Breakfast was good.

For this money having spider webs whole stay. Shower was not in a good condition as well. We wanted to move our check-in date by one day, but this was not allowed. We also wanted to extend our stay by an additional 3 nights. However, because the staff was absolutely terrible, we decided to leave and stay somewhere else. I understand that this is probably not a decision made by the receptionists themselves, but by someone else who sets these policies.

Food hall was great, nice choice of food. Room was cleaned most days and we had fresh towels. Air con was great in the room.

Cyber Angriff, Wasserlachen im Zimmer und kaputter Safe Unser Aufenthalt war leider eine große Enttäuschung. In unserem Zimmer gab es Probleme mit Wasser, es haben sich große Lachen im Zimmer und bei der Toilette gebildet. Außerdem funktionierte der Safe nicht. Besonders enttäuschend war jedoch der Umgang mit unserer anschließenden Beschwerde. Nach jeder Beschwerde an der Rezeption wurde uns versichert, dass das Problem behoben wird- was in diesem Hotel soviel hieß wie die Lacken einfach kurz aufwischen aber das Problem nicht zu beheben. Als wir wieder im Zimmer waren, haben sich die Lacken erneut gebildet. Die Dusche war außerdem bereits aus den Angeln gerissen. Da sich trotz dutzender Beschwerden nichts geändert hat und uns auch keine Alternativen angeboten wurden, haben wir versucht einen Preisnachlass auszuhandeln. Daraufhin war es plötzlich möglich das Zimmer zu wechseln oder ein „all inklusive“ Upgrade zu bekommen. Diese „Angebote“ waren für uns zu diesem Zeitpunkt allerdings keine sinnvolle oder angemessene Entschädigung, da wir bereits unsere Abreise für den nächsten Morgen geplant hatten. Im Nachhinein werden diese Optionen nun als Begründung dafür verwendet, jegliche finanzielle Entschädigung abzulehnen. Noch wesentlich besorgniserregender ist für uns der Umgang mit unseren persönlichen Daten. Die Hotelgruppe wurde Opfer eines Hackerangriffs und alle unsere persönlichen Daten von Reisepässen, private Wohnadressen, etc. wurden möglicherweise von Betrügern gestohlen. Aufgrund der Vorkommnisse haben wir inzwischen ernsthafte Bedenken, dass unsere Daten möglicherweise in falsche Hände geraten sein könnten und missbraucht werden, im schlimmsten Fall sogar für Betrug oder Identitätsdiebstahl.

Great location, clean and also cleaned rooms (as we was not awake early enough) when asked. Hotel is very busy / party so definitely don’t stay here if you don’t like that!

Lots of sunbeds but the pool does get very busy - so have to be up early ish to reserve. I appreciate some people stay past the 11am check in time, but had someone knock twice to kick us out at 10am, even though we had plenty of time still. Also incident round the pool of another guest being abusive, reported to reception and security didn’t do much about it.

We were not provided with clean towels and the room was not cleaned for the entire time we stayed we had to go and ask for clean towels and still didn’t get them, the all inclusive was not easy or straightforward you had to pay 2 euros every day for a chip to be able to access it so paying more again for something already booked and paid for and having to go back and for to reception, they didn’t allow public to access the pool/club area during the day even on a paid basis which didn’t make any business sense at all. Considering this hotel is 4* it was overpriced for the lack of standards received.

En 6 dias que hemos estado,solo nos han limpiado la habitación 2 dias. Ningún dia nos han rellenado los jabones de la ducha.Hemos estado 4 dias sin cambio de sabanas ni toallas. No teniamos ni papel higienico.

Our room was dirty when we arrived & not cleaned for the 4 days we stayed (we never used the do not disturb sign) On our first night we flooded the bathroom after a 5 minute shower because of the amount of hair left by the previous people that had clearly not be cleaned. The most ridiculous visiting rules as well, security guards are like the military - if you want a new friend’s opinion on your outfit, they won’t be allowed past the entrance to see it. The pool area is nice but pool is disgustingly warm.

La struttura mi è piaciuta molto perché offriva numerosi comfort, come la piscina con solarium, la jacuzzi, la palestra e la sauna. Inoltre, a pagamento, c’era anche la possibilità di usufruire di servizi come tatuaggi e parrucchiere, rendendola una struttura davvero completa sotto il punto di vista dei servizi. Considerando il prezzo pagato, credo che fosse il minimo aspettarsi un’offerta di questo livello, ma devo dire che la struttura mi ha colpito anche dal punto di vista estetico: il design, caratterizzato dai colori rosso e nero, era molto curato e moderno, e anche le camere erano spaziose, belle e accoglienti.

