Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Das Personal war sehr nett. Wir haben Lunchpakete für unsere Reise am nächsten Tag erhalten. Da wir vor dem Frühstück aufbrechen mussten.
Klimaanlage war etwas schwach. Die Sanitäre Anlage war nicht von der Dusche getrennt und das Waschbecken war nicht so gut. Extrem hellhörig von außen und innen (gefühlt keine Fenster).

La posizione in piena Medina da raggiungere solo a piedi, fattibile ma per chi avesse problemi motori un po’ faticoso. Bella terrazza dove fare colazione, abbondante, tradizionale marocchina. Abbiamo avuto un problema con la camera e il giorno dopo ce l’hanno cambiata. Il ragazzo molto gentile.

La chambre triple était exigus et l'eau chaude dans cette chambre n'existait pas. Un peu plus d'amlou et de msemen aurait été le bienvenu. Devoir se garer assez loin et marcher avec les bagages mais c'est la configuration..

Il manque juste de quoi accrocher les serviettes de toilette, et peut être une petite table basse, du moins dans la chambre que nous avions. Le flexible de la douche fuyait. Sinon, rien à signaler

Ahmed è stato straordinario fin dal primo momento: accogliente, disponibile, gentilissimo, ci ha aperto le porte del suo riad nel cuore di Chefchaouen. La location è splendida, curata nel dettaglio, pulitissima, con un profumo avvolgente nell'aria. Letti comodi, climatizzatore in camera e terrazza panoramica sulla città blu. La colazione è ottima è abbondante a base di prodotti freschi e di qualità, l'amlou fa sognare! Grazie di cuore ad Ahmed per aver reso speciale il nostro soggiorno qui!

Le petit déjeuner dans l'espace vitré sur le toit, un vrai plus pour de pouvoir profiter de la vue sur Fes Fès en même temps que du très bon petit déjeuner.

Abder Nour es una persona familiar y admirable, todo lo que necesites te lo facilita, el desayuno fue muy completo y en la terraza menudas vistas 😍 volveremos a repetir ahí sin duda. NO VAYÁIS EN INVIERNO. Está claro que la puntuación es por gente que no ha ido haciendo frío. En mi habitación no hubo agua caliente hasta el segundo día por lo que al llegar diluviando y con 6 grados no pudimos ducharnos y en la habitación hacía mucho frío porque el patio está abierto. Por cierto que se nos inundó el baño porque la ducha tiene un agujero que hace que el agua drene afuera de la ducha. Desconchones y manchas de humedad y otras cosas. El desayuno en la terraza lo tomamos tiritando porque no ponen ni un triste calefactor. Resultado: el peor resfriado que me he cogido, una semana después sigo mala y me arruinó bastante el viaje

A cidade é linda, só tivemos azar com o tempo. Esteve sempre a chover

Le petit-déjeuner n'est pas servi avant 9 heures. C'est regrettable lorsqu'on a un timing à respecter avec un chauffeur ou un bus à prendre.

Reviewed Dec 28, 2025La ubicación, el desayuno ya vale lo que cuesta el hotel. El que nos atendió del hotel es muy majo. Tiene aire acondicionado en invierno. Tiene armarios, mesillas, ducha en la habitación, es muy bonito.
La ducha de agua caliente se gasta rápido. Por la mañana se duchó mi padre con agua caliente y cuando fui yo a ducharme ya no había agua caliente y me quedé sin ducharme. Las luces de la habitación parpadean un poco pero bueno por el precio que tiene está genial .

The bathroom was cold so it was hard to take a shower. The lights were dark. The pollows were not good.

Reviewed Dec 21, 2025Everything, we fell in love with the beauty of the place the rooms are so comfortable the big bed with the beautiful lighting. The hotel was easy to find in a safe very quiet area, we became friends with the shop keepers next to the hotel everyone was welcoming, to be honest we didn't want to leave. The breakfast was delicious and filling Hamid made our stay so precious he was very friendly helped me with the kids, gave us suggestions on what to do our stay was more delightful because of his care and attention. This place has a place in our heart ❤️ I highly recommend it, the square with the shops and the old lady making misamen on the corner are a must visit only a minute walk from the hotel. We will come back to chefchaouen and we will definitely be staying here.

Reviewed Dec 2, 2025The room and the place is just wonderful, nicely decorated, with an amazing breakfast, nice view from the terrace, a good and local vibe ( from the window you can hear at night the children playing football on the street until the parents tell them to enter the house). The guy from the reception (I can't remember his name, sorry, but the one with all the good reviews ) is very welcoming and happy to help us with anything ( he even upgraded our room, from 2 single beds to one king bed). We felt amazing there, the decorations are incredibly beautiful. White bedsheets, AC, room very clean. We stayed only for one night, but for the style, the paintings, feeling like a local, I will choose this place again and recommend it with all my heart! It is in the center, very easy to reach from the bus station, just follow the instructions. Near a lady that makes the most authentic Moroccan pies. Thank you again and hope to see you soon!
The bathroom , as many riads in Morocco, has an old appearance, with walls a bit weird (maybe because of the humidity). Just a basic bathroom, with hot water. For us it didn't matter that much, because we only spent 1 night and the room was incredibly beautiful as in the photos. As a recommandation: use liquid soap in a dispenser (not the single use small solid soaps, very impractical).

Habitaciones interiores con ventana a rellano central, mska ventilación y deficiente iluminación. Plato de ducha con cortina y no había gel ni champú y ventilación con extractor con polvo para parar un tren.

The guy at the reception was very kind and let us stay in the evening with our food and drinks in the breakfast room, being a larger group of friends, and it was raining terribly outside
It would be useful to have a chair and a table in the room to put your things. And in the bathroom it would be good to have shower gel and shampoo or a 2in1, it's just a small piece of old soap

Reviewed Nov 20, 2025Is located in a great corner in the middle of the blue city. Easily accessible. Walking distance from all landmarks. Staff was friendly, approachable, professional. Breakfast was varied and of good amount. The view from the terrace is great. The room was clean, with all amenities. The shower was strong and had hot water. They accept card as form of payment.

Reviewed Nov 16, 2025Hamid est aux petits soins pour la clientèle, de l'accueil jusqu'au petit-déjeuner, très complet. L'établissement est idéalement situé, possède un rooftop avec une vue magnifique.
Pas grand chose, juste peut-être l'éclairage dans la chambre que j'ai trouvé un peu faible, mais c'est juste une question de confort personnel. J'ai oublié de signaler à Hamid une petite fuite au niveau de la base du robinet dans la salle de bain.
