Reviewed Sep 8, 2026The location is perfect. Close to the street but the entrance located in a quiet alley. Stuff is very kind. He helped me to carry my luggage and also permit me to deposit the luggage after checking out.
The bathroom is way older than I expected. The shower head holder is broken and, what’s more, no shampoo, conditioner, and fans are provided.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Good location, but a little difficult to find. The property is inside the medina, and it was quite challenging to pinpoint the exact location on Google Maps. We were very close but still struggled to find the entrance, especially as it was already dark in the evening. Even people at nearby shops had difficulty giving us clear directions, mainly due to the language barrier, as most spoke Arabic or French. On the positive side, the receptionist was very helpful and had excellent English communication skills. The breakfast was also very good. The lady who prepared it was so warm and caring in the way she served and prepared everything—it reminded me of my mother and made us feel very welcomed and cared for. ❤️
One issue we noticed was with the bathroom ventilation. There was an unpleasant smell, and instead of being extracted outside, it seemed to come through towards the bedroom. Improving the bathroom ventilation would make the stay more comfortable.

Siempre nos atendieron super amables y con una sonrisa. El desayuno muy bueno y contundente, además dejaban para servirte la leche, el café o el té árabe que quisieras 😊😊😊
Habrá personas que digan que esta anticuado, y puede ser verdad, pero por el precio que tiene y que lo que realmente haces es dormir está genial. Solo cambiaría las almohadas para que fueran un poco más mullidas pero realmente por el precio que tienen está muy bien

Il Riad non ha nessun tipo di climatizzazione nella maggioranza delle stanze. Alias se venite ad agosto come noi dormirete in un forno.... immagino che d'inverno abbia il problema opposto. Abbiamo chiesto un ventilatore e ci è stato addebitato un extra di 3 euro per notte cifra francamente eccessiva vista l' ondata di caldo.....i letti sono vecchi e sgangherati con le molle che ti si infilano nella schiena tanto che abbiamo dovuto ricorre agli antidolorifici. Il servizio reception inesistente abbiamo comunicato col signor Ahmed solo per messaggio e nella maggior parte del tempo non si è visto nessuno.... Conosciamo bene il calore dell' ospitalità marocchina e si può fare di meglio..... basterebbero pochissimi miglioramenti per rendere il soggiorno indimenticabile

L’emplacement est magnifique, tout est à proximité et on peut sortir se balader à n’importe quel moment. La terrasse offre une superbe vue sur les montagnes. La chambre était agréable et confortable. J’ai beaucoup aimé mon séjour !

El desayuno pésimo y repetitivo. He estado 9 días. Todo los días el mism os desayuno,no tienen nada de fruta ,( la tuve que comprar yo ,para poder desayunar algo de fruta.todos los días mermelada de fresa ( me dijeron que no tenían de otras frutas) Les avise que por favor cambiará un poco y no me hicieron ni caso (los 2 últimos días desayuné fuera ,y lo tenía incluido) La habitación no te la hacen Al 4 día de estar ,les dije que me cambiarán las sábanas y limpiarán la habitación

El desayuno,todos los días lo mismo ,de 7 días que llevo ,todos los días el mismo desayuno He tenido que llevar yo ,algo de fruta ,NO tenían nada de fruta. La mermelada todos los días de fresa. Hoy he decidido desayunar fuera del reía ( Se lo dije al tercer día de estar ,que por favor cambiará el desayuno) Pero no me han hecho caso, y hoy voy a desayunar fuera , ( aunque lo tenga pagado en el Rial )

Reviewed Jul 5, 2026The location, the view and the staff are amazing. If you book for a room in the first or second floor, they don’t have AC but you can ask for a fan. But if u suffer a lot for the heat, it’s not enough. For the money, the accommodation is good.
Even if the breakfast was good, it’s not like in the pictures and that’s que pity because it looked super good in the picture.

