It was a little run down in parts and the sunset restaurant offered very little in the way of food options.

Colazione molto varia, tutto buono. Lavorano costantemente per mantenere pulizia e ordine. Stanze pulitissime e cambio asciugamani e lenzuola eventualmente anche giornaliere.

Purtroppo essendo stagione delle piogge il resort è sulla costa ovest, la più sforzata dai venti è impossibile fare il bagno in mare. Per fortuna ci ha salvati la piscina. Inoltre in questa stagione non affittano kayak, in quanto il mare è impraticabile e nemmeno le biciclette. Puoi muoverti fuori dal resort solo con grab o affittando una moto

El complejo es muy bonito y en nuestra época fue muy tranquila nuestra estancia. La habitación es muy grande y cómoda, con varias almohadas. El desayuno también está muy bien y abundante.

El único inconveniente es que el agua se calienta con placas solares, en nuestra estancia salía siempre a temperatura ambiente.

Beautiful! Paradise found. We stayed in June (off season), pretty much had the whole place to ourselves! Ocean was safe for swimming. Town is a short drive away via Grab. Only negative is that there could be a few more lights when walking about in the evening. Stay here, u won't regret it!

I like how their trying to convincing us with changing to premium villa where have bath tub and swimming pool.

There a rat in our premium room and lizard at our previous room. The staff who bring our bags are not holding properly. Their serve to us for something we are not ordered. The room was not very clean.

La piscine, le service du personnel de la plage et de la piscine. L’hygiène au top. La navette aéroport aller et retour. Le spa.

Le buffet riche qui s’est transformé en « à la carte » très réduit du vendredi au dimanche. Le personnel de cuisine et les serveurs ne comprennent pas trop l’anglais. Dommage. Le resort est loin de tout ! Cafes, commerces, lieux de visites…deja il faut compter 15mn à pied pour sortir du resort, avec des dénivelés importants. J’ai préconisé un système de navette pour aller à la ville la plus proche. Sinon le grab est la solution mais pas pratique en vrai.

Wir hatten 2 Zimmer gebucht. Eine Villa mit Meerblick und ein Zimmer mit Gartenblick. Bei Ankunft haben wir 2 Villen mit Meerblick bekommen die mit einer Tür im Balkon miteinander verbunden waren. Das war perfekt. Das ganze Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Villa war sehr geräumig, super sauber, großes Bad, großer Balkon der mit Hängematte, 2 Stühlen und Tisch ausgestattet. ist. Der Blick auf das Meer war traumhaft. Der Pool ist sehr toll gelegen, mit Blick auf den Strand und Meer. Der Strandabschnitt ist bei diesem Hotel am besten ohne Felsen im Wasser. Ab und zu hat es Müll angeschwemmt. Es war sehr ruhig und zu jeder Zeit hat man eine Liege am Pool oder Strand bekommen. Im Frühstücksrestaurant mit Blick auf das Meer war nie viel los. Die Auswahl war riesig und sehr gut. Ein mal haben wir abends im Restaurant gegessen. Es war sehr gut und reichlich. Der Preis war auch ok. Die kostenlose einstündige Rückenmassage war sehr professionell. Ich habe dann gleich noch eine Aromamassage gebucht. Das Hotel liegt sehr einsam im Naturschutzgebiet. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht ist hier genau richtig. Die Anlage liegt am Hang und ist sehr weitläufig mit einigen Treppen zum Pool und Strand. Es ist alles sehr gepflegt. Zum nächsten Dorf mit einigen Restaurants und Supermärkten geht man ca. 20 Minuten. Erst kurz am Strand entlang und dann hinter dem Nebenhotel Mango Bay Resort eine steile Treppe nach oben. Dann immer die bergige Straße entlang ins Dorf. Bei der Hitze eine sehr schweißtreibende Angelegenheit. Ansonsten bestellt man sich ein Taxi oder Grab.

Es gibt wenig Stauraum um alles unterzubringen. In der großzügigen Villa gab es nur einen kleinen Schrank, der nur eine Kleiderstange hatte. Keine Fächer. Da ich alleine war, war das kein Problem. Die riesige Couch wurde zur Ablage umfunktioniert. Das Wasser in der Dusche ließ sich nicht regulieren. Es hatte immer die gleiche Temperatur. Kühl bis lauwarm.

Beautiful property right on the beach. It has its own private beach with amazing views from the balcony. The villas are spacious with all facilities. The pool was big and well maintained. The breakfast spread is huge with lots of items, especially fruits.

Amazing pool right on the seafront. You have the choice of the pool or the sea/beach to avail of. Unbelievable views from your lounger.

It was a bit far away from the main town/area where loads of restaurants/bars are. That said there were a few restaurants/bars nearby the resort but they weee closed. It could just be off season for us!

Zu Fuß ist es schon weit zum nächsten Restaurant. Es gibt natürlich ein Hoteleigenes Restaurant.

Eine traumhafte Strandlage mit Blick aufs Meer. Ein reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Für Leute, die Strandurlaub lieben. Kanufahrt und Fahrräder können benutzt werden. Restaurants sind im Resort enthalten. Meine Empfehlung: Halbpension buchen.

