Very good location, next door is shopping centre with varieties of food available and easy to get Grab/taxi. Plenty of shops that does nails, hair and massage. There is also a supermarket on the ground flour.

A deposit of $100 is required before check in. I use Wise account but didn’t receive the refund after 48hrs so I contacted them. I gave them another account and they were quick to response and refund went through quickly.

I cancel because maintenance problems. I tell i want to cancel and refund .. the property just cancel and will accept. And i get my money back .. they responsibility all and understand. Tq

Good wifi and convenient location to KSL Mall, which is very accessible by a small access door directly to mall.

Key has damaged sharp clip. Nearly cut my fingers. Refund of SGD 100 is slow, mentioned within 48 hours, then at 48 hours after 3 pm (check out either misspelt because stated 11 am before check-in, then 3 pm after check out). Until now, no news yet.

1. The swimming pool water too cold & dirty 2. The building have 4 lift but only 2 lift operate, need 1 hour time waiting for lift to check out, end up walking staircase, see many people also walking staircase rather than waiting for lift 3. This is 1st time i rent and also last time. 4. Appartment no maintain, is bad experience to stay there.

Apartment bath tub has to be changed or removed in the units. Loose and feels dirty with stains. Lift is very bad service. Always waiting for lift especially check in and check out time. The lift lobby lights is also dark. Need to brighten them up abit.

Great location for our small group, we were there for a relaxing day trip and not the latest trends. 24h minimart and lots of nearby eating spots was great! Also loved how spacious it was! Shower was hot, good water pressure.

TV a bit small 😅 And some of the fabric had stains... but overall still ok, we just put towels over the stains before we sat down. Shower stall a bit cramped

Stayed countless ksl apartments by different host and this is the only unit where I don't see any ants at all.

4 lifts and only 2 are working. Most of the time need to wait like 20min for the lift.

The convenience location with lots of foods just downstairs, just next to KSL City Mall & the bathtub and washing machine.

The airbnb needs a make over. It has some kind of weird mushy smell in the room that I had to spray my own perfume to make it better. The walls were peeling all over the house. The bed needs to be gone. It feels like sleeping on a spring. The lift is horrendous too. We waited like 20mins to go down to ground floor, only to know the lift skipped out level. Imagine going down the stairs from level 35. Nightmare! Never again. We skipped the pool as well due to afraid we had to wait another 20-30mins just to go up again.

Time to refurbish the bathtub Apartment lift (slow)

Perfect location for a little getaway. Lots of television program to choose from. Cooking utensils and bathtub available. Lovely unblock view.

$100 deposit wasn't returned to me until I texted the owner 2 weeks later. There was some dust on the wall.

Convenient location linked to the mall, convenience store right at the ground floor.

Elevator situation was a little sus (2 of 4 broken down while we were there) and during check out time it got very congested - took us ages to get to the ground floor from our high floor room since the elevator stopped very frequently, but it was also too small for more people to get on, so factor some more time to leave, especially if you are on a middle floor. Minor thing but the bath didn't have a shower curtain, so water gets everywhere and our bathroom floor was constantly wet.

Everything about the stay is great! The only negativity is that the lift can take quite a while due to the crazy number of people checking out at the same time. Full load. I met a couple from another unit who waited for the lift for 20 minutes. I did not, though, I followed the lift up to the last level before descending to the ground floor again. Also, the staff or boss is awesome! SGD100 deposit should be prepared in advance. I received my deposit refund about 2 days later. I would totally book this again and again because my whole family likes it.

Lift of building

Clean apartment. Aircon is cold. High level, balcony can get a very good view of the entire city

Maybe need to have a bigger size TV to match this modern clean apartment

Despite there were 3 out of 4 working lifts, however, when coming to common time of checking in and checking out, the number of working lifts are unable to comprehen it. As other post has mentioned, we waited more than 10 mins for the lift during the check in and about 30 mins for the checking out especially our unit was at level 33.

Its location near to shopping complex make things easy for me and my family.

At one time.. the place is so crowded with so many people.

就是电梯有点乱。电梯有两边门按了电梯都不知道那一边开门。有时错过还要等很久。

The location was very near KSL shopping mall.

