Very nice location with pleasant surroundings. Well maintained hotel premises with all amenities. Entire hotel staff from reception desk to housekeeping was very cordial and courteous. Room service was prompt. Nice breakfast spread. Will strongly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Khajuraho in future

I recently had a truly wonderful stay at the Radisson Jass Hotel Khajuraho. From the moment I arrived, the level of hospitality was top-notch, making my visit to this historic city even more memorable. A huge, special thanks goes to Sumit at the Front Desk. He was incredibly helpful and professional, providing me with detailed information about all the local tourist spots. His assistance in arranging my Tiger Safari at Panna National Park was seamless and took all the stress out of the planning. I also want to give a massive shout-out to Hariom at the restaurant. Knowing I had an early start for the jungle safari, he went above and beyond to ensure I had breakfast during the early hours of the morning before I headed out. That kind of personalized service is rare and much appreciated , The rooms and amenities at the hotel are wonderful—clean, comfortable, and the perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Khajuraho!

Being a disabled person I am disappointed that the disabled room is not being maintained properly. There were no twin beds in the room!! The closet leaked from the front base!! The housekeeping did not change the cups kept for morning tea!! Please consider these points. Thank you

We are here during the dance festival. The hotel is supposedly a 5 star and charging 24k per night. But the amenities and service standards are more like a 3 star. Poor wifi connectivity in rooms, water force in the shower is erratic, no 24 hr cafe. Our card was deactivated after 2 days. I had to go back to the reception to get it activated. Food quality is average. Not at all worth the price you pay. Avoidable.

1. The house keeping was terrible. Bath water from bath tub was seeping in the bathroom outside the bathtub, risking senior citizens like us to slip. 2. The drain through the washbasin was slower than the water filling in. 3. Two separate beds were attached to form a single double bed, leaving the central area of electric switches hidden behind the beds. This led to individual lights to be operated individually. 4. No action taken even after informing the front desk. 5. The hotel is a run down property, apparent from finish in the rooms. 6. On checking in there were no towels in the room. 7. One of the rooms was stinking with foul smell. 8. The breakfast & buffet spreads were not inadequate as per 5 star standards. 9. The staff was very courteous.

It has been a perfectly wonderful stay in Radisson, Khajuraho. Asif and Shaheen at the front desk made the best arrangements according to our requirements. Srikanth packed our breakfast with utmost care and ensured we had everything we wanted during our morning safaris in Panna .The guy who made our tea was also so wonderful. Santosh in the room service also deserves a mention. This property is spectacular and absolutely safe , especially for women travelling alone. Shout out to Radisson Khajuraho. We shall return.

Marriage disturbance till late night.

Good location of property and ample space. Ventilation in toilets to improve, Party on NewYear was ok but veg food had overdose of spices and not tatsefull.Room size is ok.

My mother had a fall and a fracture. The staff didn’t let us feel for a minute we were not at home. They were exceptionally compassionate

The serving was excellent and the personnel was helpful and resolved all the problems. They provided prompt assistance in recovering the earring clasp that had fallen into the sink, with the manager Sachin proactively coordinating the process and ensuring a swift and efficient resolution.

Superb location and a wonderful, supportive staff to ensure your stay in Khajuraho was a fantastic one. This hotel is well situated for access to both the temple and the Panna Tiger Reserve. My wife had an ease massage and glow facial at the Core and Pure with a lady called 'Kalem' and she says it's the best massage she's ever had (and she's had loads). Great housekeeping, the hotel is spotless and the restaurant does great food. Everyone, from the doorman who greets you on return from a trip to the reception staff have all made our stay in this area absolutely wonderful. Thank you so much, we hope to come back again.

Excellent property with peaceful environment and super supportive staff. Sachin specially made extraordinary efforts to make this stay comfortable for my family.

A mixed experience overall. The property itself is well located, making it convenient for visiting the temples and nearby attractions. The surroundings are peaceful, and the hotel has good potential in terms of layout and infrastructure. Rooms were reasonably clean, spacious, and comfortable, and housekeeping did a decent job during the stay. Spl thanks to Ram Kishore, Raj Kumar & Santosh, Sachin in front office. However, the major disappointment was the bakery services. Some items felt stale or poorly prepared. The bakery section, in particular, needs serious improvement. Another concern was the attitude of some senior staff. While junior staff members were polite and helpful, the senior management came across as indifferent and unapproachable. With better food quality and a more professional, guest-friendly management approach, this hotel could significantly improve and offer a much more satisfying stay.

