Comfortable beds and room. Excellent housekeeping service from Riley.

Location could have been better, but served its purpose

great staff clean and comfortable breakfast was good and available early hot tub and pool was great

hallways too cold like walking into a cooler

Clean and good location

I like that they did not ban me or put me in smoking rooms

I didnt like the added charges for a rm i originally booked thinking I was upgraded to a 2 bdrm suite but was not

Good location

Nothing

Great location, walking distance to amenities and a few restaurants. Breakfast was good, swimming and hot tub were relaxing.

No noise at all. Every day is so pleasant. Priceless to be able to get the much needed rest. I really enjoy talking to all staff members.

Breakfast great.Area clean.Tables cleaned when guests finished.Friendly staff.Rooms well kept.Parking amble and seems well lite and monitored at night.Mr Mikes steak next to hotel.

All great from my view.

Emplacement de hôtel

La chambre sentait le chien mouillé. Le tapis sentait et la couette aussi. Et la chambre à côté son chien a hurlé une très grosse partie de la nuit.

the bed is comfy

Friendly, helpful staff

It was nice and quiet, but they need to put something in the change rooms in the pool area it was vary slippery.

Detested this place. Needed a pet friendly room and got stuck in a smoking room - it was horrible.

Smelled like smoke

We had a a great stay! Service and room were great! Even enjoyed the pool with our grandson!

Clean and professional

friendly staff

Very nice place.

It was a good stay. Quiet and the AC worked. The front desk let us stay for a late checkout until 1300. The hot tub, needs attention. Black ring around the hot tub

Ok pls r breakfast was hot and we thought it was co mental only

Front counter person was awesome

Customer service was good

Very nice room. Clean. Lots of dining options that are walkable. Very nice breakfast downstairs. Staff was very friendly.

Restaurant next door

The continental breakfast was not very good, we have stayed here many times in the past and the food quality has declined! Bed comfort was great!

Houes keeper gossiping about clients

The location was great. Right off the highway and walking distance to food locations.

The TV didn’t work. The desk staff didn’t know why it isn’t working.

Great hotel! Clean rooms and the staff was accommodating. The breakfast was amazing! Bacon sausage eggs hash brown waffles as well as all the cereal, muffins, toast and juice you normally get with a continental. Pool and water slides were great for the kids as well.

I paid for and ordered 2 queen beds , only got 1 bed and one cot for the 5 of us (2 adults abd 3 kids

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Bed was comfy. Convenient location. Pool was great.

I love this place! Bed was comfortable, place was clean, excellent WiFi. I would recommend this place to all family and friends.

The location was fantastic. It was easy to get to where we wanted to go. The breakfasts were also very good. They were more than I expected. I enjoyed their hours 6 - 10 a.m. Not often do breakfasts stay open until 10 a.m. Tasty coffee as well.

The lighting in the room wasn't great. It seemed a bit dark. Everything else was great.

The air conditioner didn’t work and I noticed stains on the bedding. The bathtub did not look clean - it looked like there was dirt around the drain. The noise of the other guests was not the hotel’s fault, but it kept me from sleeping because they were roudy.

I was not impressed with the room at all.

Our room had a seating area with sofa and upholstered chair and coffee table. Also the desk was great. Good kingsize bed. Very nice!

Very nice room with jet tub

Convenient to food and nice room

Easy check in

Bathrooms small, Heater/Air did not work. I reported this - stated there was control on wall - there is not a control on wall in this room. Lock on the door (top) was broken on the outside door. Again I reported this and the reply was no one can get in from outside with lock and dead bolt. I stated I did not want to be blamed for broken bar. Windows did not open Had our cooler stolen out of the bed of the truck in the parking lot - right outside our room. It only had Gatorade and water, but when I reported, the staff did not know how to run cameras and promised me a call when the manager came in - still waiting for that call. The area is not safe. There are a lot of people "milling" around the parking lots of both hotels and restaurants, as well as Walmart

Staff very helpful

This building is old and is in need of remodel. The paved parking area is a gravel pit in need of cleaning.

