Spent Four euros on the motor bike and driving games. Changed some money at bar he didn’t say they were out of order. Complained to lady on reception asked for money back. She said nothing to do with the hotel and wouldn’t give me any money back. Surely the hotel could refund money to me and get money from company or at least put an ‘out of order ‘ on the machines. Annoying and had a very disappointed child.

We had an issue with the AC and were struggling to sleep at night. I think the AC has a fixed 25’c setpoint by the management of hotel and the system only allows to adjust the offset by -3 degrees. The room was constantly at 22.8’c which was uncomfortable.

The team were exceptional! Every single person that we interacted with were so warm and lovely, there is not a bad thing to say. The grounds were lovely, I really wish we stayed an extra night to actually enjoy the hotel. We checked in before we went to Disney so we left our bags with concierge for when we came back. When we got back from a long day of exploring the bags were already in our room so we could have a shower and hop into bed. The rooms are a generous size and spotless! Thank you for a wonderful stay. Hopefully we’ll be back soon :)

We had a pleasant stay at Crowne Plaza Marne La Vallée. Excellent breakfast with variety to select from and perfect fit Disneyland. There was a shuttle running every 30 minutes for drop off and pick up. Neat and spacious room, friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff, especially Lea at the front desk. Jaqath and the team at the bar made our stay very memorable.

There was no transportation from the facility to the airport. Our flight was early in the morning and every taxi or uber we requested kept cancelling. The hotel could arrange that at least prebooking and at a fee. Another thing I didn't like the spa wasn't functional. I had facial and massage on my bucket list and couldn't cross it out

We really appreciated the service that was supplied and the amount of areas that the hotel had, though we did not get to explore them all in our trip.we will surely love to be back again.The breakfast team were great with their service and the icing on the cake was that Disneyland was just 10 minutes away.

The keycard did cause us some trouble sometimes but was rectified as soon as we mentioned it.

I have stayed in this hotel for 3 times the last one was exceptional. They have renovated the rooms and the facilities. They have added bidet which is so important for me and most of Arabic and Asian people 😇 Same stuff and same great welcoming and smiles.

We had an overall pleasant stay at Crowne Plaza Marne La Vallée. Taking 2 points off because of parking problem (expensive). The breakfast was absolutely amazing, with a great variety of options. The shuttle service to Disneyland runs every 30 minutes, which is very convenient. The hotel was clean, tidy, and well maintained. Having a kettle in the room was also a nice touch. We ordered dinner to the room. Chef was amazing. Meals that we ordered was delicious. The swimming pool was lovely — quiet, peaceful, and a great place to relax after a busy day. Another feature we really appreciated was the water dispensers on each floor, where you can refill your bottle with both cold still water and sparkling water. Cons: Unfortunately, the shuttle bus driver was quite rude and seemed very irritated, which made the experience uncomfortable. The parking is also extremely expensive. The hotel has its own parking area, yet guests are charged €20 per day. In my opinion, this is far too expensive, especially for hotel guests. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and especially appreciated the breakfast, cleanliness, pool, and convenient Disneyland shuttle service. The main areas for improvement would be the attitude of the shuttle drivers and the high parking fee.

Having just undergone a full renovation and rebranding just 2 weeks before our stay, everything was fresh and new in this beautiful hotel in a lovely rural setting only a few minutes from Disneyland Paris. The hotel is far enough away from the theme parks that it is in a quiet setting, but only a few minutes away by car or shuttle. All the staff were lovely and Théo at check in was very kind and professional, providing plenty of information about the hotel and its amenities, he even called to ensure everything was in order with the room once we’d arrived. We did have an issue with the TV not working and he sent a technician immediately—the room was literally just remodeled so little hiccups like this are expected and not an issue. Our IHG status was recognised at check in and there was a lovely welcome note with macarons and sweets waiting for us in the room. The room itself, a Premium Room with Sofa Bed, was quite spacious and perfect for us as a family of 3. The new design was fresh and chic while still feeling plush and premium. The only small criticism I would have is that there were no bathrobes or slippers provided, something I would expect in a Premium room at a Crowne Plaza. The courtyard terrace is quite pleasant and there is a swimming pool and spa, though we did not have time to use these facilities as we spent most of the weekend at Disneyland. The shuttle to Disneyland Paris was very convenient and ran every half hour in both directions. Overall a very pleasant stay and a well-done renovation. We will certainly stay here again on a future trip to Disneyland Paris.

