Reviewed Sep 19, 2026Good price/quality ratio and convenient location close to the airport with a free hotel shuttle every 30 minutes. Friendly staff, clean rooms, good sound proofing (important as it is very close to the airport). Complimentary breakfast included with cold items (cereal, yogurt, fruits) as well as hot items (sausages/bacon, egg omelets). It is my go-to hotel every time I overnight in Edmonton.

Reviewed Sep 13, 2026The restaurant attached had excellent food with excellent staff. Menu has good variety and food is served quickly and hot/cold. Immediate seating every time. The towels were so soft and didn't smell like strong cleaner, after using the built in shampoo and conditioner in shower.
The attached restaurant is so great that it's too bad the last seating is relatively early. Which also makes it inconvenient to visit the lobby to use a microwave. Having one in the room for use after 8:30 (last seating at restaurant) and no snack machine would make eating during stay less complicated.

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026We could not eat breakfast because we had to leave the hotel at 04:00 hrs and breakfast starts at 06:00. The view was a parking lot and the restaurant attached to the hotel is closed on Sunday. The staff was friendly and welcoming. It is hard to be objective like a normal client because I used to do secret shopping in hotels for companies and I do observe things that normal client would not see.
Not being able to eat before leaving the hotel.

Reviewed Jun 1, 2026I liked that there was a fitness room, a continental breakfast, the staff were very nice, & the restaurant attached was good.
When I got to my room there were leftovers in the fridge of the previous occupant. Maybe this is a bit much to ask for the price, however I didn't like that the room didn't have a microwave, instead there was just a main microwave in the lobby.

There is black mold on the wall near the window. I would say 1 foot by 8 inches. It is hidden behind the curtain. The hot tub wasn’t very clean, it had some kind of dead skin floating in the water.

Reviewed Jan 22, 2026The breakfast was typical of hotel continental breakfasts. Nothing special, but definitely acceptable, given the price we paid for our room. The shuttle picked us up at the airport within minutes of our call, and returned us the next day at the time requested. The night staff at the desk was very helpful and considerate.
We find that in common with most hotels, the pillows are far too fat.
