Great service from the team at reception. Nice enough aparthotel and our two bedroom apartment was huge. Breakfast buffet is varied but not a lot for plant-based/vegans. The produce seemed cheap. Close to the beach and a couple beach clubs if that’s your vibe. There’s a range of restaurants and bars walking distance.

Dated but clean and comfortable. Pool area ok but not enough umbrellas and the few that they have are fixed to the ground so you have to find somewhere else to sit if you want a bit of shade.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement spacieux et idéalement situé, à quelques pas seulement de la plage. Le petit déjeuner était copieux et varié, ce qui était très appréciable. La possibilité de louer un garage est également un vrai plus, notamment pour éviter les soucis de stationnement. Le personnel était très accueillant, avenant et toujours disponible.

L’appartement est toutefois un peu « dans son jus » et mériterait quelques rénovations pour être davantage au goût du jour. Cela dit, l’espace, l’emplacement et les prestations proposées ont largement contribué à rendre notre séjour agréable.

Appartement infecté de fourmis!! , douche glissant, canapé envahi de nuisibles (acariens et puces) nous provoquant des allergies !!matelas pas confortable non conforme à la description. Qualité de la nourriture très médiocre (ex jus d’orange pressé mélangé à de l’eau) Logement tres médiocre.

The hotel is located close to the beach but also to nearby bars, restaurants and a small supermarket. The rooms were of a good size, clean and well fitted out. The pool was lovely and warm and plenty of sunbeds to choose from. It was also quiet which made it very relaxing. Great breakfast too!

Excellent position for the beach and shops of Elvira.

I have been coming for 30 odd years now and the outside looks great but some of the rooms are starting to look a bit worn around the edges and could do with a bit of a refurb of the interiors to freshen it up as looking a bit tired at times.

Alojamiento en media pensión, nos sorprendio mucho la habitación familiar, dos habitaciones, sofa cama y tres baños dos de ellos en la habitación.

Alojamiento en media pensión, comida bien, pero se agradecería más variedad en general y sobre todo en los postres, siempre iguales y con porciones de tarta muy grandes, las cuales se desperdicia más. La animación, podrían ser personal más extrovertidos.

Nähe zum Meer, freundliches Personal, man durfte die Liegen nicht reservieren, gute Zimmerausstattung, frisch gepresster Orangensaft, abwechslungsreiches Frühstücksbuffet.

Schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, Frühstücksbuffet war üppig, aber mittlere Qualität und zu wenig Personal für Nachschub, manchmal zog Essensgeruch von Nachbarn in unser Zimmer.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The apartment was very spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen and, most importantly, two bathrooms, which was excellent. Our apartment faced the street at the back of the property; we would have preferred a view towards the pool. The swimming pool area was very nice, towels were provided, and there was always a lifeguard on duty.

Breakfast was varied, but there seemed to be a shortage of staff. Tables were not always cleared quickly, and at the outdoor cooking station we sometimes waited around 10 minutes just to order an omelette. The parking arrangements were not very clear to us, so we ended up parking on the street. Fortunately, this was not a problem, as we found available spaces every evening. One disappointment was that nobody came to clean our apartment during our three-day stay. Considering the price paid, we expected at least one cleaning service. We would still recommend the hotel, especially for the spacious accommodation and beautiful pool, although we found the overall price a little high for the level of service provided.

merhaba, biz İstanbul'dan dört kişilik bir aile olarak konaklama yaptık. Bize verilen daire iki yatak odalı büyük bir salonu olan mutfağı büyük bir daireydi. Çamaşır makinesi ve kurutma makinesi ayrı bir alandaydı, Ütü imkanı da vardı. Dairenin bahçeye bakan bir de havuza bakan iki güzel balkonu var. Bu çok büyük bir avantaj. Dolaplar çok fazla. Oturma alanları çok rahat ve geniş. Otelin konumu markete çok yakın bir konumda. Kahvaltısı gayet yeterli. Ailenizle birlikte dinlenmek için güzel bir tesis. Temizlik çok iyi. Teşekkürler

saati çok geç saat 16:30. Sabah uçağıyla geliyorsanız beklemek zorunda kalıyorsunuz. Bu bölgede halk garajı kullanılıyor, armstong'da plaj kullanımı için ayrıca ücret ödüyorsunuz en düşük ücret 12 Euro. Bu otelle ilgili değil bölgeyle ilgili bir durum.

A estadia foi razoável, mas todo o seu encanto ficou nulo porque deixamos ficar umas sandálias da minha esposa e o hotel disse que ninguém viu.

