The location is amazing! In the middle of everything! Food options all around the vicinity, with McDonald's a minute away, other Eatries with different cuisines right in front, Currency Exchanges, Shops, Mall, Market, Lounges, Live Music, a bustling street that stays awake practically all day and night, etc. Just real good. All these, and yet the Hotel is in a kind of secluded place that when you get into the Hotel, it's all serene, quiet and peace. My room was clean, modern, quite spacious with a comfortable bed, small refrigerator, telly with good channel options, good air-conditioning, kettle with tea/ coffee items, and the toilet facility was okay with good water pressure at the 10th floor where I was. The breakfast was simply amazing. Food was fresh and tasted homemade with a good variety of options and the setting was quite clean and comfortable. Had to get compliments across to the Guys that handled breakfast. The 7th Floor Rooftop Bar with a pool though small, is convenient for purpose I guess. I sadly didn't have the opportunity to check out the Japanese Restaurant at the Rooftop. The policy of allowing me pay a fraction at about 1,500 Baht I believe, for a late 6pm check out as my flight was about 10pm in the night was also much appreciated. I can't fail to mention the concierge service. The Guys waiting at the entrance to take my luggage from the car were very welcoming, gracious and helpful. They helped in sorting out change for an Uber driver paid by cash when it became an issue. They also assisted in booking uber rides to the appropriate places and offering umbrellas to protect from the sun when leaving the Hotel on hot afternoons. This, coupled with the chap that took my luggage to my room that got into the room and made sure I was comfortable with everything in the room before taking his leave, all made me feel quite welcome.

Not much but I guess one could always ask for better coordination and communication at the Front Desk. I had informed them as I was checking in, that I'd like to have a late check out due to my flight out being late in the day, and it was explained to me that I could pay for that. I was surprised there was no record of my request when I casually made enquiries to confirm my delayed check out on the day. I apparently had to pay for the service before it'd be documented Smooth experience thereafter though.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Ramada. L’hôtel offre un très bon rapport qualité-prix, avec des chambres spacieuses, confortables et d’une propreté irréprochable. L’emplacement est tout simplement parfait, au cœur de Bangkok : idéal pour profiter de la ville, avec de nombreux restaurants, commerces et transports à proximité. C’est un véritable avantage pour découvrir Bangkok tout en restant dans un quartier animé et pratique. Le confort des chambres, la propreté et surtout l’emplacement exceptionnel font de cet hôtel une excellente adresse pour un séjour à Bangkok. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel et nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir !

Very disappointing experience. The cleanliness was absolutely terrible, and the hotel is very old and needs serious renovation. The staff were also not friendly, and their attitude and customer service were very uncomfortable. Overall, I had a very bad experience and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Everything!!! Let me start with the receptionist who was absolutely fabulous. They upgraded our room ! It was absolutely fantastic. The staff helped us out with Laundry services and Taxi services. I must tell you that I booked 3 stays here during my trip. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bangkok

Shower area has glass window, see through from the room, although covered with a wooden curtain, but this is very inconvenient when you are staying with a family. I have never seen anything like this in any hotel before.

Es war sehr laut und es war in der Beschreibung nicht ersichtlich, dass das Zimmer gegen ein Live Musik Restaurant gerichtet ist. Die Fenster waren nicht dicht, was den Lärmpegel entscheidend beeinflusste. Ich habe dann eine Nacht früher ausgeckeckt und ein anderes Hotel gebucht. Auf meine Reklamation wurde zuerst nicht eingegangen und als ich dann mitteilte, dass ichfrühzeitig auschecke und mir ein anderes Hotel gesucht habe, boten Sie mir ein anderes Zimmer an, was ich dankend ablehnte.

This Hotel is best a 3 stars at best. Unfortunately currently staying here for 3 nights. Location- 10/10 on Soi 11 Rooms - 5/10 Clean but full and dingy. Reception Staff - 2/10 rude and disrespectful Hotel entry is shocking. Better options out there. We booked a stand queen bed room was give two single (very basic simple ask) . At check in reception said they would upgrade us to a premium room with a queen bed. The next morning was told they will join the bed together to make it a queen bed in our room. 😂😅 Much better options out there for the same or similar prices. When we entered and headed to reception, there was not even a hello or welcome . ‘Passports’ that it wow, reception staff need some basic etiquette training . The door was much better with a simple and welcome , helped with the bags to the lobby.

