If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing resort with no tacky blaring music or screaming children, this resort is for you. The resort is clean. The staff goes above and beyond. The food at the on-site and off-site restaurants is great. Be sure to hit Elioti's and Ike's. As vegetarians, we had no trouble finding great meals everywhere we went. If I had to be picky, as a coffee connoisseur, the onsite coffee is just OK. BUT, that is my only complaint. We also didn't see tons of stray starving dogs around town like in Mexico. Thank God. The diving and snorkeling is great. Lots of the colorful sea life to see. No shortage of things to do either - just ask any of the concierges for help. They can make helpful recommendations. Other perks include on site laundry and car rental. Very convenient! Bucuti and Tara is worth the price.

Bucuti and Tara is a phenomenal hotel with amazing staff and hospitality. Eagle beach is absolutely stunning and they take advantage of it. Plenty of food in walking distance. Bucuti and Tara has great reputation and it did not disappoint for us!

This may not be a 5-star resort but most 5-star hotels could learn a few tricks from them. Small details that are easy to implement but that make you realize that they really thought things out! I would like to thank all the staff. Their relaxed, positive, smiling demeanor makes all the difference. A special “kiss” to Paco.

Beautiful beaches and amazing service and hospitality. Plenty of umbrellas for all to use. Relaxing, quiet, and peaceful for an adults only romantic location. Sunset views were incredible. The Tara suites had amazing views of the water. Would highly recommend for any couple wanting to celebrate an anniversary. We are extremely satisfied with our trip. It was amazing.

We had a memorable honeymoon at Bucuti & Tara Beach resort. We appreciated the serene atmosphere. Our Tara Suite was fantastic in every way. The beach was incredible. The cleanliness of the entire resort was amazing. But it was the staff who made our experience so special. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. The service at all of the restaurants was beyond compare. Izzy for dinner, Juan for breakfast, and Karen at the bar in particular stood out, but everyone was fantastic. We are already looking forward to our next visit to Aruba, and will definitely enjoy Bucuti & Tara on our next visit.

My wife and I recently stayed at the Bucuti & Tara, 2nd time in several years! Once again, a great stay and experience. Great job once again by all at the resort! Glad we made it back after a 7 year hiatus! Very nice room we had and housekeeping crew did a great job! Entire staff is friendly and customer focused. Can't say enough about the resort. Looking forward to returning, especially since they're doing a refresh of the rooms/suites.

We stayed a week at Bucuti and Tara, just wished we could have stayed longer. We were celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary and my wifes birthday. We will only stay at Bacuti and Tara when we visit Aruba. The staff are phenomenal and so welcoming. The food at Elements is excellent as was Terra.We ate at a few different restaraunts but Terra was definitely the best. Our room was awesome, so comfortable. The view of the beach and the beach itself were 10 out of 10. Also liked the pool which is open 24x7, we swam a couple of late nights. The fitness center was also 24x7, which is so convenient. The included breakfast every day was awesome as well!! Loved Bucuti and Tera and will definitely be back!

La pulizia della spiaggia tra gli ombrelloni deve essere migliorata. E' sicuramente colpa degli ospiti ma bisogna migliorare la loro consapevolezza nel non gettare i tappi delle bottiglie e altro nella sabbia. Purtroppo la struttura deve intervenire con maggiore cura per mantenere pulita una spiaggia favolosa e durante il nostro soggiorno abbiamo riscontrato qualche pecca di troppo!! Bisogna trovare il modo di porre rimedio.

You can believe the reviews of this resort. Friendly staff who welcome you to their family, adult guests who are chill, the ease of just reserving a beach umbrella/chairs which are then waiting for you with fresh towels every day, free breakfast of excellent food, many items of which can be made to order. Many little details make the stay so easy and laid back, such as having more than enough Nespresso pods for making a coffee before heading down to breakfast, and turn down service with tea every evening.

Legitimately the best vacation my wife and I have ever had. When you think of enjoying island paradise—white beaches, not crowded, excellent service, excellent food—Bucuti is where to go.

Excellent service and very accommodating. Relaxing and fun. I’d pass on the external extra experiences. These were mostly a miss. Spa needs an overhaul. There is probably a better spa at other resorts. I wish I researched that before going to Purun.