Il ne pouvais également pas participer aux activité comme le maquillage d’enfants dommage j’ai dû expliquer à mes trois enfants qu’il ne pouvait pas y aller parce que le plus petit était interdit d’entrer. Le règlement du kids club à revoir Piscine froide en août (quand on est frileux)

Nos dejamos olvidada ropa en un armario, y llamamos en el mismo día para que la guardaran. Al volver a pasar por allí al cabo de uno días, y recoger la ropa, faltaban prendas. Se comentó con el personal del hotel, incluso aportando fotos con esas prendas, pero no dieron solución. Por tanto, o el personal de limpieza o el de recepción, se quedaron parte de las prendas. Totalmente inaceptable

Hôtel encore plus charmant que sur les photos. Superbes piscines, excellent petit-déjeuner.Hotel à taille humaine donc calme, pas besoin de réserver son transat à l’aube. Hotel très reposant.

Buffet dîner pas terrible, nous avons donc dîné plusieurs fois en extérieur et donc coût élevé pour une formule petit dej. Appartement bien équipé et spacieux mais pas apprécié les deux lits simples.

Jídlo bylo velmi dobré - velký výběr, kvalitní potraviny (měli jsme polopenzi), personál se snažil. Bohužel jsme měli problém s tím, že barová zeleninová nabídka byla přístupná pro několik živých ptáků (vrabců), a ti tam samozřejmě létali. Takže přestože jídlo bylo vynikající, tak některé části nabídky jsme vynechávali, abychom se nevystavili nějakému zdravotnímu problému během dovolené. Personál jsme upozorňovali několikrát, vždy nám říkali, že se "to řeší".

Bohužel co se týká poměru ceny a služeb v porovnání s již dříve navštívenými podobnými destinacemi (Sardinie, Mallorca,... ) jsme byli zklamaní. Pronajali jsme si ubytování pro 8 osob (5 dospělých a 3 děti) se 3 ložnicemi a přistýlkou. Nepočítali jsme s tím, že přistýlka pro pubertální děti nebude připravena a nebude to plnohodnotné spaní. Platili jsme 8 osob. Apartmán nebyl před naším příjezdem uklizen (ani vytřen, ve skříních odpadky po předchozích hostech). Po několikerém upozornění zametli podlahu!!! Víme, že hotelové apartmány mají trochu jiný režim než hotelové pokoje, ale s takto laxním přístupem jsme se ještě nesetkali. Na recepci se vždy omlouvali a slibovali, že to zařídí. Navíc jsme v úvodu dostali jednu tabletu do myčky (nevařili jsme si, ale sklenice na vodu jsme používali), a jednu dávku do pračky. Ostatní jsme museli řešit přes recepci. Několik lampiček nesvítilo, dveře na balkony špatně zavíratelné, jedna společná klimatizace............zkrátka standard poplatný 90. létům, ne současné době. Je to škoda, protože pokud by úklidový personál fungoval a kontroloval zničené zařízení, lokalita a zázemí je skvělé. Je možné, že zrovna náš ohromný apartmán se nepronajímá tak často, čili není udržovaný. Ale potom neodpovídá cena vs. výkon. Kdybychom toto věděli dopředu, určitě bychom si tento zážitek odpustili. Na dovolené nechceme řešit špatně fungující úklid. Platili jsme poměrně vysokou cenu, takže jsme očekávali služby odpovídající ****.

There wasn't really anything that stood out for us personally. The property does have a large swimming pool where guests can swim and relax, and the apartment setup, with a separate bedroom, living room, and kitchen, could be convenient for families, especially those planning a longer stay or who prefer to prepare some meals themselves. The beach is also only a few minutes' walk away, which is convenient if your main plan is to spend most of your holiday around the beach.

This property felt more like a holiday apartment complex than a hotel, which may be perfectly suitable for families but wasn't really the experience we were looking for as a couple. We stayed in a one-bedroom apartment with a separate living room and kitchen. While the space itself was generous, the room and interiors felt quite old and dated and could definitely benefit from renovation and modernization. For the price we paid, we expected a noticeably better standard in terms of the room, amenities, and overall experience. Another thing to be aware of is that there is no daily housekeeping. During our 4-night stay, our apartment was cleaned only once. This might be normal for a holiday apartment-style property, but if you're booking expecting a more traditional hotel experience with daily room cleaning and freshening up, this is something to consider. Again, considering the price, we expected a higher level of service. There is a swimming pool and towels are provided, although guests are informed that there is a €15 charge if the towel is not returned. It is understandable that the property needs to manage its towels, but this added to the feeling that the experience was more functional than what we expected for the price. Location is another consideration. The beach is only a few minutes' walk away, but the property is quite far from Marbella Old Town and Puerto Banús. If you're planning to stay mainly around the resort, relax by the pool and beach, and spend time with family, the location may work perfectly well. However, if you want to explore different parts of Marbella, dine out in different areas, visit the Old Town, or spend time around Puerto Banús, it isn't the most convenient base. Our biggest disappointment was the value for money. We simply didn't feel that the price matched the quality of the accommodation, amenities, or level of service.

