朝食・夕食と美味しかった。レストランもプールも静かで落ち着いた雰囲気で、ゆっくりできました。部屋も決して広くはないけど、清潔で快適でした。テレビでNetflixやYouTubeが見れたのも良かったです。

Mi è piaciuta l’accoglienza e, anche se il check in era previsto per le 15, alla reception ci hanno dato una camera non appena arrivati in struttura ovvero alle 10 e questo ha consentito di riposarci e recuperare poi la giornata. Colazione eccellente, c’era l’imbarazzo della scelta. Posizione buona, vicino al porticciolo e ai bar/ristoranti. Un po’ più distanza dai locali per aperitivo tipo caffè del mar o caffè mambo ma comunque facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Personale disponibile e gentile.

La stanza solo una mattina alle 15 non era ancora stata pulita/sistemata però poi ci hanno bussato alle 17 circa che volevamo fare il cambio asciugamani e aggiustare il letto ma poiché eravamo noi dentro abbiamo slittato al giorno dopo. Il check out era alle 12 e alle 11.59 ci hanno chiamato in camera per comunicarci che avremmo dovuto lasciare subito la camera, senza un minimo di tolleranza (cosa strana visto che al check in erano stati super gentili)

I am just back from an enjoyable 8 night stay at the Hotel & I must say that most things about it were excellent, just 1 negative which i will come too. Positives:- The Location is great - Just far enough away from the centre to be quiet as there is no need for anyone to come up to this part of town (apart from Lidl), but also close enough to be involved in the nightlife if you fancied. The staff are very friendly & helpful The Hotel is kept very clean Breakfast are awesome, with lots of choice. The Pool area is kept clean & was very quiet most of the time with no need to fight for sunbeds The Premium Superior room (101) was spacious and had a huge balcony that had the sun all afternoon, The view wasnt the best, but i liked the convenience of its location. It had a huge bathroom with an amazing shower. It also had a door - this will make sense below. Negatives:- It was a tale a 2 very different rooms. To cut a long story short Jet 2 were unable to add a person to my booking for only a part of the stay so i had to book a 2nd room direct with the hotel for the last 3 days of the holiday. We were given an iconic room (107) which appears at 1st glance to be an upgrade with late breakfast, robes etc... The room is very modern and looks very nice, so i was initially pleased, however when trying to move my things from the previous room i noticed that there was literally no storage space ( shelves or drawers) for clothes or anything apart from a rail, not a major problem, then we noticed the bathroom situation....there basically isnt one. The sink is open in the middle of the main room and the shower and toilet are 2 separate "cubicles" which are also in the mainroom with only frosted glass doors which didnt really provide any form of privacy at all. This might not be a problem for some people, but it was for us. The shower door also did not do a good job of keeping water from escaping out into the main room. You will notice that there is no pictures of this "bathroom" configuration on the website. some people might not have a problem with it especially if you know what you are getting before you go which is why i wanted to make people aware. Overall this didnt really affect our stay as luckily we still had the original room 101 so we basiclly utilised the facilities in both to suit which actually worked out well when getting ready for a night out! I would definitely return to the hotel, but not to stay in an iconic room

Second time visiting Invisa Es Pla and sadly our experience wasn't as good as the first time. We visited in July last year and had a lovely room that faced the back of the hotel, with a nice view of the countryside and the larger pool/bar area. This time we were on the 1st floor in a room facing the front of the hotel. Rooms are still very clean which is great. The balcony was huge which was lovely, but the sun beats down on the front of the hotel all day, making the balcony so hot it was unusable. You could also hear the endless traffic outside which wasn't ideal when trying to sleep. Guests were far louder this time round. The reason we rebooked was due to how quiet and relaxed we found our original stay, but this time we were woken multiple times every night from people being rowdy in the surrounding rooms. I suppose this is unavoidable given the hotel's location but it was still disappointing compared to our previous visit. Staff are all very friendly, food is nice enough and drinks are good value. Think we may look at staying in a quieter area of the island next time we visit.