Eine bessere Internetverbindung und eine größere Anzahl an internationalen TV-Kanälen wäre wünschenswert. Laut den Servicekräften ist das im Aufbau. Trotzdem eine 10 Sterne Bewertung.

We booked the villa with a private pool and it did not disappoint. We stayed in room 506. The view was breathe-taking, caught both sunrise and sunset! The rooms were clean and the property was very quiet.

The bed was alittle on the firmer side. The shower drained very slowly. We had room service on the first evenjng, and it could have been better.

It became the highlight of our 2 weeks Vietnam trip. I'd highly recommend anyone to stay here and will definitely come back again next time I'm in the island.

The lunch we had was a bit off.

From the moment we entered the resort we knew we were in paradise. We got the room with the private pool, it was spacious, clean and comfortable. We had amazing sleeps in the bed! You can see the sunset each evening by the pool. The staff were very kind, I felt that we were treated like royalty, a service I have not gotten before. They helped us when we needed it and communication was easy.

Stayed at the Private Pool Villa. Since it was private, we used the pool and towels several times a day. The staff knew this and provided us with extra pool towels. The property is located in a quiet area of Ong Lang, between a hill and a beach, so there was no noise, only the sound of rustling leaves and rippling waves.

Hot water is a kind of issue here. Since it uses a solar water heating system, hot showers are available in limited quantities and for limited times.

De rest. Het personeel was onvriendelijk en niet behulpzaam. Leer alsjeblieft een BEETJE Engels. In eerste instantie een andere (bad)kamer gekregen dan dat was afgebeeld. Daarna andere kamer gekregen. Kamers waren niet schoon. Voeten werden zwart. De wifi was non-existing. Aangekaart, maar niet verholpen. Restaurant is ook echt geen aanrader. Locatie van het hotel was ook echt bizar. Op een heuvel. Niet te lopen.

The lunch and dinner menu looked impressive with a wide range of options. However the quality and service was very disappointing for a claimed 4 star resort. We ended up going to the restaurant at the resort next door. Which I highly recommend. Access from the beach.

Das Beach Bungalow liegt ideal gelegen und bietet sowohl Privatsphäre als auch die Nähe zum Beachrestaurant und Pool. Das Bungalow ist hübsch eingerichtet und verfügt über ein bequemes Bett. Das Hotel liegt an einem sehr schönen Strandabschnitt mit vielen bequemen Liegestühlen und genügend Sonnenschirmen. Das Morgenessen war sehr fein und sehr reichhaltig.

Die Dusche sollte bald repariert werden und ist ein weiterer in die Jahre gekommen. Das Essen der beiden Restaurants konnten uns nicht überzeugen und daher waren wir meist neben an. Der Strand sollte etwas mehr gepflegt werden so dass nicht überall Rohre und hervorragen.

Bungalov na pláži bola najlepšia voľba. Z izby sme vyšli priamo na pláž. Večer na terase počúvať more bolo super. Izba bola priestranná, v pohode aj pre tri osoby, alebo rodinu s malými deťmi. Kúpeľňa aj izba boli čisté, každodenné upratovanie a výmena uterákov. K dispozícii boli aj osušky na pláž, ktoré nám každý deň menili. Pláž bola priestranná, vstup do vody postupný, pieskový. Dalo sa perfektne zaplávať, neboli veľké vlny počas všetkých siedmych dní, čo sme tu strávili. Raňajky boli super, každý si niečo vyberie určite. Hotel je v blízkosti dedinky, chodili sme po chodníku cez vedľajší hotel Ancarine. Chodníček bol osvetlený, trvalo to možno 10 minút. V dedine je veľa možností na nákupy, aj reštaurácií. Personál hotela bol veľmi milý. Hotel je celý v kopci, do reštaurácie sa ide po schodoch, takže pre imobilných nie je vhodný. Má aj bazén, ale ten sme nevyužili, keďže sme využívali na plávanie more. Oddýchli sme si tu po týždňoch strávených spoznávaním Vietnamu. Je tu ticho a pokoj.

The area has a nice and quiet beach. We had a lovely time at the beach and the pool. The room we had is spacious with a big balcony and beautiful sea view. We can wqtch the sunset from there without going elsewhere. Staffs are friendly and nice. The resort is quite far from the centre so it will be suitable for someone who wants more relax and chill like us.

The location was secluded but easy enough to get into town. The beach lounges were great and the pool too. The reception staff were so so kind and polite, we needed help with our AC and they came and sorted it out immediately. There were also lots of wild animals (monkey) which was great to see.

The beach is amazing, good food, friendly staff, it’s very calm and pretty. The view is amazing. You can watch a stunning sunset from the beach or the restaurant. And the location is good, in the middle of everything. Absolutely loved it!

A little dust was coming from the ceiling on the towels but since it’s an eco resort it was fine for me

Rooms were dirty and hot, dirty beach with rubbish everywhere, poor service by restaurant staff. Staff were more focused on their phones than providing good service. The gym was absolute rubbish, most of the equipment was broken.

