I did not like the experience at all and genuinely regret spending my money on this resort. The property is highly deteriorated and poorly maintained, and in my opinion, it does not deserve to be called a 5-star resort. The overall condition of the facilities and structure was very disappointing.

Very disappointing stay at Holiday Inn Resort Nusa Dua. The property is deteriorated and poorly maintained, with unpleasant odours in several areas. My first room had a strong foul smell, and the alternative room had a drainage issue in the bathroom sink. Luggage assistance was also unavailable at checkout. I ended up spending much of my time at the nearby Courtyard by Marriott for the spa and dinner. For a property marketed as 5-star, the cleanliness, maintenance, and service were well below expectations. This experience was extremely disappointing, and I will not stay at any Holiday Inn property again.

The hotel is very clean, the employees are friendly, breakfast and dinner were very nice, we stayed as a family, we had a spa, we were very satisfied, it was the most normal hotel I have ever stayed in, thank you

We had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Resort Bali Nusa Dua by IHG. The hotel is in a beautiful location, the rooms and facilities are very comfortable, and the whole atmosphere is perfect for a relaxing family holiday. The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and helpful, and they made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. We especially appreciated how family-friendly the resort is — our son really enjoyed his time here. The beachfront location, pool area, breakfast, and overall service made our stay in Nusa Dua very enjoyable. A great choice for families visiting Bali, and we would happily stay here again. 5/5 – Highly recommended!

Very child friendly

The room was smelly and dirty. Curtains and the shower curtains also need to be changed regularly to maintain high cleanliness especially in Family rooms.

Great family hotel. Lots of kids so if you want a quiet couples retreat, this isn't it 😉 Great pool area, very comfortable rooms with everything you need. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Real genuine happy help. Nice. Breakfast is good. Not my number 1 resort breakfast ever but still good. I reckon the food offering generally is only good. Not fantastic. Quite limited local offering. At least 75% Western menu. Otherwise the quality is fine. We loved doing the conservation baby turtle release. It was a highlight

Toutes activité interdite après 19h ( billard, air hockey, kicker) cela dans une réception immense non climatisée! Le bar fermé à 22h ! Les transats à la plage ou à la piscine à “réserver” le service nul ! Les chambres pas coté à côté alors que réservées et promises…

The family room was incredible! 3 rooms for our family was amazing and fitted us comfortably with our 3 kids. The pool was lovely, super relaxing. Plus the sea views from pool/ room, amazing. Buffet breakfasts were wonderful

Maybe not enough sun loungers in school holiday. Maybe the dinner selections a bit limited.

Had an amazing time at Holiday Inn Resort Nusa Dua. Excellent facilities, beautiful location, and fantastic hospitality. A special shoutout to Dwi at reception for going above and beyond to assist us—Dwi’s friendly and efficient service truly made our stay extra special. Highly recommended!

1. Nice stuff 2. Baby club even though we did not ho there 3: room clean, but dust in the surfaces was not cleaned

1. Sea side very dirty, nobody cleans the beach, if to ho not the sol it is much cleaner there 2. No normal marking were to swim in the sea is safe 3. Baby had a virus on the last days of stay and they allowed to extend check out only for 2 hours. 4. Hotel for the kids but no onsite doctor and no life guards. 5. Cuisine could be better

Great location on the beachfront. A short taxi to many lovely restaurants (look for Bali Collection). Exceptionally clean and tidy hotel. Every single member of staff were friendly, happy and super helpful. The hotel is great value for money and I would thoroughly recommend.

Had a amazing stay, facilities are good. I especially liked activities including iridik lesson teached by Wijana and Sugar. Will definitely come back.

Notre séjour au Holiday Inn Resort Nusa Dua a été tout simplement exceptionnel. Tout était réuni pour passer des vacances inoubliables : un hôtel magnifique, des chambres confortables et impeccables, une restauration de qualité, des installations parfaitement entretenues et une atmosphère chaleureuse. Mais ce qui fait réellement la différence, c’est la gentillesse, le professionnalisme et le sourire permanent de l’ensemble du personnel. Je souhaite adresser une mention toute particulière à Wira. J’ai malheureusement oublié une importante somme d’argent au bord de la piscine. Ce n’est que deux heures plus tard que je m’en suis rendu compte. Dès que je l’ai informé, Wira a immédiatement mobilisé toute son énergie pour retrouver mon argent. Grâce à son honnêteté, sa réactivité et sa détermination, il a réussi à le retrouver et me l’a rapporté intégralement. Dans un monde où l’honnêteté est une qualité précieuse, Wira en est un parfait exemple. Son comportement mérite toute ma reconnaissance et mon plus profond respect. Un immense merci à Wira ainsi qu’à toute l’équipe du Holiday Inn Resort Nusa Dua pour leur accueil et leur professionnalisme. Je recommande cet hôtel les yeux fermés et j’y reviendrai avec grand plaisir.

