I unfortunately didn’t catch their names! On my mums birthday we came back to the room to this overwhelming display of balloons for my mums 60th! This really was incredible, a special mention to outstanding guest relations team and Aslihan the GM for sorting this out! What an amazing surprise for Myself and my mum. Booked a spa package the “after sun” which was 90 minutes of bliss!! Highly recommend, book through the guys who come round the pool! Also another special mention to the amazing bar man Huseyin I know he is very popular with the guest and it’s easy to see why, he remembered us from previous years, makes the best shots and drinks, so friendly and professional! Another real credit to the team! Saying that the whole team of this hotel is just amazing! I know this feedback will get back to the staff as they are also being told the feedback of the guest which is very important! So that’s why we love coming and will hopefully continue to!! So thank you so much to you all! 💕💕
We stayed here as a family of four and as a wider group of 11, the hotel is really nice and we were very impressed. Check in was quick and we were offered a glass of prosecco and the kids offered a glass of juice which was a nice touch. We had a 1 Bedroom Family room in the family area of the hotel. The room was lovely, you open up into one bedroom area with two single beds, a TV and air conditioning, then you have the bathroom area which is a good size with wardrobes opposite and finally another bedroom with a double bed, TV, air conditioning and a fridge stocked with soft drinks, water and a couple of beers. The fridge gets refilled daily. The room was a good size for the four of us and comfortable and clean. It is cleaned daily unless you put the do not disturb button on. The TV has a couple of English channels and a Disney channel for the kids. I did manage to find a few sports channels showing football when the evening kick offs were on. They are also smart TV's so you can log into Netflix if you want to. The pools are great, we didn't arrive until 1pm on our first day, so by the time we got to the room and changed it was around 2pm and we had no problem getting beds, this was the same everyday, no need to rush down at sunlight to get beds which was great. The area around the pools was always nice and clean and the bar staff do come around offering to get you a drink however they do get quite busy sometimes so you need to bear with them at times, also the queue was never longer than a minute or two if you went to the bar yourself. All the drinks are branded and they will make cocktails etc if you ask them. The hotel is very big and you can take a walk around for a good 30 minutes if you include the beach too. The food was very good with plenty of options available. We generally used to main restaurant for breakfast and evening meal most days, there is always plenty of options available and in the evenings they do themed nights. There is always things like Pizza and pasta etc, nobody in the group struggled finding something to eat at any time. During the day we would generally either use the snack shack near the beach where they were doing jacket potatoes, kebabs and rolls, Basilico, the Italian restaurant where you order from a menu which was a nice change occasionally or the Sunset grill, which again was menu ordered and was very nice. The food and drink was generally very good quality and everyone liked it. We also used Thea's coffee shop and the ice cream parlor several times and the quality was always very good. The entertainment team worked really hard and the shows were good, the kids really enjoyed the Tui bots and the kids disco and the evening shows were also done well and good to watch in particular the show they done down the beach one evening was amazing. During the day there were often activities going on but we were never hassled to get involved if we didn't want to. The staff are a real credit to the hotel, most of them couldn't do enough for you and were always very pleasant. There were a few though who we felt really went the extra mile, Hakan making the cocktails at the theatre in the evenings was always pleasant and chatty, along with Serhat who was going around clearing drinks, taking orders and brining drinks in the theater in the evening, again very polite and a nice guy. In the restaurants, Serkan was great and always made a big fuss of the children when we seen him and in the evening Elfan (sorry about the spelling) was amazing, always really happy, and attentive, she is a credit to the place and it was noticeable when she was on her day off. Finally the entertainment staff were all nice but Mia and Amy in particular really went out of their way with the kids which was great. There are a couple of shops on the resort but we didn't use them as there are shops across the road which are cheaper. My daughters got their hair braided in the salon and the staff in there were also lovely, but this does require payment and is not included in the hotel cost. The shops across the road are decent enough if you do want to get out for an hour, they will call you in etc but we didn't find them pushy at all. The Wifi is amazing throughout the hotel and we only had one drop out for around an hour on the first day other than that it was excellent and more than good enough for streaming etc. We had an issue one day where my daughter had left a small teddy on the bed, we came back to find the beds had been changed the teddy had got lost in the blankets and been taken, I asked with reception and later that evening there was a knock at the door and one of the staff had gone through the blankets and found it. My wife took some photos of our daughters playing in the pool and put them on social media tagging the hotel in the post, we came back that day to find the two photos framed with a note from the hotel saying they hoped we enjoyed our stay, it was a real nice touch. These are just two examples of how we feel the hotel really went the extra mile and things which really made this an excellent holiday in a fabulous hotel. We will certainly return in the future.
Short but sweet review. Having such a fabulous time here. Food, service and facilities all top notch. So much so that we’re already trying to book For next year. 9 adults and 2 children, one with autism - who even loves the kids club. Perfect. Thanks to all the staff who can’t do enough for us.
