Subject: Formal Complaint – Dangerous and Overcrowded Shuttle Bus Service Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to make a formal complaint about the shuttle bus service provided between the Grand Magic Hotel and Disneyland Paris during our recent stay. The shuttle service was completely overcrowded and, in my opinion, presented a serious safety risk. Three hotels being served by the same shuttle is clearly far too much, particularly during peak periods when large numbers of families are travelling to and from Disneyland Paris. The situation became extremely uncomfortable and, more importantly, dangerous. The buses were packed beyond what should reasonably be considered acceptable, with passengers struggling to board and being forced into an overcrowded and confined space. On occasions, fights were breaking out between passengers as tensions escalated. This is completely unacceptable for a service transporting families, including young children, to and from a major family destination such as Disneyland Paris. There should never be a situation where a hotel shuttle becomes so overcrowded that arguments and physical altercations are taking place. I appreciate that the shuttle service is likely to be particularly busy at peak times, but this does not justify operating a service where demand clearly exceeds what can be safely accommodated. If three hotels are relying on the same bus, additional buses should be provided during busy periods, or the hotels should have separate services. We chose to stay at the Grand Magic Hotel expecting a reasonable, safe and reliable service to Disneyland Paris. Instead, the shuttle experience was stressful and genuinely concerning, and it negatively affected our experience as a family. Given the seriousness of the situation, I would also like to request appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and disruption caused.

No es la primera vez que me alojo en el mismo. De hecho, es uno de mis hoteles favoritos para visitar Disneyland. Tras la reforme, se ha mejorado la tematización, el desayuno está muy bien y con un horario adecuado y el proceso de checking es muy ágil. Dispone de transporte hasta el parque. Todo esto está muy bien, pero he notado un cambio a peor en esta última visita, cosa que señalo, porque es fácil que vuelva a ser perfecto

Se nota falta de mantenimiento. Dos piezas de mi baño estaban en mal estado, las máquinas de vending estaban casi vacias los 3 días. No hay nada de comer a partir de las 22:15 (y el parque cierra a esa hora) aunque el bar continua abierto, pero sólo para bebidas. Además, volver en el autobus a la vuelta del parque es una locura por la cantidad de gente que debe subir de varios hoteles. La tienda tiene además un horario que hizo que siempre estuviera cerrada durante el tiempo de estancia en el hotel. Su principal función es alojar a personas que van al parque y debería adaptarse a sus horarios. Son detalles fáciles de corregir.

De ligging tov Disneyland Parijs, goed hotel voor een bezoek aan dit park. De shuttlebus naar het park , wel erg vol en weinig omzien naar andere mensen.

Liften zijn heel veel kapot en duurt erg lang voor ze gemaakt zijn! Shuttlebus is erg vol en wordt niet omgezien naar oudere of minder valide mensen.

The dining room bar area with changing lights and environment displays made for a surprising and very magical late night bite to eat our first night after getting in late.

The free shuttle bus back from Disneyland was the worst managed and most horrible experience I've ever had. people shoving and quite literally almost trampling one another to try and squeeze onto each bus as they don't have enough for the sudden rush of people and there's no line or orderly way to organize people to get on. Budget extra for an overpriced taxi back or prepare to see the worst side of humanity while everyone's exhausted from a full day at disney. The hotel doesn't directly run it but they advertise it included as free so they need to take it up with the people who do run it to do better as it's bad enough to make me reconsider this location for next time despite the hotel itself being lovely.

Zimmer verschmutzt, Flecken am Teppich die wohl jahrelang nicht geputzt wurden. Unangenehmer Geruch im ganzen Hotel im Zimmer noch stärker. Lichtschalter kaputt. Badewannenlack abgeplatzt und rostig. Im Hallenbad fallen die Deckenpaneele herunter. Das ganze Hotel ist abgenutzt und schwer renovierungsbedürftig. Dunkle Gänge vermitteln keinen Wohlfühlcharakter. Bänke im Frühstückssaal/Restaurant durchgesessen, man spürt jede Holzlatte.

Location was great and very close to the parks via the shuttle bus provided. I would however recommend putting more buses on when the parks close because people were fighting to get on and this wasn’t pleasant around children. The reception staff were amazing. My son got very ill and they called a doctor out to the hotel to help me which I highly appreciated. Hotel was clean but rooms have very little wardrobe space and clothes hangers. The pool has no lifeguard and we had to ask for more coffee and milk for our room daily. Complementary breakfast was a helpful touch to get a little something to eat in the morning before heading to Disneyland

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich richtig schön. In der Bar und dem Eingangsbereich duftet es nach Vanille und an den Säulen sind wechselnde Animationen angebracht. Insgesamt hat es auf jeden Fall einen Hauch von Disney. Die Zimmer sind auch ein Traum. Meine Töchter waren vor allem von dem Hochbett und der Mondlampe begeistert. Das Essensbuffet ist reichhaltig und von guter Qualität. Vor allem kann man schon 06:30 Uhr frühstücken, sodass man auf jeden Fall auch rechtzeitig zur Öffnung in Disneyland ist.