Checked-in on the 29th of June till 02nd of July and i have probably given the worst view room by hotel staff which was room 401! Literally it is looking to backside of the hotel you see rubbish and with zero view! I am a Invisa Hoteles member and the offer was "free room upgrade" upon availability. I called the reception from my room and spoke to Hotel manager, his name is Diego. Diego said "we have no available room for you to upgrade, we are fully booked" He thinks that he is the smartest person in this hotel 😆 I checked the hotel's official web page and found 6 "available" rooms for me to upgrade for the check-in day. I called Invisa Hotel customer services number spoke to Romina, explained the situation and she asked me to wait for a few minutes spoke to the reception and magically an upgraded pool view room given to me straightaway. Thanks for Romina to expose Diego and keeping the hotel policy that "free room upgrade for members" I have given nice view room at the top 5th floor which was 501. So, according to my terrible experience with Diego you should never trust him and if he say something to you, that could be a lie so just be careful and don't trust Diego at all! 2 star given following, rooms was in good condition and paid for Half board, both breakfast and dinner was good enough for variety. Swimming pool size is good. 5 bottles of Coron beer bucket is 20 Euros which is also fair pricing and affordable. If otherwise his behaviour would rated for zero star! Special thanks to Romina from customer services who was being "real" helpful to me.

This Hotel has it all and is suitable for adults of any age. First impressions were how clean and tidy everything was. we arrived at 21:15. The kind guy on the desk said we could quickly grab an evening meal before checking in before it closed at 21:30. wristbands needed to prove you are a guest. Resort tax was 46 Euros for the two of us for a week. A lot of hen do's / lads groups seem to just come for a few nights for the clubs. The room safe was free to use which was a bonus. We stayed in the junior suite which was like two rooms in one. We had twin beds pushed together,a sofa, a fridge, a wardrobe , a t.v and a Juliette balcony in the bedroom with another sofa, fridge, wardrobe, t.v and safe in the lounge area with a balcony you could sit out on. also a kettle and coffee pod machine. Free water was left in the fridge on arrival which was nice. Bathroom had just a shower, shower gel, shampoo, soap and a hairdryer.There was an air-conditioning unit in each room which can be left on all day and does not need the electric card plugged in. They were both very quiet ( the best we have had ) and a god send as it was 29. Rooms were cleaned every day during our stay. You just leave a card on the bed if you want clean sheets and place the towels in the shower if you need clean ones. Breakfast is one sitting from 8:00-10:30 ( but up-to 12:00 if you are staying in the junior suite. Breakfast was amazing for us English with everything you could want...even haribo sweets, Well I'm not going to say no. lol. They will also cook you an omelette fresh with your choice of fillings. If you want to drink by the pool there is a deposit of 2 euros for the glass which made people return them and kept the pool area clean. The pool is open from 10:00 - 19:00 and there is a Life guard on duty. There is a quiet pool at the front and a party pool at the back with music and a d.j a few days a week. The snack bar is at the music pool and the food was nice and also not too expensive. The gym is a separate room near the quiet pool and is open from 8:00-20:00 Evening meal is 19:00- 21:30 and was OK. Everything was cooked lovely but strange combinations...for us Brits. we never went hungry though. Water is free or you can pay for drinks. A beer or wine was about 3.50 Euros and a coke 4.50 euros. Great position for the o beach Ibiza daytime pool party club, only a 10 minute walk. Eden was opposite the hotel but we never heard it at night. The junior suites are all at the back of the hotel overlooking the tennis courts and nice and quiet. there is a lidil's 2 mins down the road to stock up on food and drink etc.. The beach is only 2 mins walk towards the egg roundabout. There we groups of 60 year old's, lads groups, couples like us and hen do's but everyone seemed to have a good time and there wasn't any trouble. All staff are very hard working.

Very central to everything, not far to walk to different places. Rooms were modern and clean with everything you needed. Hotel lobby smells amazing and they have vending machines which are handy too.

A lovely short stay in April over the Easter Weekend. Hotel was well maintained, staff were friendly. Two pool areas although only one was open due to being early season. Food was ok we had breakfast and dinner for four days and always found something we liked. Hot breakfast choice could have been better though. It’s an adult only hotel which we didn’t know when we booked, but that was our error. In a great spot two minutes walk from the egg.

Basics covered but some rooms have issues, like very sad old fridges which need a good clean or replacing, air con which is temperamental and stays on all the time (one friends room needed three blankets to try and sleep). Breakfast is good, staff are nice. Weird token thing for plastic cups is annoying. Maids/room cleaners need a medal for their hard work due to lazy visitors trashing rooms. Overall ok, and a Lidl next door if you need anything.

