Kingo Retreat Resort

Ce resort est tout simplement magnifique. Il mérite largement ces quatre étoiles. Et la cinquième lui donner avec le cœur. Il n'en a pas besoin car tout est déjà parfait et ça permet d'attirer une clientèle qui sera pleinement apprécié ce type d'endroit. Je peux vous garantir que c'est un rapport qualité-prix irréprochable. Encore un grand merci pour l'accueil et la gentillesse du personnel. On pourrait croire à l'hôtel isolé mais pas du tout. On va à la mer en 5 minutes à pied il y a des commerces à 5 minutes à pied et de très bon restaurant. Le restaurant de l'hôtel est lui-même très bon et abordable financièrement. J'ai croisé une famille espagnole qui repartait avec nous. Eux-mêmes ont été enchantés de ce séjour. Pour moi la plus belle expérience a Phu Quoc.

Aucun point négatif a remonter. Peut-être la toute petite doléance que j'aurais c'est de ne pas avoir des portes savon dans la douche pour y poser à hauteur demain le gel et le shampoing. Mais franchement là c'est du détail.

Alles, het was een voortreffelijk verblijf. Het personeel was geweldig. Alles werd gedaan om ons het naar ons zin te maken. Een geweldig zwembad, geweldig restaurant. Elke dag werd alles in onze kamer schoon gemaakt en elke dag werd ons bed verschoond. Dit is een top resort. We waren hier 10 dagen en voelde ons echt bevoorrecht. Extra lof voor al het personeel. Iedereen was even lief om te adviseren. Wilden we ergens naar toe, dan regelde ze dit. Helemaal top.

Soort Centerparks in Vietnam… maar dan zonder animatieteam. Schone kamer, fijne bedden. Twee restaurants en een pizzeria op het park. Kinderen kunnen met elektrische autootjes rijden in het park. Je kan er kanoën en zwemmen. Personeel komt je per whatsapp ophalen om je per golfkar te vervoeren naar één van de restaurants. Behulpzaam en vriendelijk personeel.

Zwembad was warm, maarja… dat zijn meeste zwembaden in Vietnam.

Das Personal war zu jeder Zeit total freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es hat sich angefühlt wie in einem kleinen Paradies. Uns wurden alle Wünsche und Anliegen erfüllt. Da ich in diesem Urlaub einen Antrag bekommen habe, hat mein Freund mit dem Personal unser Zimmer zu einem besonderen Ort verwandelt.

Es war alles super! :-)

De kamer en badkamer waren heel schoon. We hebben hier 3 nachten geslapen. De ligging is wel buiten de drukke stad maar hierdoor hebben we erg genoten.

Отличный отель в тихом уединенном месте в зарослях пальм и кустов с цветами. Персонал - 11 баллов из 10! Дружелюбные, улыбчивые, садовник и уборщицы за 4 дня научили младшего сына нескольким фразам на вьетнамском, а сын, в свою очередь, дал под запись девушке на ресепшене дал основные фразы на русском: "Привет!", "Как дела?", "До свидания!" Мы жили в бунгало, дети - в номере. Номера почти идентичны по оснащению. Бассейн небольшой, чистый. Мы отдыхали в июле, в не сезон, поэтому бассейн был всегда свободен. Утро и день мы заканчивали в нем ))) В пешей доступности пляж Онг Ланг- 5 минут неторопливым шагом. Выдают бесплатные велосипеды для поездки на пляж, в магазины или кафе - дети пользовались этим сервисом на все 100% Рядом с отелем множество кафе и магазинчиков, так что голодными не останетесь! Кстати, кухня в ресторане при отеле не намного дороже, чем в придорожных кафе, но при этом очень вкусная, особенно суп Фо! Завтраки разнообразные, нам вполне хватало до обеда не испытывать чувства голода!

Кондиционер в комнате по ночам щелкал и трещал время от времени, так что если сон чуткий - будете иногда просыпаться, но со своей задачей справлялся отлично. В остальном все было отлично!

