Персонал не слышит абсолютно, разговор со стеной. Я про ресепшен и хэлпдэск. Проблема даже не начала рассматриваться до того, как написали в поддержку букинг.

Un magnifique complexe avec de multiples piscines et une grande plage privée. Les options de restauration sont très nombreuses, ce qui permet de manger à n'importe quel moment de la journée. La nourriture était excellente avec une belle variété de plats (seules les pâtisseries pourraient selon moi être un peu améliorées). La chambre etait spacieuse et super propre et confortable.Le personnel nous avait conseillé d'opter pour un surclassement vers une chambre avec accès direct à la piscine : cela a rendu notre séjour particulièrement agréable, confortable et très pratique avec une poussette. Merci pour cette experience

Seul point négatif à signaler : l'organisation du check-out serait à revoir. Nous avons dû attendre 1 heure pour récupérer nos valises puis notre voiture.

Öncelikle check-in esnasında ilgisinden dolayı Emine Hanım'a teşekkür ederim. Tüm personel güler yüzlü. Oteli kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Çocuklu aileler için çok kompakt; her yere rahatlıkla ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Havuzun bakımı ve temizliği fevkaladeydi. Açık büfe lezzetliydi. Kesinlikle favori otelim olmuştur.

Op zich niets.. alles was top. Enige wat raar is, dat je wcpapier niet mag doorspoelen.

Overall, we had a good stay at Liberty Signa, but there were also several aspects that did not meet our expectations for a 5-star hotel in this price category. The biggest disappointment for us was the food quality. While there was a large variety, especially in the main restaurant, the overall quality and taste were often below what we expected from a luxury Ultra All Inclusive resort. In addition, the Myra main restaurant was extremely crowded in the evenings, and it was sometimes difficult to find a table. This made the dining experience quite stressful. We also experienced several smaller issues during our stay, including weak water pressure in the shower, problems with the TV remote, a stained ironing board and a delayed laundry service with poor communication. Most of these issues were eventually addressed by the hotel, but having several problems during one stay was disappointing. On the positive side, the hotel itself is beautiful, very clean and well maintained. The grounds, facilities, activities and evening shows were excellent. A special mention goes to Isa and Batuhan, who were absolutely fantastic. They were extremely friendly, attentive and professional and definitely made our stay more enjoyable. Employees like them are a real asset to the hotel. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but considering the price and the 5-star positioning of Liberty Signa, we expected noticeably better food quality and a smoother overall experience.

Очень хорошая территория, номер идеально чистый, замечательная большая кровать. Еда в изобилии! В отель хочется вернутся. Несмотря на возникшую проблему при заселение. С нашей стороны потребовались усилия, и сотрудники отеля сумели решить проблему.

Мы оплатили два Delux номера с джакузи на балконе но при заселении нам сказали, что это какая-то ошибка была при продаже и таких номеров в наличии нет. Вместо этого нам выдали семейные номера которые как нам объяснили по классу выше, но были абсолютно излишние для нас, потому что лучше было бы оплаченная джакузи чем две лишних ненужных кроватей в проходной комнате. Персонал предложил нам в качестве компенсации бесплатный массаж, однако спустя четыре часа после нескольких напоминаний выяснилось, что для нас он не недоступен в этот день. Тем не менее персонал пошёл нам навстречу, чтобы и в качестве компенсации обеспечил на бесплатный трансфер в аэропорт.

Overall, the hotel is quite good, with good food, decent drinks, and well-maintained beach areas with comfortable sun loungers. However, there are some areas that need improvement. In certain parts of the hotel, the facilities look somewhat neglected, and some of the furniture in the rooms is clearly in need of replacement or renovation.

The biggest issue, in my opinion, is the lack of staff. There are very few employees in the cafés and restaurants, and guests often have to look for someone to get service. Unfortunately, the hotel staff also do not always seem sufficiently trained or prepared to provide the level of service expected from a hotel of this standard. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but improving staff numbers, training, and the general maintenance of some areas would make the experience considerably better.

Almost everything was perfect. The food, both the buffet and the restaurants, and the evening entertainment shows were the highlights of the hotel. They were truly excellent!

I just wish the rooms were larger, or at least that there had been more room options to choose from.

water from the pool in the upper room was coming into our room. The water of the pool was disgusting and full of insects, which made the room extremely unpleasant and unhygienic.

Services, qualité du service et des produits, buffet, personnel ultra gentil et respectueux, rien à dire et tout était plus que parfait pour un sejour all-inn.

The consistent evenings entertainments, the large variety of foods, the live music by the beach at sunset leading into the evenings, the friendliness and hospitality of the staffs, and much more.!

Limited amount of music by some of the pool areas. A drink I tend to enjoy on vacation is a Moscow mule; and they didn’t have ginger ale throughout the hotel to make it. Also it would be nice to have an ATM on the premises or a cash exchange situation.

