Maintenance seems to be lacking. Definitely 70's vibe lol but heater/air conditioner had the dials removed so you couldn't use it. The fire place was in operational. The soap dispenser was sitting on the bathroom counter as it was previously torn from the wall. Even the handle on the nightstand was only held by one screw which made the handle sit vertically instead of horizontal.

In the room I was in 214, it looked like dust under the bed, the carpet was a different color.. I requested the room for 1 pm on line, was charged an extra 38.35 for early rental. The lady made us wait 5 minutes stating the had to be finished, all rooms on that floor were done when we arrived to that floor. Please refund my 38.35 as nothing was said on web site about paying extra.

I was pleasantly surprised by the price of the hotel, especially considering that the airport shuttle was included. The room and overall service were pretty much what I would expect from a hotel in this category. Nothing extraordinary, but everything was fine and the free airport shuttle was a great bonus.

Breakfast was typical but clean and fresh so for me, just what I needed.

I had no reservations or dislikes. It was an overnight stop and it was more than adequate.

We arrived late and the AC was blasting. Our room was 15 degrees. The heater did not work, and after an hour with the door propped open to the hall to "balance it out", as was the suggestion from the front desk man, the room was still freezing. After multiple trips to the front desk requesting he check our room, he finally came and said he could do nothing to resolve it and left. He refused to start the fireplace, so we knew it didn't work. I went to the desk again and asked for extra blankets. I was told there were none. After yet another trip to the front desk, he produced one "blanket' for two beds. It was the same as what was on our beds, a thin, sticky, foam-like, spongy, worn-out fabric from the '60's, at best. I finally asked for a new room with heat. No rooms available. So I asked for a refund and said we were leaving. Then he offered us the "special room". A room with a round, revolving bed, stained with a white crusty substance, old dirty tiger pillows with ripped seams, and the list goes on. Do not stay here! Booking.com says it's rated 7.1 Do not believe that! Spend the extra money and go elsewhere.

Only stayed the night arriving late and leaving early. Bed was not exceedingly comfortable but manageable for the price. Front end staff were wonderful to deal with. Kept my car there for three days and the cost was less than one day parking at the airport. Nice to have the free shuttle as well.

Everything was as expected considering the price located so near the airport.

I was honestly very surprised at this hotel. I arrived late and had an early morning flight so I just picked a cheap motel and it was very clean. Unfortunately the elevator wasn’t working and I was on the second floor, but the room was clean big room comfortable staff was very friendly and they had a free continental breakfast in the morning.

Prijs-kwaliteit verhouding goed. Prima optie voor een overnachting de dag voor een vlucht vanaf YEG. Hele fijne shuttle service naar het vliegveld inbegrepen (wel even van te voren aanmelden bij de balie).

De algemene sfeer van het hotel is, zoals aangegeven in eerdere reviews, niet meer helemaal van deze tijd. Verder kun je inderdaad pech hebben met een toeterende trein die je wakker maakt. Als je deze aspecten van te voren accepteert is het gewoon een prima plek om een nachtje te verblijven voor een fijne prijs.

*Front desk was extremely rude and unapproachable. The guy got upset because I asked two questions in a row. It was weird. The shuttle guy doesn't even help lift your luggage onto the bus. Just watched me struggle to lift it up the stairs.

Amazing Value and Location, staff were very helpful when I forgot roomkey in middle of the night and gave me free water from the dispenser because their vending machines were not stocked!

I spent 4hrs from 12:00 midnight and woke up at 4:00am to get my flight, the bed bugs got in just 4hrs, don't want to think if I had slept longer in that bed.

For a 2 or 3 star hotel everything's almost perfect!.... for Staff, Cleanliness, Facilities, Comfort, Location, etc...EXCEPT THE JUICE DISPENSER!😪...why are your juices WATERED DOWN?

The room is tastefully decorated, and clean. Amenities like tea and coffee are provided. Beds are comfortable. The staff is courteous and professional.

The room was not "detail clean," as there were some areas of dust accumulation. The bathroom had a bit of a damp / stale smell.

I didn't appreciate the front desk staff couldn't give me a proper invoice for our stay and told me its because booking.com takes fees as if that's my problem. They need to take that up with booking.com and their accounting team to learn to reconcile their accounts.
