The room was clean and the shower was great. AC worked very well as it was hot outside. Staff was very nice. The free breakfast was standard fare and well done. Parking was safe and well lighted. Denny's right next door and Popeyes a few hundred meters away. McDonlads and 24 hour doughnut shop right across the street.

The bathroom was not good organized, especially the shampoo and conditioner were in very little bottles that I saw for first time in hotel such small things which were not enough even for one person. I hope you consider this issue.

The room didn’t look like it was clean much maybe straighten up but I don’t think they gave it it’s best effort it was kind of dusty and rusty smell pretty old bathroom and room was missing trashcan bag showerhead was rusted it had mildew on it

Didn't enter the property. The neighborhood was atrocious. Barbed wire, rust, and poor paint. Plus, two police cars in the driveway. My wife wanted to leave the area immediately. Pictures provided of property from the street were not accurate. Canceled reservation, still charged $109. I want a refund based on misinformation.

Breakfast was very good, but eggs were a little dry. Waffles were great! Choices of breakfast drinks were very good. Everything was fresh. Dinning room was very clean! Will be coming back.

Wir waren für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise zu dritt dort. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß mit zwei Doppelbetten. Im Bad war alles vorhanden, was man brauchte. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war okay.

Vielleicht kann man zu dem Preis nicht mehr verlangen, und ich kenne nur wenige Hotels in den USA, also vielleicht ist das der Standard, aber für einen Europäer war das Frühstück grauenhaft. Es gab kaum etwas, das man guten Gewissens essen oder trinken konnte, wenn man einigermaßen Wert auf gesunde Ernährung legt. Das Hotel liegt in einer Gegend, in der man lieber nicht allein auf die Straße gehen sollte. Als wir ankamen, dachten wir, nebenan wäre ein Gefängnis, aber es stellte sich heraus, dass das Hotel dabei war, sich nach außen durch Stacheldraht zu verbarrikadieren. Die Umgebung wirkte sehr unsicher. An der Rezeption wurden 50$ als Sicherheit vorautorisiert - das ist übliche Praxis und in Ordnung. Was aber nicht in Ordnung ist war, dass dieser Betrag auch nach Verlassen des Hotels einbehalten und nicht wieder freigegeben wurde. Als ich das später bemerkte und das Hotel deswegen anschrieb, kam einige Tage die Antwort, das Hotel habe den Betrag längst freigegeben - was aber laut Kreditkartenauszug definitiv nicht stimmte. Erst nach langem Hin-und Her-Schreiben mit dem Kreditkartenunternehmen hat dieses dann dafür gesorgt, dass das Betrag freigegeben wurde. So etwas ist mir noch nie in einem Hotel passiert und ist ziemlich unseriös.

Location was fine. Close to old town Fresno. Enjoyed eating and especially the cool ice creat stop we found. Stay was nice. Breakfast had decent variety very busy area. Nice outdoor seating options. Secure parking area was great

That Booking had nothing to do with the booking. Booking forgot to pay for it the hotel called me for payment.

Absolutely nothing .

The first room has a broken faucet in the tub . Moved to a different room and it was very dirty , damaged hotel , smelled like cigarettes and just humid .

The breakfast was good and the pool was very nice.

The air conditioner was extremely loud when turned on and the airflow was pointed towards the bed, so I had to turn it off, but then the room was very hot.

Great customer service, clean environment

Las instalaciones son muy lindas y cómodas. La piscina muy bonita y con buena profundidad (zonas pandas y hondas), los jardines, la habitación maravillosa, el wifi excelente en todo el hotel. El servicio prestado increíble y la relación calidad precio, la mejor que encontré! Súper recomendado para estancias largas. Riquísimos los muffins del desayuno.

El desayuno aunque es variado no es muy balanceado. Podrían incorporar más variedad de frutas, tener unos huevos más ricos y las salchichas no fueron de mi gusto. Podrían incluir tocineta. También recomiendo tener pan integral. A nivel ambiental, recomiendo tener puntos de reciclaje, pues no encontré canecas de separación de residuos, e igualmente usar vajilla reutilizable pues sale a diario muchos platos, vasos y cubiertos para desechar.

The room was clean, the breakfast was great, and the greeting I received upon arrival was very pleasant.

To check in, the sistem was down like for 30 minutes, but the good thing was that the lady on the front desk was super nice.

I decided to return after a dismal experience a year ago and found it exceptional. Very good rates, spotless, the breakfast was outstanding, the personnel was helpful and knowledgeable.

Nothing.

The breakfast had a decent variety, although the only healthy option was the omelet, and it seemed like it was made from powdered eggs, which I wouldn’t really consider a healthy choice.

I stayed here for two nights between work projects and specifically chose this hotel because I needed reliable internet, quiet surroundings, and a comfortable place to rest. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi did not work at all on my first day. The room was very dark and felt stuffy, as the window faced a wall and ground-level tree roots rather than open air or natural light. Another issue was the constant noise from housekeeping staff talking loudly in the hallways. I understand most guests are awake during the day, but I was traveling from a different time zone and working late nights, so I needed to sleep during part of the day. The surrounding area also did not feel particularly safe. I did not feel comfortable walking to nearby stores after dark. Overall, this hotel did not meet my needs, and I would not stay here again.

I didn’t like anything.

There were roaches in this hotel, the sheets had roaches legs and dead bugs. I took video and pictures of this, it was disgusting! These people don’t clean or change the sheets.

The breakfast is outstanding compared to similar accommodations. Security was comforting.

Nothing was noticeably objectionable.

The staff was very rude and aggressive with me when asking questions, the rooms headboard was gross and has splatter, sweaty back marks and to add to it i didn't see it they'll the next AM when I work up.

Clean, comfortable and quiet rooms. Breakfast was awesome.

Bit pricey

First, Lady at front desk was so kindness and felt good at check in. Room was clean and shower water pressure wasn’t bad. Breakfast had a good variety and enjoyed.

Voices from people talking in the hallway echoed and were quit noisy. There is not enough time to eat breakfast for competition. So if I could bring some breakfast to room and eat while getting ready, it would be better.

Parking lot not controlled, 1am and cars with extremely loud music playing.

The room had an unpleasant odor, of cat urine? Floors were sticky around the beds.

Nice location easy access to freeway 41 Dennys restaurant next door McDonald’s across the street donut shop across the street Popeyes chicken few steps away.

Only complaint check in time 3:00 pm we arrived at 4:20 pm are queen room was not ready we had to wait around 15 minutes. She did upgrade us to king room so that was nice.

There was enough parking at any time clean rooms

Refrigerator was set too cold and my soda can exploded during the night.
