Food and cleanliness were good. Staff didn't mention about the live counters available which was a disappointment.

Frequently the hot water wasn't available. Room fridge wasn't working the first day too much power cut

No electricity no hot water. Limited food options in breakfast buffet.

Not worth the price. Not soundproof and can hear people roaming around the corridor and from the balcony. The taps are broken too.

Excellent location, room was neat and clean, delicious food and staffs were very interactive and helpful. We enjoyed our stay of 3 days.

It’s the perfect place

The hotel was overall good..

It's was a good stay but the rooms we were given were charged for ac but given non ac rooms.

The hotel sits just above a tea plantation, and the view from the balcony is genuinely stunning. We booked a Grand Suite, which was spacious and comfortable. It’s about 30 minutes away from the busy town area, so the whole place feels quiet and peaceful. The staff were polite and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast spread was simple but good, with enough variety to start the day well. One thing to keep in mind: try to reach the hotel before 6 pm. The last stretch of the drive is short but quite steep and uphill, which can be tricky in the dark. Once you arrive, though, the place has a very homely and relaxing feel.

There is no proper facilities

Clean, good shower, nice balcony with view of the valley. Decent restaurant with friendly staff. They even called me one night when I didn’t show up for dinner. Reception assisted with tours and transportation.

3 km from nearest restaurant. On the other hand, staying in town would have been noisy and uncomfortable.

Lots of noise in thé honey moon suite, just under thé kitchen/ restaurant . We had to moove because of that, 2 nights with short sleep...and à building in construction just néerlandais. But thé staff was very friendly and professionnels

Breakfast was good. Hotel & Tata tea plantation shared a fence, so in morning from our bed itself we had a chance of watching tea leaf pluckers in their work..beautiful way to start a day!!

The staff is very friendly and always willing to help if needed. The room was clean and spacious enough, and comfortable for a couple.

Unfortunately, we were located in a rather unfortunate area on the 3rd floor, which was sometimes too loud in the night. Also, the kitchen smell could be detected in our room for most of the day, which was quite overwhelming and unpleasant. Without a car, there is not much in the close area so you should keep it in mind when planning your stay.
