Fik værelse på en S gang, sammen med alt vasketøjet. Meget lydt. Løber med vand - igennem et rør tæt ved værelset.

Suelo de tarima de madera desgastado con manchas de humedad negra Techos con humedad y pintura despegada Sillón desgastado y aspecto de ser muy viejo Baño con columna de agua en mal estado y mancha humedad dentro de la bañera La habitación no tiene mini-frigorífico Al ver la habitación me quede muy sorprendido por el mal aspecto que presentaba, así que presente una reclamación en recepción y me dieron otra, la cual era un poco mejor EN GENERAL LAS HABITACIONES TIENE UN ASPECTO MAS PROPIO DE UN HOSTAL QUE DE UN HOTEL DE 4 ESTRELLAS. PAGUE POR 3 NOCHES 713,80 EUROS (incluido desayuno)

Läget och frukostbuffén var mycket bra.

Alles im gesunden Mittelmaß. Fahrradstellplatz im Innehof. Zentrale Lage. Unkompliziertes hilfreiches personal.

Der Zimmerpreis. Aber in Kopenhagen ist das, glaube ich, der Regelfall.

Beliggenheden var fantastisk, tæt på Bremen Teater og hovedbanegården som vi skulle benytte os af.

Servicen ikke noget særligt. Sengen var meget lille og alt for blød. Værelset meget småt. Meget kraftig duft fra køkkenet i vores badeværelse, som om udsugningen var connectet med vores badeværelse. Stedet var rent men meget slidt, synes ikke det lever op til hvad vi ellers plejer at møde på Scandic. Ikke noget strømstik ved sengen. Hvis det havde været et billigt hotel, havde det været ok, men for 2000 kr pr overnatning, havde jeg forventet mere.

Breakfast was really good. We left something in our room and staff let us know and posted it out.

Toilet didn't flush very well, shower wet the bathroom floor and tap in sink sprayed out and soaked you.

Central and easy to reach main attractions.

This is my very first hotel in which I stayed in, and my overall impression? Very nice~! Location wise, this is located right in the centre of the city! You can walk everywhere around the city hall! Moreover, you may also rent a bike to ride anytime of the day so you can reduce your valuable travel time, it will cost 175 Kronas though but good for the whole day so obviously rent it during the early mornings! Their breakfast is normally the same with all other breakfast in the Scandinavian Countries; fruits salad, egg, potatoes, and sausages! You can enjoy it! And the hotel is centrally located! You can take the AirPort Express train to the central station, then walk for 5-10 minutes to the hotel and it’s done! And there are 2 Chinese restaurants located near the hotel, 1 Korean, 1 Vietnamese Pho & 1 Thai restaurant in the vicinity as well! Overall, the hotel definitely created a friendly environment for me! I will come back again when I travel to Denmark again!

Only bad part? My room was quite small and toilet isn’t that big:( Then the bike hurt my butt after long hours of riding)) Otherwise it’s all nice!

Resepsjon var ubetjent da vi kom for å hente bagasjen ifm hjemreise. Mange som ventet. Heldigvis kom det noen etter hvert men litt merkelig at man lar dette skje på et så sentralt beliggende hotell.

Het kwaliteitsniveau is overall nogal standaard maar de prijs per nacht is daar ver boven, althans naar Nederlandse begrippen

Hotelkamers hebben achterstallig onderhoud. Onze badkamer was raar ingedeeld. Tussen douchecabine en wastafel was heel weinig ruimte zodat we niet normaal voor onze wastafel konden staan. Je moet aangeven als je de kamer schoongemaakt wil hebben. Doe je dat niet dan komen ze niet en krijg je ook geen schone handdoeken.

Location was pretty good, near the station so easy access. Staff was incredibly nice and the best part was the Cube bar attached to the hotel. The owner Morrisen i believe was his name was incredibly friendly with amazing drinks. Best part of the hotel by far.

Toilet rarely worked even if u held down a full flush paper mostly always stayed. Shower is a small corner of the bathroom with a flimsy curtain that will touch you the whole time and the entire bathroom will be soaking wet. No fridge at all, and it didnt bother me but did my significant other but AC was loud. You can tell the building is old but didnt expect the inside to also be out dated as well.

Hotelkamers zijn echt ondermaats en zijn erg verouderd. Haardroger was gesmolten en is van de jaren 80 (gevaarlijk). stopcontacten kwamen van de muur los. De badkamer was zeer klein met ‘inloopdouche’ met douchegordijn dat bij de minste beweging aan je lijf plakte. Ik snap niet dat je dat nog aanbiedt of mag aanbieden.

Superb location. Close to Central Station for arriving in and leaving Copenhagen by train or plane by foot from the hotel. Also, close to the Stomma hop-on, hop-off bus connection for all three of their lines. Really nice classical vibe with tasteful modernisation.

Our room was a bit small, but then we chose from the cheapest options on offer by the hotel. Breakfast is expensive, but there are cheap options nearby.

We did not have breakfast from the hotel as we are cereal people. The location of the hotel was really good, only 5 minutes stroll from the Central Station. The staff were friendly and polite.

The room was not good value for money! As it was too small and cramped. In order to get around the bed, to get to the bathroom, we had to go side ways. The bed had no headboard and was pushed under the radiator. It was like the room was converted from staff quarters to a hotel room. There were no tea making facilities, we had to ask for this! Overall the finish of the room was poor and it needs renovation.

Der var pænt og rent på hotellet. Personaler søde og imødekommende.