La nota negativa riguarda soprattutto la mancanza di controlli e il comportamento di molti ospiti, non perché mi aspettassi una selezione particolare all’ingresso, ma perché durante il soggiorno si sono verificate situazioni davvero eccessive. Ho visto persone girare praticamente nude per l’hotel, dai balconi era possibile assistere a scene poco rispettose, con ragazze che chiamavano ragazzi per farli salire nelle loro camere. Inoltre, non era possibile rilassarsi negli spazi comuni: in piscina c’erano continuamente ragazzi ubriachi, molta sporcizia, bicchieri lasciati ovunque, urla e confusione costante. Di conseguenza, era difficile anche fare il bagno in tranquillità. Un altro aspetto negativo è stato il mancato controllo dei lettini: alcune persone ci dormivano sopra con le scarpe sporche, senza che nessuno intervenisse, rendendo poco igienico utilizzarli. Anche durante la notte era quasi impossibile riposare a causa del rumore continuo, delle feste improvvisate e dei litigi tra gli ospiti. Considerando il costo del soggiorno, mi sarei aspettato un maggiore controllo da parte della struttura per garantire un ambiente più ordinato e rilassante. È un vero peccato, perché l’hotel è molto bello, moderno e ricco di servizi, con una buona colazione e tanti comfort. Tuttavia, molti di questi non possono essere goduti pienamente a causa del comportamento di alcuni ospiti. Con un maggiore controllo e il rispetto delle regole, l’esperienza sarebbe stata decisamente migliore.

We had a fantastic stay in District vibra. Beautiful place with a great layout, really cool restaurant and bars. Service was exelent all through the stay with very friendly staff. Can absolutely recommend Candy’s margaritas at the Hall bar!

If you’re booking this knowing it’s loud and in the centre of the action, honestly you can’t fault this hotel. It’s modern, clean and well run. Rooms have great air conditioning and are a good size. Balconies are a bit small though. I agree with comments about the bathroom lay out…it’s odd. So there’s a shower / wet room on one side, then a toilet on the other side…and a sink in the main room. Just weird! The drinks in all inclusive were fine and to be fair the food was really tasty at breakfast and dinner. The snack bar for lunch was a let down however with burgers so dry they tasted of cardboard, so all in all, pleasantly surprised and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend If you get a good deal

Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing from the beginning of our stay until the end. On one of our first days, we were sitting by the pool listening to music on our speaker. Without saying a word, a security guard walked over, switched off my speaker (which was a very expensive personal item), and walked away. I was shocked that he felt it was appropriate to touch my property without asking. Had anything happened to it, I would have been extremely upset. After this, my friend went to reception to ask why. We were shown the hotel rules, which stated that loud or disturbing music was not permitted after 11:00 pm. As it was daytime and nobody around us appeared to be disturbed—in fact, many people were enjoying the music—we questioned this. The receptionist then told us it was fine, so we returned to the pool and turned the music back on. Shortly afterwards, the same security guard came back, spoke to us aggressively, demanded we turn it off, and tried to make us go back inside. I refused because I didn’t see why we should spend our holiday arguing over music when reception had just told us it was allowed. He then brought the receptionist outside, who told us off in front of everyone by the pool and made us turn the music off. Many guests around us booed because they wanted the music to stay on. What made this even more frustrating was that the very next day, and for the remainder of our holiday, several other groups openly played music around the pool. The same security guard was present on multiple occasions and did not appear to challenge them or ask them to turn it off. From our perspective, the rules seemed to be enforced differently depending on the guests involved. The end of our stay was even worse. One of our friends became seriously unwell, was vomiting, and panicked because she believed she was choking. In that moment, she climbed over to the neighbouring balcony to get help. We fully appreciate that this was against hotel safety rules, but it was clearly an emergency rather than reckless behaviour. Despite this, the hotel chose to remove not only the guest involved but also another guest who had no involvement in the incident whatsoever. We felt there was very little compassion or willingness to listen to the circumstances before making such a serious decision. Overall, we left feeling singled out, embarrassed, and unfairly treated. We understand that hotels have rules, and we respect the importance of safety. However, we also expect staff to apply those rules consistently, treat guests respectfully, and use discretion when genuine emergencies arise. Sadly, because of our experience, we would not stay at this hotel again and cannot recommend it based on the way we were treated.

