Restaurant options were very good.

The aroma smell, and deposit for each day stayed, and how it was processed.

Good sized comfortable room with everything we required for our stay. Pool and bar on the rooftop was very good for a swim, a drink and some eats. Staff throughout the hotel were very good as well. Hotel is located a short walk to Sukhumvit Road for shopping, good location.

There are no complaints from us.

It’s personal and I knew it when I booked, but a balcony, especially to smoke, missed me.

The room was large and comfortable. Staff were responsive and hospitable. While The location wasn’t the greatest in terms of accessibility to transport, I appreciated the shuttle to sukhumvit which was convenient. I also Liked the rooftop bar which was quiet, cool and had a good selection

Some plumbing issues - Toilet wouldn’t flush completely all the time. On my Second bathtub use, the tap spat out brown, rusty water - which eventually cleared but required some work The time.

We took 2 rooms one was a suite and the other was deluxe room. Both the rooms were spacious and comfortable. While the entire hotel was non smoking but were allowed to smoke in the room balcony, would have liked if ashtray would have been provided there. Did not take breakfast or use the pool.

The only positive aspect of the property, in my experience, was the room. It was spacious, well-sized, and almost felt like a suite, which made it comfortable to stay in. Apart from the room, I did not find much else about the property that stood out positively. Overall, there is considerable scope for improvement in the overall guest experience and the facilities offered.

Unfortunately, my experience at the property was quite disappointing, particularly with the customer service. At check-in, despite having a prepaid reservation, I was asked to provide an additional charge hold. When I declined, they insisted on removing the minibar, which left me feeling that there was a lack of trust towards guests. The checkout experience was even more concerning. Despite having settled all payments and having a taxi waiting for the airport, I was not allowed to leave until the room was checked for missing items. This felt less like a routine check for forgotten belongings and more like a check to see whether I had taken anything from the room. Ironically, I later realised I had actually left my own neck pillow behind, which clearly had been missed during their check. Most concerningly, I was also pressured by the checkout staff to post a positive review on TripAdvisor and was not allowed to leave until I did so. This was extremely uncomfortable and meant the review I posted at the time did not genuinely reflect

The roof top pool was well maintained with a hot tub. The towls and furniture were very nice. The drink service was always available. The breakfast was fantastic. The Spa was very professional . The door staff were always courteous.

The work desk in the room was very convenient. The room was spacious, and the facilities were quite good.

Check-in took far too long. The reception staff did not explain what was causing the delay or apologize for the inconvenience. It took almost 30 minutes before I could enter my room. The most uncomfortable issue was the water temperature. There was no warm water—only extremely hot water came from both the tap and the shower.

Nice hotel excellent service from Little and Base

We're big fans of Radisson Suites Bangkok. The location on Sukhumvit is very convenient if you like the hustle and bustle but still want to stay just outside of it. The hotel is only a 5-7 minute walk away. mr.Sett and ms.Orn, two dedicated Radisson staff members at the rooftop are amazing. They took great care of us while we enjoyed the pool and sunbeds, from summer smoothies to club sandwiches, really the Radisson way we love. There's also a nice cocktail bar with all the drinks you'd expect, plus 4-5 tables and a lounge set to hang out. The pool is perfect and long enough to stretch out and get some exercise in. Honestly, it's bigger than we expected based on the photos, don't expect a gigantic pool, but for the size of the hotel and the rooftop, it's very well equipped. With friendly staff like mr.Sett and ms.Orn, you really feel at home away from home. We'll definitely be back.

Thong , the house keeper is such a joyful person. Sh really puts on effort to clean and very easy going which makes the stay comfortable. I say this because with some Thai accommodations I stayed in housekeeping was always a minus but in Radisson suites you really don’t need to worry about the cleanliness. I don’t do breakfasts at the hotel but the buffet seems nice

The hospitality at this hotel is superb and I highly recommend it! The room was spacious and clean, we were greeted with a heartwarming handwritten message, and they even provided a stylish mocktail service. Thanks to them, we had a fantastic experience and stay! The housekeeping team had high moral standards and hospitality, and I especially want to thank Max for his excellent work and service. This is a wonderful hotel that I will definitely return to!

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Radisson Suite Hotel as a family. From breakfast in the morning to coming back to the hotel in the evening, we always felt very welcome, comfortable, and well taken care of. The hotel staff was absolutely fantastic. Whenever we needed anything or if there was any issue, the team immediately took care of it and solved everything right away. Everyone was extremely friendly, helpful, and especially child-friendly, which made our stay as a family even more enjoyable. We especially want to mention Base, who welcomed us so warmly every morning at breakfast and made the start of each day very pleasant. A very special thank you also goes to Mint, who was wonderful with our children, played with them, and made them feel so happy and welcome. The hotel manager Elle also personally took care of all our requests, which we really appreciated. We were very, very satisfied with our stay and would definitely recommend the Radisson Suite Hotel to everyone, especially families.

Booked a city views room and got a 2nd floor view of the side of a building next door. Perhaps 4m from our windows. Not city view!

The staff were so helpful and kind and helped with everything we needed. The room was great, exactly what we needed. Nice rooftop pool, our kids really enjoyed it. We used the shuttle to the main street, which was a nice bonus. Big breakfast buffet, I really liked the Thai desserts that changed every day.

Breakfast was nice, but I wish there was more variety of the western options.