1) The lift to our apartment was not working. We have to use the common lift which was near the rubbish dump. NB: The lift has been spoilt for very long time and was never fixed even till the end of our stay I believe the lift is not even fixed till now. 2) The communication with the host was not clear. The door to the common area is not suppose to be locked. End up, we are locked out of our apartment at 11pm with 2 kids. The experience was very terrible. 3) The security guard was not helpful at all. They have problem understanding English. Our own card to our apartment was suppose to be able to access the common lift and up to our floor. This was never communicated to us and causes us to have misunderstanding that we should always called the security guard. This is worse inconvenient of all times. If you are staying here, you not only have to consider the apartment, you have to consider the facilitates of the condo as well. The lift was original very slow and old. However, with one lift being spoilt, this is even worse.

Location is excellent next to KSL City mall & near to many eateries.

Waiting time for the lifts to check in & out of the apartment took more than 30 min.

Location is good, security staff are good, we like the pillow and mattress. Nice view. Hairdryer provided.

The owner/host was a bit rude when answering to our text messages. The lift was super slow, and not well maintained! The washing washing (spin option not working). The locked door gave us a headache and couldn’t open, despite keying in the given password— happened few times during our stay. Need to wait for 5-10 mins outside the room as we need to reset the password, before we can enter the room.

We have no breakfast. Collection of keys are very friendly manner. User friendly.

The repair guys took more then 1 day to fix one problem if we call.

Nothing do not book 2 bedrooms with views, 3516 in bad condition.

Taps are shaking, sink and kitchen look disgusting. No microwave, kettle was dirty. Master bedroom toilet stuck, common toilet bidet leaking, water drains very slow. Host did not take any action when told shit cannot flash.

The aircon was very strong & the whole apartment was very clean. Also it is situated right beside KSL mall.

There were moulds on the walls and the wall/wall paper thorn at all over the apartment's wall. Dangerous for toddlers as the balcony's door lock was spoilt and we're unable to lock it making it unsafe for kids as the apartment was on the high floor. The waiting time for the lift was ridiculously absurd especially during peak periods where people were checking in and checking out. We waited for almost 1hour for the lift!!! Some even took the stairs to go down from as high as 30++ floor. Not suitable for family with kids!

Great host. Apartment is nice and cosy. Checking in and out is smooth. Inside apartment generally ok. Spots of paint peeling and wall spalling problem needs touch up.

The lift. Annoying. 1 out 2 out of order. Had tp wait 30 mins still cannot get into the lift as 1 lift cannot cope with the passenger load checking in and out at peak hour. In the end I walked down 26 storeys with my luggage. No fault of the host but management is 101% guilty.

Clean and near the mall

- the balcony had good views - the bed was comfortable

- some of the photos were misleading, saying that the apartment had personal rooms. the room we got had beds in the living room instead - bathroom walls can be better serviced, the paint were peeling off - battery lock for door should have battery changed out regularly, as we experienced unable to go in/out of the room because of it being low battery

Reason to book this property was the location next to KSL Decent room with capacity for at least 6 people to sleep in

Swimming pool was dirty, with so many cigarette butts in it, probably uncivilized people throwing it off their balcony. Collecting keys was straightforward, just the hassle of getting the keys from mailbox, parking car somewhere before you can collect key and enter the parking.

Location is good.

Waited at least 1hr for the lift to check out. Yet all of us have to take the stair case from level 33 to G level. My friend was breathless and his face turn white when reach ground level.

The property was super clean.

The TV size was very small, unable to watch local channels, other units I stay they have set up box we could able to watch a lot of channels but this was a downside for my kids. They were unable to watch any cartoons except watch YouTube only.

The host was very responsible and responsive in communication, which I appreciated.

However, the condition of the unit itself was very disappointing. The toilets were completely clogged, there was mold around the sink, and a kitchen door was broken. Additionally, the numbers on the letter box lock were so small that they were hard to read. The deposit refund took more than 2 days to process. While the host is helpful, the unit desperately needs deep cleaning and major repairs

The place is clean . Shopping n food is convenient.

The bedroom toilet should have shower curtain. Shower head should change to a better want for both toilet. Waiting time for lift is very long .