Toute était parfait

Bel emplacement, piscines grandes et bien entretenues. Resto de qualité. Le point fort: Personnel très avenant et souriant (spécialement Nudi) Chambres très propres et confortables

Les deux seuls petits points d améliorations sont : Les gens qui mettent leurs essuies sur les transats à 8h et qui monopolisent toute la journée. Les bateaux pour les activités qui accostent dans l espace de l hôtel à seulement quelques mètres des nageurs (hyper dangereux pour les enfants)

Location is perfec In that area, has a good beach view for sunbath and water sports. Nearby there are circle K, indo market convinent stores, restaurants. Atomsphere is superb, very suitable for family and couple. Children can play all day In the swimming pool, couple can enjoy and the beach seat or the bar. They also has some free daily acitivies like mornIng yoga, art, stone paintIng for visitors which is a very great experience (Yoga class/bracelet making tutor Agus is experienced and nice!) Room is big, clean and relax. But the Door soundproof is not too good, bit noisy at night. One thing to mentioned is their spa. It is a very relax experience and the Frangipani message oil and rattan handbag are the must buy souvenir there. Things to improve I would say the room soundproof, food variety. And it is better to have more advertisement for their activities classes (cos most of the time people don't know there is a activity and believe many of us is willing to attend)

We stayed here for 2 weeks and loved it. The hotel is immaculate, with incredible attention to detail (I even saw a cleaner using a toothbrush to clean the balcony handrail!) The customer service is exceptional and truly sets this hotel apart. Every member of staff was friendly, welcoming, and couldn’t do enough to help. A special thank you to Desak and her wonderful Food & Beverage team, who greeted us by name every day and made us feel so welcome. Umar on reception was also incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. The breakfast selection is excellent and plentiful, the beachfront location is fantastic, and there are plenty of sunbeds available for relaxing. There’s also a small gym with all the basics you need, and the hotel is very family-friendly, making it ideal for those travelling with young children. If you’re looking for a hotel in Nusa Dua with outstanding service, immaculate standards, and a great location, this is it. We would 100% recommend staying here and can’t wait to return.

I love stay here, the view was so good and happy to know that in this hotel has staff who speak chinese I think seli because I always call her mei yun, it help me a lot to asking many things. I love the breakfast and I love the ambience. The room was so clean, this resort location also near with water sport. Will recommend to my friend.

I got the sunrise by the pool, not big but warm and enough for our little family. Everyone is smiling, happy, and that's contagious. Will definitely return

Quiet location, very nice ambience, comfortable rooms, value for money, neat and clean, very good service although could have been little better, especially during breakfast, the staff wears tees with SMILE printed but the same seems missing. Special shout to Ari at restaurant, she was extremely helpful and always smiling. A great property to stay, opens up to the beach. Water sports available at the beach but remeber to negotiate hard. Restaurants and eateries available across the street along the entrance of the hotel, there is also local shopping at 'Nusamart', a 3 minutes walk from the hotel entrance towards the port which sells everything fro, Soveniers to gift items. Overall an excellent property to stay if you are looking for quite holiday as most of the clubbing and hullabaloo is at Semniyak which is approx 45 minutes drive from the hotel.

We had really great experience in holiday in nusadua specially at kids club. My son, Nomtuu really enjoyed playing with staff, Lia, Diah, Dewi, Ina, and Hera. We had quality time while kids playing with staff. Thank you!

Spiaggia inesistente, con bottiglie di plastica ed altra spazzatura. Il bagnasciuga era praticamente un prato di alghe.

Hard to fault anything at this hotel. Outstanding staff that stay on top of everything. Great size modern rooms. Beautiful pools with swim up bar. Nice sandy beach area with umbrellas & lounges. Huge breakfast selection with dining inside & out. Very much a family oriented hotel with a kids club. As a couple in our 50’s we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We’d seriously consider staying here again when looking at Nusa Dua.

Room was a little small as we had an extra bed but the lounge seat was left in the room aswell..

The staff here are the best. The kids club was the highlight definitely. Diah Hera and Dewi Lia Ina were very kind and so good at taking care of kids. Thank you so much.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and can’t recommend it enough! The biggest highlight for our family was the Kids Club. Our children didn’t want to leave—even after three days! A huge thank you to Dewi, Diah, Lia, Hera, and Iva. They were incredibly kind, gentle, caring, and attentive with our children. Every day they organized fun and creative activities, and our kids were genuinely excited to go back each morning. As parents, it gave us complete peace of mind. Every single staff member we met was warm, smiling, attentive, and genuinely friendly. We even enjoyed chatting with them and learned a few Indonesian phrases thanks to their kindness and patience! The hotel itself is beautiful, spacious, spotless, and very practical for families. Everything is well maintained, and the atmosphere is welcoming from the moment you arrive. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We truly felt at home, and we will definitely be back!

Kids club was great, the kids couldn't get enough! They also loved the movie night with popcorn.The food was also better than I expected for a resort & the pools were so much fun! Having that stretch of beach right there was great as well. Can highly recommend!

Location wise there weren't many good restaurants around outside of the hotel.