The property is beautiful and well maintained. The hotel staff are incredibly cooperative and friendly. The location is excellent as most attractions are just 15 minutes away. The experience at the spa (Core and Pure) was amazing, special thanks to Pritam for his outstanding service. We will definitely be visiting this property again!

Great location close to airport, great welcoming interiors and extremely helpful staff always smiling and willing to accommodate. Special mention to the Gardner Mohan who proudly and patiently showed us his beautiful vegetable patch on the property where he supplies fresh organic herbs and vegetables to the kitchen. Will definitely recommend the hotel and its spa.

The hotel has vast open spaces and beautiful balconies with rooms. The staff is very friendly. The location is very close to the Unesco site and airport.

Really nice staff, good location and nice facilities although a little older. Sachin at front desk, Deepak at the restaurant and Santosh in House keeping are excellent and take care of you. The restaurant staff is great ..stick to your standard Indian fare and the food is lovely!

This is the 2nd time, im dealing with a quite a bad experience at a Radisson property. The property is good, but its like a hotel only catering to government babus. I was at the hotel last week when there was a delegation from the ruling party staying there. The reception services and particularly the restaurant were only catering to them and didnt care a bit about individual travellers. Me and my wife along with a 3 year old had order simpe dal fry, jeera rice and rotis during lunch and it took the about an hour and a half to prep after frequent reminders. For everything including water required prompts, while every staff member would be surrounding like flies to where the Babus were seated. And this is not just me but there was one other elderly couple who had the same service. And that happened over the course of our stay, every meal we had there was same until we started ordering food from outside. Also the food m, the breakfast, a lot of items including the kachori, idli, etc was stale and tasted bad. If you order something at the live dosa/egg counter they will not follow orders. You say no chill inthe omlette for the kidi, they put a lot of crushed pepper. You ask them a soft dosa, it will. E the criapiest dosa ever, not what the kid can eat. Its a disaster on show to say the least. Make it a circuit house instead, catering to your elite clients. Even a local 2 star hotel will treat you better. Also the staff will lie on your face, theyll say your checkin time is 3 sir, while my voucher says 2. Also the funniest one, sandwich takes time sir as grilling takes quite a bit.

We had a wonderful stay at Jass Radisson Khajuraho. The ambience is absolutely beautiful with lush green lawns, a lovely pool area and a peaceful fish pond that our kids enjoyed every single day! It really feels like a calm little resort tucked inside the city. A special mention to the reception team — Sumit, Asif and Gauri — for their warm hospitality and polite assistance throughout our stay. Housekeeping was excellent and always prompt. Thank you Santosh for keeping our room clean, fresh and perfectly maintained. Meals at the Temple Café Restaurant were really enjoyable, and the service deserves appreciation. A big thank you to Rahul and Omprakash for being friendly and attentive—it made our dining experience even better. Overall, an amazing and truly relaxing stay surrounded by greenery and great hospitality. Highly recommended for families visiting Khajuraho!

The Good - Centrally located , Good parking place, Huge lawn with a swimming pool The Average - Restaurant spread very average. Needs lot of improvement The Bad - Stayed in a Business Room. Have never seen such a small and difficult to use bathroom in my life in any hotel. One of the worst. No elevators.

I expected more from 5 star network hotel. Lamps, windows were with visible stains and everything looks with signs of wear and tear. There was cockroach running through buffet breakfast (though breakfast was ok). Most part of territory was closed off for the party.

Terrible. There was a wedding so noise all night. Since there was a wedding there was no food for non wedding guests, only canned food and junk food, all crap, cakes made from boxed stuff. I suggest if you have a marriage to advise non wedding guests . All around a bad hotel.

Excellent location for exploring the temple areas! General areas, garden and pool very nice atmospere. Dining area less attractive! To few tables outside! Rooms are fairly standard. Outside patio not cleaned and not furnished! Staff very kind and friendly!

We have wonderful experience at hotel , all team is superb & very helping we enterd hotel very late 2 pm with all family members but the hotel team done all formalities in advance , today my father fell down early morning 2am and hotel staff done wonderful job and personal care , I want to thanks all team members of hotel and names wise Sumit’, Jatin , Sachin , Gouri , akshara , sahil , all front desk team , F& B team is really very special , house keeping team the way they decorated beds , , santosh special thanks , great redison team , only you have to increase path way in garden to do more walking in morning , Thanks again from all jain family