La localisation, le décor, la chambre familiale parfaite pour une famille de 2 enfants et 2 adultes, la navette pour Disney

La propreté , les toilettes bouchées qui ont débordés dans la salle de bain; après appel à la réception qqn est venu mais entre le temps pour s’occuper de ça et le nettoyage ensuite… compliqué de tenir les enfants éveillés jusque tard dans la nuit avec un programme chargé le matin tôt, et le dégoût dû à la situation. Le mieux aurait été de nous proposer de changer de chambre.

Really noisy hotel. Uncomfortable beds. The bus wasn’t frequent enough.d we had to get a taxi most nights as there weren’t enough buses. Pool had lots of grit and hair in it, lockers were broken, no towels, cold showers, no where to hang anything.

La propreté aurait pu être meilleure, en particulier dans les sanitaires et pour une chambre à caution de 150€. Le système de navette est largement insuffisant pour la quantité de monde les utilisant. Au-delà du monde, il faut réclamer à la société de navettes une bien meilleure gestion de la foule et des queues ; les embarquements à Disney et aux hôtels sont chaotiques, parfois même dangereux. Il faut des queues organisées, un simple filet suffit pour créer une queue organisée (le personnel est déjà disponible sur place en plus…).

Wenn man nur ein Bett für eine Übernachtung benötigt ohne große Erwartungen kann man das Hotel buchen. Zimmer brauchen dringend eine Renovierung (Teppiche verschmutzt, Gardinen fallen ab usw.); Freundlichkeit kennt man an der Rezeption nicht, reine Massenabertigung. Wer ins Disneyland den Bus Shuttel nutzen möchte, muss sich auf überfüllte Busse bewusst sein, Rücksichtsnahme gibt es hier nicht!!! Gerade mit Kleinkindern nicht zu empfehlen.

Schöner Aufenthalt im Grand Magic Hotel. Personal war sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit die grauen Zellen fürs Englisch mussten wieder aktiviert werden aber das war net so tragisch ;). Zimmer waren sauber und Ordentlich alles was man braucht für einen 2 Tägigen Aufenthalt. Wir waren 7 Personen. 2 Zimmer mit Verbindungstüre. Ein Schöner Aufenthalt in Frsnkreich und Disneyland fans. Gerne wieder❤️

Im großen uns ganzen können wir uns nicht beschweren aber das einzige was verbessert gehört ist evtl das Buffet etwas zu wenig gewürzt aber kann man selbst nachwürzen. Und die Shuttels zum Disneyland 1 einziger Bus für diese tour etwss zu wenig der Bus ist Immer soo voll dad man Platzangst bekommt.. besonders nach der Tales of Magic show wird es schon Knapp zum Hotel zu kommen wenn nur 1 Bus zur Verfügung für diese Hotel Route.

La baignoire ne fonctionnait pas ! Suite à plusieurs averses et notre fille qui avait de fortes douleurs au ventre nous avons souhaité prendre des bains et la baignoire ne fonctionnait pas l’eau ne restait pas dedans je suis allée voir à l’accueil 2 fois les 2 fois on m’a dit un technicien va arriver et personne n’est jamais venu nous l’avons attendu longtemps …

La piscine est une catastrophe. Eau très sale, on ne voit pas le fond. Personnes venant de l'extérieur de l'hôtel qui sont venus faire des sauts et plongeon dans le bassin, beaucoup de bruits. Moquette des chambres très sales.

The shuttle service from the park back to the hotel after closing was an absolute nightmare. There were far too few buses for the number of people, and getting on with children felt unsafe.

Estou ate ao momento a aguardar o reembolso dos 150 euros solicitados como seguro e pior deram nos um quarto com problemas na qual reportei no primeiro dia em 1h de estadia e ninguem solucionou por outra o restaurante fica fechado depois do almoco e o BAR tambem nao serve hamburger das 14h as 18h horario que so podes incomendar tudo no site.

La proximité avec Disney et la navette disponible jusque tard. La décoration du hall qui change en fonction des heures de la journée. Le personnel très accueillant et le petit déjeuné très complet.

Odanın içerisinde yan odanın kapısı mevcut ve defalarca yan taraftaki oda tarafından zorlandı büyük ihtimalle kendi odalarına ait başka bir kapı zannettiler fakat otelde kaldığımız süre boyunca hep tedirgin uyuduk. Odalarda kullanmamız için terlik yoktu ve televizyonda çizgi film kanalı bile bulamadık. Akşam yemeği için yiyeceklerin fiyatı pahalıydı. Sabah kahvaltı için de Seçenekler çok azdı. Sonuçta burası international bir otel. Sadece Avrupa vatandaşlarının düşünülmüş olması üzücü. Onun dışında personel güler yüzlüydü otel genel olarak temizdi.

De kamer en ontbijt voor de prijs wat we hebben betaald was het zeker niet waard op de foto zag ik dat de kamers er veel groter uit zien maar in het echt was het echt klein en de kamer stonk naar natte geur en bijna geen loop ruimte in de kamer met twee kids echt jammer en de ontbijt viel ook echt mee als een moslim kan je niet veel eten omdat je ziet ham raakt kip ook aan ik zag de personeel het ham en kip samen op de kar brengen helemaal dicht bij elkaar waar door het elkaar aan raakt echt een meevaller

Belle situation de l’hôtel, pratique.