The clean private beach and free access to kayaks and snorkelling gear. Breakfast was excellent and varied.

We had a beach villa with a perfect sea view; I definitely recommend this type of villa. The surroundings were peaceful, and we really enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere. Breakfast was sufficient, we were satisfied, and the beach restaurant had a good location and a nice view. The Wi‑Fi was surprisingly good with reasonable speed. The staff were helpful.

Lunches and dinners could have been of higher quality; in the end it was better when we went to the village or the town for dinner — higher quality and lower prices.

Das Resort ist wirklich hübsch und ruhig. Wir hatten eine Villa am Strand und dementsprechend eine tolle Aussicht und immer das Meeresrauschen gehört. Die Anlage selbst wurde auch stets sauber gehalten.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Resort war insgesamt sehr enttäuschend, insbesondere angesichts des hohen Preises. Der Service war durchgehend mangelhaft. In den Restaurants kam nie ein Kellner an unseren Tisch. Wir mussten aktiv nach Personal suchen, Speisekarten selbst holen und zum Bezahlen zur Theke gehen. Gleichzeitig waren mehrere Mitarbeiter sichtbar mit Smartphones beschäftigt, führten private Telefonate oder schauten Serien im Gästebereich. Das war unprofessionell und störend. Der Strand war in einem äußerst schlechten Zustand. Der kleine Strandabschnitt war stark vermüllt, sodass man beim Betreten des Wassers regelmäßig mit Müll in Kontakt kam. Teilweise haben Gäste selbst Müll gesammelt, was nicht deren Aufgabe sein sollte. Eine regelmäßige Reinigung wäre problemlos möglich gewesen. Das Resort ist stark eingeschränkt nutzbar. Es gibt kaum Aufenthaltsmöglichkeiten, besonders ab dem frühen Abend. Punkt 18 Uhr werden die Liegen unbenutzbar gemacht, Pool- und Freizeitbereiche geschlossen oder man wird aufgefordert zu gehen. Danach bleiben unbequeme Holzliegen – ein entspanntes Verweilen ist kaum möglich. Das Essensangebot ist enttäuschend und für vietnamesische Verhältnisse teuer (ca. 10–15€ pro Mahlzeit). Außerhalb bekommt man für weniger Geld besseres Essen. Zusätzlich ist man im Resort kaum flexibel. Es gibt keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder Alternativen. Ohne Taxi kommt man kaum weg. Zu Fuß ist es wegen Lage und Distanz unpraktisch. Ein Shuttle-Service existiert nicht. Ein besonders negatives Erlebnis war der Checkout: Ein zugesagtes Golfcart erschien nicht, sodass wir bei Hitze mit Gepäck selbst zur Rezeption laufen mussten. Das unterstreicht den schwachen Service.

Resortet ligger helt ned til en dejlig strand, der er skønne spisesteder op af stranden og en kort gåtur til en lille by. Morgenmaden var fantastisk, der var alt hvad vi kunne ønske os. Værelset var stort og lyst med en dejlig udsigt ud over havet

We chose this resort to relax at the end of our holiday and it was absolutely perfect. We only left the resort a couple of times. We loved that you don’t have to rush around and there are plenty of sun beds to wander down at your leisure. A little more service on the beach would have been great but that’s only if you are feeling super lazy which is very easy to do here.

It’s a bit remote but that’s why we booked it. It is a resort so has everything you need within the resort. We were very disappointed our “Panoramic Sea View” was really a palm tree view. However, once this was pointed out to reception, we were moved for which we were grateful.

Porte en verre laissait rentrer le matin beaucoup de lumière dans les villas. Épicerie éloignée, à 1.5 km dommage qu’à l’hôtel pas d’épicerie. Mange mieux et moins cher au restaurant M’y Love en sortant du complexe.

Bungalow rett på stranden. Fantastisk beliggenhet og nydelige solnedganger. Rolig hotell, ingen festing. «Langt» fra alt av restauranter og butikker, noe vi opplevde som positivt. God frokost, gratis utlån av kajakk, SUP, dykkemasker og sykler.

Personalet i restaurantene kunne vært litt mer imøtekommende og hyggelige. Men de jobber frokost, lunsj og middag, så det er forståelig at de blir slitne.

Uitzicht en privé zwembad was fantastisch

Tijdens ons verblijf hadden we problemen met het toilet, van het begin was deze verstopt. We hebben hier veel hinder van ondervonden.

Large room with views of the sea. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good and the private beach was amazing. The hotel provided us transport back to the airport too.

Good location but you need a bike to get around as the hotel is a walk away from the town and tourist spots.

Все супер. Отдельный отель со своей территорией. Берите байк и ездите в поселок. Завтрак, бассейн, пляж баунти. Вердикт вернусь сюда

Главное оценивайте дорогу в поселок где много ресторанов, примерно 600 метров через большую горку, но дорога бетонная, можно взять байк и кататься по округе.
