Almost all the things. Literally one of the best experiences I’ve had.

The only thing that can be improved which relates to my stay was, the pool bar services could be much better. The barkeep was not there and we waited to place the order. Then after placing the order he went somewhere and we had to wait again for sometime to get our order.

Internet was not working properly in TV and no proper response to staff and also intercom phone not attend the phone calls regularly it’s very disappointed overall stay for 2nd time.

Le parc

L'odeur dans le parc quand c'est l'heure d'arroser les pelouses et les points d'eau. Les travaux qui durent jusqu'à plus de 23h Le réglage de la climatisation qui ne fonctionnait aléatoirement L'eau chaude de la douche qui avait un débit très très très faible. Ce n'est pas un 5 étoiles, cela correspond plus à un club de vacances. Le Leela palace, le Radison sont des 5 étoiles par exemple. Aucune comparaison possible. Nous avons fait 4 hôtels 5 étoiles en Inde sur 15 jours et celui-ci ne correspond pas aux critères que l'on peut attendre de ce type d'établissement.

The location is good and the cottages are well placed

Cramped place espescially the seagull restaurant that does not meet the 5 star standard and the chefs and waiters are all busy and moving in a crowded manner along with the guests. For a facility such as Taj Kovalam a larger restaurant space is required with higher ceilings giving the total experience of a 5-star property

Every events at the premiere was restricted with timings so couldn’t able to catch up. There were no refrigerator and microwave at the room.

Food was not good.

The view and location of the partial sea-view cottage was lovely,, and we enjoyed the surrounding greenery and the sound of the ocean beyond. We were also delighted to see a variety of birds right from our cottage, which made the stay feel peaceful and immersed in nature.

Unfortunately, our experience did not meet expectations. When we arrived, our room had not been properly cleaned, and there was a dead gecko inside the room, which was very unpleasant. The guest service was also disappointing. Dirty cutlery was left in our room for hours despite requests for it to be collected. We couldn't simply leave it outside because the property is surrounded by birds and other wildlife. Given the standard the property aims to provide, we expected much better housekeeping and more responsive service. With greater attention to cleanliness and guest support, the experience could be significantly improved.

The room was fine. The pool guys were willing to help with towels etc but a bit slow with meals and drinks service.

The prices were ridiculously inflated (even by UK standards - never mind SE standards). We contracted tummy bugs (not attributed to hotel) therefore ate no breakfast, minimal lunch, some buffet stuff at night. But SO expensive. I could have flown from the UK to a pleasant Euro location on an AI/Breakfast deal for a better price.

The staffs at the resort are extremely receptive, starting from the check in Ms Prabilari chyne, She was prompt in her response with gentle smile always on her face and politeness her voice. The Spa manager Mr. Arun and the chef Mr. Ansari took absolute care being very accommodative to our needs.

The value for the cottage could’ve been more rationalized as the room is very small. The pillows have become old and not fit for use.

Just little minor things like the TV remote not working. The phone needed a replacement as it wasn't working and the AC was little weaker.

Our 2N3D stay at Taj Fisherman's Cove Resort & Spa with my wife and 7-year-old kid was truly a wonderful experience. The overall property is beautiful and spread across a massive 42 acres, which gives it a very relaxing and luxurious feel. One of the best parts was the buggy service available across the property, making it very convenient and enjoyable to move around with family and kids. The room was of decent size, very comfortable, and perfect for a family stay. The resort also has a private beach, and it was absolutely clean and very well maintained. There were plenty of activities for kids and families — we especially enjoyed kite flying, making sand castles, painting, feeding the fishes, playing a game of pool and even some fun volleyball by the beach. The pool is also of a very good size, and we thoroughly enjoyed relaxing there along with some drinks at the pool bar. The food was excellent throughout our stay, but what really stood out was the exceptional hospitality by Chef John and Chef Gayo. They took special care of us during breakfast, prepared special dishes exactly according to our preferences, and even introduced us to some of their personal favorites. They lovingly served the dishes and explained the best way to enjoy them, which made the entire experience feel very warm, personal, and memorable. Overall, it was a memorable and refreshing family getaway with amazing hospitality, great food, and a perfect mix of relaxation and activities. Highly recommended for families looking for a luxurious beachside stay.

Clean and big property

Checkin experience was worst. I have been kept waiting for 2 hour to checkin and they gave a room which is not cleaned and again changed room after forth and back discussion

One of the villa that we rented had the bathtub leaking and flooded the whole bathroom, though the team tried to fix it. It happened again and the bathroom was barely usable.

As usual the atmosphere in Taj fisherman's cove was amazing. Had a good stay. Room was great, food was excellent.

The AC in room seemed to be somewhat low. Not the expected standard and not acceptable either. But it was manageable, it was not unbearable though. There were frequent power cuts though and sometimes it took a bit of more time for power to come back. The management should make a note of it.

Great food, very friendly staff, helpful managers, nice rooms.

Very old rooms. No hot water . Zero maintenance. Poor quality food.