A localização é excelente. Urbanização de hoteis luxuosos e apartamentos longe da confusão. Muito silencio e vegetação Tem restaurantes e farmacia em frente na rua. A praia é no fundo da rua .o areal é pequeno mas com muita area com agua baixa e sem.ondas. a vista é muito bonita quase tropical rodeada de empreendimentos com palmeiras e um passadiço de madeira que liga as varias praias As 2 piscinas são bastante grandes nunca excessivamente cheias. Ambiente familiar com muitas famílias e atividades para crianças e bingo à noite. Chega-se a Marbella cidade em poucos minutos. Se voltar a Marbella voltarei aqui sem qualquer duvida.. tem parque automóvel privado pago junto do apartamento. Tudo calmo mesmo em Agosto

Disappointed that we went at 15.45 and were told the rooms till wasn't ready and that it would be 1630. Although no one rang to ask if the room was ready - just said it is a standard time. This was a little later than we are used to for checking into a hotel !

Uniquement le petit déjeuner qui était copieux et varié.

Chambre vétuste qui a plus de 30 ans d’âge et a besoin d’une grosse touche de rénovation. Propreté très limite. La SDB est horrible, le miroir est piqué. Le sèche cheveux date de 1980 ! Nous devions avoir un balcon et on s’est retrouvé avec une grille et vue sur la rue. Non insonorisé. C’est un club de vacances pour familles avec des enfants en bas âge et en journée c’est impossible de se baigner à la piscine. Bref le prix est très excessif par rapport à la prestation et surtout ne correspond pas aux photos. Ce n’est pas un 4 étoiles !

Très familial, c'est propre, parking privé, animations le soir

Presque aucune personne du personnel ne parle français, il faut allumer la lumière du miroir de la sdb pour allumer la ventilation... Attention ⚠️ ne fermez pas la baie vitrée lorsque vous êtes sur votre balcon, sinon vous resterez bloqué dehors (ça ne s'ouvre pas de l'extérieur). Ça m'est arrivé, heureusement que j'avais mon compagnon à l'intérieur, sinon j'aurais pu rester bloquée longtemps.

Great stay in a lovely apartment the price was very good and enjoyed it there.

location was good, staff were lovely and the main areas looked good and well kept. we did not eat here or spend much time at the pool as our trip was only for 2 nights.

we had booked 2 apartments as a group of 11 and upon entering the apartments it looked well kept however one of the bathrooms was shocking. dark hairs all along the bathtub, as we were in a rush to get ready we decided not to complain and just used the other bathroom. Then when we returned late at night we found an ant infestation across the bedroom and bathroom and had to move the duvet outside. again we should have bought this to the attention of the staff but as we had plans to stay out all day we just decided to leave it and not let it spoil our trip

The half board option was very good. The staff was kind and helpful. The location of the hotel is quite good.

The cleaning did not meet our expectations, it was only done once during our 1 week stay at the hotel. Even then, it wasn’t completed up to the standards of a 4 star hotel.

The apartments lacked the absolute basics (not even a coffee maker), so you had to buy everything to make it work. There were lots of ants and the beach was not included

Extremely spacious apartment with two big bedrooms and two bathrooms, two balconies (one overlooking the street and one overlooking the pool area) and well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, another balcony for laundry (washing machine and drier) and a huge living room. The breakfast and dinner selection was also nice, but someone could have told us that there were extra dishes available outside (show cooking). They have special days when they serve food from other parts of the world (sushi, maki or special dessert area, chocolate fountain etc.). After you check out, they still let you use the swimming pool area and even the showers in the basement.

They should take care of the birds in the dining area. It was really disturbing seeing all the sparrows flying around (inside!) and eating the food that was prepared for self-service.

en nuestro caso las zonas infantiles nos han gustado muchísimo para nuestro pequeño.
