Chasse d’eau des toilettes dans la chambre avait un dysfonctionnement, navette qui relie l’hôtel au Parcs Disneyland était bondée de personnes, source de conflit et de tensions surtout le soir ! Couvert en plastique proposé au restaurant assiettes et gobelets EN PLASTIQUE ! Je n’ai pas apprécié manger dans du plastique. Je comprends qu’il y ait des enfants donc plastique pour eux pour éviter la casse et la vraie vaisselle pour les adultes merci.

From the moment you walk in the hotel is so magical, every little detail makes it so beautiful, the kids really enjoyed it, the staff were really friendly and helpful. breakfast had a lot of variety. I would definitely recommend it and my kids are already asking to go back.

The bar food is a little expensive, although we expected this given the location.

Dès notre arrivée, le check In hyper lent alors qu'il y avait pas mal de gens à l'arrivée. Notre chambre était pas mal. Le lit un peu dur mais confortable. Le petit déjeuné n'était vraiment pas à la hauteur. On se serait cru dans une cantine d'entreprise voir un resto route. Comparativement à d'autre hôtel de gamme inférieur, très peu de varitété.

l'endroit

nous étions en voyage pro, et j'avais réservé aussi pour le spa, arrivée a l'hôtel, la réception nous dit que le spa ferme a 20h Nous arrivons au spa a 19h33 pour profitez 25 min. La responsable non signaler que de 1 le hamman n'est pas dispo et que pour la sauna, nous fermons a 19h45, donc ce n'est plus possible aujourd'hui. Résultat nous n'avons pas pu accéder ! Seul la piscine intérieur était accessible jusque 21h00, beaucoup d'enfant par contre qui crient ! la piscine extérieur était aussi fermée a 20h00

I loved how lively the vibe is, the green areas around the hotel. The staff are helpful.

L'accoglienza della hall bellissima spaziosa è profumata ,il personale per il check in gentile, disponibile,io ho beccato anche alla reception una persona che parlava anche italiano,una nota di merito al servizio gratuito di deposito bagagli custodito che offrono prima dell'orario del check in, il servizio navetta da e per eurodisney buono ma dovrebbero specificare meglio gli orari e dire che esiste anche un link per tracciare in real time i bus e anche per vedere il fine corsa del servizio .

Il bagno lasciare molto a desiderare secondo me non era da un hotel 4 ☆ ,la doccia era nella vasca molto scomoda per gli adulti ,i porta tovaglie non erano ben staffati al muro

Très beau hôtel, bien placé par rapport à Disneyland Paris. Chambre spacieuse et très belle rien à dire.

Le petit déjeuner. Le choix n'était pas au top, bacon était trop cuit, dur comme pas possible. Niveau quantité aussi, le personnel devait courrir remplir les choses car sa partait super vite comparé au nombre de personnes.. bref je pense qu'il faudrait regarder le niveau de qualité du petit-déjeuner. Par rapport à la chambre, faudrait penser a refaire les joint de la salle de bain, pour un hôtel de leur qualité ça fait mal tâche des joints noircis.

Hôtel magnifique, chambre très spacieuse et propre, salle de bain spacieuse également, mini frigo présent dans la chambre, prises électriques présentes un peu partout, grands miroirs, place pour poser ses valises, manteaux etc...

Bruit et dispositons des plats pour le petit déjeuner (grande salle), petit soucis au niveau du parking payant, une voiture s'est permise de sortir en même temps que moi, du coup j'ai payé pour lui aussi :) Manque de contrôle du coup à la barrière du parking,

Ça peut paraître bizarre mais l'odeur, ça sent incroyablement bon dans tout l'hôtel

La froideur de la réceptionniste (résa par booking en cause ?), le cafouillage au petit dejeuner (plus de couteaux, plus de bols, plus de pain et énormément de temps pour le réapprovisionnement) alors que les tables étaient loin d'être toutes occupées.

I absolutely loved the castle theme. Especially whilst staying at Disney! It really did give it that magical feel ✨ I was also very pleasantly surprised with the food in the buffet rotisserie restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious 😋 The pool was also a very lovely extra for when we didn’t go to the parks. Both in and outdoors were fabulous!

My only complaint would be the bathrooms were a little tired and the shuttle busses at peak times were near impossible to get on. Which is disappointing when you think the reason for booking the hotel is because you think you get a free shuttle included to then not use it and spend loads of extra money on Ubers!

Une nuit vraiment pas simple nous avons entendu toute la nuit un écoulement d’eau nous étions épuisé ! La navette vers Disney et retour une horreur …. On se croirait au moyen âge trop trop de monde!

We were ground floor and it was a little noisy Queues for breakfast at peak times Shuttle bus very busy and struggled to get on one on the way home from Disney. Not ideal everyone been crammed in when you have a small child. We ended up getting taxis back.

We will definitely be returning. Fantastic hotel, location, food, staff and facilities were all great. Really good breakfast selection for all the family. Beds were extremely comfy and we were given a complimentary upgrade on arrival which was a fantastic bonus and very much appreciated having a family of 4 and 2 very active children the extra space was great!