We had a warm welcome from reception. Unfortunately they put us in room 118, which had a horrendous view and I did not feel safe. We had asked Jet2 to request a high room, but they had not passed this onto the hotel. They moved us to a room on the 3rd floor, but the safe didn't work in that room. Eventually we moved to room 515. It was just right! A decent sized room, which was kept clean, with daily towel changes and the option to get your bed linen changed too. You got a bottle of water in the fridge on arrival. The shower was a nightmare, it kept becoming scorching hot, you really had to be careful. The breakfast was the best bit, with lots to choose from. You got free glasses of water a meal times, but could choose to purchase other items too. The evening meal was passable, but definitely could have been better. The pool areas were great. We chose to sunbathe at the large back pool and even had a DJ on 2 of the days. A nice surprise. All staff were helpful throughout and we really enjoyed our time there. We were so close to the bus station and the Ibiza Egg too. We will be back!

Brilliant stay in a friendly hotel staff were pleasant,rooms cleaned every day without fail,well situated for all you need,beds very comfortable air conditioning was spot on as it was very hot,reception staff very helpful if you needed anything.

Les chambres sont confortables et bien entretenues, ce qui permet de se sentir rapidement à l’aise. Les piscines sont propres et bien entretenues, avec des transats en très bon état, parfaits pour se détendre. Côté restauration, le buffet proposé à chaque repas est varié. Les quantités sont largement suffisantes et la qualité des plats est au rendez-vous.

As a returning guest, I was once again left feeling satisfied with my stay. While the hotel itself isn’t the most visually impressive, it offers good value for money and delivers on the essentials. Its location is a real highlight right in the heart of the action, yet tucked away just enough to avoid the noise. The rooms are modern and generally well-kept, though some areas could benefit from a bit of TLC. That said, they’re clean, functional, and perfectly suited for short stays. However, one major downside was the breakfast. On each of the three mornings, we were served undercooked hash browns and sausages that were not just slightly off, but noticeably raw. This wasn’t a one-off issue it happened repeatedly, which made it even more concerning. We raised this with the breakfast staff at the time, but unfortunately they seemed uninterested and made no effort to apologise or address the problem. We also reported it to the front desk, hoping for a more appropriate response, but again there was no real acknowledgement or apology. It was disappointing to see such a lack of concern over something that is both a basic expectation and a potential health risk. Thankfully, we chose not to eat the sausages, which likely saved us from spending a good portion of the trip unwell. Overall, the stay was still positive in many respects, but the breakfast experience and the way it was handled left a sour note that shouldn’t be overlooked.

This was my first time visiting Ibiza and as I was travelling alone, I was a little worried. However, I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel was lovely, staff were friendly and there was a mixed group of guests of all ages. Bed and pillows were comfy. Close to the marina and a handy Lidl across the road. I would definitely come back.

E' andato tutto bene, alla reception molto cordiali, avendo fatto il ceck-in on-line è stato molto veloce, ascensori veloci e ben tenuti, mi hanno dato una camera vista piscina, le dimensioni sono un pò contenutema per due persone vanno bene ed il terrazzo è un valore aggiunto, il bagno era ok, la doccia ottima non usciva neanche una goccia d'acqua. l'hotel meritava le 4 stelle assegnate, alla partenza David è stato veramente gentile.

la cena, le verdureerano ok,ma sui secondi era un pò scarsa la scelta, è vero che c'erano pesce e carne alla piastra tutte le sere ma sui cibi precotti la scelta era scarsa, ( ovviamente è un mio parere ). Nota di merito il vino e l'acqua al bicchiere compresi e le altre bevanse ad un prezzo economico, bravi !

Really enjoyed our stay here. Very clean hotel, well situated for everything. We had a pool view. The staff were helpful, especially with car hire recommendations and the option to pay for a late check-out as we had a later flight home. We paid €50 to have our room until 5pm. I think it was €30 until 3 pm, €80 until 8pm. I imagine that is dependent on availability. The food was ok, there was always something to have, and we found the alcoholic drinks with the evening meal to be really fairly priced. There was only one pool open, but it was all that was needed at the end of March, beginning of April. This was one of the few hotels that actually had the pool open this time of year and played a big part in why we booked here. Relaxing around the pool, regardless of going in the water, was needed. Our room was lovely, plenty of room for 2 of us. Walk in shower. The TV showed itv1,2 & 4 in English. The balcony was roomy enough with a table, 2 chairs, and a little drop-down washing line to dry things. Most importantly, to me,there was a kettle in the room! Fabulous 👌🏻 I'd stay here again. Great hotel for the prices we paid.

