Our family really loved the stay, ambience, yummy food, lovely beautiful hospitality, beach, amenities. Overall it was a beautiful quiet peaceful experience 😊. Thank you Sheraton .

The room was huge and comfortable. The food and hospitality was good. Beach and hi tea were highlights.

Restaurant gets busy at certain times and we have to wait for a table. But not too much delay and there was a nice waiting area. Some snacks in the room would have been appreciated as kids get hungry all the time.

The stay for my son's birthday was memorable. I luckily got in touch with Mr. Suman and he had done ll the arrangement and decor stating happing birthday and yummy cake along with it even though he was on his week off on our day of arrival but he has handed over to Yemti and she also followed it and made a memorable stay and smooth and fast check in process by yemti and Suman.

There was nothing negative

The beach. The beachfront location is beautiful and was the only part of the stay that genuinely stood out for us.

Unfortunately, the overall experience did not feel anywhere close to what I would expect from a five-star Sheraton property. The problems started from the first day. At the restaurant, the way one of the staff members spoke to us was quite disappointing. We were told that the restaurant was fully booked, but that she was still "giving us" a table in the corner. It was not the table that bothered us, but the manner in which it was communicated. As hotel guests, we did not expect to be made to feel as though we were being accommodated as a favour. Room dining was an even bigger disappointment. We were travelling with children and repeatedly gave very clear instructions that their food should contain no chilli or spice. Despite this, food arrived with chilli. A staff member later came to our room to apologise and offered to waive the food bill, which I declined because the issue was never about getting free food. It was about basic attention to a guest's instructions, particularly when children are involved. This was unfortunately not an isolated mistake. We ordered grilled salmon with risotto, but only the salmon with some vegetables arrived and the risotto was completely missing. We ordered chicken soup and received vegetable soup instead. Almost every order seemed to have some issue despite our instructions being clear. What disappointed me further was that after these incidents, the attention seemed to shift towards whether we were satisfied and whether we might leave a negative review, rather than genuinely understanding why so many things had gone wrong in the first place. Hospitality is ultimately about getting the experience right when the guest is actually experiencing it. Once repeated service failures have affected a stay, being extra attentive afterwards cannot completely undo that experience.

Food prices at quite steep

We loved the warm and personalized hospitality from the staff. Yemti especially went above and beyond, taking great care of us, suggesting activities, and helping us throughout our stay. Restaurant Manager Deepak and the restaurant staff were also wonderul. We also really appreciated the special effort they made for our daughter’s 13th birthday. The decorations were lovely, and the complimentary cake was such a thoughtful surprise—our daughter actually loved it the most out of all the cakes we had bought for her. Overall, the staff made the stay truly memorable and special.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and overall we were very happy with our stay. The only small thing we noticed was that the bathroom flush took a little longer to refill between uses. The staff explained that this is because of the larger tank and that it can take around five minutes to fill again. Once we understood that, it really wasn’t a major issue or something that affected our overall experience.

Smell from the lawn sprinklers, small pool, dinner buffet was very good but we expected more options.

The atmosphere was wonderful, and the housekeeping staff were very respectful, friendly, and professional. I would especially like to appreciate Pragatheesh for his excellent service. He guided me very well throughout my stay and responded politely to all my requests. Whatever I needed, he made sure it was taken care of promptly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with family. It was refreshing and relaxing with amazing view of the serene beach and excellent service by the staff. Will highly recommend therapists Ms.Saloni, Dang and Maya at the Shine Spa.

Had a great experience, special thanks to the housekeeping department especially Sujith.

Everything was good, but certain facilities such as the tv wasn't working, there was no pen or pencil and writing pad, no hair dryer, no iron, the refrigerator was empty. Looks like there was a marriage function in the hotel therefore the reception area was like a fish market and lot of noise and drums were being played . So it was disturbing.

The property is huge, with access to a private beach. Rooms were neat and clean and the staff were really friendly. Breakfast was awesome with a wide variety of items available.

We faced some issues with check-in and house keeping staff.

Overall the stay at Resort was Good, except for the Hi-Tea and Dinner. The Breakfast was very good.

Lot of Marriage Party Guests in the Resort had gate crashed in Hi-Tea by Beach and as a result our group did not get anything proper to eat and drink. Further the Dinner Buffet was not satisfactory and up to the mark.

This is a phenomenal location for a getaway close to Chennai - The private beach is pristine and clean, the rooms are spacious and comfortable - the breakfast buffet is very good and really nice dining options by the sea. Highlight was the High Tea where they serve Chai and Sundal by the beach side. The staff is super friendly and took care of us really well. Special thanks to Rooms Division Manager Priyanka - she contacted me on Whatsapp couple of days before the stay and made sure everythign went smoothly. I had a last minute cancellation for one of the 2 rooms i had booked and eventhough it was past the cancellation deadline, she spoke to the supervisor and got the charges waived. Also thanks to Front desk manager Harshank who was very helpful throughout the process. I went with my kids and we had a great time - used the pool, played table tennis, carrom and our garden view room had peacocks in the yard!

Dinner Buffett could have been better, they dont refill food on time and the service is not upto the mark , half the items in the buffett were empty.

Cafeteria / Breakfast Service area is not capable for full house and Each time I have to remind them multiple time and multiple person but in the end I exhausted and walked out. Second day also the same very bad experience. Even Simple black coffee I was sitting there for 30 mins and I reminded 3+ people and then nothing happened.

A great place to stay with family. The staff were extremely cordial, friendly, and genuinely caring throughout our stay. The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and very comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the private beach experience along with the high tea—it was a lovely touch. Room service was prompt, efficient, and maintained a high standard of cleanliness. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options, especially for vegetarians, which we really appreciated. A special mention to Moa for excellent room service, and to Chef Jagadish and Krishnan for taking such great care of us during our stay. Overall, a very pleasant and memorable experience.

The property is very close to the beach and the staff were very helpful

The quality of the rooms were not upto par for Sheraton brand . The hi tea was very basic. There was loud music from the street outside which made it very difficult to sleep. The rooms were not soundproof and we could barely get any sleep. The staff did help us by moving rooms to avoid the noise but it wasn’t a good experience.

I got a sea view room and it was fantastic experience. The staff wasso courteous and very good at response. Variety of food and delicious

It’s a great location, great connection to the sea, perfect spot for sea side resort experience

May be some additional services like easy check in and quick check out and some entertainment at the venue would be great for evenings

Good hospitality. It would be really great it if you keep some complimentary snacks . Flip flops and laundry bag was missing in the room. Thank you for the turndown service (complimentary decoration and cake) High tea was average but the breakfast was really good. As a guest we would really be happy if we get a souvenir from sheraton as a memory on our departure.That makes the stay even more memorable.
