Salle de bain , pas de place pour mettre ses produits , lavabo simple. Fauteuil argenté dans la chambre abîmé, pas de frigo . Situé au bord de route , personnel très discret , le monsieur à l’accueil très gentil. Petit balcon triste. Besoin de changer ce qui est abîmé.

Reviewed Sep 14, 2026Met uitzondering van één enkele receptioniste was het personeel enorm vriendelijk. De kamer was hygiënisch, de airco was goed. het ontbijt was oké.
De kamers zijn verouderd en dringend aan vernieuwing toe. De kamers zijn daarnaast heel klein en dus echt niet geschikt voor langere vakanties wegens de zeer beperkte opbergruimte. Het ontbijt was goed, maar wel zeer basis. Een beetje variatie is zeker welkom. Zo waren er wel ontbijtgranen en noten maar geen muesli. De zetels aan het zwembad zijn versleten en doorgezakt. Tenslotte doet het personeel absoluut geen moeite om je langer in je kamer te laten blijven bij een latere vlucht. Het hotel was half leeg bij mijn vertrek, maar toch kon ik niet langer in mijn kamer blijven. Ze stelden voor dat ik mij kon douchen aan de douche aan het zwembad, wat niet zo aangenaam was als vrouw alleen. De oudere receptioniste verbood mij bijna om mijn handdoeken nog wat langer bij te houden om mij af te drogen en liet mij bijna 20 euro borg betalen om een handdoek te huren. Gelukkig had de jongere receptioniste eerder gezegd dat dit geen probleem was. (Zij was echt heel lief!)

Reviewed Sep 13, 2026The girl at reception was amazing and same with men when I arrived early on the day. Very polite and friendly. The beds very comfortable.
Breakfast is very poor quality and offer. Swimming pool was not clean but understand it was a last minute issue (as far informed ). Rooms close to road so noisy at some point. No balcony but expected as it was what was told when booking (pictures). More than 6 people at swimming pool and no chair to everyone and staff refuse to put more.

Air conditioning didn’t work or kept breaking. Being out for hours in the sun and coming into the hotel room and it being the same temperature as outside because the aircon stopped working was incredibly annoying and kept happening multiple times. When booking a taxi to the airport in the early morning the receptionist mentioned he can get his friend to drop me off for a cheaper rate than a taxi, no problem. What was a problem was his friends was either 1. Drunk 2. Too tired to drive, or 3. Wasn’t a good driver. I say this because the 30 minute drive to the airport became a nightmare as the driver kept steering between lanes and driving in the middle of the road, kept driving right up to the back of other cars at high speed and almost hitting them before swerving out the way. Went off the road twice before his Tesla beeped at him to get back on the road. Amongst other things he done this was the most unsafe I’ve ever felt in a taxi (to my knowledge he wasn’t even a taxi driver just some random guy) so I’m incredibly annoyed at the receptionist for this situation

Casa de banho apesar de ter espaço nao tinha bidé e da muito jeito. Também nao tinha um extrator para os maus cheiros ou entao uma janela para abrir depois de usar a sanita ou tomar banho.

The atmosphere was welcoming, the facilities were excellent, and the entire team was professional, friendly, and attentive. A very special mention must go to Beatriz at the front desk, who was absolutely incredible. She was exceptionally kind, helpful, and attentive, always going above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Her warm attitude and professionalism truly made a difference to my stay. She is a fantastic member of the team and a real asset to the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and outstanding service. I will definitely be coming back! 🌟

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Vriendelijk personeel . Had kamer met zeezicht en balkon . Heerlijk . Helaas s’nachts wel muziek van de buren. Het is een mooi goed onderhouden hotel binnen alles blauw met bijpassende tegeltjes. Geen lift aanwezig . Strand dichtbij maar eerst van een heuvel naar beneden lopen . Wel parkeerplaats enigzinds in de buurt van het strand . De strip ligt ook op 25 min lopen . Een heerlijke Italiaan vlakbij. Ontbijt wat is gezien heb voldoende maar is pas om 7.30 uur was voor mij te laat.
Ietwat gehorig Zwembad lijkt me wat klein als alle kamers bezet zijn. Nu was het prima

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026A cama era confortável, a limpeza em geral era boa e o pequeno almoço era satisfatório. Os funcionários são muito prestávéis, simpáticos, atenciosos e disponíveis.
Do quarto mesmo ao lado do balcão da recepção, de onde vinha muito barulho, as portas dos quartos são antiquadas e a zona da piscina é limitada e pequena. Achei um pouco caro para o hotel que é.

Estavam em obras com o hotel lotado, absolutamente ridículo. A piscina estava sempre toda suja. Os quartos entre si não têm isolamento nenhum, era possível ouvir a conversa dos hóspedes do quarto ao lado e toda a gente que passava no corredor. Longe de ser um hotem de 3 estrelas. Pequeno almoço super reduzido. As tomadas não tinham energia suficiente para carregar um simples telemóvel. O A. C. não permitia alterar a temperatura. Enfim, não foi uma boa experiência pelo valor.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026Un bel petit hôtel charmant. Il est bien situé à moins de 5 minutes d’une plage et à 20 minutes du centre-ville pour le night Life et les restaurants. La piscine est très propre, mais les transats et parasols devraient être changés, car il commence à s’effriter.
Il n’avait pas de petit frigo et pas de machine à glaçons.

Peq alm pobre, chapéus piscina com muito desgaste, espreguiçadeira rotas, falta manutenção no quarto, divisória do chuveiro com borracha solta, revistimento da cama com danificado, chuveiro solto da parede, candeeiro da parede com mau contacto. A limpeza do WC feita à pressa. Vários artigos do quarto (móveis) com desgaste visível e com mau aspecto. Embora referisse na recepção estas situações no início da estadia nada foi feito ao longo da estadia.

Reviewed Jul 16, 2026The hotel staff were really friendly and had lots of recommendations for us to go see and restaurants to try which was ideal as we weren't staying in Albufeira for long.
The room was clean but extremely basic with no extra amenities like a tea and coffee set which is normally quite standard in rooms. We had breakfast included in our 2 night stay but it wasn't good, the eggs looked like it was sitting in a small dish for ages, small plate of cut fruit was warm sitting out in the warm room, there wasn't any alternative milks or dairy free yogurts available and when we asked to cancel our breakfast for the next day they said it wasn't possible and only offered us half a bottle of wine which was nice of them but we don't really drink wine and was out for the duration of our stay. The pool was decent but it does sit on the main road which isn't the most relaxing location as you can just hear and see the traffic.

Наявність парковки була. Але в попередньому листі нам не гарантували що буде вільне місце. В моєму розумінні парковочне місце повинно бути закріплене за номером.

Reviewed Apr 13, 2026Funcionários muito simpáticos, ambiente acolhedor. Pequeno-almoço completo. Dá para fazer caminhadas a partir do hotel até às praias da zona e ao centro de Albufeira.
Algo difícil de mudar: dificuldade em relaxar na piscina porque se ouve o ruído do trânsito pois é mesmo junto à estrada principal.