I’m going to keep this useful and to the point for anyone considering staying here. In a nutshell, the Bucuti and Tara is a beautiful, warm, welcoming, intimate boutique hotel on a stunning beach and we had the perfect week here! Every 5-star review is absolutely warranted! First tip: READ THEIR WEBSITE!! Especially the “what we are NOT” section. If you don’t read that and come here expecting a party hotel, I have some bad news for you. This is a tranquil oasis, which is exactly why we picked it. I did not want a Vegas-style party scene at the pool, or a casino, or kids running around splashing and being obnoxious while their parents down cocktails and don’t watch them. It’s peaceful and perfect for relaxing! Food is wonderful! FREE buffet breakfast with made to order omelettes and Belgian waffles. Delicious coffee with all day refills and complimentary travel mugs. DO NOT SKIP TERRA! One of the best meals we had. I wish we did the chef’s tasting menu, it was that delicious. Reserving your beach chairs the day before is genius! And don’t worry about getting a “good spot.” They’re all good and the beach loungers are cushioned and wonderful.You walk down in the morning to your towels on the chair waiting for you. Raise the flag for beach service! Rooms are amazing. Temperature was perfect. Tempurpedic beds and pillows were awesome. Cleaning service is incredible and the turn down with tea at night was a beautiful touch! STAFF!! I will hold every hotel to this standard now. Every single person we met was friendly and accommodating. And our interactions with them were a highlight of the trip! Shout outs to Francisco, Karen & Juan! But everyone is a gem. Second Tip: book an island tour and snorkel with Vito. You will not regret it! It’s definitely a splurge, but there is a reason why everyone we met there has stayed multiple times. We can’t wait to go back!

OK, I'm going to try and not repeat everything that has already been said because it's absolutely true. From the moment we arrived we knew we had made the right choice. My wife and I just wanted some rest and relaxation for our 16th anniversary. This hotel provided exactly what we needed. The service, the food, the vibe, the beach was everything we were looking for. We could have done nothing for 4 days but rest on their wonderful chairs with umbrellas on the beach. Eagle Beach could be the nicest beach I've ever seen with the most turquoise Caribbean waters. Special thanks to Aisha, Raquelle, Juan for being some welcoming and hospitable. We had a couples massage at the spa and it was amazing. We ate at Elements, Ike's (next door) and Terra... All were great. The breakfast was way better than we expected. Just a great vibe all around. No wonder so many people return. Hopefully we can too. Thanks.

We came as three couples. Some of us have been friends for over 50 years, and then when we married our spouses became lifelong friends too! One of the couples have been to Bucuti 4 times and ask us all to come. We said yes and then we made the reservations. It truly was one of the best trips we have ever taken! Wonderful experience here! The best beach we have been to. Wide, deep, clear water. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. Great food, very nice rooms. We loved the “what we are not” section of their website - very accurate and perfect for us.

This was our fourth visit to Bucuti and equally as great if not better than the three prior. I want to call out that Bucuti is constantly improving and evolving itself. Instead of a drastic overhaul of the resort every 15 years, they continually make small improvements, additions, refreshes, etc. This leaves Bucuti feeling familiar, yet new. The staff are absolutely amazing, and the number one reason we keep returning. Karen, Greg, Aldrick, Michael, Nicolo, Reginald, Nakarid, Beverly, Entshar, Juan!, Carlos and so many others make you feel like family. They genuinely care if you're having a good time. If you're unsure if this is the place for you, read the "What We Are Not" page on their website, then ask yourself if a perfect beach and unmatched service meet your needs.

This was our 12th time at Bucuti, so clearly we like it there. Unfortunately Housekeeping missed the mark this time. They have an iPad system where you order anything that you need for the room. We ran out of tp, tissues, and coffee pods, and we wanted a fresh bathmat. So we put the order in and received 1 roll of tp the next day, and nothing else. So we put the order in again, and still received nothing at all. Had to grab another roll of tp from one of their public bathrooms, since we had no tissues plus we only got 1 roll! Also, didn't get to enjoy some morning coffee on our deck since we ran out of coffee pods.

My wife and I have made 50 or more visits to islands in the Caribbean over the years. Bucuti is a standout above and beyond anything else. The intimate feel for couples with staff that has become family keep us coming back. The addition of Terra for fine dining was amazing! I highly recommend trying to chef's menu with wine pairing, but a la carte seemed awesome as well. Thank you for making our 16th anniversary special like you have for the 15 before it. We've never celebrating the day anywhere else.