Had a great stay, pool wasnt packed and the free breakfast was pretty decent.

The breakfast was fantastic

Nothing much

Easy access

Great stay

Wifi & Tv did not work in room

Staff is amazing. Parking is great with an oversized trailer. Rooms are dated and in poor condition but clean. Laundry on site was a plus. Would stay here again.

Needed help with the tv, no hesitation the lady fixed it, good breakfast! Surrounded by a lot of good restaurants

Showing it’s swear but had a comfy bed

Fridge never works. Microwave is 50/50 and 9/10 times the tv don't work

Place was decent other than a slush of bud in the Parkade building was clean stopped were very nice

Front desk staff issued my room and keys to a different guest. That new guest entered the room while I was changing. Front desk staff could only laugh about it as a mistake. After going out for dinner my room key was no longer active and had to approach the front desk staff twice in order to get a proper working key.

I had a great three-night stay. The staff was absolutely wonderful from the moment I checked in to the moment I left and was happy to help in any way I needed. The room was large and very clean and comfortable. I would happily stay here again!

the staff was really good and helpful. A little bit dirty on the floors but it is spring. they cleaned very quickly

Parking was horrible and my room wasnot cleaned properly. It was over the pool because the front desk couldn't be bothered to accomidate a quieter room. Never again would I stay here. Rooms are way over priced as well

Pool was closed. Had we known we would have booked somewhere else.

The room smelt like an old Tavern nothing against smokers but its s smell that is just never appealing.

Great location. Kids and I loved the pool and breakfast.

Rooms were great, the breakfast food was cold this morning

Quick easy check in. Conveniently located

Icy parking lot

The room was clean and nice and quiet

Lotion contained was empty there were no snacks in snack display and only 2 pillows per bed. No glasses and no tea .. The lock to swimming pool is broken so it didn't feel safe

My family and I usually stay here when we are in town. The staff are always friendly. Rooms are clean. We especially love what they did to the pool. It’s deeper and looks darker, love it. The jacuzzi is always nice. For sure recommend staying at this location.

Very lovely staff. So freindly. Clean room and nice breakfast.

The parking lot and sidewalk was extremely icy . Very dangerous. No shampoo or conditioner and blow dryer was broken.

Staff fabulous! Good night sleep! Great breakfast! Great staff taking care of breakfast area too! Thankyou

Not so much of what I didn’t like!!Went down to breakfast room at 6:10, got a coffee and sat down and waited for my opportunity to get some food and start my day. Scrambled eggs, patoto hasbrown, and sausage. No hasbrown patatoe left, at 6:10?? One person filled her plate full and took that off to her room!! Came back for 4 bagels and 16pieces of sausage and 8 pieces of eggs. Making egg and sausage sandwiches I guess!!t Then proceeded to stuff her pockets with muffins and yorgurt. No respect for other hotel guests!!! Obviously this doesn’t happen often, but was definitely disturbing..

Sausage look uncooked!!

The breakfast was the best part of our stay. The server was EXCELLENT.

HVAC system was a bit noisy.

Breakfast was great

When I booked my room the bill said $438.30 but when I checked out the bill was $473.24 with no explanation, not happy

Everything

Nothing

Staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was neat and well heated.

Very nice breakfast too

Found the people friendly and hotel very quite. having a door directly to the parking lot was great for carrying in tools and luggage. Huge parking lot so it was easy to park truck and 20 foot trailer.

It was very nice

Very nice staff throughout our stay. Very clean and comfortable room. Quiet setting was so appreciated for a good nights sleep. Breakfast was great with lots of choices & good coffee. Great steakhouse right next door with delicious food & they gave us a 10% discount for staying at Super 8.

Parking is very limited & tight. Industrial area. Homeless people were sleeping in tents behind the hotels property close to the parking lot.

I was close to elevator

The fridge froze everything. TV didn't work Someone stomped around all night in the halls

not worth the price without the pool. should have in website pool is down and price should reflect that.

Was very nice room and staff was great. The pool amd bot tub werent open though which was main reason i had booked there. But room had a nice soaker tub so o well
