Le aree comuni e la piscina sono belle. Tutto ben pulito.La posizione è comoda, fuori dal casino ma comunque i templi distano 1,5 km. Staff gentile.

La camera non è male nel complesso ma il bagno necessiterebbe di rinnovo e l’aria condizionata è un po’ rumorosa.

Er was veel lawaai van renovaties en bouwwerken die aan de gang waren. Vooral als je in zwembad zit heb je daar veel last van, niet aangenaam. Opties bij ontbijt waren gelimiteerd. Te veel personeel voor aantal gasten waardoor er te veel mensen aan tafel van alles kwamen, vragen , dubbel werk etc, chaotisch. Alles met goede bedoelingen maar dan kan je niet rustig eten.

For two days, the shower was unusable—freezing cold water and barely enough pressure to wash our hair. Completely unacceptable for a hotel claiming to be five-star. But the worst part was the manager, Neeraj, who was aggressive, intimidating, dismissive, and repeatedly lied to us instead of taking responsibility. He mocked our complaints, refused to cooperate or offer any meaningful solution, and locked the hotel gate while we were trying to leave after complaining!!! This was shocking and frightening! We would have called the police if we were not rushing to catch the train. His behavior toward paying guests was completely unacceptable and made an already terrible stay genuinely frightening. We traveled all the way to Khajuraho expecting five-star hospitality and were instead met with intimidation, disrespect, and zero accountability. One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Avoid this hotel!!!

**⭐ 1 Star** No hot water at this supposedly 5-star hotel. We asked manager Neeraj to fix the issue, but instead of resolving it, he lied about what was happening told us we weren't running the water long enough we ran it for 20 minutes....no power at night and no backup generator Completely unacceptable service for a “5-star” hotel. Avoid at all costs!

The stay was really good. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was polite and helpful. The food was also very tasty. Overall, I had a nice experience and would definitely consider staying here again.

We were delighted to be in our beautiful room and the dining area for the last 2 days. The ambience is very uplifting and positive. The staff is very supportive and cordial. We enjoyed our stay even more because of the scorching sun of May waiting for us outside.

We were there at restaurant for dinner and have enjoyed very much . The place is beaufuly decorated , high standard , and the service is very good . The atmostpahre is realy make your evening as its peacful big restaurant indoor seating and can have view of gardon and you can walk after food out side at gardon. the locatioj is just walking distance from the main center .

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was spotlessly clean and very well maintained, which made our stay extremely comfortable. The staff were incredibly helpful, polite, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. A special mention goes to the restaurant, which was also impeccably clean, and especially to Ganesh, our waiter — an amazing person, extremely kind and always smiling. He truly made our experience even better. We would definitely choose this hotel again!

We really liked the Chandela. It’s been refurbished and modernised; has a lovely pool though watch out for the mossies if you choose to have a pool side drink in the evening; food’s great in the restaurant; and the doormen must be selected for the magnificence of their moustaches. Worth a selfie! Room is generously sized and comfortable The hotel is within walking distance of the temples.. which is probably the main reason most people visit Khajuraho; we were taken by coach on our first visit but the next day we chose to walk and it was an easy walk. (We were a bit taken aback when we found out that you can’t buy entry tickets at the temples you have to buy them online but we managed in the end). In particular I’d like to call out the outstanding service provided in the Levant restaurant by Ganesh Kumar Sen and Samir Chakravorthy. These guys were great! If I have a quibble it’s the restrictions on the number of devices you can connect to Wifi- after connecting our phones I couldn’t connect my iPad. I don’t think I’m unique in travelling a phone and a tablet. But a very minor quibble.

Just wanted to share my experience with this hotel. We were booked to go from the 6th to 8th March. My husbands had a death in the family due to which we could not travel. I also explained I did not have the death certificate but would get it in a day and send it to them. I called the hotel and spoke to their manager Mr Neeraj, who blatantly lied to me and told me that since mine was a non refundable booking through GIBIBO, he could not help me, Had I booked directly he would have surely helped me. I then called GOIBIBO who were actually very helpful and whilst keeping me on hold called the hotel. They spoke to a MR ASLAM and Mr Neeraj and were told the hotel will revert, Post that I tried calling the hotel many times to speak to MR Nerraj to request just for CREDIT for 2 months, owing to the circumstance, NOT A REFUND. However, Mr Neeraj was ALWAYS at lunch! Seems like at this htel lunch time can extend upto 4 hours! I then tried reaching Mr Neeraj many times in his mobile, but he knew my number after our first call, and never picked up. I tried calling him the next day 0n the 7th as wseel, same story never picked up, and if i called hotel, after being told hold on to connect to him, was told, hasnt still come in the morning, and is at lunch even at 3.30PM! At 3.30pm, When I spoke to a MR MAYANK, I told him, being in the hospitality industry, this was no way to treat customers. As though they are beggers. I also informed him that I would be sharing my absolutely awful experience on social media. I am from the industry, done my hotel management and worked at TAJ
