The hotel is ideal for relaxing by the pool without a need of going out. The hotel site is very unique in the old Balinese village style, the garden, trees, flowers, little fountains across the site and temple by the beach are beautiful. They had good all inclusive offers and the wholes setup and customers reminded me of a cruise ship experience, but on land. We liked the option to use the rooftop pool besides the main one (you’d have to be in a specific room type). Breakfast was okay, the usual choice. Staff was super nice and friendly.

The room on the ground floor and a bit dark, and had a mouldy smell. It was also interconnecting with all sorts of noise from the room next door. We didn’t the open bathroom concept, very inconvenient even for a couple travelling (but would be comfortable for 1 person). Room was more or less okay upon arrival, but didn’t seem to be cleaned properly during the service or perhaps the deep cleaning is required as some marks on a wall, mirror, etc might go away and make it look better. My husband had something that looked like bed bugs bites on day 3, however, since we’ve left the hotel - we can not check it. The A/C in a room works like a proper airplane engine. Very loud, so had to be kept at minimum to minimize the sounds as well. The umbrella fall down on us at the rooftop pool area and when my husband was catching it, he stepped on a broken glass that turns out to be all around the pool daybed. At the same time, one of the staff members was eager to register my room for replacing the the towels where drinks were spilled instead of offering some sort of first aid kit. Be aware of what’s happening on your shift and working area. Lastly, all of the above was reported to the manager on duty and he did nothing. We’re told “thank you for reporting, we’ll you’re leaving tomorrow, there’s nothing I can do”. I can probably list you about 10 things that he could do, but decided not to bother. …and please do not send me an automatic response to this review, either read it and action or do’y bother (just like your manager on duty).

Too far away from everything

Clean and comfortable, staff are kind and friendly , the grounds and gardens and kept tidy and the Balinese style of the hotel is inviting.the beach and lounges are excellent The main pool is fabulous .

Unfortunately you cannot really swim in the sea as even at high tied the water is too low.( this could be because of the full moon ) but this has nothing to do with hotel. Generally it’s this particular coast line as walking along the 5km beach front it was the same across it. The hotel has an all inclusive offer, however we did not know about this and when we checked in it was not offered to us. Having said that I would still recommend this hotel. The main issue for us was the location. There was not a lot of entertainment around at night within short walking distance., yes there are a few very nice restaurants, but not much in terms of bars , there is the main nusa dua strip a taxi ride away , however generally there is are not too many bars around in comparison to the more populated areas.

Das Hotel ist alt und entspricht auf gar keinen Fall einem 5 Sterne Niveau. Das Club Haus ist moderner, hier benötigt man allerdings einen extra Zutritt. Rs kommen nur Gäste an den Rooftop Pool, die im Club Haus wohnen oder es extra bezahlen! Ich würde es nicht nochmal buchen!

Die Lage am Meer

Leider hat unser Zimmer sehr muffig und schimmelig gerochen, woraufhin wir nach 5 Tagen zwar ein anderes Zimmer erhielten, jedoch waren es dann auch nur noch zwei Nächte…. Außerdem war das Personal sehr unfreundlich und nicht herzlich. Das Hotel ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und das Zimmer war auch nur mangelhaft sauber. Problemlösungen waren grundsätzlich schwierig und das Frühstück war auch eher mangelhaft. Wir sind keine Menschen, die sich bei jedem kleinen bisschen beschweren, jedoch gab es hier so viel, was enttäuschend war, dass ich das nun einmal schreiben muss. Ich kann das Hotel auf jeden Fall nicht zu diesem Preis empfehlen. Es hat nichts mit Luxus oder 5-Sterne Hotel zu tun.

Breakfast was delicious. The beach was beautiful when the ride was in. Room was clean and maintained everyday.

Wir haben unsere letzten zwei Tage unserer 17-tägigen Bali-Rundreise im Bali Tropic Resort verbracht. Das Hotel ist sehr schön und im Balinesischem Stil gebaut. Wir hatten drei Bungalow-Zimmer, die wirklich sehr geräumig und hübsch gestaltet waren. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Frühstücksbuffet ausgezeichnet.

Leider ist das Hotel voll mit übergewichtigen mitteleuropäischen All-Inklusive-Touristen, die um die halbe Welt fliegen und dort nicht auf Ihr Schnitzel mit Pommes verzichten möchten. Das Bild ist das selbe, das man aus jedem All-Inklusive-Hotel in Europa kennt. Das Hotel ist schön, hat aber überhaupt nichts mit dem richtigen Bali zu tun.