일단 기존 호텔 느낌의 숙소보다 개별 독채의 느낌을 원하시는 분들에게는 최고의 숙소입니다. 각 호실이 약간 독립적으로 존재하고, 가운데 풀(수영장)은 기대이상이에요. 프론트 직원이 오후3시를 기준으로 24시간씩 일하는 것 같은데, 처음 만난 직원이 많은 도움을 줘서 유익한 시간을 보냈습니다. 숙소가 조금 외진데 있는데, 자전거 무료대여 가능하고, 가까운 장소까지 버기서비스를 제공해 주셔서 불편함이 없었어요. 조식도 너무 잘나왔고, 즈엉동 시내까지는 그랩을 이용했는데, 15분정도 걸렸습니다. 인근 버스정류장에서 빈버스 17번 이용해도 괜찮아요. 전체적으로 가성비 최고의 숙소입니다.

Beautiful place. Food was great, loved the bungalow. Bicycles were handy. A fantastic getaway. Cycled to the beach, so nice. Staff excellent. Highly recomend as a great escape!

This is a lovely tucked away resort, perfect if you want to escape, which is what we were there for. The rooms and pool were amazing and also the variety of breakfast. The staff is most helpful and there is nothing that we didn’t like. We appreciated the free push bikes too.

Nothing for us but people need to know it is away from the bigger town. We didn’t mind, it’s only a 10 min by Grab, but something to consider.

Очень понравился отель. Внимательный и вежливый персонал. Каждый день, тщательно убирали номер, включая ежедневную смену постельного белья и мытьё пола. Завтраки отличные, есть постоянные позиции и всегда добавляют что-то новое. Большое количество фруктов и свежевыжатых соков. Хороший WiFi, в любой точке отеля. Удалось спокойно работать и смотреть фильмы онлайн. Касательно расположения, берите с собой фонарики, так как вечером дорога к отелю плохо освещена. Хотя мы обходились фонарикоми телефонов. Дополнительно персонал поздравил с днём рождения, накрыли стол на завтрак, подарили торт, вроде мелочь, но было очень приятно. Если ищете тихое место, то вам определенно подойдёт данный отель.

Amazing location and beautiful resort. But what made the stay even more amazing was the awesome staff. Very underrated resort for the facilities and breakfast. I will definitely comeback for a longer stay and recommend this to my family and friends.

The location is a bit away from the city, so factor in Grab costs The staff are friendly especially the front desk and cleaning staff. A buggy is available to take you to the beach and main road. A free ride to the airport was very much appreciated.

The pool times are between 8am and 6pm, the hottest times of the day. might consider between 6am and 8pm

Le personnel est d’une grande gentillesse et attentif à ses clients. Nous avons pu bénéficier sans surcoûts d’un départ tardif et lors de notre départ sous une pluie battante , ils nous ont accompagnés jusqu’à notre véhicule pour nous protéger . La proximité de la plage peu touristique.

Notre bungalow situé près des machineries piscine et autres était un peu bruyant.

Food was very average. Buffet breakfast just OK. Reception was very good but some of the other staff seemed not very well trained in customer service.

Secluded, small hotel based around a beautifully kept gardens and pool. Large comfortable room, good breakfast, good food options for lunch. Wonderful service and free airport pick ups a bonus. Free bikes available to explore. Scooter hire available.

You have to wander down a dark lane for 5 mins to near by restaurants in the evening, feels very safe but you need your torch. beach beds controlled by hotels on the front but you can put your towel down ok. Cocopalm resort just to the right as you enter the beach have sunbed as for 100vnd per day.

Personál byl neskutečně milý. Se vším rádi pomohli. Resort byl krásný, a poklidný. Snídaně byly výborné, a také jídla nebo drinky z restaurace byly skvělé. V ceně zdarma odvoz z a na letiště. Není co vytknout.

Beautiful and peaceful surroundings. Restaurant was amazing, we ate 2 out of the 3 nights there. Breakfast was also excellent.

Big and clean rooms, staff very friendly, polite and helpful, very good breakfast and a la carte lunch/dinner, superb vegetation inside resort, beautiful swimming pool.

Rather isolated from other facilities (super markets), there is a narrow access road from the main street to the hotel (approx 700 m), with no lights, risky to go on foot after sunset. We only went by taxi (ridesharing) to the hotel.

