Die gute Lage und man konnte direkt unter dem Hotel parken.

Das Restaurant machte abends erst 20:30 auf.Das ist uns Deutschen zu spät.Wir waren dann im Bistro und das war nur mittelmässig.

Beds were comfortable, but pillows felt synthetic and not to my taste. Staff on Reception were really helpful when we had a car hire issue. Shower was good and I like a bidet in the bathroom.

The room was quute noisy. It overlooked the square, which was nice, but because the double glazing was ineffective, there was occasional noise, and there were loud voices in the corridor at 2am on our last night.

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage und man kann direkt unter dem Hotel parken.Frühstück hervorragend und Abends, im Restaurant in der 8. Etage, hatten wir das Glück und bekamen einen Tisch direkt am Fenster.Essen wie in einem Sternerestaurant und sehr aufmerksame Kellner.

Excellent location, easily get to old town, restaurants, shopping, sightseeing by foot. Breakfast offerings are comprehensive and good. Enjoyed dinners at Indigo, food is delicious. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable top to bottom. Don’t miss this hotel if you visit Girona

Our room was really modern, all good amenities within the room. The bathroom was very clean,modern and had a good powerful shower. Room also has a large room safe, that can fit laptops/larger tablets. Location was excellent for the centre of Girona and a 5 min walk to the train station.

I really could not find and issues with the hotel/room or the location. Perfect location for the centre of Girona.

Overall, the hotel is elegant with nicely decorated rooms. However, there must be dust in the carpet because I woke up every morning with a terrible runny nose. In the bathroom, the silicone has mold spots. On the plus side, the toiletries provided by the hotel are of really high quality. The air conditioning is quiet.

I didn't like the fact that my personal data leaked from the reservation system. The beds were incredibly uncomfortable and abnormally high. The bedding and duvet were too big, making it unclear how to even sleep under them. After two nights at this hotel, I now know how the Princess and the Pea felt... The breakfast was mediocre for a four-star hotel.

We stayed here on a Thursday night and then the following Monday night. The staff remembered us on the Monday which was a nice touch, and were so lovely helping with taxi bookings, luggage storage, early check in, and late check out. Would 100% book here again

Localisation, chambre propre et personnel accueillant. Petit déjeuner varié et de qualité.

La moquette dans les chambres et les tapisseries dans les couloirs donnent une impression d’hôtel un peu vieillissant malgré des chambres rafraîchies.

Het was een ruime luxe kamer met een aparte douche en toilet. Douche was erg goed.Centrale ligging van het hotel is erg prettig, je loopt zo het centrum in. Personeel was erg behulpzaam. Na een lange reis is het top, dat er valet parking is en dat je auto voor je wordt geparkeerd. Volgende dag erg genoten van het zeer goede en uitgebreide ontbijt. Ik kom hier zeker nog een keer terug.

Great location by the train station but a longer walk to the centre of Girona. Probably fine in normal weather conditions but was very hot when we went so harder work.

Spacious room with a big bed. Refrigerator in the room with a big TV. Bathroom was a decent size, and shower had excellent water pressure but it just needed a refresh of the sealant around the tub and a lick of paint on the walls. Location was very good for exploring Girona and getting to and from the bus or train station.

The was a bit of a bad smell around the corridor we stayed on. Bathroom needed a refresh. Air con worked but wasn't that effective as we were still warm in the night.

The room was a bit outdated (our friend who stayed one floor up had a much more modern room). But everything worked and was clean.

Lovely, clean and spacious room with a large window overlooking the plaza. The hotel dominates the square and is an easy walk to the railway station and all parts of town.

Explicación incorrecta de cómo acceder al parking por parte del personal y tuvimos que aparcar lejos del hotel.

Habitación cómoda y limpia, buen sommier, buena insonorización, cuenta con frigobar, caja de seguridad, pava eléctrica con infusiones y agua de cortesía. Cuenta con estacionamiento de pago que a pesar de tener un acuerdo con el hotel es algo caro. El desayuno muy bueno!! Super completo. La ubicación es excelente ya que a unas cuadras está el casco histórico. En general todo muy bien!! Recomiendo el Restaurant Índigo, rica comida y excelente atención!

Die Lage war nicht schlecht und wir waren in circa 10 Minuten im Zentrum. Das personal war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war o. k., das Bad war lieblos

Generell das Hotel sieht in die Jahre gekommen aus. Das Frühstück war schlecht.

La ubicación y la limpieza

Todo muy bien, hasta que tienes un problema. Nos alojamos en el hotel desde el 19 al 22 de julio, la noche del 21 empezó una gotera en la habitación 129. Llamamos a recepción y nos atendió Raúl, quien tardó 25 minutos en subir a la habitación. Al subir nos ofreció una cubitera de hielo, asegurándome que no tenían más habitaciones disponibles. Evidentemente nos negamos a esta solución y nos dijo: “estáis dispuestos a un cambio de habitación” y en menos de 5 minutos subió con las llaves de la habitación 328. Al hacer el check-out solicitamos una hoja de reclamación y la responsable (quien se negó a indicarnos su nombre) seguía indicando que no tenían habitaciones, rellenamos la hoja de reclamación e indican que no entienden la queja si ya nos habían compensado. Sumado a esto la habitación que nos ofrecieron era de una categoría inferior a la contratada y no nos ofrecieron ninguna compensación. Hemos hecho la reclamación formal y esperamos respuesta.

Das Hotel ist modern und die Lage sehr gut. Wir waren von dem tollen Zimmer und der Ausstattungsqualität begeistert. Auch das Restaurant ist hervorragend und mehr als angemessen mit den Preisen. Wir sind mit zwei Hunden und einem kleinen Kind angereist, sofort wurde den Hunden Wasser gebracht und die ganze Familie herzlich Begrüßt. Rundum ein tolles Erlebnis und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Great location, near the Train Station, but close to walk into the centre of Girona. Shops nearby. Staff very friendly and efficient. Great aircon - needed with 35 degrees outside. King-size beds were very comfortable and a great walk-in shower.

Bar prices expensive - but that's hotels.

La ubicación del hotel, está a 10' andando del centro histórico, las instalaciones están cuidadas, se notan los detalles de calidad en todo, el diseño y confort de la habitación, el desayuno está bastante bien, nos permitieron late checkout sin coste alguno. También cenamos en el Rte Índigo y fue un acierto.

El hotel está en un plaza que a veces es lugar de reunión y puede llegar a ser ruidosa. Aunque las moquetas están en buen estado e impecables, a mí particularmente no me convencen por el tema ácaros...

Solo estuve una noche. Buena experiencia, buena atención, cerca de varios lugares por lo que pudimos caminar y ver bastante de Girona.

Staff were unfriendly and English language poor. They simply didn’t do much communicating with the guests.

Hotel muy cercano al céntrico, con parking debajo y una habitación súper confortable con decoración muy cuidada. La cama y la ropa de la misma súper agradable y muy muy cómoda.

Habitación con bañera. La ducha para nosotros es muy cómoda. A pesar de ello el baño es precioso.

Really smart hotel. Good size rooms, very comfortable beds. Dog friendly.

My only criticism was the refusal to allow my dog into the bar area. It was 39 degrees and we were told to sit outside. I understand not allowing dogs in the restaurant area but to refuse entry to the bar is quite poor.