The adults section was good and not too crowded. The food was for the most part nicely presented and good quality.

The room we were given was right near the busy main road. Many of the rooms in the adult section had large gaps under the entrance doors and no quiet door close. The corridors were exposed to outside noise as not closed in parts. Breakfast buffet was adequate but low quality.

Un tempio sulla costa di nusa dua. Struttura non nuovissima, si vede, ma in perfetto stile balinese. Buona posizione e buona anche la colazione. Ci hanno fatto un upgrade con la club room. Camera molto spaziosa e lo staff molto cordiale

PUZZAVA. Un odore di umido nauseante. L'umidità era tale che i vestiti in valigia dopo un giorno erano diventati bagnati. Hanno sicuramente problemi con il sistema di aria condizionata perchè la umidità dovrebbe proprio toglierla...

Communication with staff was difficult and as we were no there as an “all inclusive” holidayer we were told very little. We had no idea how things worked for us as they seemed to focus on their all inclusive people Very few Aussies so found they were a little more focused on their Europeans that were there

We booked a club room with a private rooftop pool but then found out that it was for all guests but no children and if I had known that I would of booked a bungalow and had a nice view.

Not enough sun loungers on the beach Reception staff - a bit hit and miss and they want you to walk to reception for everything. Things that in many other hotels can be done via phone or WhatsApp messaging

The staff dealt with our complaints!

- reception staff were unhelpful - each room was dark - no full length mirrors - found multiple cockroaches in the shower and bathroom (one was dead with ants around it) - toilet smelt of a strong drainage and didn’t flush For a 5 star hotel, I wouldn’t recommend. We were meant to stay for 3 days however we checked out of the 2nd day because it was that terrible

Lovely staff, and beautiful location/architecture. The only low points were the electrical in our room was not all function, and there are very few available outlets for charging phones or personal electronics.

Better options for personal electronics charging. More clear info on how the lights work in the rooms.

Heel mooi groot hotel. Balinese stijl. Ontbreekt aan niks. Aan het strand met ook mooie zwembaden.

Inchecken echt pas om 15:00. Alle mensen die inchecken tegelijk. Dat geeft wat onrust. Hotel heeft ook een all-inclusief mogelijkheid. Dat past minder bij ons.

Direttamente su una bella piccola baia. Molto bello l’insieme delle casette che costituiscono il resort in stile balinese, immerse in un caratteristico e ben tenuto giardino tropicale. Bello il tempio. Cibo e bevande ottimi. Staff della ristorazione, giardinaggio e pulizia gentilissimo e sorridente.

La nostra stanza, che era una standard, aveva il terrazzo ma non arrivava mai la luce del sole perché avevamo di fronte e molto vicino un altro edificio (coperto di una brutta vegetazione finta) Lo staff della reception superficiale nel fornire informazioni (se non addirittura mancante rispetto, ad esempio, alcuni servizi disponibili). In più di un’occasione ci hanno detto di aspettare seduti nella hall in attesa di risposte alle domande che gli avevamo fatto. Abbiamo aspettato seduti per 20/30 minuti e non ricevendo aggiornamenti, siamo tornati da loro per scoprire che la risposta c’era già ma non ci avevano informati. Da questo punto di vista, la reception è davvero lacunosa. Lenti e macchinosi.

Una delle poche strutture della zona che rispetta l'architettura balinese. Servizio spiaggia ottimo. Ottima colazione. Bellissima la ocean walk che permette di raggiungere le altre spiagge della costa, a piedi o in bicicletta, senza dover per forza uscire sulla strada

Abbiamo soggiornato nella Club Suite, praticamente un mini appartamento con angolo cucina, salotto e camera da letto. Tanto spazio non sfruttato. Era presente un solo piccolo armadio che poteva contenere gli indumenti di uno solo ospite.

Nothing at all

Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The cleanliness was far below an acceptable standard. Our room was not cleaned properly during our stay, and overall hygiene was poor. The food was also terrible — we even found hairs in the food, which was completely unacceptable. The most concerning incident was that it appeared someone had tried to break into or tamper with our safe. This made us feel very uncomfortable and unsafe, especially since a hotel should be a place where guests can trust that their belongings are secure. The staff were generally polite and friendly, which is one of the few positive things I can say. However, the service was extremely slow and requests took far too long to be handled. Considering the lack of cleanliness, very poor food quality, inadequate housekeeping and the serious issue with the safe, I would not recommend this hotel.