Excellent hotel ,everything you would expect from a sensatori , all bar and restaurant staff very helpful and polite, lobby bar a but hectic at times but the staff are busy trying to give you the best service, hotel grounds and pool areas are excellent, drinks choices are good and the food choices are the best we have had at a all inclusive hotel
The staff are a real credit to this hotel and truly made our stay memorable. You can really see the AKRA training shining through. From the waiting team who remembered our preferences to the friendly housekeeping staff, everyone was warm and attentive. We arrived late at night and still received a lovely welcome, along with excellent support from the customer relations team throughout our stay. Service in our cabana was excellent, the steakhouse was superb, and both the spa treatment and the Turkish shave were standout highlights. The beachfront location is beautiful and retains a lovely local charm, and we enjoyed visiting the nearby Whynot shop. We were also lucky to be there during a Turkish festival the staff worked incredibly hard to create a fantastic day. The entertainment team were brilliant, and the children loved the TUI bots and the quiz. The life guarding team were very professional. The hotel is clearly in the middle of an upgrade, and this showed in some areas. Our compact family room had a difficult shower‑over‑bath setup with no handrail, which wasn’t ideal for children. We had requested a walk‑in shower, but this wasn’t possible. Not really a family set up. The kids club was full most mornings, as were many of the activities. If you’re visiting for this aspect, you need to be quick, very quick. Food in the main restaurant was inconsistent: often cold, lacking flavour, and with limited options for children (mostly pizza and pasta). Salt was used in abundance, even in the popcorn and there was no sushi available. There was plenty of ice cream but no lollies, which wasn’t ideal for younger children. The patisserie was good, but the desserts were large, repetitive, and lacked savoury options. Despite the hotel not being full, sunbeds were reserved early. Guests were also allowed to drink beer bottles in the pool, which felt out of place for a hotel of this standard. There were many positives, especially the staff, but the resort didn’t quite deliver the premium Sensatori feel we’ve enjoyed elsewhere. With new hotels now available nearby, we’d likely consider alternative options next time.
Dear Mr. Omer Ali and Mr. Umit Deniz, I am writing to express our profound disappointment and concern regarding the treatment of our 11-year-old son during our recent stay at your hotel. Our son became seriously unwell after suffering food poisoning during our holiday. As a result of his illness, he accidentally soiled a hotel bed sheet . Rather than handling this unfortunate situation with understanding and compassion, your staff chose to publicly embarrass and humiliate him by discussing the matter in front of reception staff and other guests, before demanding a charge of £170. The way this incident was handled was completely unacceptable. Our son was already distressed and unwell, yet he was made to feel ashamed and singled out for something that occurred as a direct consequence of his illness. We consider this treatment discriminatory and entirely lacking in empathy, particularly towards a vulnerable child. The emotional impact on him has been significant. What should have been an enjoyable family holiday has instead become a deeply upsetting experience that has effectively ruined his holiday. No child should be made to feel humiliated in front of others for becoming ill. Emma from TUI was also made aware of the situation and witnessed the distress and upset that this incident caused. We ensured that the matter was reported at the time, as we felt the treatment of our son was wholly inappropriate and fell far below the standard of customer care that any family should expect. In addition to this, the overall experience at the hotel has been extremely disappointing. Due to a small amount of rain on the 28th, it became virtually impossible to get a table in the buffet restaurant, leaving guests with nowhere suitable to sit and eat. Once again, we were forced to sit in our bedroom instead, which is unacceptable during a family holiday at a hotel of this standard. What makes this even more disappointing is that this was not our first visit to your hotel. This was our fifth stay, and over the years we have recommended your hotel to family members who have also stayed with you. We have always enjoyed our visits and expected a far higher standard of customer care and professionalism. Sadly, the way this matter was handled, alongside the ongoing issues during our stay, has completely changed our perception of your hotel. We are incredibly disappointed and can confidently say that this will be our last visit. We request a full investigation into this incident, an explanation as to why a child was treated in such a manner, and a review of the £170 charge. We also expect a formal apology for the distress and embarrassment caused to our son and our family. We trust that you will take this complaint seriously and respond promptly with details of the actions you intend to take to address our concerns. Yours sincerely,
Cannot fault this resort. It’s absolutely spotless very new / modern. The staff are all so super friendly smiley happy and willing to do anything for you and they are great with kids. Food great drink great ( I would prefer a premium package for wine but that’s just my opinion there were so many other great selections ). The cafe is fab amazing coffee and the best cakes ! Milk shake and iced cream shop another great addition. Our room was lovely and was cleaned and tideless brilliantly every day. The beach is beautiful. We were incredibly sad to leave - one of the best family resorts I have ever been too. Love it !
Great Hotel, this is the 2nd time visiting and refurbishments have been made making it even better. We'll definitely be coming back again. There's lots of activities to do for kids and adults. The food is amazing, both the main restaurant and the 3 A-la-Carte restaurants. Treated myself to a Spa treatment, great recommendations from Hamdi (Mystical Touch: peeling and foam massage, deep tissue and face mask). Sari did all 3 massages, it's the best i've had to date - i suffer from upper and lower back pain and felt amazing after, i would reccomend to everyone... Will definitely try one of the others next time i'm back.
We can't really fault the hotel, the service, attention to detail and the cleanliness were first class. We would love to return next year. There are a few people who need a special mention for making our stay so memorable. Service at the buffet restaurant We met Buket on our first day. She was so friendly making us feel so very welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. She was so very professional, caring and attentive, she made every meal time a real pleasure. Buket is an absolute asset to the Tui team . Absolutely five star service every day. Thank you to much for looking after us so well Buket. Hope to see you again next year. The food at the buffet restaurant After spending 10 days at this resort, we could not leave a review without mentioning the food. Wow, so much respect and appreciation for the whole team preparing and serving the buffet. The choice was amazing everything was so fresh and so much care and attention was given to presentation. Fabulous flavours and blending of ingredients everything was delicious. We had the pleasure of meeting Chef Omer Güven. His passion for sourcing local sustainable ingredients is clear and his expertise creating authentic and new dishes is wonderful. Everyday we tried something new absolutely embracing the local cuisine. The whole experience was fabulous. Huge applause to the whole team. As a plant based chef, I was inspired and can’t wait get cooking. I think mint is my new favourite herb. A big thank you to Simon, the Tui team and Alican, for making this happen. Lobby bar Wow, Huseyin is an absolute star of the lobby bar. So welcoming and such an amazing talent. Our cocktails were fabulous and the attention to detail made us feel very special indeed. We went to the lobby bar every evening of our stay, it became our local. The whole team were always so pleased to see us and looked after us so attentively and professionally and always with a smile. Thank you so much. The Spa Hamdi was the perfect host and very proud to show us around the amazing spa . He looked after us every step of the way. He guided us through the comprehensive treatments on offer and we decided to purchase the holiday package which was absolutely incredible. A Turkish bath and three hour long massages. We have never felt so relaxed. A big thank you to our wonderfully skillful and very attentive therapists Candra and Yuma, who treated us with such care and grace, you made us feel so comfortable and we felt renewed and refreshed after each visit. Such an amazing addition to our holiday, we would thoroughly recommend a visit to the spa. Thank you all so very much.