The shuttle bus is something to keep in mind if staying and travelling in to disney. We used it only one evening and then got taxis back due the other nights as it was absolute chaos and frankly dangerous for small children

Na aandringen bij de receptie dat onze eerste kamer een kamer van horror was kregen wij een upgrate. Complimenten aan max en Marco!

Het ontbijt! In de ochtend rijst en aardappelen en moussaka???? Geen gebakken aardappelschijfjes geen pancakes..alles te kruidig! Neem nooit een kingsroom op de 5e etage...een gevangeniscel ziet er beter uit. Kamers mogen gewoon niet meer verhuurd worden. Bedden zijn doorgezakt..een vloerbedekking vol met vlekken. Airco kapot. Wolken stofsluerten wat uut een airco hangt. Schimmel in badkamer en toilet br=rr. En een klein luikje wat fungeert als raam...

Schönes, familienfreundliches Hotel mit großzügigen Zimmern, gepflegter Gartenanlage und Pools. Besonders praktisch für einen Besuch im Disneyland ist der kostenlose Shuttlebus.

Beim Frühstück fehlten uns gesündere Optionen wie verschiedene Obstsorten; die Auswahl war insgesamt sehr toast- und gebäcklastig. Zudem funktionierte nur einer der sehr langsamen Aufzüge, die Wege zum Zimmer waren lang und der Parkplatz ausgesprochen teuer.

Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Camera accogliente e pulita,letto comodissimo. Ottima la possibilità di farsi un tè caldo al rientro in hotel. Splendida location.

The bathrooms were very worn and dated and the breakfast was like a cattle market with not tones of options is you wanted fruit or anything healthy. The shuttle bus was horrendous and really struggled to get on and it isn’t very frequent, they share it with 4 other hotels so impossible to get on it

Breakfast was plenty and good.

I was initially given a room that was neither ready nor clean. After raising the issue, I was moved to a second room. While this room was ready, the carpet had an unpleasant smell and there was no hand soap in the toilet. Overall, I found the cleanliness of the hotel quite disappointing. Even in the reception area, the iconic oval-shaped feature made with artificial grass was covered in dust that looked like it had been accumulating for a very long time. For a hotel presenting itself as a 4-star property, I expected much better attention to cleanliness and maintenance. I had also ordered a birthday package at the hotel restaurant as a surprise for my daughter. When we arrived, we were seated at a tiny table with just two balloons hanging above it. While we were already sitting there waiting to be served, a waitress came over with additional decorations and started setting them up. This completely took away from the surprise and made it obvious that the birthday package had not been properly prepared in advance. Overall, the experience did not meet the standard I would expect from a 4-star hotel. Between the cleanliness issues, the condition of the rooms, and the lack of preparation for a pre-booked birthday package, I genuinely don't understand how this hotel can be advertised as a 4-star property.

Frühstück mit Plastikteller,Frühstücksraum wie Buffet nicht sauber. Wenig Auswahl am Buffet. Garten ungepflegt, Zigarettenkippen überall. Zimmer überaltert. Sitzbänke sm Haupteingang voll Taubendreck wurdr in den 6 Tagen unseres Aufenthaltes nicht einmal gereinigt.

The property was big

The room was filthy, the carpets were disgusting and the room was full of dust. The WiFi hardly worked only in the bathroom. When we came back to our room the door had been left on the hatch. Staff member in the bar rolled her eyes at me when I said we ordered two salads not one then her attitude was absolutely disgraceful but no one seemed to care when we complained. The food was also absolutely disgusting for how much it cost - the buffet was so basic for the amount it cost. They need to put more coaches on after the fireworks as it’s way too crammed. Also drunk guests in the bar and the staff didn’t do anything to remove them even when kids are around. Would not recommend

Outside pool was beautiful and perfect for all the family. Indoor pool was great with a slide and rock pools. Loved the indoor play area for the kids and the smell in the hotel is divine! Not forgetting the lush bar area, it feels comfy like your at home. Easy to get to Disney land. Loved it.

Price of the food was expensive. Child buffet for a 4 year old was £25, he ate 2 sausages and a dessert …

Impossible de monter dans la navette au retour du parc - trop de monde - bousculade etc... Peu adapté à un 4 étoiles. La salle de bain dans la douche manquait de pression Le petit déjeuner était décevant, ressemblait beaucoup à celui de l'hotel Explorers qui est 3 étoiles - il y avait beaucoup de bruit et de monde. Le personnel semblait dépassé et n'était pas en mesure de répondre aux demandes des clients Possible d'améliorer sans gros investissement les équipements de la piscine pour encore plus plaire aux enfants

It’s gravitas, and it shuttle

The shuttle was a nightmare, and my grand children nearly got separated from us. Only by my wife standing in front of the bus did we manage to get them off.

Las moquette de las habitaciones eran extremadamente sucias y habíamos reservado para adultos y nos dieron camas de niños, tuvimos prácticamente un día sin habitación porque no había camas para adultos disponibles, pero tuvimos que pagarlo el día de todos modos. Todo en el Hotel exageradamente caro.

