The bed was comfortable and I slept well.

The main problem is the lifts. At times only one was working and the wait times were very long. Guests were extremely frustrated. There are 4 lifts in the building. Two are blocked off and not working. At times one of the remaining lifts wasn't working. To make things worse, the lifts run independently so you need to press up/down for the two different lifts. This means that the lifts frequently stop at floors where no one is waiting to get on. It can take 5 minutes for the lift to go all the way up and then all the way down. And not everyone waiting in the lobby can fit in the lift so wait times are long. At other times the lift just goes straight past a floor without stopping when I was waiting to go up. It meant I avoided going out because I didn't want unpredictable and long wait times to get back up to the high floor I was staying on. I should have read reviews about the lifts before booking the apartment. It seems to have been a problem for a long time. Other more minor issues with the apartment include: * no tissues * poorly lit bathroom * no drinking glasses in the kitchen that I could find * no place to comfortably work. There is a long bench but it is too high (the chairs are normal height) to work on a laptop, and there are no power points at the bench.

I was very disappointed with my recent stay. The apartment has 4 lifts, but 3 of them were out of service throughout my stay. This left only 1 lift available for all residents and guests, resulting in extremely long waiting times. As I was staying on the 35th floor, having to wait around 30 minutes each time just to go up or down was frustrating and unacceptable.

The apartment is spacious and clean. It comes with Wi-Fi and a washing machine, which is useful for families to wash clothes.

It is quite challenging to take the lift, especially during peak periods. It is almost impossible, so we ended up having to take the stairs from level 18 to level 1.

Flexible and friendly customer service. Location and nearby shopping mall, will lots of food stalls. Great food.

The check-in process was a breeze as we were guided step by step. The rooms were very clean. However, pillows can be more firmer as it was soft and lumpy. Long bath was abit flimsy and made a lot of noise when stepping on it. Difficult for the elderly climb in and out for shower. The other shower area had rain bath which was not useful if you don't intend to wash your hair and there were no place to put in your shower gel while showering.

The lifts!!! It was ridiculous. We had to wait about 45mins just to go down. In such a huge and tall building, only 1 lift was functioning till my son had to climb down 19 floors. This is really unacceptable!

Location...the apartment is next to KSL Shopping Mall and Lotus's...very convenient to shop for groceries...the attending staff is very cooperative, informative and always ready to answer any queries...making our stay at our convenience

The property owner could not provide special request eg i requested for 3 access cards but they only could provide 2.

Though rooms are comfortable but we only hv 2 sets of keys for 8 guests! That is not sufficient.

The room is big with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. It was clean and tidy and the beds and living room furniture are comfy. My friends and I look forward to another stay at the same apartment.

The lift serving the unit is not functioning properly. It is slow and overload when only 5 people in the lift.

The lift is terrible, no sensor. So dangerous. My wife and daughter was nip by lift. Will never book again.

General cleanliness of the room was just acceptable. I can feel the dustiness under my feet. Toilet was well cleaned and maintained though. However, I don't know why staying few times at such apartment type accomodation and got into arguments with the Security guards. For this stay, I forgot to return the apartment plague which was in my car, and I had exited. Trying to get the Security guard on duty to let me into the mailbox area to return but was met twice with the comments "you should get your car out first". I had no choice but to rebut in a unfriendly tone " the car is already out and don't keep talking when you don't understand".

Clean apartment with a nice view next to KSL mall. Only problem is the narrow carpark ramp.

I stayed here 1 night in July 2025. My apartment was on the 27th floor. PROS: Quite spacious. TV with satellite. Good fridge/freezer. Air con + fan on ceiling. Wi-fi. Balcony with nice view. The bed was comfy enough, although I found the bed linen to be of medium quality. The block of flats is next door to the KSL Shopping Centre, so there are quite a few dining options within a stone’s throw + shops. I tried to extend my stay by one more night but they were fully booked. It was overall a very decent option for 1 night and at a very good price. CONS: Slightly fiddly to deal with the check-in procedure, it’s all automated, you receive instructions & pics via WhatsApp, you collect the key pass via a post box. Same on check-out. I personally had no problems but it might be a bit tricky for someone else About 20 mins’ by bus (or more with traffic) from JB city centre. Some of the wall paint by the sofa was in bad condition/crusting off and should be sorted out. There were also some damp patches on the wall. The bathtub was not fitted properly as it was wobbling. Also, there was no curtain, why? You need to crouch to avoid splashing everywhere whilst having a shower. Very dusty under the bed / sofa / carpet, and behind the washing machine, do the cleaners actually clean?