I just wanted to write a quick review on this hotel as we have just returned after staying at the Residence section but did spend some time this side. The beach bar is a highlight for us and the music sessions at 4 were wonderful. The service by all the bar staff is exceptional. Ramazan who we know from previous visits is always a joy. Friendly and always remembers us. Kutay another great bar tender. The smiley hard working Hakan was so lovely. He is a credit to the hotel. Almed another waiter who worked hard but every member at staff at that bar deserve a mection. We also participated in the aqua fit with Riad daily. He's a great lad and enjoyed several chats with him. We also came over twice to have lunch at the buffet. The new renovation is lovely and and gave a more bright and spacious feel to the restaurant. We enjoyed sitting in the adults outside service where the service was excellent. The food was excellent too and such a great choice. We also had several lunches at the sunset bar where as usual the food was delicious and service excellent. Im sorry I didnt catch our waiters name but all work very hard there. Overall as we have stayed at this hotel several years ago and have family members who stay now the standard of service is very high and totally understand why there is so many guests who return year after year. Lovely to chat to Michelle the tui rep who we know from the residence who is always helpful.
There is not enough words to describe how lovely this place is ! The staff are very professional and work exceptionally hard ,so helpful mertcan our cocktail server was a joy super fun and professional.the views are amazing the food is a solid 10/10 and very consistent throughout the whole trip we will definitely be returning.
Just returned spending 10 days in this beautiful hotel, we went back taking friends with us.we all loved it❤️ All the staff are a credit to you, Maret at breakfast was amazing and always had a smile and very attentive. Merryn omlette lady is the best 🥰Abdullah excellent barman in piano bar, friendly and nothing too much trouble will make you any 🍹🍸Maret and Surkan looked after us in Italian, excellent service, beautiful food .Mesut looked after us around the pool area and recognised us from last year 😃 lovely man. Ulas in Amber can't do enough for you, also Baren and Ismail went above and beyond for us, making sure we were all happy 😃we hired a cabana for our friends anniversary, amazing day, Sezur our waiter was the best, would highly recommend getting one. So relaxing and waited on, had champagne 🍾 and cake to celebrate 🥳could go on writing but everyone and hotel excellent. All waiting girls very helpful and friendly. Just a little point, Piano bar got a bit samey after a few nights, all the entertainment crew are excellent, Jonathan and Craig amazing musicians but same songs. Saturday night party was the best ,lasers outstanding and little special touches ☺️ we will be back , thank you all for looking after us xx
This is my fourth visit to this hotel. The restaurant and the newly renovated areas, including the lobby, are fantastic. As always, it offers a clean and family-friendly holiday atmosphere. The desserts and drinks are wonderful, but the food could be a little tastier this year; the quality of the food has decreased. Other than that, everything is great, as always. I especially need to mention the spa. I had never tried it on my four previous visits to this hotel. By chance, I met Hamdi while going to the gym, and following his recommendations, I tried the Turkish bath, three lymphatic massages, and mixed therapy. I feel amazing; all my aches and pains are gone. I even questioned why I hadn't tried it before. I think this hotel's spa is truly worth trying; there's a very professional team. Especially Hamdi, thank you!
An unforgettable stay from start to finish. The hotel itself is stunning, the location is perfect, and every member of staff made us feel genuinely welcome. We travelled as a large group with a 2-year-old, and there was truly something for everyone — the atmosphere, facilities, and service were exceptional throughout. The highlight of our trip was without a doubt the beach cabana experience, and that was all thanks to Cezar. We booked a cabana for 3 days and it completely made our holiday. Cezar went above and beyond every single day — so attentive, professional, warm, and always one step ahead of anything we needed. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he made us feel so relaxed and looked after. He also took care of us during a private beach cabana evening for my engagement, and it was absolutely magical. Cezar made the whole experience feel so special and personal, creating memories we’ll never forget. His kindness and attention to detail really stood out and made such a difference to our stay. A huge thank you to Cezar and the entire team for making our trip so memorable. We genuinely can’t wait to come back.
I’m sat here on the beach during the last day of my visit. This is my second time here and it’s been absolutely amazing again. I thought that it couldn’t improve from the last time but unbelievably it has. Some renovation work to the main restaurant has improved the flow of the building and there have been upgrades to decor/furniture elsewhere . We never once tried the 3 other restaurants as the food here was exceptional. The grounds here are immaculately kept and the staff are engaging and extremely friendly. I will mention a few who were really special Gizem and Silla and Define for the best coffees. Bartu for delicious chocolate. Rosa for an invigorating massage. Ali in the sunset bar. Hakan who looked after us on the beach. Hatice kept our rooms spotless. But especially Myriam in the beach bar. What a pleasure to meet and chat with throughout our stay. Thanks for all the interactions. I was welcomed by balloons champagne cake and birthday greetings upon my arrival. A brilliant and thoughtful touch. There’s a great vibe and atmosphere here. The musical night on Sunday was excellent and we even went to the rave on Saturday!!! Without doubt the best, most relaxing stay at a holiday resort. We will be back
II came to Akra fethyie Tui blue with my best friend and I had a great time here, hotel staff are amazing, I had a full day spa met a guy called Hamdi who helped me choose the right package for me, all the staff are very professional and unlike most hotels in turkey is been to the spa staff just want your money and they come round bothering u when sunbathing, this wasn't like that at all. I only came for five days but loved every single minute. I would have loved to have the spa every day but finances were low. Just want to say thank you to Hamdi for relieving my constant pain in my back, I truly feel new again. My friend had a chocolate turkish bath and she loved it so much. Had the best time we did.