Good location, clean in communal areas and nice pool area outdoors. They also offer taxi shuttle to shopping outlets which was very convenient.

Breakfast was very basic. Any food and drink was extremely expensive - order from uber eats instead. Shuttle at end of the day back from park was an absolute nightmare - need at least double the bus numbers after fireworks show so advise pre booking a taxi.

Room was worn out and bathroom mouldy. The staff are truly miserable. The bar area is not big enough to accommodate the number of guests staying here (thousands). Very unorganised staff. Drunk and disorderly guests causing havoc. The breakfast was a whole other level of awful. Hundreds of tables crammed into a hall. It's survival of the fittest 🤣. Absolutely everything I hate about a hotel. And then you have to pay for parking to exit. The staff didn't seem at all surprised when we complained.

The entrance hall is nice and it is close to Disneyland. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool though I found it dirty. Bar had nice cocktails.

I came across a few extremely rude staff members, in particular the bar manager who was working in the reception bar on 28th August. When querying whether there was another choice of dessert as part of the children’s menu (24 euros for a main, drink and a baby food pouch of apple sauce) he was so rude to me and I saw him afterwards speaking rudely about me to another customer. This experience was extremely upsetting, not to mention the fact there isn’t even a ball of ice cream for kids dessert when you’re paying 24 euros for a kids menu. Bar food was average. I should say, however, the two other young chaps working that evening were delightful, and made good cocktails. Furthermore, we had to pay 17 euros per day for parking which we were not informed about ahead of our stay. Our safe in our room kept breaking and we had to have it reset numerous times. The phone in our room did not work to call reception so we had to go to reception every time to report it, including late at night on returning from Disney. The bedroom smells so bad and does not feel clean at all. The breakfast was awful, bad quality food, stressful, food had constantly run out (I didn’t even know there was fruit until the third day as it wasn’t replenished), the plates were cheap and dirty. A bottle of water costs 6 euros in the shop so make sure you bring your own! Or better yet, don’t bother staying here.

Gym opened too late, for me anyways, I like to go early but 10am open is too late. Restaurant was very expensive but food was ok. Shuttle bus was horrendous, I had older children so we walked when we couldn’t get on but the disappointment on some of the little kids faces when they couldn’t get on was sad. Outside bar was suppose to be open but wasn’t, although the weather wasn’t 100% it was still ok, but I’m British so all weathers is good to me….

Behulpzaam personeel, ontbijt was voldoende en goed georganiseerd, geluiddichte kamers.

Onze kamer was pas om half 5 beschikbaar, werd nog schoongemaakt. Binnenzwembad erg druk en klein. Helaas geen weer voor het buitenzwembad. Het dinerbuffet zag er goed uit, maar de drankjes waren echt loeiduur: € 11,-- voor een glas wijn. Van tevoren werd niet aangegeven hoe je de parkeerkosten moest betalen. We waren gewaarschuwd, maar het was dringen en duwen in de bussen.

Het eten was goed en netjes verzorgt

Het zwembad buiten was slecht in de kwaliteit. Mijn dochter had oorontsteking en ik heb oogontsteking opgelopen.

Bathrooms are a little tired. Time for an upgrade. Toilet was pretty grim and the grime was stuck on so couldn’t clean it. Also be aware the pool is not supervised. One afternoon we had an idyllic swim with other considerate families. However, the second day we went there were children who were not supervised and one man who allowed his very young children to repeatedly jump and splash me in the jacuzzi. Despite me asking for them to stop he seemed to find it funny and so I ended up getting out which was a shame. This is not really the hotels fault as they clearly state that it is not supervised and the rules are clearly stated. But it does mean you are at the mercy of the consideration of other guests.

Having an indoor and outdoor pool and location for Disneyland was great The view from our room was beautiful.

Inside pool was not heated Staff were not friendly and rude. Bunkbeds could do with being replaced and the bathroom could do with being updated. Had to go back to reception 4 times for our keys to work properly and was stuck downstairs with no access to the lift to get upstairs with out wheelchair

Un séjour magique au Dream Castle ! ✨ J’ai adoré la proximité de Disneyland Paris, l’ambiance qui prolonge vraiment la magie de Disney, ainsi que la qualité du restaurant : les plats étaient excellents et très bien préparés. La piscine est également un vrai plus. Tout était parfait pour un séjour en famille, nous avons adoré !

Le confort de la literie et la navette pour nous rendre aux parcs.

Etablissement sale et pas entretenu. Couloirs avec moquettes tachées et détritus qui trainent devant les portes des chambres. Vestiaires piscine sales, je ne parle même pas de l'état du pédiluve. Pas de surveillance à la piscine donc certains clients se croient tout permis, en prenant le toboggan pour un plongeoir. Parfum d'ambiance qui vous prend la gorge. Parking payant qui vous refroidis dès votre arrivée. Dream Castle, loin de vendre du rêve !

The facilities for the children were quite good, lovely pools and nice comfortable beds

Some of the staff were rude, bar staff would chat to themselves before deciding to serve you and my glass of wine got smaller as the week went on, not even up to the measure line. The waiting staff were unpleasant at breakfast.
