The establishment is advertised as a four-star hotel, yet its quality falls significantly short of a three-star standard. The bathroom facilities were notably unsanitary, and despite cleaning efforts, the flooring remained soiled. We recommend that Booking.com conduct a more rigorous evaluation before assigning a four-star rating to certain establishments.

The value for money at this hotel is superb, as they are on the money with all the facilities provided.

There is always room for improvement as my room door took more than 2 tries to open. The washroom looked it has seen better days. But it wasn't that it was dirty or so, but it could use a bit more lighting.

Ambience of the overall hotel. Good tasty food with a good choice of variety veg non veg items. The restaurant staff is good.

Reception staff should be more courteous. Check in to check out need speed. For tariff of 4000 INR room no 401 has a fan with no regulator button so could use. The sofa chair from the room and sofa set at the reception are very uncomfortable. The shampoo body & hand wash bottle was empty. Door mat, bathroom cloth, dental kit, body wash was missing. For such a big hotel there is only one elevator and that speed is very very slow. Basement parking is very congested.

Recommend if any one looking a family stay with family and children for nashik darshan , Breakfast , dinner , love music and setting near pool was excellent. However I feel better tarif could be designed which is cost effective

We had an incident at the hotel where there was only one glass bottle in our room and at the check out we informed that to the staff and they indirectly implicated that they always provide 2 bottles so we might have taken one with us. Instead of handling this matter with grace and confidentiality they checked our bags in the lobby itself in front of other guest present and it was very humiliating and disrespectful. Later they did not find any bottles so they brushes off this whole thing by saying “ some guest steal bottles” with no apologies whatsoever. I am not going back there after this incident. It was handled very unprofessionally. It was one of my regular stays for work but now I will never choose it.

The breakfast food varieties are very good but only Indian and service is excellent. Very friendly staff.

They are not at all flexible for checkout time all hotel have checkout at 12noon and they have at 11am and they dont even give you 5 10min buffer from 10:30am they will start calling you and chase you for check out i request them till 12noon and they were like no means no if i would have been aware of this i would have never booked it at first place

Great hotel with friendly staff, the food is excellent at this hotel, we dined in the pool area, service was good, excellent choices, breakfast had lots of choice, hotel staff made us feel very welcome and organised taxis etc when we needed them

The infrastructure is crumbling. Cracks on the wall, stains on the wall, the bathroom counter has spots all over the place. Not even close to the claimed 4 star status. In fact it would hardly fit in as a 3 star hotel.

The intercom doesn’t work, and the power backup situation is terrible. Whenever there are power fluctuations (which happen quite often), the electricity in the room keeps going on and off, making it impossible to use anything properly. What’s worse is that if you’re asleep and the power goes off and comes back on, the AC turns off and doesn’t restart automatically — meaning you have to wake up in the middle of the night to turn it back on. Get ready for sleepless nights! For the price they charge, this is completely unacceptable. When I raised this issue with the reception, their response was basically, “We can’t do anything; you can write a review if you want.” Also, the so-called “live shows” are only enjoyable if you manage to get a seat in the open garden area. If you’re sitting in the restaurant, you won’t get to experience much of it. Overall, there are multiple better options available in this price range. I personally would not recommend staying here, unless you don’t mind losing sleep.