We have recently retuned from a 10 night stay at TUI Blue Akra Sensatori Fethiye after visiting this hotel numerous times. We have never and continue to not be disappointed with this place. We did NOT want to come home !! Staff at reception cannot be helpful enough, any questions/queries they always have the answer and are more than happy to help. Loads of choice for food which cannot be faulted across all restaurants including the à la carte. Yes, there is a pillow menu which you can view and request changes if required. The hotel grounds, rooms, restaurants and surrounding areas are immaculate. We used the gym which again is immaculate and well equipped. Options for classes such as HIIT yoga etc. The beach is fantastic with multiple sun beds not too close to one another and gives off a real chill vibe with some relaxing music on afternoons. The bar staff at the beach are amazing, always around taking drinks orders with a friendly smile and nothing was ever too much trouble. Most importantly the staff are outstanding and are what makes this hotel such a great place. They cannot do enough for you and are so pleasant and friendly. In particular, Buket and Murat in the main restaurant at breakfast. And our evening server Ramazan. We were always greeted with a friendly smile and they could not be more attentive throughout our dining experience. Will most definitely be returning to this hotel.
Exceptional Food, Outstanding Staff, and Heartwarming Hospitality Akra Fethiye Tui Blue is a resort that clearly refuses to rest on its laurels. You can genuinely feel the hotel constantly striving to be better, and it shows in every detail on our second visit. The addition of the new coffee shops, snacks and premium ice cream has elevated the entire experience, bringing a refined, authentic 5-star feel to the property. Pair this continuous improvement with the absolutely amazing food served throughout the resort, and you have the perfect recipe for a holiday. However, what truly makes this hotel shine is the people. Every single member of the staff is outstanding, and honestly, I feel a bit guilty for not being able to name them all! I should be calling out more, two individuals deserve a very special mention for making our stay extraordinary. First is Gökhan, a waiter in the main buffet restaurant. He was amazingly attentive, anticipating our needs with a smile before we even had to ask. Second is Hüseyin at the main bar. He possesses the magical ability to never let my whisky glass go empty, all while effortlessly churning out phenomenal cocktails for the crowd. A little cultural tip for future guests: Try using the Turkish phrase "Kolay gelsin" (pronounced ko-lie gell-sin) when interacting with the team. It translates beautifully to "May your work be easy." Saying this is a small, kind gesture that acknowledges their hard work, and you will undoubtedly see their faces light up in appreciation. Finally, please tip the staff generously, folks. They work incredibly hard around the clock to create these seamless, luxurious experiences for us. It means the world to them, and wholeheartedly, they deserve it. We're booked to return in May 2026

Everything
Nothing
We have just came back from this resort and honestly it couldn’t have been more good. I am 15 years old and I love doing lighting and sound for theatre, the day we got there the entertainment team were so good and managed to let me help do the tech a lot of the nights we were there and it was amazing, they were all so so supportive and honestly couldn’t be better. It made my whole holiday along with the hotel but actually getting to do the thing I love but on a better scale with the best people was just amazing and couldn’t be better. The lighting and sound guy Yǐgit and Mim the entertainment team were absolutely amazing on helping me and I can’t express more how actually good they were, It Literally made my entire holiday that’s how much it meant to me. Please go to this hotel it is outstanding but the entertainment team is even better. Thank you Charlie
We recently made yet another return visit to this fabulous hotel. Big renovations took place over the closed season, from the reception through the walkway to the ‘Restaurant’, new shops and a great Barista Coffee shop is there now ‘Baska ol’, the renovation of the restaurant has made it lovely and modern looking with lots of curves and wood, very pleasing to the eye. There was a bit of an issue when we first arrived with plates being cold and the hot food not being hot enough, this was raised and resolved. Please if there are any issues, do NOT complain when you get home, raise it at the time, either with the Restaurant manager/supervisor or the TUI team, if they don’t know they can’t do anything about it. This hotel genuinely wants you to have the best holiday experience and will do all they can to ensure that happens. As always the staff were first class. Buket and Gokhan were so efficient and friendly at breakfast every day, bar staff were excellent, but those I want to give a special mention to are Hüseyin Çakan and Abdullah Ozan Toprak in the main Bar who not only are talented cocktail makers but are also such lovely friendly people too, although they do raise an eyebrow when I move onto sparkling water (I’m not a big drinker….wine with dinner, a couple of cocktails then I’m done). Hakan Tunçoğlu and Yigit deserve a mention at the boardwalk, again, such lovely people as well as excellent at their job. I know that my husband has mentioned a lot of people in his review so I won’t mention all of them again, but I would like to give a shout out to Yusuf and Baran who always ensures that people get seats in the bar as well as everything else there job entails. Entertainment cast/bar entertainment/flown in and local acts all brilliant, make sure you don’t miss them, all the programme of what’s on is in the TUI Blue app, get it downloaded. I must also mention the SPA, Opening hours 0900-1900, what an amazing space, go and check it out when you visit, it is on floor -1 below the bar/reception, near the indoor pool/hair and beauty salon/courtesy room/gym. Their full menu of treatments are on the TUI blue app. I had an absolutely wonderful experience, the spa itself is spotlessly clean with beautiful calm lighting, and a peaceful atmosphere that immediately helps you relax. I can thoroughly recommend the Traditional Turkish Peeling and Foam Massage from the Hammam Treatments - your skin will feel amazing after - and also the full body Relax Massage. What a great way to start a holiday, or mid way through or before venturing home. A special mention must go to Hamdi at the Spa, who is exceptionally knowledgeable about all the treatments available. He takes the time to discuss options with guests and helps recommend the most beneficial treatments or packages for individual needs. His warm, engaging personality is a real asset to the spa. Sauna and steam room are available to use free throughout the spa opening hours. I am on countdown to our return trip in the autumn, to visit our Akra Family ❤️
Fantastic hotel and food Staff are all Amazing and make the best cocktails especially Huseyin at the main bar…. We had a swim up room which was lovely 3 luxury Al a carte restaurants with the Italian being the best 4 courses I have tasted…
We stayed here for 10 nights and were really happy with the hotel. There are adult only sections both for the pool and buffet which was a bonus. The drink and food were excellent. It is very clean and the staff were amazing. The only negative for me was that the hot food items at breakfast were either cool or cold. There are plenty of other options and after a couple of days I just chose them. All in all a great hotel with staff that really go the extra mile.