This hotel near Disneyland Paris rebranded to Crowne Plaza 2 days prior to our arrival, and the check in experience was great! We were recognised as One Rewards Members and the rooms were ready. Great newly designed lobby, spacious rooms which open, shower in the bathtub. Also offers an indoor pool. Breakfast was a bit basic, but with a good omelette station. Dinner menu and service could still be further improved and menu too limited. We really enjoyed the good parking facilities and complementary shuttle bus to Disneyland. Would stay again.

Le petit déjeuner du temps du radisson était un peu « fournis » cela étant c’était très bien.

Le personnel est sympa, mais la politique commerciale est celle d'un hôtel de bas étage.

Le rapport qualité prix est desastreux, quand on vend des nuits a 500€, on amène le service qui va avec ! !

I booked two rooms through IHG: one premium room using points and one standard room. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and I would like to acknowledge that the reception and restaurant staff were generally polite and friendly. The hotel location is also very good. However, the premium room did not really feel premium compared with my experiences at other IHG hotels. For example, there was only one bathrobe in the room, even though there were two guests. I also expected a coffee machine in a premium room, but only instant coffee sachets were provided. When I asked reception, I was told that a coffee machine could be sent to the room, which I found surprising, as I would have expected this to be provided as standard rather than having to request it. In the end, I never received one. The restaurant experience was also disappointing. On the first day, we ordered a fruit salad and had to follow up after around 30 minutes. It eventually arrived after almost 50 minutes, and it seemed the order had been forgotten. On the second day, my family and I ordered lunch, and one of the dishes was supposed to include avocado. When we pointed out that the avocado was missing, the response we received was that other customers had been served the same dish with avocado. I showed the plate, but the issue was not properly acknowledged. I also noticed that several areas of the hotel were under renovation during my stay, including the swimming pool and the bar. This affected the overall experience, and I would have appreciated clearer communication about this before or during the booking process. Another issue was related to payment. I settled everything at the hotel before leaving. Later that afternoon, I received a notification that an additional amount in euros had been attempted from my card. When I informed the hotel, I was asked to contact IHG directly, despite the attempted charge appearing to come from the hotel. This added unnecessary confusion after checkout. Overall, while the staff were polite, the rooms were comfortable, and the location is great, the experience did not meet the standard I would expect from a hotel of this level, especially for a premium room. Based on this stay, I am not sure I would choose this property again if I return to the area.

We booked this hotel mainly because of the advertised heated indoor swimming pool and wellness area, which were closed due to renovation works. This was never communicated before or during check-in, despite being a major reason for choosing the hotel. What disappointed us most was the complete lack of interest from the staff in finding a fair solution or making our stay more enjoyable after the problem was discovered. The attitude was indifferent and unhelpful. We would never have booked this hotel if we had known the pool and wellness facilities were unavailable.

After a disappointing first night at a nearby resort, we transferred to the Hotel Paris Marne-la-Vallée, and it completely turned our vacation around. From the moment we arrived for dinner on Tuesday evening, the service was flawless. The restaurant staff were incredibly attentive and accommodating to our two young children, making us feel entirely welcome. The reception team was equally outstanding. Theo assisted us in securing a room for the remaining three nights of our trip. He was highly professional and kindly upgraded our family of four to a spacious suite. This was a massive highlight, allowing our boys to sleep soundly and uninterrupted after hectic days at Disneyland. Every aspect of the dining experience was excellent. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, and the staff were consistently polite and efficient. We would like to give a special mention to the female blonde staff member who managed both the breakfast beverage service and the bar/restaurant in the evenings; her hospitality was exceptional and she was brilliant with our children. While the pool and spa area were closed for renovation during our stay, management proactively informed us before booking, so this did not impact our experience. Additionally, the complimentary Disney shuttle bus made commuting to the parks completely effortless. The only minor drawback is that parking is not included in the room rate. It costs an additional €20 per day, and because the automated barrier payment machine was out of order, we had to settle the balance at reception. While inconvenient, it did not take away from an otherwise perfect stay. We will absolutely choose this hotel for our next Disney trip and highly recommend it to other families. Thank you so much!

