L'unica cosa che mancava era l'aspirapolvere, ho chiesto se era possibile averlo, mi hanno detto di sì ma non l'ho mai ricevuto.

Appartement manquant d’entretien , sale à notre arrivée miettes par terre, dans son jus manque d’entretien, prix exorbitants près de 1000 eur la nuit pour une vue sur un parking, équipent de cuisine désuet, manque de couvert vaisélles ventilation faisant un bruits qui empêche de bien dormir, personnel de l’accueil qui ne vous calcule pas. jacuzzi inutilissable. 3000 les 3 jours un vol

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026The location is perfect. Quieter beach location. At first my family gave me a hard time because they wanted / expected to be right on the beach. But a quick walk and we were right on the beach. Updated and clean and modern. It was the perfect unit. We could have stayed for months. Lol. The pool was fantastic. My son used the gym daily without complaint. We didn't want to leave it was so perfect.
My husband says that his side of the bed was worn and he felt like he was sleeping in a valley. I slept fine on the other side of the mattress. Honestly, that was our only complaint. This unit was fantastic.

Reviewed Jun 23, 2026All the staff were friendly and helpful with everything we might have needed or questions we asked. Location was great being right across the street from the beach. The beach area was not too crowded and were also places to sit in the shade. Location was great for other activities, restaurants etc but we also rented a vehicle too. Initially thought the pool would be too small but it ended up being perfect…overlooking the road, tropical trees abs beach area across the street.
There wasn’t really anything I/we didn’t like.

Falta de instrucciones del uso de los electrodomésticos, no nos habían avisado del recambio de toallones. Hubiera sido bueno mínima cantidad de condimentos. No sabíamos nada sobre el cambio de ropa blanca, etc. Y algunos miembros del personal no fueron muy serviciales, por ejemplo si uno saludaba no devolvían el saludo.

Que el servicio de limpieza que incluyen en el precio es para el ingreso y luego de que te vas. Eso NO está claro en las condiciones generales de la contratación. Deberían explicarlo bien. No hay room service. Igual nos arreglamos porque justo eramos 3 pasajeras muy prolijas y ordenadas.

We really appreciated the tasteful design of the suite — it was not just a room, but a spacious and well-thought-out living space. The large balcony was a great highlight, and having access to a pool on the property was also a big plus. The building itself is very modern, and it was convenient to have secure parking available directly on-site. The staff were excellent — very polite, helpful, and always available when needed, yet never intrusive. We could reach out to the front desk with any request and always received prompt assistance. Another major advantage was the location: the beach is literally one minute away — just cross the road and you’re on Eagle Beach. Despite facing the road, the property and surrounding area were generally quiet and peaceful. Overall, we had a very positive experience. We were able to truly relax, feel at home, and we are very grateful to the staff for making our stay so comfortable.
Honestly, there was nothing in particular that we didn’t like. Everything felt very well thought out, modern, clean, and carefully designed with attention to detail. It’s hard to point out anything negative — our stay was genuinely comfortable throughout.

Nos gustó mucho. Volveríamos sin dudar.

It included everything we needed to cook our own meals. We appreciated having a washing machine and dryer. It was perfect for our family of 4.
The door lock was a little difficult to open using the code and took a few tries each time before the code would work.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Excellent facilities with extremely well equipped kitchen. Liked the layout with two bedrooms that each had an ensuite bath, plus and extra ½ bath. TVs worked well. Easy access from airport. Beach access easy with two beach chairs provided 4 beach towels provided. The beach had a bank of trees that could be used for shade, as well as umbrellas for rent for the day. Many restaurants/bars within walking distance. My husband used the well equipped on-site gym.
The room was double booked for our first night and we weren't not alerted to the issue until check in . We heard different stories from the staff vs the owners as to what happened. At any rate, we were given another room for one night that only had a view of the parking lot.. although we'd paid for a sea view. We were also told staff would help us make the change. The owners did give us a 50% discount for one room night and a lovely fruit basket. On-site staff was not helpful. They seems liked the couldn't be bothered, no matter what the question was. Front desk was staffed from 9-5 and then you could get in and out of the building with a code. We also expected more of a "sea view" from the description. A bank of trees blocked the view of the ocean. from the second floor where we were.

The pool was clean and perfect after being at the beach all day. Eagle Beach is literally right across the street, prime location! Garage parking is great, underground and super safe. It’s a must book location if you are planning on going to Aruba, We will 100 percent be back to this property.

Having both a pool and direct beach access made it easy to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The location was convenient — close to restaurants and shops, yet peaceful and safe. My only small drawback was that communication with staff could have been a bit smoother, but overall it was a wonderful stay. I would recommend this property and would be happy to return.