UPDATED OVERVIEW; IF YOU HAVEN'T BEEN TO Sensatori, Akra Fethiye BEFORE, READ THIS: (It might help with your decision) The first thing to know is that this is NOT a party hotel - it IS a chilled, relaxed, unplugged hotel, where you can listen to background music during the day, without being approached every five minutes to join in something or other, or being hassled to have a Hammam - there are NO pool parties or foam parties Neon Parties or White parties. Sensatori is the flagship of Tui as a brand and is the one most favoured by Tui staff (all 64000 of them), and of the various Hotels in the brand, the top three are Fethiye, Sorgun and Sharm. Most regular Sensatorists think Fethiye is the best – we do. Akra Fethiye enjoys a 70% return rate so we meet many people that we’ve met in previous visits. The rooms are simple, modern stylish, but this hides the fact that everything you could reasonably want is catered for 49" TV, mini bar (mainly soft drinks, a couple of beers) T & C making, plus an Nespresso machine, Slippers, Bathrobe QUALITY Bog roll, all the complimentary stuff that you can think of, decent Shampoo, Shower Gel, Conditioner, hand soap and moisturiser. Our was serviced every day by the lovely, smiley and expert Google translate user, Selma! Breakfast is in the Buffet. Inside or out, huge range. Much cooked in front of you – LOVE the Omelette cooked by the ever smiley and cheerful Meryem. But there is SO much choice. Don’t see what you fancy? Ask one of the Managers. If they can do it or get it for the following day – they will (NOT British Bacon, - don't be silly! ). Remember this hotel can accommodate 1500 people, but will still try to give that level of personal service, I am blown away! There are always supervisors like Abidin or Gem (pronounced Chem) or Managers like Memhet and Gokhan wandering constantly - anything that you are not sure about, or want that is not there, they'll help with, with a smile. In reception, a quick Coffee (and Cake? - as much as you want) at Baska’s coffee shop, or visit The Tui Blue Reps (there are at least 5 of them - led by the inimitable Tara - who's been there years) they gets thing sorted and with out fuss, and guest relations are at the next desk. Then on the way down to the Pools and the beach, maybe a stop at the Lime or Jasmine bar for a Coffee or something stronger - most people seem to go to the latter ;-) Then there is Thea's in the Basilico for another Coffee or Tea, maybe a Croissant, beautiful pastry or just a biscuit? Grab a glass of water from the various chillers, or a bottle from any bar, Towels from either the adult bar or the towel shack – change them as often as you want. We tend to get two each, one rolled up as a pillow – but we keep them for a couple of days – we don’t want to take the Pee! You might want to do Yoga or Pilates or Football or Archery, with qualified Professional fitness instructors or we like doing "Monkeysee, Monkeydo" (Aquafit) - which is very effective at burning off the many, many hard to avoid calories. Some brave folk do yoga balancing on paddle boards in the (heated) activity pool. Mesut is always walking around the Family and activity pool collecting glasses and bringing drinks if you are too lazy to get up and use the millions of calories you are piling up at every meal time. I know there is someone else doing the Adult pool too. On the beach loungers - which have cushions this year - there are QR codes to scan on the parasols to have drinks brought to you. At lunch you might be serenaded by one of the cast singing with backing music or playing guitar or Saxophone. Lunch might be at; · The Sunset (which is a payable restaurant in the evening) or the one immediately below (can’t remember what its name is) which does traditional Turkish food – like Pide and Goz….something or other (I can say it, but not spell it) – I recommend trying Aryan – which is salted yogurt and water, sounds odd, but is delicious! You can order from either, or both, menus. · Or you could have a Jacket Potato (you have to ask “why would you” when there is so much fabulous food all around you? They are delicious! (and MASSIVE)) from the shack, which also offers “the best Kebab in Türkiye” (and that is according to the staff) fresh fruit or filled rolls if you just want something simple. Opposite is a bar that apart from the usual also usually offers a “health drink” – looks awful, tastes great. · Or the Buffet with a massive choice which you can eat in door or out · Or the Basilico which offers Italian style food (and absolutely delicious Pizzas – I REALLY can’t think of having a better Pizza anywhere – including Italy!), or the Patisserie within the Basilico. · In the afternoon, you might drop into Thea's Coffee shop for a drink and a wide range of Pastries or the Ice-Cream parlour with a choice of ten different Ice-cream and Sorbet flavours (some are really exotic like Sorrel or Walnut). More Pilates, Yoga, meditation, French boules on the lawn, swing in a string Hamock for two, play Pool or Table Tennis at the sports bar, play a strange Nordic game – the name of which escapes me, but is easy to learn and quite fun. There is pool, darts and sport on two TV's either side of a central podium – lots of major stuff is shown at the sports bar. Then have a walk along the beach, very pebbled at the water’s edge for about 6 feet, get past that and the water is warm and relatively shallow – the easiest way is to go along the pier and climb down the stairs. Or there is Archery and always football matches, or Tennis…… Or you could lounge on one of the many Sunbeds - all set out with reasonable space even when the hotel is at full capacity there are lots of Sunbeds, and more than a hundred more on the beach! In the evening, go up to the Cocktail bar where Tugba and sometimes Huseyin (usually works in the main lobby) who makes phenomenal Cocktails and watch the sun go down over the Islands and chill again, drinking professionally created Cocktails (downside - they take FOREVER to get to you - so allow time to CHILL!), while possibly listening to a small band or Saxophone (live of course), but still background. If they have the ingredients, they’ll make anything you want – apart from a Harvey Wallbanger – they don’t have Galliano – nobody knows why! Then dinner in the newly renovated Buffet Restaurant - all expensive curves, bright and open (with a MASSIVE choice of quality, freshly prepared food) or one of the three included a la carte restaurants (Asian, Italian, Turkish) or splash out at one of the two payable restaurants. Or you could take in some of the music at the Piano bar with the resident musicians -So far, Jonathan and Craig plus others on Piano, Guitar and we've had Violin and electric Cello, in the past - any combination of 3. Then down to the boardwalk Amphitheatre for a simple drink, or a premade Cocktail - staffed by Yigit (pronounced Yeads) and Hakan with Serhat collecting glasses and bring you replacements if needed. the evening entertainment - could be the Professional