Not much to be negative about, really. Tiny things like condiments at breakfast. I like ketchup on my eggs. Condiments were only out in the evening. Butter was a bit hit and miss, too. It's hardly worth mentioning, but that was it, really. Pillows could have been a little softer. One was enough for me. Not much in the way of views, Lidl, the roundabout, and a car park. We were mostly out anyway, but I'm trying to find some negatives here, and I'm being picky. There really was very little to complain about. 😊

Se supone que nos servían un desayuno fío a las 7, tuvimos que rogar que nos sacan pan, no había leches, y no fueron capaces de sacarnos cereales. La ducha, el agua caliente no era constante, era una sensación como de bombear y pasabas de friatemplada a quemarte.

Personal muy amable desde recepción hasta el restaurante, servicio del bar, personal de limpieza Y Sara la animadora lo hizo estupendamente bien . Las camas muy cómodas. Relación calidad precio muy buena.

Had a very pleasant 4 night stay.Arrived at the hotel 10am, gentlemen who checked us in was very welcoming, polite and efficient. Our room had already been prepared, so we were able to put our bags there and freshen up which was a nice little bonus. Our room was of a good size with good storage as well. There was a kettle and a small fridge which was adequate for our needs, the complimentary water in the fridge was welcome. The tea, coffee, sugar was replenished daily and we did not have any issues when we asked for anything from the cleaning staff who were also very helpful. The bathroom was spacious and well laid out, the shower was amazing 🙂 The only negative feedback would have to be about the attention to detail when cleaning the shower cubicle (the areas around the bottom where the track is, maybe needs a deep clean🤔 because it is difficult to get into.) Other than that, everything was excellent. The overall appearance of the hotel is clean bright and tidy. The staff in the restaurant were friendly and attentive. The food choice at breakfast o was amazing, something for everyone, very tasty indeed. On our last night we had an evening meal, that too was very good, many choices, very enjoyable! The pool area was good and due to it being late in the season, never an issue to get a sunbed. We had drinks from the bar and a pizza, delicious!Julian was friendly and gave good service👌 Would definitely recommend, and hopefully will return.

Nice clean hotel, good location rooms slightly basic but clean, we only stayed to nights and our room was cleaned during our stay.

Just back from a week in this hotel. The location is ideal, 5 mins walk to the harbour, the beach, the bus station, the shops, bars and restaurants. The rooms are large and clean and quiet. There are two pools to choose from, both clean and liars of sunbeds. We were half board and the food was great. Plenty of choice at every meal. Dishes were in smaller quantities so not sitting out for long. Everything was fresh and tasty. If you wanted something, nothing was too much trouble. The staff were so friendly and helpful from reception check in and information, to restaurant staff who were always chatty and smiling despite having worked long hours, to the housekeeping who kept the hotel spotless. We had a late transfer and the hotel provided us with towels and a shower room so we could enjoy our last day to the full. Would definitely return.

Fresh newly renovated rooms

A superb hotel in a quiet stop but just minutes walk from the centre. The hotel has recently been refurbished and everything looks great. It was exceptionally clean throughout. The bedroom was very nicely appointed and the public areas were very pleasant. The food at breakfast was good with an extensive choice of food items. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Just returned home from a week at Invisa Es Pla and can highly recommend. When we arrived we were told our room was not ready until 3pm so we were able to leave our luggage in a secure area..so we did this and went for a wander..we came back to the hotel to wait but were pleasantly surprised when the chap on the desk recognised us and flagged us down as we wandered through to let us know the room was ready which was very good of him. The food on offer was lovely both at breakfast time and evening meal. Three double toasters available instead of those annoying conveyor belt things. Lovely friendly staff both in the restaurant and the bars. Rooms have kettles, mini fridges and safes...available at no extra cost. The hotel is located about five minutes from the bus station. The L3 will get you to Ibiza Town....4.20 euros return ticket. Didnt try many restaurants in town but cocktails in Mambo and Rita's Cantina were lovely. There was also a lovely coffee shop in the old towm serving freshly baked cakes and sandwiches. There is a Lidl over the road from the hotel which is great for stocking up on snacks. All on all a lovely week ..highly recommend.

Incident happened with me and the ambulance team. When the situation was happening the staff at front desk was very rude and not accommodating. Was telling us to move and getting angry at us for no reason when there was clearly something wrong with my friend

This is a very good hotel! Great location for San Antonio. Lidl across the road for cheap water / beers for your room. The breakfast is really good. Plenty of choice. Not sure how some of the reviews say otherwise... We never had one single problem with the food, hotel or staff. Two pools, always plenty of beds around both. We are booking again for next year. Highly recommend.
