Good location and good parking spots.

It was a very nice hotel. Way beyond what I expected especially for the price. Staff was very welcoming and attentive. There was music on the patio and she offered to secure a table for us.

Chambre un peu vieillotte mais spacieuse propre et calme. Le resto de l'hôtel était bon.

Le petit-déjeuner : vaisselle jetable, produits industriels de moindre qualité...

Left without breakfast. Was not expecting bungalows far from the main desk and dining area. The bed provided a comfortable sleeping experience. Spacious room. Well stocked with towels. Quiet location.

My initial search request for a hotel resulted in Hotel Piccadilly, but there were other hotels closer to my intended destination. There was no phone in the room to request anything, and the location of ice and vending machines was not obvious.

La stanza era davvero molto spaziosa e pulita; letto comodissimo. La colazione, seppur non super varia, era molto buona ed offriva sia opzioni dolci che salate, la piscina aperta fino alle 10pm è un grande punto a favore per il caldo di Fresno. Anche la doccia non era male

Niente, la stanza era nuova e ben attrezzata.

My room was excellent with the exception of the carpet. It needs to be replaced. Maybe it’s on the list!

The front desk staff were fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. Both the room and the bathroom were clean and comfortable. However, I had two minor issues during my stay. First, the fixed showerhead made it difficult to wash up without ruining my hair. Second, during breakfast, I noticed that tables were left uncleaned after guests departed, meaning new guests had to sit at messy tables.

Ho dormito in questa struttura durante una notte durante viaggio on the road e non mi aspettavo niente di che ma le stanze erano abbastanza mal curate e molto vecchie.

Struttura valida per una massimo due notti. Colazione salata fornita bene Parcheggio vicino alla camera. Gattino che ci ha dato il buongiorno e scoiattolo che faceva colazione vicino a noi!

a cockroach in the bathroom, hair in the bathroom, a very small sink faucet that made it uncomfortable to wash my hands. The wifi was weak. A garbage truck woke me up at 5 am, loud slamming doors at night from other guests

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times in the past and the service, accommodations, and value are consistent and excellent. I encountered an unforeseen situation during my last stay, which was eventually rectified, and Renee, the Manager went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. I will continue to book this hotel in the future.

​DO NOT STAY HERE. We were turned away and refused a room because due to have a service dog.​First, a lady told the dog's owner outside that the dog was "too big" to stay. When I went inside, she had a older looking short staff member confront us. This older lady was running on pure adrenaline, power-tripping and getting a high off telling me we are not staying there. She claimed the dog lunged and tried to bite the manager(the lady outside) which is 100% false. When i explain it is a service animal, She made a fake mouth motion with her hand, telling me the dog has to be "verbally trained" and listen to commands. Which the dog is. They flat out refused to rent to us. Check the surveillance cameras the footage it will prove the dog didnt try to bite anyone!​It is completely illegal under the ADA to turn away a service animal or make up stories to deny people a room. Horrible treatment. Go somewhere else. See less

It has a lovely setting. Everything in the room was spotlessly clean and it was spacious. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and they gave us a 15% discount in the restaurant. The breakfast was nutritious with healthy choices such as oatmeal, fresh milk and a variety of herbal teas. I really cannot fault this hotel.

Clean and Comfortable

I booked a room at the Piccadilly weeks ahead at a rate of $98. When I arrived — tired, after traveling — the front desk informed me my reservation had been cancelled. The reason: my credit card hadn't authorized, and they had "called" me once the previous morning to resolve it. Here's the problem. That call left no voicemail. I received no text and no email, despite the hotel having both my number and my email on file from the reservation. In 2026, a hotel that can send three marketing emails can certainly send one that says "your card was declined — please update it or your room will be released." A single unanswered phone call is not a good-faith effort to reach a guest. The kicker: the exact same room was still available — now priced at $148. I paid $50 more for the room I had already reserved, purely because of a communication failure that was entirely on their end. To their credit, staff were civil once a manager was involved. But I'd caution anyone booking here: your reservation is only as secure as one phone call you may never know was made. Confirm your card is on file, and don't assume they'll actually reach you if something goes sideways.

A very welcoming hotel, fantastic room and a lovely pool area. Breakfast was great, a varied selection of hot and cold buffet items, with a garden seating area available. Very handy location for visiting Fresno.

Because of our schedule change we need a room the night before our reservation. The hotel front desk person was very gracious and helpful. The room was very nice. The beds were comfortable.

Friendly staff. Large room. Grounds were.well maintained. Security on premises.

