The location was good. The managers were very helpful.

I read in every single review out there that their Concierge service is really bad. And those reviews weren’t lying. The Concierge person makes passive aggressive so adorable. I really wanted to be pacific aggressive for two or three weeks just to be cool like him. Next time guys believe whatever you read. The problem in China, you cannot use Google Maps or anything so you are under the mercy of the Concierge of your Hotel. So search for the best Concierge rather than the best hotel in China. And this one is not it. But to be fair, the managers were very helpful and nice people.

I had a very good stay overall at Park Hyatt Guangzhou! The arrival experience was exceptional—the concierge noticed I was overheated during a heatwave and thoughtfully offered tissues while handling my luggage and guiding me to the 65th-floor sky lobby. However, housekeeping consistency could be improved. On my 2nd day, my Globalist welcome amenities and hand-written note were prematurely cleared away, and basic items like bath salts and cotton pads were not refilled. Since the hotel does not have a dedicated executive lounge, offering complimentary drinks or snacks at their incredible rooftop bar for Globalists would be a fantastic way to go above and beyond for loyal guests. Beautiful property with great potential—just needs a bit more attention to detail!

Las vistas y las instalaciones del hotel. La decoración es espectacular, la piscina y el sauna una delicia.

Es un laberinto, ya que el lobby esta en el piso 63 y las habitaciones hay que bajar a otros pisos. Para los restaurantes hay que subir al lobby y tomar un tercer elevador. En fin, es cosa de acostumbrarse.

My son and I were staying at a close by luxury hotel but found our breakfast buffet too generic. We ate here two mornings and found the food excellent. The room was a warm wood tone and had a lovely view of the city. Most importantly the coffee was excellent. This would be my chosen hotel for our next visit. The staff were lovely and the common areas were tasteful with interesting wood sculptures.

Убавить температуру в бассейне. Очень жарко - температура воздуха как за окном, вода близка к горячей, будто бы плаваешь в термальных источниках.

Incredible hotel that has the best views of the city! The wait staff at the rooftop bar were amazing. The room was a corner suite that was stunning. The front desk helped us and is a huge value add for the hotel! Food was perfect every meal and made it an amazing experience in Gaungzhou!

My stay at the Park Hyatt Guangzhou was truly exceptional from the very first minute I walked through the doors. From the warm welcome at reception to the final farewell, every member of the team demonstrated an extraordinary level of courtesy, professionalism, and genuine care that made me feel valued throughout my stay. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning. My room offered one of the most breathtaking views of Guangzhou I have ever experienced. Waking up every morning to the incredible skyline through the floor-to-ceiling windows was unforgettable. The room was elegant, spacious, impeccably clean, and designed with remarkable attention to detail, combining luxury with comfort perfectly. What impressed me the most, however, was the consistently outstanding service. Every request was handled immediately with efficiency and a smile. The staff anticipated guests’ needs naturally and created an atmosphere of true hospitality rarely found even in top luxury hotels. Breakfast each morning was another highlight of the experience. The quality of the food was simply superb, with an impressive selection of fresh international and local specialties prepared to perfection. Equally remarkable was the breakfast service team, whose attentiveness and kindness elevated the entire dining experience. The staff ensured everything was flawless while maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Without question, the Park Hyatt Guangzhou sets the standard for luxury hospitality. Between the spectacular views, exceptional rooms, world-class food, and impeccable service, this hotel delivered one of the finest hotel experiences I have had anywhere in the world. I look forward to returning very soon.

Room was so fantastic and view was spectacular. Must try their desserts where they serve only in the evening - we had the red bean and mung bean chinese dessert soup - it was DELICIOUS!

Location & commodities

First room offered reeked of tobacco. The substitution room had a degraded view despite having paid a premium for it. No compensation was offered. The staff was not present except for the breakfast. I am used to higher standards for a park. Hyatt.

Another level

Very disappointing experience at Park Hyatt Guangzhou Tianhe. My iPhone went missing from the room after being left on the table. Initially, the duty GX manager denied anyone entered the room due to the DND sign, but later admitted staff had accessed it. Instead of taking responsibility for the SOP lapse, the top management tried to investigate in a manner suggesting I never brought the phone into the hotel. For a luxury Hyatt property, this was unacceptable. Interiors are also run down and corridor carpets were visibly dirty. I visit Guangzhou frequently and expected far better hospitality standards. Would prefer staying elsewhere next time as we have several several 5 star options in Tianhe. If any of visitor is confused in selection for stay in the said area , can contact me for other good options.