Fantastic location with bus station and taxis close by, short walk to bars, restaurants and clubs. Rooms are ok, shower Is good but they never filled the body wash container in the 4 days we were there. Food is ok with plenty of choice but never hot unless you get the things they cook in front of you. Drinks included in the all inclusive are ok, I would avoid the cocktails though that come from a tap, I believe you get better ones with all inclusive gold. Pool towels were never mentioned when checking in, but they are available from reception with a €10 euro deposit. Staff are all friendly, but check in was very slow even when not particularly busy. Not a huge number of sunbeds and the swarm go out reserving the beds by the pool the moment the pool opens, then disappear for hours!! DJ bu the pool sometimes but not everyday Overall not bad value for money and a great base for partying

Avoid this hotel if you want a relaxing and genuinely all-inclusive experience. We were repeatedly told off by a staff member called Joseph for playing very quiet music by the pool, despite the hotel policy only stating that loud music which disturbs other guests is not allowed. Our music was at a low volume and wasn’t bothering anyone, yet we were singled out and spoken to unnecessarily. We asked everyone round the pool if they allowed us to have the music and they all consented. Another major issue was the water situation. We paid for an all-inclusive package, yet after 11pm when the bar closes, there is no access to drinking water. When we asked for water, we were told to drink tap water instead, and on other occasions were asked to pay for bottled water. For an all-inclusive hotel, charging guests for water or leaving them without access to drinking water overnight is completely unacceptable. The hotel seems far more concerned with enforcing unnecessary rules than ensuring guests have a comfortable stay. Between the inconsistent treatment by staff and the lack of basic all-inclusive provisions, this was a disappointing experience and not somewhere I would choose to stay again.

Pros - pool area is nice and clean - The pool staff are friendly - Location is perfect for Ibiza - Taxi rank outside - Lots of clothes shops, cafes and hairdressers and souvenir shops - The tattoo artist and hairdresser in the hotel is amazing - The beds are comfortable - The water pressure in the shower is good - 20-25 mins from airport Cons - Food is nice but extremely cold - Unsure why the staff ask for your room number when you have all inclusive wristbands on when going for the food - No tea/coffee was available - The rooms are tiny - The cleanliness of the rooms are poor - The check in was extremely slow and disorganised - The hotel staff did not tell you enough about the pool towels, the location of what’s in the hotel - The sink and toilet situation is ridiculous in the room - The hotel staff always want to clean early knowing that it is a party hotel and everyone is sleeping and hungover - The token process for the all inclusive drinks is ridiculous Overall it’s an ok hotel. Funnily enough they have a girl walking around adding fake Google reviews off everyone’s phones for ‘free drinks’

I would like to give this review to the lovely manageress of The Vibra District Hotel in Ibiza.My 2 daughters are staying there this week to celebrate my youngest Ashleigh's 21st Birthday.They got talking to the manageress on the way back from 528 Ibiza and she recognised their bonds and asked them where they staying at The Vibra they said yes they are staying this week to celebrate Ashleigh's 21st on Thursday.The girls came back from Ocean Beach yesterday 11 June and the lovely manager had put in their room,a bottle of Prosecco,2 glasses,2 Tote Bags,2 fans and 2 Key rings.What a wonderful gesture from the Manageress and Ashleigh was well made up.Thank you so much you are a credit to the Hotel and the Company. I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of the hotel. The room was dirty on arrival, with dust, stains, and areas that clearly had not been cleaned properly. Housekeeping standards were far below what I would expect from a hotel of this category. Unfortunately, this had a negative impact on our stay. I would not recommend this hotel if cleanliness is important to you.

Central if you are there for the night life

Room was tiny. Bed was tiny. Shower was tiny. Sink was next to the bed. Balcony overlooked a carpark. If you’re there with the agenda to not see the real beauty of Ibiza and just there for the party scene, then you won’t mind young minds being in ket holes round the pool first thing or doing lines off their phones at 10am. Not for me. I moved hotels after 3 days as the it was not my vibe.

The location was good. The room was okay but needed some minor repairs. Staff friendly but not too fast to help at reception (finished chatting with each other while I waited). Breakfast was great and open until 11am! Quite busy with 18-30 ages.

Hotel was a nightmare from the start, booked 3 separately rooms all payed the same price 2 people got a double room and one person got stuck with a single room which was like a prison cell. When I booked the holiday it said we had a pool view when we got there the staff said we never. Reception staff and security were all rude and arrogant, payed 20 euro to borrow a iron and staff said I would have to wait a hour for the refund and my taxi was waiting for me outside to go the airport. Will never stay at this hotel again and will not reccomned anyone

Das Hotel ist modern eingerichtet. Es liegt in einer lebhaften Gegend. Das Essen war sehr köstlich. An der Rezeption wird man freundlich bedient. Man sollte beim schlafen Ohrstöpsel benutzen.