The toilet was.loose, mounting to the floor. Therr was hair on the floor, behind the bathroom door. Pricy drinks. No carpet in the hallway, lower floor, very noisy.

It was comedian for the place that we need to be. We love the complementary breakfast.

I didn’t like that the fact that you didn’t have to scan a card to get in. If you were staying by yourself, that would consume me.

The breakfast was buffet style and had quite a selection, so it's great for guests who have varying dietary restrictions. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. You get a lot for what you pay.

There wasn't much to complain about. The reception area was cozy, but there wasn't a lot of guests checking in at the same time so that didn't bother us at all.

We loved the pool . And Oscar at the front desk was awesome he was so sweet and got us in our room early so nice .

The hotel could use a face lift a little outdated but over all ok . And the other guests staying there were a little sketchy.

Mooie en gezellige omgeving rond het hotel: tuinen, perkjes, zwembad. Kamer is oud, maar zeer ruim en hygiënisch.

Wanneer je er maar kort verblijft, krijg je een kamer in een groter gebouw. Er is geen lift. De deuren vallen er zéér hard dicht en dat knalt door de hele gang.

Lage, Anlage, Pool und Garten. Frühstücksmöglichkeit draußen!

This is a very clean and nice hotel. The breakfast is included. The price is very reasonable. I can’t find a better hotel at this price. The pool is beautiful. Highly recommend this place!

Hotel we Fresno, jedna noc - podczas podróży do Sequoia National Park. Pokój dość duży, dobra lokalizacja. Obsługa bardzo życzliwa i pomocna. Śniadanie takie sobie - standardowe jak na USA, tosty (dość szczególny toster, którego trzeba się nauczyć), coś słodkiego, jajka, herbata kawa.

Brakowało ręczników dla 4-tej osoby (musiałem upomnieć się na recepcji), w pokoju trochę śmierdziało (zapewne klimatyzacja). Rano nie było ciepłej wody pod prysznicem (tylko letnia).

I come here regularly. It is a great hotel, with a good price, and location for me. There is never an issue with the room, TV, and AC. The breakfast is great too!

The pool was great. We were able to take in food and drinks and it came out more affordable than getting an Airbnb or a pool reservation from Swimply.

So, for breakfast they have to give you vouchers per room. The breakfast was mid. (Buffet style and a few options) To me the beds were itchy and the pillows. I always take extra blankets just in case. Rooms were cute, but outdated. No microwaves.

We stayed here because of mechanical issues with the car. While my dad and I were dealing with that all day, the hotel insisted that my mother and brother could not hang around in the cool lobby but instead wait outside for hours. They ended up sitting outside near the entrance with a cooler and bags of clothes/travel supplies for hours. Given that the hotel preferred that curb-side look of stranded travellers at the entrance rather than allowing them some blissful AC, says all you need to know. Beds were mediocre, AC not cold (think 75F room temp, not any cooler), and heavily dated interior/decor.

Location, cleanliness, comfort!! Breakfast was really good too!

The hallway is hardwood so EVERYONE walking around and dragging suitcases echoed into the room…

Das Frühstück hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Es gab Rührei, Kartoffelecken, Sausages, Toast, süße Teilchen, Auswahl an Obst, Auswahl an Kaffee und Creamer, natürlich auch Butter, Marmelade & Co....für ein amerikanisches Frühstück über dem Durchschnitt. Lediglich einen Abzug würde ich bei den Papptellern und Plastikbesteck machen. Das ist etwas unangenehm beim Essen und leider auch nicht nachhaltig. Das Personal ist besonders aufmerksam und extrem freundlich. Der Poolbereich und die Gartenanlage waren so schön, dass wir sogar unsere Pläne umgeworfen und beschlossen haben einen Tag komplett im Hotel zu bleiben und eine Auszeit zu genießen auf unserem Roadtrip.

Es gibt nix worüber wir uns beschweren könnten.

We liked the on-site restaurant and free breakfast. We did not mind the stairs up to our floor but we were a bit concerned that there seemed to be no security or barrier to entry to the floor. Clearly, at one time, a card swipe was required but that device was disabled.

As stated above, the lack of security to prevent outsiders from entering our floor. Additionally, the hallway needed to be cleaned.

We were VERY impressed with this hotel. The checkin process, even though we were late arriving, was convenient. Staff was friendly, professional and helpful. The room was located on the first floor; easy access for us (seniors). The room was very clean and comfortable. The next morning we enjoyed the breakfast buffet which included a large variety of breakfast items and drinks. We were extremely surprised with the amount of food provided and how good the food was. The hotel is an EXCELLENT value!