The Park Hyatt Guangzhou is very easy to find, suitably located and quiet. It is very grand, clean, great value with service as impeccable, efficient, courteous and always with a smile. The sumptuous food is not just delicious but a clean eating experience that is much enjoyed at your leisure. Thoroughly and highly recommend it!

Un séjour parfait de A à Z. Les chambres sont superbes, le confort est au rendez-vous, la propreté irréprochable et les équipements à la hauteur de la réputation de la marque Park Hyatt. L'emplacement est excellent et le service globalement très soigné. Une adresse haut de gamme qui tient toutes ses promesses.

Un seul vrai regret : pour l'anniversaire de ma femme, dont l'information avait été communiquée, nous avons eu droit à un petit gâteau avec une bougie sur le rooftop — un geste sympathique, mais qui reste le service minimum d'autant que nous avions également bien consommé sur place. Pour un établissement de ce standing, on aurait pu attendre une attention plus marquante, comme un surclassement ou une vraie petite touche personnalisée.

One of the best hotel in Tianhe if not the best. Top notch service. Special mention to the concierge team and to Mr Zone Li at the reception: they are always helpful and make everything easier.

Service in the hotel was way better then I expected, this hotel concierge service was excellent. The team there was supper helpful, patience and kind whenever I need help, especially this team lead host " Sam Shen" which knows his work and did his duty to satisfied guest like me as a frequent traveller.

Minimal recognition for a globalist who stays at Hyatt hotels for 150+ nights with 150k+ base points. No welcome amenity at check in or whatsoever. But this was just a breeze. The real hit is that there was NO body wash in the shower room and I had to take a shower without body wash. Raised this to the FO and their front office staff did not think it is a serious problem. I appreciate I got a call from the on-duty manager but his remedial gesture was a free dessert often extended to hotel guests for free during turn-down. The other day while I was heading for the check-out, their staff put the service cart in front of my door so that I can barely walk out from my room. This is ridiculous….

Excellent hotel in Guangzhou. Location is close to everything, food and shopping. 5 minutes to the Mall of the World. View is spectacular.

Amazing location! I even scored a room with a Canton Tower view, which was definitely the highlight. The view was stunning. Unfortunately, everything inside the room was less so. Hygiene, in particular, needs some serious help. I found hair in my breakfast (extra protein I didn’t order), and the bed sheets didn’t seem particularly… fresh. Any remaining optimism vanished when I watched housekeeping place a fresh set of blanket directly onto the sofa before making the bed. The same sofa I sit on daily. This did not exactly boost my confidence in the cleanliness of the linens. Then came the disappearing-items subplot. Some of my personal belongings were thrown away despite very clearly not being in the trash. When I asked about it, the items were magically returned in perfect condition. The official explanation? “Sorry, your items fell off the desk and we thought you didn’t want it anymore.” Because yes, that’s obviously how guests signal they want their belongings disposed of. Lastly, a special mention to James Guo at the concierge counter, who was impressively clueless and noticeably uninterested when I asked for recommendations. A concierge desk without help is… a bold concept. Great view, great location but cleanliness and service definitely need to catch up.

The hotel is situated right in the heart of the city, very close to underground Metro, shopping, F&B and amenities. The atmosphere of the hotel is simple yet luxury and made me felt at home. Room size were spacious, very clean and well equipped with a separate closet, sofa set, working / dining desk, international adapters, automatic curtain / sheers and a good view of the city. Noise level and sound proofing in the room is very good. Service is very good with attentive and responsive staff at each service level. Amenities were also very good with well equipped gym, spa and infinity pool facing the Canton tower. Will definitely come back one day.

Our recent weeklong stay was a delight from the very moment we arrived. We were thrilled to find our room as spacious and beautifully designed as we had hoped. Each morning, our visit to the Dining Room was made special by the warm greetings of the lead host, Andy Luo, and his wonderful team. Andy took such thoughtful care of us—even meticulously preparing our seven eggs to be “soft boiled, exactly 3 minutes,” just as we liked. He also shared engaging stories and local tips that brought our travel itinerary to life, gently refining our sometimes over-imaginative AI-generated plans. A heartfelt five stars to the entire staff. Thank you for making our stay so personally memorable.

We stayed at the Park Hyatt Guangzhou Tianhe for one week as a couple and genuinely enjoyed every moment of our stay. The hotel felt very calm, elegant and extremely comfortable. The views from the rooms and public areas are stunning. Breakfast was a real highlight for us. Excellent buffet with a wide selection, high-quality ingredients, and a relaxed atmosphere. We also loved the location. The hotel is perfectly situated within walking distance of several major shopping malls and many great restaurants. The service was attentive and professional, warm and welcoming. Special thanks to General Manager Jakob for high great hospitality and attention to detail. Highly recommended.