Staff is very helpful, breakfast is amazing, beach is clean, room is comfortable, pools are good.

The late checkout fee is 50% of your room price, which is quite expensive.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. My son absolutely loved the Kids Club, the facilities were clean, and all of the staff we encountered were friendly and welcoming. The only significant downside was the swimming pool. We spend a lot of time in the pool when we're on holiday, but this pool was exceptionally cold. Even after just a few minutes of actively playing, my son's lips had turned blue. We tried the pool on two separate occasions and used the different pool areas, but unfortunately they were all far too cold to enjoy. This was especially disappointing as we had booked a pool access room specifically to make the most of the pool facilities. It's such a shame because everything else about our stay was very enjoyable. Unfortunately, the pool temperature is a deciding factor for us, and it would prevent us from returning in the future.

Balinese massage by Yani was fantastic as well as pedicure and manicure. Hotel staff always helpful especially Mike at front desk reception. Away the bartender was excellent with making my cocktails excellent service. My rooms view was amazing as well as the size of the room. Would definitely stay here again when I visit Bali. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Ps breakfast was also fantastic.

The space and facilities

It was a very noisy stay so we didn’t sleep that well. We were in a family room by the main road, the road was noisy with traffic all night. The air conditioning was also noisy.

Hotel is located next to private beach with sunbeds. The pool is nice, also with entrance straight from rooms. Rooms were clean and modern. Beds were big and very comfortable. The food was DELICIOUS. Breakfast is buffet but lunch and dinner is a la carte, but all was amazing- i think best food I had in hotel. Staff was very nice and helpful. After check out we could stay at the beach and pool and take a shower in spa before the evening flight. There are few shops and spas near on the street so you can get all you need. Close to airport, around 20-30 min.

It can get noisy if you get the inner pool room because you hear all sounds from people in the pool and restaurant. There is a lot of kids, so if thats not your thing reconsider.

The staff was amazing, so kind and helpful at all times. The hotel is very clean, not too busy, and it's so pretty and scenic. It was absolutely perfect for our first trip to Bali.

It is a nice resort for families with young kids. Staff was nice. It is not very high end or luxurious resort. Beach isn’t very nice because water recedes during the day. One feedback will be - resort should invest some money in cleaning up the beach. We saw other nearby resorts having staff to cleanup their beaches.

We love the view. We got the interconnecting rooms on level 5 facing the sea, so that was incredible. Paid about $2300 for the 2 rooms altogether excluding breakfast for our 5 nights.

The kids club was quite small and so there are limited play areas & activities that can engage the kids. Had to rely on activities the staff created/planned for.

We had an amazing stay at the resort and couldn't have asked for a better honeymoon experience. Every member of the staff was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and professional. They consistently anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, which made us feel truly cared for throughout our stay. The food was also excellent throughout, with a great variety and consistently high quality service. We would especially like to highlight Ari and Tina for their outstanding service and warm, attentive approach, which made a real difference in our experience. Another wonderful part of our stay was a spontaneous photoshoot with Mika from Photo Leasure. He is an exceptionally talented photographer who made the session relaxed, fun, and effortless with clear guidance. We were amazed by how many beautiful photos he captured in such a short time, and even more impressed that the edited photos were delivered just a few hours later. We highly recommend this resort and would gladly return.

Breakfast was good and the best part was pool and beach access. The room were comfortable and staff was co-operative and friendly.

The breakfast was amazing, with a lot of options. I especially liked that they had a piece of paper where you could mention how you would like your eggs. The beach was also really close.

The TV remote didn't work, and I had to get a different remote by calling the staff.

The Holiday Inn was a great option for a group of friends attending a wedding in Nusa Dua. Great beachside location, very friendly team, comfortable rooms, and good food.

The only feature that impressed us was the Kids Club, which was excellent.

The beach was not clean, and most of the facilities were old and dated. Another disappointment was the restaurant pricing. Be aware that the prices listed on the menu do not include additional charges. A 10% tax and a 10% service charge are added to every bill, meaning you end up paying 20% more than the advertised menu prices.

Bardzo sympatyczny personel, nienaganna czystość, wygodne łóżka, smaczne dania w hotelowej restauracji, ładny basen.

Brudna plaża przed hotelem, pełna glonów i plastiku. Przy wyborze opcji obiadokolacji - brak jest wliczonych w tą cenę napoi.

Everything great!!

We stayed at the Holiday Inn for 6 days in June with our 5 and twin 3 year olds. We all had a fantastic time during our stay. All the staff were wonderfully friendly especially Ina, Lia, Dewi, Diah and Hera at the kids club. Our kids looked forward each day to hanging out in the kids club, playing on the equipment or getting involved in an activity like tie-dye t-shirt making and painting. The food was also excellent. We ate most meals at the resort and the extensive menu meant that there wasn’t ever a lack of options (the Ramen was particularly delicious). Plus the discounts offered at the restaurant meant that the bill when we were checking out was substantially lower than we were expecting! All-in-all the Holiday Inn is a fantastic option for any family and I would stay again.