1. The hotel is unclean, and the reception staff are rude and have a poor attitude. 2. I was asked to have my passports photocopied, but I thought they were being held for photocopying. I sat on chairs, and when I returned to reception, I found the passports on the reception counters. Luckily, I saw them. 3. The Indian residents are disrespectful. They enter the elevator in groups, even though you have a family with you. The elevator is small and unclean, and everyone is behaving erratically or carrying a bottle of alcohol. They show no respect for the hotel or the other guests. 4. The Indian residents gather in groups at reception and near the restrooms, which is inappropriate. 5. The porter at the door, an elderly man, took my luggage to my room. When I thanked him, he didn't like it and spoke to me in Thai because I didn't give him a tip, which I'm not obligated to give. 6. Upon arrival, the hotel should be more considerate of families, especially. I asked to pay in cash because my Visa card was malfunctioning. I told them to keep my passport and then go to my room. I showered, paid, and offered to pay the entire amount in cash, but they refused. I told them I'd pay and go inside with my children, which was inappropriate. I told them two hours at most and I'd pay the full amount for all nights. 7- The TV is old, not a smart TV, for your information. 8- On the last day, at checkout, I told them to bring down the luggage. At checkout time, I went down to put the luggage in the vehicle and get my family in. The receptionist came out shouting, "No, no, checkout!" I told her there was a security guard. If I got into the vehicle and it started moving, she should tell him not to move. I only had to put the luggage in, get my family in, and return to reception. I had already paid for the stay and everything, and there was nothing to buy in the room. I handed over the key and left. 9- Unfortunately, for me, this hotel is a zero.

It's hard to beat the location on Soi 11, and the pool / bar on the... I forget, 6th floor or whatever it is... is good fun. This isn't a fancy hotel by any means, but it's consistent and perfect for a weekend in Bangkok.

Las imágenes que aparecen en Booking sobre la piscina no reflejan la realidad. Se trata de una piscina muy pequeña y de 1,5 metros de profundo. Suficiente para refrescarse después del calor húmedo de Bangkok. El servicio de limpieza del hotel, en la habitación, se limita a poner toallas nuevas y hacer la cama. Nada de quitar basuras o limpiar algo más la habitación. Básicamente eso, hacer la cama. La entrada del hotel, para un extranjero, puede resultar un poco intimidante la primera vez. Luego te das cuenta que no hay ningún problema y que todo es muy seguro y tranquilo.

I highly recommend staying away from this hotel. It was an absolute nightmare. The cleanliness is terrible; I even saw cockroaches at the breakfast buffet! The bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable, making it impossible to get a good rest. Speaking of breakfast, it is very poor, with limited options and lacking basic items like cheese. To make matters worse, the bathroom smelled disgusting—like urine. Save your money and book somewhere else.

The staff were very friendly, and gave me upgrade as they said. location was very good. I extend one night they give discount as well. only problem face the corridor is little congested and the lobby of the hotel. beside that they were very friendly and helpful.

the lobby and the floor corridor, also the swimming pool is okay, not the great. they forget to wake me up, after reminding them to do a wake up call.

The location was good. The price was cheap.

The hotel arrival and drop off for vehicles is very narrow and small. The rooms directly below the 7th floor restaurant and bar is constantly hearing the loud speaker music in the rooms. Throughout the stay from 3rd to 6th July, water in the shower was constantly giving water in different modulations during shower. The lift stopped working a few times. The rooms in the other tower of the hotel, had a blackout.

A’clair at the Receiption was very helpful She helped me with the check in process explained the hotel rules and also helped me with early check in . She is sweet and hardworking. Hotel is centrally located for all the business meetings that I have to attend.

Already my 5th or 6th time in this great hotel (!) That says everything. Best value for money. Friendly staff, best location, nice room and good facilities :)

De devoir payer un surclassement et supplément pour pouvoir avoir ma chambre tout de suite .Comme nous sommes arrivés plus tôt que prévu le matin . Une proposition de leur part directement en arrivant nous avons payer car nous étions fatigués et avions envie de nous laver Pris sur booking 1990 bath Plus 1500 bath pour le surclassement 3490 pour une nuit.

Very small rooms

The hotel filled with bugs, too much music noises, small gym and pool, the breakfast is very limited, the glass water bottle is dirty, the AC is either too cold or too hot, the hot water heater is and pipe needs time to give you hot water and it’s causing huge noises.