Wow, what a stay! This is easily my favourite Caribbean island and hotel. The service is genuinely 10/10, and the whole place has such a calm, zen atmosphere. If you’re looking for a relaxing holiday, this is the place to come. The hotel itself is fantastic. There are a couple of restaurants within walking distance, and anything else is only around a $15 Uber away. The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and always happy to recommend places to eat or things to do. There are so many thoughtful touches too. The beach flag system to call a server is brilliant—you don’t have to spend ages trying to find someone. I also loved the app for reserving your sunbeds for the next day instead of having to get up early to claim one. The front row does book up quickly, but honestly it doesn’t matter. The loungers are so well spaced out that it never feels crowded, and you still get an uninterrupted view of the beach. Breakfast being included is another big plus. It has all the usual breakfast favourites, but the omelette station was particularly good. Throughout the day the staff also come around the beach with little extras like smoothie shots and small snacks, which is a lovely touch. The VIP Spanish Lagoon boat trip is absolutely worth doing. The open bar, great crew and variety of activities made it a really fun day. The only slight disappointment was the snorkelling, which was a little underwhelming. Finally, a special shout out to Ri-Anne, who was a fantastic server.

Honestly in the past I've had experiences where the website presents a product and then when you arrive, you feel letdown. This was NOT one of those times! I feel like they way they represent themselves online aligns with the product you get when you arrive. The staff is HAPPY to work here because they are all kind and genuine people trying to do a fantastic job of taking care of their guests. The service was top notch from our pre-arrival arranging some extra pieces, to meals (breakfast there is delicious!), to beach service the white umbrellas are great! We ate dinner here every night because you are right on the beach the vibe is great and the food was enjoyable. They did not rush you at all and there was not a bad seat! Dinner was $100-150 without drinks but with tip just fyi. When we come back to Aruba we will 100% stay here again! PS if you are looking for a boutique resort with a great atmosphere, romantic vibes and excellent service, you will love it here! This is not a mega resort, don't come looking for that here you'll be sad.

Six visits in 3 years of returning to this resort, it truly feels like a home away from home. Every visit reminds us why we keep coming back. The property is beautiful, well maintained, and always provides the perfect place to relax and recharge. What makes this resort so special, though, is the incredible staff. Their genuine kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail make every stay memorable. From the warm welcome when we arrive to the friendly faces throughout our vacation, they consistently go above and beyond to make us feel valued and cared for. It's rare to find a place that delivers such a consistently exceptional experience year after year, but this resort does exactly that. We always leave with wonderful memories and start looking forward to our next visit before we've even unpacked. Bucuti & Tari is a fantastic place if your goal is to relax. The staff are friendly and welcoming, the beaches are gorgeous, the spa was excellent and a great value and of course, their included breakfast is one of the highlights of the place (delicious and decadent). Also really cool that they have free laundry (I love washing my clothes and packing clean clothes at the end of the trip). If your goal is to enjoy a relaxed vacation on the beach, this is your place.

I was just sad I missed the afternoon mocktail class because it was fully booked up really quickly (space was limited to 10 people I believe). It would have been nice to have more afternoon activities to participate in during our stay that weren't super early in the morning. That said we had fun interacting with other guests at the bar watching the World Cup.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The service was amazing! The location and beach were stunning! We loved all the touches like the welcome champagne, tea at night, and the sustainability efforts. Would highly recommend this place and we hope we can come back one day! Especially for a honeymoon, they do an amazing job with a special welcome and honeymoon toast where we got to meet other couples.

If you’re looking for a peaceful, careful and exclusive resort only for adults that’s the best place in Aruba. Many hotels pretend to be called “resort” with 1000 guests and areas overcrowded. Bucuti instead has a friendly environment where the whole staff stays at your disposal 24h for every needs. There is no all inclusive formulas but that’s cool for those who want to enjoy the whole island, choosing everyday where to have dinners, aperitifs and so on.

Best service in the world! Super friendly, they are constantly cleaning. More staff than people! Didn’t need to lift a finger all week. Exactly how it’s advertised.. calm, restful, luxury.

This resort makes you never want to leave the island. The room is cleaned 2 times a day. The tea each night is wonderful. Juan at breakfast remembers you each time you return to the island! The beach chairs are amazing. I would have loved to participate in the beach clean up on Wednesdays but sadly we are headed home. We will continue to return to this beautiful and welcoming resort.

We went here for an Anniversay trip and it did not disappoint! Hospitality was top tier, beautiful accommodations, food was incredible and the best beach in all of Auba!

Once you stay at Bucuti & Tara, it is the only place you will want to stay! We just returned from our second stay there and can’t wait to go for our third. We have been going to Caribs for at least 25 years but this resort tops every other place I have stayed! Kudos to the entire staff. You all do a fabulous job.

My wife and I decided we wanted to go to an Adults Only resort and chose Bucuti & Tara due to the wonderful reviews. We were not disappointed. The people, the food, the beach are all wonderful and there are more beach chairs and umbrella's than guests so you do not need to get up at 6 am to try to reserve them. Is the facility as grand as some of the resorts in the High Rise section, no, but if looking for comfort, relaxation, great people, great beach and great food and drink this is the resort to choose. We came for our 40th anniversary and cannot wait to return!