cast (all from performing arts schools - most with degrees (all?) in the subject), or a flown in tribute act, (Michael Buble, Gary Barlow, Tom Jones, Madonna, Dolly Parton, Jess Glynne, Dua Lipa, Tina Turner, Robbie Williams - to name but a few) or an acrobatic or dance act, (there are about 17 of them throwing themselves about the stage - very impressive!) Some folk will spend the evening down at the Caretta Bar with “Sounds of Ibiza” playing from the raised DJ set. Then there is the opportunity to go back up to the lounge bar where you'll probably get the cast (Jakob, Tom, Mia, Mim, Libby and alicia) (and I do mean cast – i.e.: NOT an animation team lip synching) - around the piano - could be a total of 9 entertaining either as an ensemble, or individually. Music stops at close to midnight (we have managed to push it past 12 a couple of times in the past) - at 12pm, The bar is open all night - All of the spirits are imported premium brands - like Gentleman Jack (my current fav when on holiday) and Johnny Walker Red or Black Label. and we have been there until 3:30am! Fancy a little nibble? (BOY! do you have an appetite!) up to the Amber restaurant which is open all through the night! You can also use the bar there for drinks looking over the resort. Then to bed. Repeat! . Enjoy!
The hotel itself is beautiful, really aesthetic with such a lovely atmosphere. There’s so much to do activity wise, you’re never bored, and the beach is absolutely lovely with table service through a QR code. The beach bar staff were brilliant too. Both in the day and during the evening the entertainment team were absolutely awesome as well, they really added to the whole experience and kept the energy going throughout the trip! The food was good too, loads of different options every day so there was always something for everyone and it never felt repetitive. The staff throughout the whole hotel were brilliant, always happy to help with a smile on their face no matter what you needed. But we just had to write a special shoutout for Isa, what an absolute gem! He was our server in the adults buffet seating area. From day one he made us feel so welcome. Every single day he went out of his way to make sure we were happy, and you could just tell how genuine he was, his kindness wasn’t put on, he was friendly and professional at all times. The little things really stood out too, like the second your drink was empty he was right there asking if you wanted another. Never had to wait, never had to ask, he just noticed. He was so professional but also just really lovely to be around. He honestly made our trip so much better and we can’t thank him enough. Isa, you’re a star, keep doing what you’re doing, you’re brilliant at it!😁🙂⭐
Had a great holiday at Akra Fethiye TUI Blue Sensatori second time here loved the new lay out of the buffet beautiful food was delicious staff were wonderful Meryam was fantastic at doing 3 omelette at a time so professional always had a smile for everyone, the hotel is so beautiful clean all staff were so lovely so professional and very friendly we went to Basilico restaurant the meal was beautiful staff were very friendly especially Naziem was so professional at his job and looked after us such a happy and funny person,All the staff in the piano bar were so friendly especially Deliva she was so lovely we nicknamed her scouser chicken butty , all so in the piano bar Craig was brilliant great singer ,we need to put a big shout out to Jonathon in the piano bar he was absolutely amazing loved him always had time to speak to people with his lovely smile we looked forward to seeing him every night are saying with him was yeh man so professional, Amy the entertainment manager and her staff were amazing so friendly and happy took time out to chat to us and let us know what entertainment was on highly recommend this hotel will be back so thank you.
We adore Akra and the Tui Blue/Sensatori experience. We’ve had the most wonderful holiday again - we did a week last year and 15 days this year as loved it so much, yet still could have stayed longer! The entertainment is great for kids and adults, and Ever After is especially special for any Disney fans! A particular shout out is needed for Kids Club. We never really planned to use it however our daughter Annabelle asked from the start and loved it so much she kept asking to go! The team there are great and so welcoming, especially Karis and Holly!! Our daughter built a strong bond with Karis and wanted her to come back to England with us, and it was so lovely to see her take a genuine interest in Annabelle too - thank you so much! Another shout out to our favourite bartender Mesut, on the pool bar, Lime Bar. Excellent service two years running and he also took the time to speak to our daughter and teach her some Turkish - she now refers to him as her best friend! The staff are fabulous and made it feel even more special than just a holiday. The whole place is just fabulous and we will definitely be back x
Absolutely amazing hotel, from moment we arrived (one of first families since hotel reopened for season) it was 5* quality.. All of the à la carte restaurants were great and varied menus, top shelf alcohol and generous with measures. Ice cream bar was immense, just can not fault this place. Amy and the entertainment crew were just awesome and made our girls days, kids club was brilliant and varied in activities. Thanks again for everyone at this hotel and would highly recommend
What a fabulous hotel! They seem to have thought of everything and nothing is too much trouble. A very chilled relaxed atmosphere, lots to do if you want to, or doing nothing, is just fine too! Despite being a large-ish resort, capacity 1500, it still manages lots of personal touches. For instance, my wife likes a particular dessert - they hadn't displayed it for a few days, so she asked the Chef - "We'll make it for you he said" and the next day, there it was! The rooms are a nice size with everything you can imagine already thought of, Slippers, Robes, New last year 49" telly with Netflix (your subscription). Choice of pillows, wide range of toiletries and concessions, choice of pillows, fluffy duvet - REALLY comfy beds! T&C making, Nespresso machine and pods, cold drinks in mini fridge + "crackers"! Everywhere is so clean! Saw the ventilation system for the Buffet being cleaned through the night! Cleaners with long fluffy poles cleaning were the signage above the restaurant door outside! The entertainment is in a grand stage with a proper cast of 6, (NOT animation team, lip synching) doing shows in the Amphitheatre, plus flown in acts from the UK - tribute acts like Cher, or Tom Jones, Robbie Williams or Gary Barlow - twice a week, and there are musicians in the main bar every night. Food AMAZING in buffet restaurant (all newly refurbished at massive cost - curves cost money). Booze; all premium, surprisingly W-i-d-e range You can tell that guests come back year after year, they all seem to know each other and/or the staff!