Wonderful staff, kind, accommodating, thoughtful and friendly. I cannot speak highly enough of them. They looked after us from the first moment. Our room was excellent. The concierge was a wonderfully helpful man who remembered us throughout our stay. I must give special thanks to Marine, Sabri and Matar at breakfast. We told them it was our son's birthday. Without asking they brought out a cake, wonderfully decorated, sang happy birthday and Marine gave him a present. We were so moved by this and every morning after we got high fives and smiles. They are a credit to the hotel and we will never forget their kindness. I hope they are appreciated by their employers. We will be sure to tell everyone how successful wonderful our experience has been. Thank you everyone.

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel did not meet our expectations. We expected better from an IHG hotel and were very disappointed by the IHG brand. During our four-day, three-night stay, water and amenities were provided in the rooms only once. On the other days, we returned from the park to find that not even a single bottle of water had been left for us. One of our rooms was cleaned twice, while the room where my son stayed was cleaned only once. On the day it was cleaned, no towels were provided, and many things were left out of place. I will include photos showing what this hotel considers “cleaning.” The transportation between the hotel and Disneyland Paris was also unreliable. On two occasions, we had to wait far too long. One day, we waited 40 minutes and called the hotel twice, only to be told each time that the shuttle was already on its way. The only positive part of our stay was the excellent service provided by one of the restaurant servers during dinner. Her attention and service were impeccable. Overall, the quality and service do not justify the price, especially for families.

Always been served by the great barman Jagath. He’s so attentive and good. Reception team were very helpful with our room mixups, quick to help and very helpful.

Perfect location for Eurodisney with a free shuttle every 30 minutes to-and-from. The restaurant manager at breakfast was brilliant. The staff at the front desk was super helpful on several occasions, including late at night with a sick child.

Main thing is you need to pay for parking at the hotel, which is cheeky (€20 p/day). Thankfully, the parking machine was broken and so managed to get 3.5 days free. Some signs of wear-and-tear, both exterior and interior. If this gets sorted there would be little to complain about, considering price point and proximity to the park.

We booked this very last minute after an Airbnb let us down. The lobby area upon arriving is beautiful and very friendly welcome. The rooms are spacious and well equipped (and great AC). Breakfast wasn’t included in our rate but approx €25pp for adults and free for our kids. They have a shuttle running every 30 mins to and from Disney - very reliable. The grounds of the hotel are gorgeous, wonderful play area for kids and bike lanes. Plenty of parking too! Restaurant on site was good with a decent bar. My only recommendation would be a few more family friendly casual bar snacks. If visiting Disney in the future I wouldn’t stay anywhere else, this is our hotel for future Disney visits! we look forward to returning in the future.

Conveniently located for Disneyland. Lobby and communal areas and gardens were lovely. Staff were all very helpful and attentive. Breakfast was very nice with plenty of both hot and cold choices.

Swimming pool and spa not currently open however I believe these are in the process of being refurbished.

Location. Communal areas clean and appealing. Service desk very helpful. Food was good and the kids were accomodated for their tastes.

The room was tired. The bathroom had mould round the shower and limescale in the toilet. No attention to detail on the cleaning and there seemed to be a plastic sheet on the bed causing you to be uncomfortable.

The hotel views worth everything, calming and relaxing atmosphere. Stuff are friendly and worth mentioning room service, special thanks to Emirnije, she was so helpful and kind. Food is really delicious !

We booked for pool, and despite email stating pool would be open in time for our stay, it was not. One of the sinks in my room - the plug didn’t work and despite room being cleaned during my stay the sink was not fixed and so was full of stagnant water for two days. The shower head leaked and sprayed all over the place and a crack in the bath meant everytime I showered the bathroom floor was flooded.

The staff at this hotel were absolutely incredible and so accommodating and helpful. The rooms were spacious and so comfortable. When the renovation is complete it will be amazing!

No hot water at stages, Monday evening and Tuesday morning. Seemed to fix itself by Tuesday evening. Not pleasant. Requested milk from hotel for coffee machine and was charged over €3 for a mug of milk. This surely should be free of charge. Also the spa facilities were not in operation, we received no prior warning of this and we had plans to utilise on the final morning.

Handy location for Disney parks with regular, reliable shuttle buses every 30 mins.

We have stayed at this Hotel before but it is currently undergoing alterations & facilities are reduced. The temperature in our room made it very uncomfortable to sleep. It was constantly at 23.5-24C even with the ineffective Air-conditioning on full. We reported it straight away & we were assured that someone had checked it out but it still made no difference to the digital display showing 23-24C. On the last morning we wanted to use the pool before our late afternoon flight home, only to be told it was closed for refurbishment.