Check in is quite late, they specify is at 3pm. Location is excellent for shopping and food

was disappointed to see unmade beds, spread out towels, trash etc. when entering the room. The cleaning was late hence delayed my check in time. The bed spray was very strong and not sure if they change the bed sheets or just sprayed something on.

The place was clean and comfortable.

Toilet needs a floor mat once we get out of the bathtub. Bathtub is a bit flimsy, was fearful that it might crack anytime. Remote for fan was not working, maybe needs batteries to be replaced.

Location is good, just above the KSL mall. Place is clean. Swimming pool and gym available at L7 even though we didn't try it. Towels provided are clean, also provided toothbrush, shower gel and shampoo.

Sounds in the corridor can be heard quite clearly inside. Check-in instructions not given in Booking.com App, have to separately WhatsApp the number, so it took awhile for us to figure out how to get into the apartment.

Great location n value for $$$. The lift C is next to the apartment itself no sharing neighbors. Waiting lift not long maybe we avoid peak hours.

Owner should clean all ceiling fans as full of dust. When we on it, dust start to fly around.

1 of the room has water leaking from the aircon . 1 of rooms had water seeped from the window when rained. And our bags were wet because of this issue . The shower heaters were not working for all rooms . The kettle provided is a cheap kettle , you can’t boil water after it get too hot from first boiling . We told them about the shower heater problem but they took long to response by WhatsApp and no one came to solve this issue

Good location with many eateries, lot of shopping, very easy to get Grab to visit other places. Fast check in and out. Simple with video guide given for check in was great help. My first choice for future visit to Johor Bahru.

There is a major problem with the lift. It took more than 30 minutes to get to our room. The room was comfortable, but the apartment building structure had some issues, which was disappointing.

I enjoyed the stay. Will be back again for sure!

We couldn't use the shower in the bathroom with the bathtub. It took awhile for the water in the shower of the second bathroom to drain..

The room and toilet were clean, no strange smell. Getting the keys and returning were easy.

Out of 4 lifts to our block, only 2 were working. At times, only one lift was working. The wait for the lifts is easily at least 20 mins. On one occasion, it was so packed that we climbed up the stairs to our unit at level 25. The place was very run down as well, and the photos looked completely different fro where we stayed.

The apartment location is very good, room size is consider ok and clean.

Apartment was clean and convenient, beds were comfortable but the sofas were not. Tv size a bit small but came with Netflix we can log into our own account. We stayed for 4 nights requested for extension so we can have lunch first without lugging all our luggages around but was able told even an hour extension is subject to charge. Not a pleasant experience to end an otherwise comfortable stay.

Like - Location best beside KSL & unit quite clean. Dislike - Lifts need to wait quite awhile(Hope management can do something about lifts issue)

Key collection was straightforward and hassle-free. The apartment is spacious and filled with bright natural light throughout the day, but no direct morning sun comes in—perfect if you like to sleep in. The location is very convenient, with easy access to nearby mall (KSL) and alot of street food nearby. The air conditioning works well and keeps the place comfortably cool. Water pressure is strong, and everything runs smoothly. Internet good, Netflix good. The view from the apartment is also a nice bonus.

Unfortunately, the room was not soundproof—you can clearly hear people talking in the hallway from inside the apartment. The sofa was extremely hard and uncomfortable. Not all the beds were cozy either; some were quite firm and not ideal for a good night's sleep. However, the biggest downside was the lift situation. Although there are supposed to be four elevators, only one was working during our stay, and it was constantly crowded. On the day of checkout, we had no choice but to walk down 21 floors using the staircase. It was quite an inconvenience

Poorly maintain building and apartment. All the beds were sunk in, and the air con was making a loud noise. We couldn't close one of the room doors as the bed was in the way. I think the room was meant to be a store room as it does not have any windows. And we couldn't watch any tv shows as Netflix was incompatible to the tv and the other tv network was laggy.

I'm seldom use the towel in hotels. This impressed me when I felt that even the towels are clean enough to use. This is what I like in this apartment.👍👍

Seems like the previous apartment user was having heavy sweat. A terrible sweat smell is still on those cushion, didn't clean it well. A broken fan, and a TV without any channels.

Check in instructions was very details. Big kudos to Nicolas.. he is super attentive and helpful. Recommended!!!

Fast response from staff.

Air con is weak especially int the master bedroom. When turning on the tap, it gave a very loud noise. Even the neighbours can hear it. The lift takes very long to wait and its always packed.

Bath tub leaking wet whole toilet. Aircon remote controller not working. Even after changed batteries. Iron not hot and ironing board bends and not firm. Lifts are slow and i have to take the stairs. Just bad experience.

The location is very convenient.

The check in time is 3 pm and the check out time is 12 pm. If I can two more hours will help and I will not need to in a rush .
