Non troppo educati alla reception, alcune volte sembrava di dare fastidio . Posizione comoda ma molto rumorosa. Non sembrano avere interesse ad ospitare persone italiane. Canali televisivi non in italiano. Non lo consiglio.

Csodás hetet töltöttünk a szállodában, minden részletre figyeltek, hogy igazán pihentető legyen a nyaralásunk. A személyzet rendkívül kedves és segítőkész volt. A szálloda tisztasága és hangulata kifogástalan, igazi nyugalom szigete. Az ételek bőségesek, változatosak és nagyon ízletesek voltak. A környezet gyönyörű, a programlehetőségek színesek, így minden nap új élményt kaptunk.

Zeer goede ligging, lekker eten in buffetvorm, veel keuze, vers en verzorgd. Vriendelijk en hardwerkend personeel. Nette kamers. Matras aan de harde kant.

De vele ligbedden die kort op elkaar staan rond het zwembad. Minder aangenaam om daar te vertoeven. Sommige luidruchtige gasten maar dan kan het hotel uiteraard niets aan doen.

Rooms were outdated. The room we stayed in was just next to the swimming pool and had no privacy (had to keep curtains closed all the time)

We paid for a junior suite with a pool view,but it had no pool view the way it’s positioned,very annoyed over being sold something that is not true

It was an okay hotel, nothing fancy or memorable. They couldn’t accommodate early check in and to make our room a triple they brought in a third twin bed, which made the space pretty cramped. The shower also wasn’t great since the water went everywhere.

The hotel furniture was old and looked worn out, with stains and scratches that made the room feel unclean and poorly maintained.

Das Personal war super nett und freundlich. Das Essen war gut und abwechslungsreich.

Die Poolliegen waren immer vorreserviert und die britischen All-Inklusive-Gäste sehr laut und oft betrunken.

Le petit-déjeuner, le buffet, le personnel et aussi l'emplacement. La vue le coucher du soleil.

Le bruit des autres locataires que parler trop fort après minuit.

The view was beautiful with amazing sunsets, the location was perfect for the coast of Sant Antonio (close to all amenities and clubs, restaurants etc) and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Comfy beds and clean room. Last but not least, the food and service at the main restaurant was just lovely - delicious food every day.

For the price we paid for 4 nights we definitely expected the room and in general the hotel to be more modern or at least renovated. It's just way overpriced for the room provided.

De sfeer in het hotel, veel keuze in eten. Het hotel ligt prima gelegen bij leuke tentjes, San Antonio is op loopafstand.

De kamers zijn wat gedateerd, en de bedden zijn hard.

El personal muy amable y atento, he ido embarazada y me he sentido muy a gusto, siempre pendiente de mí para que nada me faltara. La comida del buffet muy buena, destacar la paella y fideuá buenísima y la cocina en vivo

El ruido del aire acondicionado de la habitación era un poco incómodo

If being picky, the pillows could be better, and no Greek yogurt, and limited nuts, mixed berries at breakfast, otherwise very good.

Food was excellent. Bar was great, included most drinks on the ‘all inclusive’ rate.

You need to be quick to reserve the sun beds in a morning. All are taken by 6.30am.

L'accueil etait vraiment super ,avec un personnel toujours souriant et de tres bonne humeur. Le buffet au petit déjeuner était diversifié et bien fournie pour tout les goûts avec une superbe vue sur la piscine et la plage des annimations le soir avec groupes de musique des animations en journée diversifiées et toujours de qualités la chambre est tres spacieuse et la literie tres confortable proche des restaurants et commerces l'établissement est vraiment bien placé Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel avec des couchés de soleil magiques

N'aillant pas la maîtrise de la langue ,jai eu un peu de mal a comprendre les avantages compris dans mon séjour dommage de découvrir un peu tard les activités, n'ayant aucun support les annonçant a l'avance nous avons certainement du en louper.

Le personnel qui presse pour vite finir l assiette dès que l heure de la fin du petit déjeuné ou dîner dommage de sentir cette pression. Un peu cher la nuit mais pas excessif

Food good quality and selection. Nice pool, good poolside entertainment during the day and the all inclusive drinks options are good.

Great place. Food was spot on, staff were great. Rooms were clean and comfortable with good views. Facilities were nice and clean. Good music on at reasonable hours during the day around the pool. Never had to wait long for a drink at the bar. Had a really good time here.

Bit pricey but expected in middle of high season.

Location was amazing. Entertainment was fantastic! The food was exceptional. Best all inclusive buffet I’ve experienced. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Such value for money.

It’s old place, feels and looks old.. definitely owner needs to spend enough money for renovation. Pest control is not there as there are ants. Room cleaning is awful. One day they didn’t even empty the garbage ,they left coffee cups unwashed and didn’t even care to refill coffee. For me this place is barely 3 stars.

Brilliant location, the all inclusive food options were amazing! We stayed in one of the panoramic view suites and it was lovely. The only thing I will say is if you’re a sunbed by the pool lover, the pool area is quite small meaning the sunbeds are very close together. However the beach is right on your doorstep.

Nagyon jó az elhelyezkedèse, közel a tengerpart

Főszezonban ( augusztus hónap) a 3 ott töltött èjszakából csak 1 este volt zenés program, ezen kívül csak zene szólt azt is èjfélkor kikapcsolták. Ez meglepően furcsa egy ilyen helyen, ami a pezsgő èjszakai életről hîres.