10 OUT OF 10, 5 STAR, A* GRADE.🇹🇷🇹🇷🇹🇷🇹🇷🇹🇷🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ This is our 8th visit as a family in 4 years. We have convinced more of our close family members to join us as time has went on. This time we had all grandparents with us. I’m writing a thorough review today because the staff went above and beyond during this visit to help my wife organise things to celebrate my 40th birthday. I want to go above and beyond in my review so forgive me for the length of this review. It’s important to mention that I am not the type of person who visits the same hotels and/or resorts again and again. This is the only hotel I have been to more than once. Friends and family will say it’s because I’m hard to please or fussy but once again the team at Akra Sensatori Fethiye reminded me that this is the kind of place that redefines what an all-inclusive resort can be. From the moment you arrive, there’s an immediate sense that every detail has been carefully considered - not just for comfort, but for an overall warm and welcoming experience. It’s hard to put into words but the staff make you feel like you’re the most important guest. This is a view shared by many of the guests we have spoken to in the last four years. LOCATION = STUNNING. It sits between pine-covered mountains but right on the beachfront. The resort feels both expansive and intimate - they’ve clearly worked hard to have separate parts but have moulded them together seamlessly to create a sense of home-comfort. The grounds are beautifully maintained, with lush gardens, peaceful walkways, and thoughtfully designed spaces that never feel crowded, even at peak times. Whether you’re wandering down to the private beach or relaxing by one of the pools, there’s a sense of carefully designed purpose to each of them. e.g. the main activity pool with upbeat music, the adult only pool with relaxed vibes, the live DJ at the beach bar playing uplifting instrumentals late afternoon to Weldon’s in the evening. ACCOMMODATION = BEAUTIFULLY CALMING. It strikes a perfect balance between ‘modern’ and ‘functional elegance’. Rooms are spacious and have everything you’d need and things you didn’t realise you needed. The swim-up rooms and suites (when we’ve used them) gave us a level of indulgence that made us feel genuinely special. The recent renovations are impressive - every space throughout the hotel is designed with comfort in mind (both for the body and mind) from soft bedding to sleek bathrooms and beautiful decor that brings calm and happiness. EATING = MY CLOTHES ARE NOW TIGHTER. Dining is where Akra Fethiye truly shines. The variety and quality of food goes far beyond ‘normal’ all-inclusive dining in my opinion. The main restaurant offers an impressive international spread with live cooking stations, fresh ingredients, and constantly changing menus. The à la carte restaurants provide a more refined experience, showcasing everything from authentic Turkish flavours to expertly prepared seafood and global cuisine. Every time we visit it is clear that the chefs have tweaked and/or changed menus to ensure that they’re constantly improving things. Attention to detail is evident everywhere when it comes to food and beverages - from presentation to service and the result is consistently memorable meal times - and also going home a lot fuller than I arrived 🤣🤣🤣 My son is a very fussy eater - this is completely our fault as parents and going on holiday has always presented problems at meal times - until we found Akra Fethiye that is. Akra Fethiye clearly want their hotel to please their wide range of guests. Families will enjoy the dedicated children’s areas, kids’ club, and tailored entertainment. Adults will enjoy the adults-only zones that provide a peaceful escape, complete with serene pools and quiet lounges. It’s rare to find a resort that balances both so seamlessly, but Akra Fethiye manages it effortlessly. THINGS TO DO = AWESOME. Activities and entertainment comes in abundance. Whether you’re looking for relaxation or something more active, there’s always something to enjoy. Fitness classes, water sports, evening shows, and live music all ensure there’s something to do or see/hear but it’s never overwhelming because there’s alternatives if something doesn’t tickle your fancy. The HAOR SALON deserves special mention - offering a tranquil retreat that genuinely contributes to my feeling of contentment. The owner has secured a small team of skilled staff that complete a range of treatments from Turkish shaves, manicures/pedicures to hair cuts for males and females alike. THE STAFF = I lead a team of 70 staff in my job and I’d hire any one of the team at Akra Fethiye in a heartbeat if they moved to the UK. They’re attentive without being intrusive, friendly without feeling scripted, and consistently go the extra mile to ensure guests feel welcome and cared for. It’s this human touch that transforms a beautiful resort into a memorable stay. There are guests that will moan and groan about the service and it honestly baffles me how they could have a problem with it. Any guest I have spoken to during my stay will say how great the service is. Obviously during busy periods you might wait a little longer but I have witnessed the spontaneous shuffling of staff so that busier areas have extra staff that appear to help with a ‘rush’. IN SUMMARY = THIS IS OUR HOME FROM HOME.I don’t think it’ll come as a surprise when I say that Akra Fethiye delivers on its promise of a premium, experience-led holiday. It’s a place where luxury feels effortless for the staff team, variety feels carefully designed rather than chaotic, and relaxation comes naturally if and when you want it. Whether you’re travelling as a couple, with family, or simply in search of a refined escape, it offers a level of quality and consistency that’s hard to beat. SPECIAL SHOUT OUTS = this is a difficult part of the review to write. Aslihan (General Manager or BIG BOSS as I call her) circulates like other members of her leadership team to ensures that high standards, expectations and attention to detail is being maintained by all. She is ‘hands on’ and warm with guests and staff alike. The staff clearly respect her - to be honest I stood up straighter when I seen her lol. Aykut, Mehmet, Ismail, Deniz, Erken, Baran - all management (both