Ciutat de Girona

Excellent location just over the bridge from the major sights in the Old City. It was good to be so close, yet to be able to get away from the crowds. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The bed was large and firm, and the air conditioning worked well and was quiet. A really good base for a couple of nights in Girona.

Los chicos de recepción muy atentos cuando nos dieron una habitación de Dos camas cuando habíamos pedido una cama grande, nos la cambiamos sin problema. El desayuno estaba bien.

Lage war perfekt, um alles fußläufig zu erreichen, sehr nettes Personal, die Stadt war toll und wir haben super gut geschlafen.

Camera molto spaziosa e pulita. Personale gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Parcheggio pubblico convenzionato vicinissimo. ottimo ristorante interno

Think Faulty Towers. We had the "best room" that smelt like urine, so they mopped the floors! The lift didn't work for two of our four day stay. There was a coffee offering but no spoons nor milk provided. Not moisturiser nor tissues provided which seemed odd for high end hotel. The door didn't close without pulling it so cleaner would leave it open. Then there's breakfast! Scrambled egg warmer wasn't plugged in so all guests ate cold eggs. Forever asking for food items to be replenished along with coffee cups and plates. Only one floor staff member can n attendance, no chef!

Ein sehr netter Receptionist hat mir seine persönlichen Restaurant Favoriten verraten. Komfortables Bett. Abwechslungsreiches Frühstücksbuffet. Perfekte Lage.

Die Geräusche der abgestellten Klimaanlage (klicken) waren in den frühen Morgenstunden störend. Sonst gibt es gar nichts zu bemängeln.

Las camas, nos han resultado muy incómodas, sábanas tan metidas en el colchón que no se podían abrir y al hacerlo se desarmaba toda la cama... un desastre!!

Great location and a very comfortable bed. Efficient Aircon. Restaurant was good.

Staff appeared unenthusiastic in general. Breakfast was a punchy extra at €20 a head. Few facilities. Lift frequently out of order. A lobby but no other sitting area.

Personal sehr unfreundlich, keine Aufklärung über Service - Wäscheservice verneint, obwohl doch vorhanden. Handtücher nicht in Ordnung. Für ein 4 Sternehotel wenig Leistungen, kein Wasser auf dem Zimmer (bei 37 C), kein Mülleimer. Boden und Einrichtung zum Teil stark beschädigt. Lage und Frühstück hervorragend.

El hotel esta en una ubicacion extraordinaria. El puente de pescadores esta a un minuto y te lleva a todo el casco historico. Es un hotel muy tranquilo y acogedor. Ofrecen un servicio de desayuno y cena muy bueno.

Un hotel bastante confortable, limpio y agradable muy bien situado para visitar la ciudad. Recomendable. Nos tocó una habitación bastante grande y confortable par los tres que somos, aunque con una ventana muy pequeña a un patio muy pequeño. El desayuno muy bueno. La situación es muy buena.

El tema ya mencionado de la ventana que hace que falte luz natural en la habitación de día. Un cuatro estrella aceptable y confortable.

perfectly located hotel in the centre of griona, i've marked down from giving the full five marks, as i) the lift was out of order on a couple of occasions and ii) the rooms probably need a little freshening up. but, otherwise, everything was good; especially the staff on reception. i'd highly recommend girona as a short stay city break.

La camera in cui ho soggiornato era piuttosto vecchia, con il parquet all’ingresso molto segnato, l’anta dell’armadio che non si chiudeva ed era piuttosto logora.

La ubicación fue lo que más nos gustó justo en el centro de Girona y de fácil acceso para disfrutar del Temps de Flors. La habitación súper ordenada y agradable.

Modern hotel in great location near the old town with very helpful staff. My husband needed his medication refrigerated at a certain temperature and they could not have been more attentive to his needs.

Excellent choice, a few steps from the old town. Breakfast was also very nice.

Estive hospedada neste hotel com minha família apenas por uma noite, mas todo o processo, da nossa chegada à nossa saída foi ótimo: recepção atenciosa e prestativa, quarto com ótimo tamanho, cama confortável e internet (Wi-Fi) ótima; banheiro de muito bom tamanho, limpo e com produtos de ótima qualidade. A localização é excelente, muito perto da ponte vermelha que leva à parte medieval da cidade. Estadia maravilhosa. Voltando a Girona, é neste hotel que ficarei novamente. Super recomendo.

Bedroom laminated floor needs replacing as top laminate partly broken causing possible injury. No bin in bedroom. No plugs for bath or sink. Note shower located in bath. Car park very difficult to enter with large car.

The location right next to the old city and the shopping area. The friendly staff, the 24/7 réception, the service in general.

Some furniture and details would need some renewal but nothing major.

The hotel is one block from the river in Girona and close to a bridge that goes directly to the historic part of the city, and minutes walk to the Cathedral, Arab Baths, archaelogical museum and lots of shops and restaurants. We appreciated that the hotel has (paid) parking close by.

The front desk associate asked for my credit card to cover incidental expenses, (like parking), but then charged that card for the entire amount of the stay, which I wasn't expecting.

The location is terrific if you are visiting the old city, close to the train station, lovely plaza filled with options for having breakfast or an afternoon vermouth. The hotel is perfectly nice, just not a lot of character.

De ligging van het hotel is uitstekend en het ontbijt was goed. Het personeel was heel behulpzaam en aardig.

De vloer van de kamer was erg slecht. Het zijl was op verschillende plekken versleten. Ook ontbrak een prullenmand in de kamer. Helaas was er geen inloopdouche. Het restaurant vonden wij iets minder goed.

The reception staff were very helpful and friendly Property was clean and very central

We upgraded to the larger room with the expense of a window. We had two small velux windows for light but we had to go down to the front lobby to check the weather. That and the lack of an outdoor seating area was a bit disappointing.

Location is excellent for walking everywhere in the old town. It’s less hectic than on the other side of the river. The hotel staff are helpful and the hotel is very clean. There is a bar and sitting area for coffee etc. The room was a reasonable size. It was quiet at the hotel and was in a safe area with a nice neighbourhood feel to it.

It was very clean and it’s a modern hotel but some things seemed a bit ‘tired’ - but this wouldn’t put me off from staying again.