This place knows what they are doing! Everything was fabulous! The entire resort was pristine, including the rooms. Never have a felt so well treated, rested, and comfortable at a resort. I can see us booking multiple trips in the coming years!

Great place to relax, not for wild partiers. Great location on Eagle Beach, not too far from Palm Beach if you need exciting nightlife but not in the middle of it. Beach was not crowded and grounds were impeccably maintained.

Had never been to Aruba before--was excellent---safe, easy to get around. Bucuti and Tara was excellent---Staff was incredible. Excellent location--beautiful beach. Aruba is hot, but dont worry--the wind is blowing.

The Bucuti & Tara was wonderful and imperfect. For the price, I think it's a top option. The beach can't be beat. I'm convinced there's no better beach on the island. They do a great job cultivating a relaxed, luxurious, boutique atmosphere, with the service being an absolute highlight. The rooms are nice but starting to feel a bit dated, with some quirks here and there. Particularly, we had an issue where the hot water didn't work one night (the boiler was repaired by morning) and the dehumidifier leaked in our room. We stayed in a Tara suite, which provided an incredible ocean view and views of the sunsets. The food at Terra by Jeremy Ford was incredible. I highly recommend it if you have reason to celebrate and splurge on an expensive meal. Overall, I would easily recommend the Bucuti & Tara overall.

Went for 35th wedding anniversary and this location is 5 star Service, rooms beach food (Terra restaurant good but way overpriced ) Concierge staff good but there are so many follow on issues is inconsistent I recommend this place my only knock onto it is there are many multiple time visitors you deserve special attention but from a 2nd time visitor to bucuti I feel we were not treated as well especially at bar and restaurants on site

My wife and I went to Bucuti on recommendation, and it quickly became our favorite destination. We'll almost certainly return one day!

This is luxury and quiet and everything we were looking for! It was perfect from the moment we checked in. No waiting on line. Instead, we were taken to our room by a staff member (our son and daughter-in-law had their own member take them to their room). The room was beautiful. Coffee maker, tea brought in at night, refrigerator, etc. Perfect!

Year after year we return to Bucuti. The reason is that we cannot find another place that makes us feel as special as the Bucuti staff make us feel. Everything they do makes you feel like you are special and no request has been beyond reason. One year I could not walk due to a medical issue. They gave me a wheelchair to use, no issue and special assistance. This year I was fine. Most of the people we meet are return quests and the newbies seem to say " See you next year!" We will be there.

We were greeted with cool towels and champagne, by the concierge, who proceeded to escort us to our room, and explain the inns and outs of our stay. Our room 316, had a beautiful water view. The room was clean and well appointed. We dined on-site, the first night, and dinner did not disappoint. We returned to the room, where tea service awaited us….such a nice touch! Breakfast each morning was delicious, the beach was clean, with plenty of reservable seating. We also had the romantic dinner on the beach, which was very nice. We truly enjoyed our stay, and would absolutely return.

The Bucuti staff went above and beyond. Given the reviews, I had high expectations. But I can say that all expectations were exceeded by a long shot. Simply put - they provide world class hospitality. My wife and I came here for our honeymoon June 2026. The Bucuti staff delivered their best right from the moment we arrived. Took our bags, seamless check in, complete itinerary review, constant check ins… the list goes on. They even provided a surprise honeymoon toast at sunset (with photographers!) for ~15 couples also on their honeymoons. It was just an overall luxury experience. Such a great place to connect with yourself and the one(s) you love. Highly recommended. First time on the island, but not our last. And we know exactly where we’ll be staying!