Zuwenig Liegestühle am Strand. Es gab den typischen Run am morgen früh auf die Liegestühle. Alles war immer besetzt ohne das die Gäste auf den Liegestühlen waren. Sehr mühsam!

Nothing the place is fantastic

Well maintained.

We had been in Bali for 10 days, staying in villas and home stays. Decided to treat ourselves to a retreat for the last two days before we flew home. We were placed at the back of the retreat right next to the busy road. We asked to be moved but were told that there were no rooms left, although another guest complained also about the noise and was promptly given keys to a better one whilst I was standing there. We were told that we could move in the morning when a room became available, at no time did reception staff contact us re availability. Will only use villas and home stays in the future. They are better priced and offer personal service.

Great property. Balinese style rooms and gardens are immaculate.

Struttura molto bella, sul mare, con le stanze in stile Balinese. Il personale veramente gentile. Stanze grandi e pulite. Piscina molto bella con bar interno.

Relaxing, good amenities

Swim up bar was short staffed. The À la Carte menu was a bit limited in choices, no specials offered. Buffet lunch and dinner options were on the high price side.

Staff and resort were brilliant! Loved the Balinese style of the resort, it was so pretty! Loved being so close to the beach. And having a 24hr kitchen more of a bonus!

The bed was a little hard.

The property was good surrounded by all kinds of beautiful tropical fruits.Breakfast and support with tea and coffee 10/10. Supermarket right infront of the resort.

The smell in the toilet was unbearable, smoking Zone at the pool bar would have been much better as kids were also in the pool. And people were smoking round the clock at the pool bar and also at the sun bed making it difficult to have some fresh air to enjoy than passive smoking air.

We booked deluxe bungalows which are all only rooms, not bungalows, I was I initially given a second floor room but complained and was moved to ground floor. There is only one pool for use but property advertising two pools. Not enough lounges for everyone. False advertising.

booked the Adults Only Club Rooms 18+. This is a new building with very nice rooms, very comfortable beds, bath in the room and plenty of space. The environment outside the rooms is relaxing with fish pools and a nice smell around the hotel. Rooftop pool is absolutely fabulous with sunbeds and daybeds (although not many so they are sometimes taken).

As this is not in the prestigious gated development of Nusa Dua, the local area outside the hotel can be dirty with plastic pollution. In fact just to the left of the resort boundary on the beach is an empty plot where a lot of rubbish is dumped. Not great if you want to walk along the beach. As a family we don't usually like this type of resort but it was fine for a short time to relax inbetween the backpacking. Could not stay here any longer a we are not fans of the buffet style restaurants.

ロケーションもよく、レストランは3軒とも雰囲気も味も良かった。 建物やホテルの雰囲気はバリらしくガーデンも美しかったです。

とにかく設備が古い。 まず部屋に入ったらカビ臭くて一気にアレルギーが出てしまいました。 バスにお湯は溜まらない。 掃除も埃がはっきり見えるぐらい溜まってる。謎の茶色い毛の塊がふわふわ出てくる。 お湯ぬるい。空気清浄機を用意してもらいましたが全くカビ臭さは軽減されず、部屋を替えてもらいました。 替わった部屋には、アロマを炊いてくれていたので最初は気が付かなかったけど、出先から帰ってきたらやっぱりカビ臭かったです。 洗面所のボールもお風呂もひび割れていてそういうのが全く気にならない人には素敵なホテルです。 エコなお値段なので仕方ないかなと思いますが、タオルも、石鹸もギリギリでした。

The resort comprised of little villas with lovely communal garden with 3 restaurants and 3 outdoor swimming pools with the beach within yards of the property. The room and the furnishings were lovely, the breakfast had good variety and staff were always friendly and helpful. Didn’t have a chance to use the massive bathtub in the room as the pools were so inviting.

For a 4 star hotel the reception staff did not understand simple questions in English. The message I had sent requesting 2pm check-in was not answered and the receptionist kept thinking I meant massage when I asked her about my message. They had the most basic knowledge and I gave up after trying to get information from them.