Die gesamte Anlage hat unsere Erwartungen in jeder Hinsicht übertroffen. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die ausgezeichnete Gastronomie mit ihren exzellenten Restaurants, die sowohl qualitativ als auch geschmacklich auf höchstem Niveau sind. Hervorheben möchten wir insbesondere das Okyanus Restaurant, wo wir mehrfach hervorragend gegessen haben und jeder Besuch ein kulinarisches Erlebnis war. Ein weiteres grosses Plus ist das aussergewöhnlich freundliche, aufmerksame und stets hilfsbereite Personal. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an herzlich willkommen, und jeder Wunsch wird mit einem Lächeln erfüllt. Gruss an Batuhan und an die Girls aus dem Fitnessbereich. Auch das vielseitige Sport-, Unterhaltungs- und Freizeitangebot lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die zahlreichen Aktivitäten sind hervorragend organisiert und bieten für jedes Alter und jeden Geschmack etwas Passendes. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist zudem die Sauberkeit der gesamten Anlage. Alle Bereiche – von den Zimmern über die Restaurants bis hin zu den Pools und Aussenanlagen – waren trotzt der hohen Belegung, jederzeit gepflegt und in einem guten Zustand. Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt rundum gelungen. Die Kombination aus hervorragendem Essen, erstklassigem Service, einem abwechslungsreichen Freizeitangebot und einer perfekt gepflegten Anlage macht dieses Resort zu einer uneingeschränkten Empfehlung. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Der Checkin Prozess könnte freundlicher und bequemer sein. Ausserdem fanden wir das Hin- und Hertragen von den Badetüchern mühsam.

The hotel is amazing, great location, fantastic food, a lot of activities for the children and adults. Every evening there was an amazing show program following different children activities and shows.

Отель отличный для отдыха семьей, особенно с детьми. Отличный свежий современный дизайн. Ухоженная территория. Богатое озеленение ( за исключением пальм у берега).Программа развлечений богатая: каждый вечер выступление для взрослых, для детей. Отличный детский клуб. Номера хорошие. Уборка на высоте. Бассейны хорошие и на разных уровнях. Чистые, ухоженные. Лежаков у бассейна хватает. Расстраивает, то что у моря люди занимают места с самого утра. Итог : пустующие лежаки у моря. Питание: основной ресторан- под постоянным пристальным вниманием шеф-менеджеров. Разнообразие блюд очень большое. Пытаются постоянно чем-то удивить. Из платных ресторанов итальянский на первом месте!

Конечно отелю и менеджерам есть над чем и поработать. Хочется чтобы отель становился лучше. По дизайну: в номере- шумноваты двери в туалете, душе - пластик и рамка из алюминия дают очень много шума и будят твоих соседей. На Территории- место где проводится йога - в июле очень жарко без полноценного затемнения от солнца- деревянные решетки на крыше красивые, но сильно дырявые. На пляже- не очень комфортно от мелкого песка- хочется либо газона больше либо дерева. По ресторанам. В других отелях рестораны за деньги обычно изысканнее и лучше, чем бесплатные. В этом отеле хорошо следят за бесплатными, а платные как будто предоставлены сами себе. Пожалуй итальянский составляет исключение. Очень ждали эффекта от Турецкого, но это было очень слабо! Мясные турецкие блюда- обычно это гордость Турции: Где вкусный люля? Каре ягненка? Рецепты странные. Нужно не авторское прочтение, а качество мяса!. Морской и восточный тоже не впечатлили. Все слишком заливают соусом терияки. Советую всем ходить в основной или в итальянский. А главному менеджеру нужно уделить внимание этим ресторанам, как к основному. Зачем клиенту ходить платно? А желание было большое. Желаю отелю развития и исправлять мелкие недостатки. Мы получили большое удовольствие от отеля. Поэтому ставим высокие оценки!

Нам понравилось все! У нас был замечательный номер — lake house с видом на море. Сам номер, территория перед ним, шезлонги в бассейне. Уединенно, тихо и очень красиво. Территория не большая, но очень продуманная и ухоженная. Детям понравился аквапарк — веселые горки, каждое утро катались, не надоедало, очередей не было. Плавный вход в море, песчаный. Единственное пожелание — по детскому меню не хватало простой еды — куриный суп, котлеты, что-то простое и без соусов — простая здоровая еда для детей. Но в целом — все великолепно! Спасибо вам большое! Сотрудники приветливые, стараются:) Кругом чистота.

При заезде (а мы приехали поздно вечером — рейс из Стамбула в Даламан развернули в небе и отправили в Анталью (проблема в аэропорту Даламана), и с трех часов ночи на ногах, поделилась впечатлением о сложной дороге, при этом русскоговорящая девушка на ресепшн минут 15 убеждала нас, что нашему старшему сыну 16 лет, что она считает по году рождения, а не по реальной дате. Это так странно. Потом менеджер ей объяснил, что все ок, но подобная встреча оставила не очень приятное впечатление. В следующий раз за день до отъезда подошла на ресепшн уточнить про late check out, эта же русскоговорящая девушка с шаблонной улыбкой шаблонно ответила — уточняйте с утра, пока ничего сказать не могу; в это же время муж уточнял у другого сотрудника ресепшн — та мило всё проверила и сказала, что, конечно, без проблем выезд в 13:00 вместо 12:00, продлила ключи на час. В общем, все сотрудники вежливые, отзывчивые, кроме русскоговорящей девушки на ресепшн.

Абсолютно всё было прекрасно: номер, развлечения в отеле, шведский стол. Не к чему придраться

C’est un hôtel qui pense aux familles et aux bébés, tout le personnel est gentil et accueillant. Nous n’avons pas été déçue de tout le séjour ! C’était parfait la décoration, la nourriture, la piscine tout y est pour passer de magnifiques vacances !