Where to begin?! Once we arrived, we were given champagne. Always a nice touch when arriving somewhere. Literally, my only (minor) complaint is that we had to wait for our room. We arrived around 2 PM. To pass the time until we could check in, we ate lunch at the bar which is a part of the restaurant on site called Elements. My favorites for lunch were the tofu sashimi, fish tacos, French onion soup and the tofu bowl. I’d also insist on eating at Terra-also onsite. Breakfast is included in your stay, which was always very good. They have a small buffet, made to order eggs and specialties for no extra charge. I got an iced matcha latte with vanilla syrup every day. It was glorious. We came here for our 5 year wedding anniversary and received a block of cheese, coconut crackers, a bottle of champagne and some delicious macarons. In comparison, another hotel in St. Lucia we stayed at forgot it was our honeymoon and we had to contact the desk twice reminding them. It’s the details like that that separate the boys from the men. Our room had a beautiful view of the beach. The beach was phenomenal and the pool, very relaxing. Reserve a spot on the beach or at the pool daily using the tablet in your room. When you arrive, it’ll be set up for you with towels. One day on the beach, the staff gave everyone a coconut filled with coconut water! I took a yoga class with “healing sounds” which was relaxing. The huge fans on the deck were certainly nice. They offer some complimentary yoga, meditation and pilates classes, albeit very early in the morning (7 AM usually). They play free movies outside twice a week. You receive a different loose leaf tea in your room every evening which I absolutely LOVED. Housekeeping cleans not once but TWICE day and provides turn down service. The staff even organized the items in the bathrooms which I personally loved. You’re walking distance to a casino and a small mall which also has some shops and restaurants. You can also take a taxi into various parts of Aruba. They’re usually waiting outside of the hotel. We went to the high rise district one night for dinner and shopping which was about 10-15 minutes away and an $18 ride one way. Uber does not exist here. The service everywhere and from everyone was top notch. We received better customer service here than a lot of the places in the US now. I usually don’t prefer to go anywhere more than once-we only have one life to live, after all, but we would love to go back! If you love quiet resorts, Bucuti & Tara is definitely for you. We didn’t know this was considered a wellness resort upon booking, but we are now fans of this type of hotel!

THE BEST!!!! We went for our 20th anniversary and it exceeded expectations! The service was excellent, facilities were immaculate, food was delicious, and the beach was amazing! The spa gave my husband the BEST massage he ever had and we ate the BEST dinner of our lives at Terra, along with the BEST cocktails from the bartender. We liked it so much we ate at it twice during our five day stay. Everything was easy, even getting a cab. There was literally nothing I would change. Highly recommend for a relaxing couples getaway.

This is our 3rd time at Bucuti and Tara. We feel the same now as we did on our first visit. They tell you exactly what to expect and what not to expect and they are spot on! What they don't tell you is that their service across the board is hands down the best we have experienced in all of our travels. We will definitely be heading back.

We can not express enough how grateful we are to ALL of them for making us feel so comfortable and welcome. This was our 6th time at Bucuti, and we would never stay anywhere else in Aruba. My husband and I absolutely loved our stay at Bucuti and Tara. This was one of our favorite trips we have ever taken and the resort was a huge part of that. We stayed in one of the Tara suites and had a walk out to the beach. The beach is truly the star of the show: peaceful, beautiful, and easy to enjoy every day. We especially liked the beach chair reservation system which made the day feel calm and stress-free. The resort itself is quiet in the best possible way and it was exactly what we were looking for. The service was excellent from start to finish. Everyone we encountered was kind, thoughtful, and helpful. We also loved the restaurants, especially Terra, and even cancelled a reservation elsewhere so we could eat there again. The team also made it easy to arrange cabs when we went off property for dinner. One thing that meant the most to us: we felt genuinely welcomed as a gay couple. That is very important to us and we do not always feel that way when we travel. At Bucuti and Tara, and everywhere we went in Aruba, we felt safe, comfortable, and fully welcomed. We also did the resort’s sunset cruise which was lovely. It was a beautiful evening and we enjoyed meeting other guests. This resort is calm, elegant, warm, and beautifully run. It gave us exactly the vacation we needed and we are hoping to come back!

As usual Bucuti and Tara delivered, this is the absolute best resort in the Caribbean. The attention to detail, the food, the service and the atmosphere is peaceful and top notch. We always enjoy our stay here and we can’t wait to return in 2027.

We honeymooned at Bucuti & Tara and returned for our 10-year anniversary. This resort has it all and is arguably the best property we've stayed at in the Caribbean. The quality of service is second to none. Rooms are extremely well appointed and the beach is exceptional. Perfect place for a celebration or long weekend!

Top level resort in every way, the staff strive to make your stay as wonderful as can be. The restaurants are 5 star and service cannot be better. Truly a memorable vacation.

It had been three years since we been here last, everything was great as always.. only thing disappointing was the gift shop, it didn't have enough souvenirs so had to go the market up the road and downtown.

Bucuti and Tara is a very special place in Aruba. Beautiful, friendly and very helpful staff who are always available to take care of anything you may need.

First two stays were unbelievable our last had a Safety issue that was poorly handled. It only takes one issue at this price point to sour on the entire Resort.

We went to Bucuti & Tara for our honeymoon and it was amazing! It is truly paradise. The team is so friendly and goes above and beyond when it comes to service. Resort is very clean. Food is great. There are 3 restaurants on site and each offer something different. The beach was beautiful. Soft white sand with crystal clear water and no seaweed. Very relaxing vibe with close proximity to the palm beach strip.Everything was perfect. We loved our stay and did not want to leave. We cant wait to go back.