Til morgenmaden fik vi rugbrød som var så tørt at der smuldrede. Det lune, æg bacon osv. var koldt. Det var ikke det bedste vi har fået på Scandic

La struttura è centralissima rispetto alle attrazioni principali della città. Personale della struttura molto gentile e disponibile.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig und gut.

Das Bad war für 4 Sterne nicht akzeptabel- Die Türe ließ sich nicht schließen, der Türgriff war kaputt, die Lüftung nicht vorhanden undxdeshalb zentimeterbreit Schimmel in den Duschecken!

Slaapkamers ontzettend gedateerd, ongezellig, slechte badkamer. Niet meer van deze tijd. Foto’s geven geen goed beeld van de werkelijke situatie of sfeer. Deed beetje denken aan een jeugdherberg.

Dirty plasters on bed ,tiny room the toilet was filthy you have to schedule cleanings days before stains on ceiling not painted two small cushions provided ,big discrepancy between rooms next doors had proper bathrooms and a desk whereas ours was tiny and filthy

La habitación y el baño, todo muy viejo y algo descuidado, pero limpio.

La locación

Nos dieron una habitación que no estaba preparada: no teníamos toallas, ni el kettle para calentar agua. El drenaje de la ducha no funcionaba y el baño se inundaba cada vez que nos bañábamos. De todos los Scandic que nos hemos quedado en CPH, este es el de peor experiencia. No sé si porque viajamos con un perro pequeño, entonces te dan la peor habitación y sin estar preparada debidamente.

Lage sehr gut, gleich beim Hauptbahnhof, Cafés und Geschäfte in unmittelbarer Nähe, Tivoli gleich um die Ecke, außerdem nur ca. 10 min zu Fuß bis zum Rathausplatz. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und gut, das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Das Zimmer wirkte nicht sehr sauber, es war teilweise in den Schränken Staub und am Boden tummelten sich einige Silberfischchen, auch die Dusche war hinsichtlich Sauberkeit und Komfort nicht auf dem Niveau, was wir z.B. in Österreich gewohnt sind. Das Schlafsofa für die Kinder war unbequem, es hatte eine viel zu dünne Matratze, da spürte man beim Liegen das Metallgerüst.

Zeer vriendelijk onthaal, alles goed geregeld, we mochten reeds om 13u op onze kamer. We boekten een economy kamer, die vrij krap was, maar er was alles aanwezig. Kleine, functionele badkamer met douche. Elke dag verse handdoeken. Het ontbijt was onovertreffelijk! Veel keuze, lekkere spijzen en dranken, alles netjes in buffetvorm. Het hotel is zeer centraal gelegen, quasi naast het Centraal Station.

Klein minpuntje: we verbleven 4 nachten en tijdens 2 nachten was er heel wat lawaai zo rond 4u 's ochtends, vermoedelijk van ledigen van de vuilbakken op straat.

Værelset var lidt slidt som var med til at badeværelset virkede lidt beskidt.

Sehr nettes Personal und super Lage, sehr zentral und nah am Bahnhof. Sehr gutes Frühstück.

Unser Zimmer hätte seit längerem ein Update verdient, Raum eher klein. Für das Bad gilt eigentlich das Gleiche. Wenn man mit Highspeed WLAN wirbt, sollte man zum "streamen" auf dem TV nicht eine Übertragung per HDMI Kabel fordern!

Posizione perfetta, centrale, vicino alla stazione che comodamente ti porta in aeroporto. Colazione a buffet, ottima e ricca di piatti. Personale gentilissimo.

Stanza veramente piccola per essere definita una Queen. Poco curato e sporco nell'aspetto per avere 4 stelle.

Great breakfasts,

No fridge for medications. We were two women sharing accommodation and had single beds. Therefore one had a headboard, the other didn't. We asked for another quilt and were told they would try and find one but they were fully booked. We heard nothing more!! The afternoon staff when we arrived were very surly and tried to buzz us off when asking questions and asking questions.

Camere piccolissime, pulizia della camera solo con richiesta. Riscaldamento rumoroso. Assistenza inesistente nel nostro caso quando ci è stato rubato il portafoglio con i documenti nella sala colazione

Die Lage ist super, das Personal ist nett

Das Zimmer war extrem klein. Zwei Menschen konnten sich dort nicht bewegen oder zwei Koffer benutzen. Auch das Bad, dem historischen Flair zu Liebe auch klein, aber auch mit dreckiger Toilette war schwierig... Leider muss man ein Room Refreshment am Tag vorher buchen. Nach 0 Uhr nicht möglich...

Centralt läge med P- hus i närheten.

Luftkonditioneringen fungerade bra, men var högljudd, märktes speciellt på natten. Väldigt litet utrymme för att hänga upp kläder i. Saknade spegel ovanför skrivbordet.

Personalet var fantastisk flinke og morgenmaden var virkelig god.

Der var mange fejl, vi fik et værelse på første etage hvor der var udskiftning af gulvtæppet. så at gå til og fra var ikke så nemt. Udover det var der så mange fejl på værelset, gulvet der er ridset, løse badeværelse fliser, hul i fliserne der var skarpe og kunne få en til at falde. Maling på gulvet og på skab, dørkarme og døre der var ødelagte og misfarvet

Upon check in, I asked about a mini-fridge, Staff guy with grey hair told us 'just to drink tap water, it's free' which was a lame thing to say. He was nice, but the water comment was condescending. It's not just cold water I want a mini-fridge for my stays in hotels. The shower-tub had a silly little glass frame that does nothing to stop water flowing over the tub. If you aim to sleep in, forget it! The curtains don't do much to block out the light, well, in my room at least.