В целом отдых в отеле оставил очень приятное впечатление. Особенно хочется отметить завтраки — это, без преувеличения, лучшие завтраки среди всех отелей, где я останавливалась во Вьетнаме. Очень разнообразные, полноценные и действительно вкусные. Также понравился бассейн — чистый, ухоженный и комфортный для отдыха. Из особенностей (скорее, чем минусов): отель расположен в джунглях, и это напрямую влияет на атмосферу. Ночью были слышны шорохи на потолке — вероятно, это какие-то животные. Лично мне это мешало расслабиться и полноценно выспаться, так как тишина ночью для меня важна. При этом понимаю, что это естественная часть такой локации, и для кого-то, возможно, это не будет проблемой. В остальном — место очень атмосферное и заслуживает внимания.

Place to really relax, exactly what you can expect from a retreat resort by the beach. I would highlight that resort offers everything from pool and spa, to great food and cocktails for a reasonable price considering the area. If you are looking for the hustle and bustle of Vietnam, this place is probably not for you.

Excellent service, airport shuttle, pool is fantastic, breakfast is great, restaurant and cocktails are well done.

Laundry service is by the piece :) yeah right. But no problem as there are other laundry services near by. It's a missed opportunity for someone.

Vì đi Phú Quốc nhiều nên tôi lựa chọn lần này là phía núi chứ không sát biển, khách sạn đi xuống phía biển khoảng 400m, nhưng bãi đường Dinh Bà không tắm được do có nhiều đá. Một số lối đi vào cùng bãi của Ocean Bay, Mang Bay, cũng không xa lắm thì có thể phơi nắng, tắm (lưu ý nên mang theo khăn trải riêng, do không sử dụng đồ của các khách sạn kia được). Thực ra ngoài điều này thì không có gì phiền lắm, do khu nằm cách biệt hẳn những chỗ quá đông đúc của Phú Quốc, nên bạn sẽ có sự yên tĩnh rất thoải mái. Bạn có thể đặt ăn tại những điạ điểm rất đẹp ngắm hoàng hôn ở gần đó ví dụ nhà hàng của Ocean Bay, hay Rock ... Khách sạn cung cấp miễn phí xe đạp, tuy nhiên vì chúng tôi là người bản địa nên chúng tôi có xe riêng, và lối đi trong làng khá bất tiện do nhỏ với ô to, nhưng lại rất thú vị với xe đạp. Ngay phía ngoài là nhiều hàng ăn dễ chọn lựa, siêu thị nhỏ và các hàng cà phê có ca sỹ hát..

Lối đi nếu đi xe oto là hơi rắc rối nếu gặp xe ngược chiều do đường khá hẹp.

Das Personal ist super! Wir waren mit allen Leistungen sehr zufrieden, das Restaurant hat auch gute Gerichte. Da es keine Massenunterkunft ist, hat jeder seine Privatsphäre auch wenn das Hotel ausgebucht ist. Pool mit Garten ist sehr schön. Gärtner pflegt die Pflanzen rund um die Uhr. Zum Meer ist es auch nicht weit, dafür muss man durch ein anderes Resort, welches am Abend die Tore zusperrt. Dh am Abend kommt man nicht mehr zum Strand.

La grande piscine, la propreté générale et dans les chambres, bon petit déjeuner, personnel très pro parlant bien anglais , location scooter , prêt de vélo, très réactif, transfert gratuit aéroport , fait parti des meilleurs hôtels que l’on ai fait et on en a fait beaucoup !

Super freundliches Personal, total hilfsbereit. Auch die Ausstattung und der Pool war super! Haben uns einfach unfassbar wohl gefühlt. War bis jetzt der beste Aufenthalt den wir während unserer Vietnam Reise hatten.

Zeer fijn relaxed hotel met uitmuntend ontbijt ruime appartementen met elke dag schone handdoeken en schoonmaak. Lekker makkelijk de fiets gratis pakken om naar het dorpje te eten. Ook erg welkom voel je je met een drankje en fruit 🙏. Beslist een aanrader ga eten bij “no name bbq” erg lekker en goedkoop. Dit hotel raad ik iedereen aan.

The resort is very pretty, with a nice swimming pool surrounded by flowers. The rooms are large and well located : close to everything yet in the calm. All the staff is always ready to help

I did like everything ! We didn’t have luck and when we went to Phu Quoc, the stream in the sea was bringing many trash from Cambodia and Thailand on the beach… you didn’t want to lie in the sand ! But staying at Kingo resort was a huge consolation !