Décoration des chambres très simples. Personne n’est présent à la piscine et certains voyageurs ne respectent pas les autres c’est assez pénible. Le Check in le soir est très très très long car il y a beaucoup de monde et peu de personnel (2). Le petit déjeuner est très très basique. Le parking est cher et pas très propre la nuit j’ai marché sur une déjection canine et c’est très désagréable à gauche du parking le petit bois en bordure du parking est remplis de déchets.

Elevadores no funcionaban, siempre estaban llenos, comida con poca variedad, el baño de los cuartos muy pequeño, el hotel se miraba viejo seria genial remodelarlo y modernizarlo, con su temática pero mas nuevo.

It was close to a supermarket, the buffet breakfast was decent

The pool was small, its floor injured my kids feet. The bathroom in the room was old, no drainage The mat in the room was full of stains! No one came to clean the rooms unless you ask for AC was not working, we called the reception to fix the problem and they brought a fan for all our stay , and the ac problem was not solved!

Clean, tidy, connected rooms for my children and, excellent swimming pool, and gymn facilities (didn’t have time to use) and connection to the Disney theme parks was excellent

The cleaning of the room wasn’t offered in the 1 st night and we only got this on day 3, the middle lift was out of service throughout our stay making it difficult to ascend and descend at busy times(we were located on floor 3), the room phones didn’t work so we couldn’t contact reception or room service / cleaning.

Het bed in de hotel kamer. Ik hen artrose en een hernia Maar de ijzeren veringen in het matras hebben er voor gezorgd dat ik bijna niet geslapen heb. Bij elke draai voelde je de ijzeren vering.

J’aime beaucoup cet hôtel trop beau et l’emplacement top

Alors deux choses D’abord je trouve inadmissible qu’on demande une caution de 150€ à savoir que ce n’est écris nulle part quand j’ai effectué la réservation. Puis encore plus inadmissible qu’on demande 17€ de parking à savoir que si la personne paye déjà la nuitée le minimum c’est que le temps du séjour le parking soit gratuit car il est à l’extérieur et pas surveille. Il y a deux ans cela ne se facturer pas. Pourquoi maintenant ????

The lobby area and cocktail bar is great. It’s nice that they have a bouncy castle for kids but it was honestly half inflated and not that great. I felt like the property needed a playground instead.

The pool was …awful. Dark, like a community gym pool but worse. Just felt dirty and water looked dirty. Needs a massive upgrade. Changing rooms were awful. Breakfast was not great. Limited fruit selection and kids throwing up on dining room. Crowded. Plates weren’t clean. Just very average. Wouldn’t go back.

Nice and colorful hotel theme with attractive visual details. Good entertainment options for children, including a free swimming pool, outdoor inflatable castles and paid games. Large parking area with EV charging available. The hotel charger is quite slow; a fast charger is available at the nearby Super U supermarket.

Breakfast was very basic. The free shuttle bus service after Disneyland Park closes (after 22:00) was very chaotic and poorly organized. Better queue management and at least two buses running at the same time would make the service much smoother.

Eau de la piscine froide, impossible de sassoir sur les transats tellement qu’il faisait froid, et Clim ds les parti commune trop forte, vraiment pas agréable, mm ds la chambre il faisait très froid, dommage pas de chauffage, surtout que les températures ont baissé

Hotel was lovely clean and central, we stay 3 nights, has a small shop closes at 11pm, breakfast was lovely fresh and lots too choice from.

Location of the hotel is excellent, it is not too far from Disney with a free shuttle bus every 20 mins and also close to a small town that has big supermarket on a short walking distance if you need supplies. Hotel atmosphere is nice with a magic feel and front desk staff is excellent. Lena was super helpful and all staff speak excellent English so communication is no problem. Room was spacious and I think the hotel was excellent value for money considering we went in the peak holiday period. There is car park charges but at least these are not hidden and hotel is open about it so we were aware at the time of booking.

De ligging, het vriendelijke personeel, de sfeer, de goede verzorging (elke dag schone handdoeken en schone badkamer) pendel bussen die je snel van en naar Disney brachten. Bij het inchecken meteen het diner geregeld, dat we voor een mooie prijs kregen. Heerlijk gegeten, zowel ontbijt als diner, keuze genoeg en alles werd telkens bijgevuld. Elke avond stond er weer wat anders klaar op het buffet. Bedden lagen goed, airco deed goed zijn werk. Springkussens in de tuin, zodat de kinderen na het eten nog even wat energie eruit konden springen. Ps...de foto s van de kamer, zijn bij vertrek...het zag er keurig uit bij aankomst

Helaas hadden we een kapot lampje bij het bed, netjes gemeld, maar even vervangen kon niet, omdat dan de hele bed unit eruit moest. Dit is netjes uitgelegd, dus alle begrip hiervoor. Op gillende, door de gang rennende kinderen, die tot 23:30 bij iedereen op de deuren klopte, na, hebben we een heerlijk verblijf gehad.