De todas as formas a equipe prestativa e atenta, nada a dizer sobre isso, fomos bem recebidas! Vista muito bonita da área comum e bom chuveiro. Ótima localização, na medina mas perto da estrada. Para fluxo de ir e vir para outros lugares está ótimo.
A qualidade da cama não era boa, dos lençóis e toalhas também não. Para ficar poucas noites é tranquilo, por mais tempo isso acaba afetando negativamente. Itens do banheiro também de qualidade ruim (papel higiênico e sabonete).

Reviewed May 11, 2026When I booked the hotel, I was hoping that it would be close to the entrance of medina. When we got out of the taxi, some young people wanted to help us with finding the hotel and took us to a building that, according to them, was previously called Dar Blue Pearl, but it was bought by a different owner and changed its name. I was very scared that we would be cheated and would not have a place to stay, but, finally, Ahmed picked up the phone, sent me the location and we found the real hotel :-) The hotel was a little deeper in the medina (about 300m upper), but still close to the entrance. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was a little small, not very comfortable, but there was hot water :-) The top floor of the hotel offers great views of the mountain and the medina. There was a great restaurant very close to the hotel. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay in Chefchaouen. Many thanks to Ahmed for helping me to call to the bus station to ask about my lost phone :-) Also, thanks to Ahmed for letting us keep our stuff until the evening when we checked out. Therefore, we could walk around and admire the medina all day.
The room was quite cold, especially the floor. But hot shower and extra blankets helped :-)

Reviewed May 8, 2026It was clean, just like the photos, the price was fair to the service and the staff were so kind. The rooms and the bathrooms were big enough and I loved them!
The only issue I had was that the head of the shower in my bathroom (2) was loose so when I put it in the wall thing, the head would fall down so I had to use one hand to hold it the whole time. The rest was all great!

Reviewed May 7, 2026The hotel was central to the pretty blue part of the town, had lovely views over the town, there was hot water, clean comfy beds and bedding, the staff were friendly and helpful and spoke good English.

Reviewed May 6, 2026Riad immerso nella città vecchia, in ottima posizione. Le camere sono semplici ma molto belle. Siamo stati molto bene e abbiamo usufruito anche di una buona colazione in terrazza. Lo consiglio per l'ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Unfortunately there were some renovations while we were here, so was loud when we were in the room during the day. The wifi also stopped working for half a day but it was fixed after messaging the owner.

Reviewed Apr 20, 2026Dar Blie Pearl is lovely place to stay in Chefchauen. I’ve been there twice on my visits in marocco and it is one of my favourite places I’ve stayed in. The view from balcony is amazing, better than lots of cafes around the city :) Women working there was so friendly and so nice! It was nice to see her every time!

Lamentablemente esta tercera visita al Dar Blue Pearl no fue tan satisfactoria como las demás, si bien tampoco fue culpa pero si responsabilidad del alojamiento. Accedimos al cambio de habitación para que otros huéspedes utilizarán la nuestra. Nuestra sorpresa fue que al llegar a nuestra habitación esta se encontraba: - Con toallas usadas. - Baño sin hacer. - Camas utilizadas. - Sin papel higiénico ni productos de aseo. No sabemos si estaba sin limpiar o si los huéspedes iniciales habían hecho uso de la instalación antes que nosotros. Tristeza máxima por tener que incluir esta reseña.

Reviewed Apr 19, 2026シングルでこのお値段はかなりリーズナブルです。外観も童話の世界のように可愛い。カスバのある中心広場まで歩いてすぐです。夜の散歩も気軽にできます。タクシーはBab El Ain アイン門で降りるのが一番近いと思います。
お値段なりの設備だと思ったほうがいいです。24時間ホットシャワーというのは本当だけど、タンクが小さいので、シャワーの途中で水になることも。夏はいいけど冬や春先、晩秋の朝晩はけっこう冷えるので、タイルに囲まれた部屋は底冷えがして寒いです。エアコンもありません。それを承知の上で安さをとるならオススメです。

シャワーが一つしかなかったので、大変でした。
