The Cleaning Crew needs instruction. The bed had a broken leg, spiders and ants in the room. There’s a tiny cement patio, but the door to it is locked. There’s hot water in the shower, but not in the sink.

Reviewed Mar 28, 2023I requested a packed breakfast to eat on the road. A hot breakfast is not ideal for travelling because by the time I eat it, it's cold and not enjoyable. I suggest you give the travelling guest options of the take-away breakfast menu e.g. sandwiches.
1. Install energy globes in the rooms so that during loadshedding, there is light and one is able to work if it is at night. 2. Put shower mats in the showers to prevent slipping and injury.

Reviewed Dec 5, 2022The bed was nice and really comfortable. The guesthouse is located in a quiet suburb and has safe parking on the premises. LED lights are provided for loadshedding, and the breakfast is good.
The room is generally good, but the bathroom is old and the showerhead needs to be changed. The entire bathroom needs to be upgraded. It took over 30 minutes for me to get an iron in the morning, something I wouldn't expect from a guesthouse. They should consider buying more irons.

The rooms had ants, there was no hot water because there’s no generator back up. That information wasn’t provided at check in. We had to use a 5l bottle of water to bath in the sink.

I stay here often and have never had a issue. I understand there are water issues in Polokwane but I had absolutely no water in the evening, lady tried helping but still no water in the evening and in the morning. I was unable to have a quick shower, even though there are water tanks on the property.

No generator. Water supply is linked to electricity. When there's loadshedding, there is no water. No shower etc....The bed and pillows are extremely uncomfortable. We were in room 2 and there was water leaking from the ceiling all night. We could not sleep because of the water droplets. We are shocked that this place is ranked a 4 star....in our view I qualify to be between 1 and 2 star. The manager is just non- shalant about our concerns. I would NOT recommend it to anyone