senior and middle) are also ‘hands on’ leaders and truly work hard to ensure that their teams’ do everything they can to ensure that the guests enjoy absolutely every aspect of their holiday. Mesut - main pool bar. This young man is like an energiser bunny. I’ll see him collecting glasses and taking orders around the pool and then 10 seconds later he is helping clear a queue of children waiting for their juice and crisps at the children’s counter at the pool bar. He operates at great speed but is always calming with his tone and speed of voice. Ramazan (Young one and ‘older’ one lol), Hakan (Tao à la carte), ‘Osgundan’ (Oz - new barista in Thea’s coffee shop). Yusaf (front reception), Suleyman (main buffet), Farat (Sunset lunch service). ALL STAND OUT for being simply amazing. ‘Omer’ (waiter) is currently completing national service so he is not even at the resort at the moment. He sent my son a video message via a colleague to welcome him back. Omer remembered helping my son at breakfast and dinner time during our last visit. When he found out that my son wanted to learn to speak Turkish he gave him a little mini lesson every day. The bond that developed was great to see because my son typically doesn’t have the confidence to do this. I feel so bad that I cannot remember the names of others because they’re honestly all amazing e.g. The barista (young lady) in Thea’s every day who has red colour in her hair makes a range of coffee like its individual pieces of art. I would honestly find it hard to pick a member of staff out of a ‘line up’ who doesn’t work hard to make guests feel special. THANK YOU FOR ANOTHER AMAZING TRIP. 96 days until we join you again this summer 🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂
We stayed at the Akra Fethiye TUI Blue Sensatori as a family of three with our 3-year-old son. Overall, we had a really enjoyable holiday, but there are a few important points worth noting. The biggest disappointment for us was the pool situation. We were told the main pool would be heated, but it wasn’t, which meant it was far too cold to use—especially for a young child. Because of this, everyone gravitated towards the kids’ splash pool, which became very overcrowded and took away from the experience a bit. On the positive side, the food throughout the resort was excellent. There was a great variety each night in the main restaurant, and the à la carte restaurants were fantastic. The steakhouse, in particular, was well worth the extra cost. Basilico snack bar quickly became a family favourite, and the banana bread is genuinely outstanding. The rooms were very well maintained, cleaned daily to a high standard, and the minibar was consistently restocked. The resort itself is immaculate and clearly very well looked after. The staff were another highlight—friendly, attentive, and all spoke very good English, which made everything easy and comfortable. In summary, this is a beautiful, well-run hotel with fantastic food and great staff. However, the lack of a heated pool was a significant downside for us, especially travelling with a young child, and is something worth considering depending on the time of year you visit.
Fantastic service from all staff . Fantastic selection of food both at buffet , coffee shops and alcartes. Well thought out and designed hotel worthy of its status.
My stay at Akra Fethiye Tui Blue Sensatori was an impressive exercise in high-end hospitality. From a technical standpoint, the resort’s layout is masterfully designed to balance expansive communal areas with pockets of absolute tranquility. The 'Sensatori' concept is executed with precision here; the sensory integration—from the curated ambient lighting to the acoustic management in the dining areas—is top-tier. The structural transition between the modern living spaces and the surrounding Mediterranean landscape feels organic and intentional. What stands out is the operational efficiency; the staff manages the complex logistics of a large-scale resort with a discreet yet highly effective presence. The gastronomic variety also maintains a high standard of culinary consistency, which is rare for such a massive operation. If you value architectural elegance paired with a seamless service flow, this is a benchmark destination in Fethiye."
We’ve had a wonderful stay. We are so impressed with the staff, the food, the cocktails, the various areas, pools, kids club the list goes on. Staff are particularly amazing; super helpful and can’t do enough for you whilst remaining understated and classy. The Spa is a real treat. All guests can use the heat experiences and Hammam area and it’s amazing. The sauna is especially wonderful with some essential oil (eucalyptus I believe) in the air it is so refreshing when you leave it. It’s also very large and extremely clean. Perfects temperatures in this and steam room as well as hammam. Treatments were excellent: I had a gamma Honey scrub experience and a de stress manager. Both were perfection, staff were fantastic and take extremely good care of you. I cannot recommend this place enough and if you visit you must go to the spa! We don’t often return to the same Place but we definitely want to return here and bring family! Cok Tessekuler Ederim!
At last minute we decided to book this resort after having to cancel our trip to Thailand via Dubai. And to say we have landed on our feet is an understatement. We will leave a review of the main hotel and facilities when we leave the resort ,it won’t disappoint as this hotel is truly fabulous. However we feel compelled to write a review on our wonderful experience in the resorts spa facilities. We decided to book a family Turkish bath and massage package with the guidance of the wonderful spa manager Hamdi, we were greeted with the most amazing welcome and taken into to the Turkish bath area by the three ladies from Indonesia who were so kind, courteous and professional we enjoyed a fabulous experience. We were then taken to a massage area , where Rosa, Dora and Wayang gave us what can only be described as a heavenly massage experience. You’re then treated to local teas and relaxation in a warm lit relaxation area. If you come to this resort please do not leave here without booking this experience. In total we enjoyed two unhurried hours in the spa. Two hours we will never forget. Thank you.
