Die mieren en andere beesten .kamer was niet goed schoon. De locatie en als je iemand zijn deur niet goed dicht was ging de deur piepen en dat soms heel vaak ,dus werd er gek van. Foto's waren niet als het hotel in het echt was

The hard pillows, knocking noise on the balcony. The fact 200THB from my 500THB was taken for a dirty towel that was already stained. I have contacted by the hotel and booking.com and am waiting on a response.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026The room was dirty. There was hair in the bathroom sink and stained bedsheets. The staff agreed to refund me for my stay in the morning as they agreed the room was unclean and they had no other rooms available. In the morning they refused to give me a refund. They demanded a cash deposit even though I paid in full online and when I didn’t have enough cash they demanded to keep my passport until I checked out

The television is not a smart TV. There is no option for foreigners who can't understand Thai when you watch television. There are no slippers inside the room.

Bed was hard, pillows were hard, TV didn’t work and no instructions on how to work it. Bathroom overflowed to toilet area and puddled, so always wet area. Air con VERY noisy, and not functioning 100%. Not local to town, staff didn’t offer any transport options information on check-in

Reviewed Oct 13, 2024Stayed an extra few nights due to no train tickets to next destination. I have to say the service was quite poor. No cleaning despite leaving the hanger on the door. As a result ants in room and we ended up buying bug spray. Don't get me wrong we are used to bugs in Thailand but there were no bugs until the cleaners didn't come. I had left hanger on door and spoke to reception the day before requesting cleaner but no one came. We had a leaking toilet and a continuous puddle in bathroom, not sure of the health side of things with this as it was coming from toilet. Again, reported but no one came to resolve so we ended up finding our own towels to wrap around the bottom to soak up the excess water that came each time. Location ok for train station but everything else needs to be looked at.

It is so dirty and covered in mould it’s a health hazard. It makes no sense the cleaners obviously know how to clean as the foyer is clean, but this is almost like a scam you get to your room and it so tired and old and the towels they tell you not to dirty are already dirty and they pillow cases have someone else’s head grease on them and to top it off MOULD!!!!! MOULD EVERYWHERE COVERING THE WALLS AND THE ROOF AND THE BATHROOM AND THE SMELL OF MOULD COMING OUT OF AN AIRCONDITIONER UNIT THAT IS OLD AND NEVER BEEN CLEANED, this place is a HEALTH HAZARD!!!!!! And this is a chain of hotels I wonder if the company even knows how bad it is?? I think they must have one clean room they show the company owners and don’t let them know what’s really going down here.

Reviewed Feb 12, 2023The bathroom was so dirty it was covered in spiderwebs. We asked them kindly to clean it till we were back at night. The bathroom wasn’t clean after that we had to wait for the cleaning lady’s to arrive. After the came in the seriously asked us what would have been dirty because everything was clean. After they came it was a little bit better but by far not good. We asked for another room but the same thing. After the took off the spiderwebs we had bugs all over the room because there were eggs in it. The lady’s in the lobby weren’t able to talk proper English so the communications was also pretty hard.
