Reviewed Sep 15, 2026Central location you couldn’t be closer to the centre. We could see the cathedral from the roof top pool. Old world charm of the building and decorations. Late check out time is a real bonus. The fact it had a pool in the middle of this bustling city was great.
Hit and miss reception staff. I witnessed the lady who checked people in and gave them lots of information and advice we had the older gentleman who did not tell us anything. Not being able to flush toilet paper seems very bad in this day and age. Small cups are no good for a cup of tea. No loungers by the pool had to sit on leatherette seats in 40 degree heat.

As we were on top floor, we did get noise until 1am from the bar which hindered sleep on our last night. It was a Friday night, so bear in mind this when booking. Pool area lovely, but no sunbeds; just cushioned seating and chairs.

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Hôtel très bien situé face a la cathédrale de Séville. Personnel sympathique et mention spéciale â Rafael un espagnol qui parlait très bien le français. Beaucoup d'aide de sa part dans notre séjour de 5 nuits. Nous avons été upgradé. Chambre spacieuse petit salon + chambre.
Air climatisé fonctionnait bien mais la nuit la Fan était directement dirrigé vers ma figure.

Frühstück: die Butter wurde unterkühlt in einem Abstellraum gelagert. Und dann unterkühlt im Frühstücksraum gelagert. Wirklich unappetitlich. Alle Gäste haben immer gerochen ob sie schon ranzig ist. Der Frühstücksraum ist übrigens sehr eng und hat eine extreme Lärmkulisse welche von der lauten Musik untermalt wird

Reviewed Sep 5, 2026Άψογο ξενοδοχείο στο κέντρο της Σεββιλης. Η πισίνα αλλά και το καφέ εστιατόριο στον τελευταίο όροφο είναι μοναδικής ομορφιάς. Η θέα από εκεί είναι εκθαμβωτική. Το μόνο αρνητικό που βρήκα είναι η ηχομόνωση καθώς κατά τη διάρκεια της νύχτας ακούγονταν θόρυβοι από τον επάνω όροφο, όμως αυτό δικαιολογείται καθώς είναι ένα παλαιό ιστορικο κτήριο. Πραγματικά η ιστορία της Ανδαλουσιας ξεκινάει από αυτό το ξενοδοχείο!!!! Θα το ξαναεπελεγα και μάλιστα θα έμενα περισσότερες μέρες.

Primeiro o acesso ao hotel horrível aquilo nao era ruas era becos raspei com o retrovisor na parede de uma casa. Segundo diz que têm estacionamento privado do hotel eu fui com um Peugeot 2005 nao e pequeno mas tambem muito grande mas disseram que não podia estacionar nao passava na descida. Fui obrigado a estacionar num parque que por 16 horas paguei 29 euros.

Se volete camere luminose con vista cattedrale, dovete pagare di più, noi avevamo una camera interna quindi buia con vista sul cavedio, ma con dei servizi talmente eccezionali che ti fanno dimenticare la vista e soprattutto in un periodo di forte calore, forse sarebbe stato peggio

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026Super lokalizacja, blisko do wszystkich atrakcji i zabytków i do przystanku autobusowego na lotnisko. Bardzo czysto i bardzo miły i uprzejmy personel.
Śniadania fatalne, szczególnie jak dla hotelu tej klasy. Bekon odgrzewany z dnia poprzedniego, fatalne, zjełczałe masło, które nie jest trzymane w lodówce. Zauważyłam, że mało osób korzysta ze śniadań, więc każdego dnia podają to, co zostało z dnia poprzedniego. Plusem były świeże owoce.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Siamo stati in questo albergo un paio di notti in una stanza tripla. Dimensioni adeguate e anche il bagno era spazioso. Inoltre abbiamo trovato varie forniture (spazzolini, ecc...). Punto gradevole la piscina che seppur piccola, è una eccezionale comodità e non è stata affollata in occasione delle mie visite. Senz'altro consiglierei questo albergo. Non abbiamo fatto colazione lì perchè abbiamo preferito mangiare fuori vista la notevole presenza di attività commerciali di qualsiasi tipo.
In bagno non c'è lo spazzolone. Anche in un altro albergo si è verificata la stessa cosa. Forse è una caratteristica spagnola, ma non mi sembra molto igienico, pazienza....

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026Thr hotel is so well located, couldnt have picked a better location, right beside the cathedral, giralda and the Alcazar. A really lovely part of the Casco Antiguo. From arrival, the reception staff were lovely, friendly and had a bit of craic with us. The hotel has real character, if you are looking for minimal dont stay here, we adored it. We didnt have food in the hotel but the roof top bar and swimming pool area is amazing! Cocktails are about the same price as Dublin, the food also looked great. The bar staff were all so lovely too.

房卡总是失效，带来了一点小困扰。
