The rooms and bathrooms are in need of refurbishment and maintenance… The fittings are looking rather dated, and the floor tiles and bathtub in the bathroom are particularly dirty.

Lack of cutleries at the kitchen, Swimming pools need to do maintenance services. Toilet is very narrow and is not suitable for wheelchair users

Great experience, condo De savio units were great, the shuttle service to each part of the resort (breakfast in guest house, water park was fantastic, safari was good also).

Elevators are old but the great was the rapid response of maintenance team (there are 3 elevators but 1 was working during our stay) was not a major issue.

Very close to zoo and water park. The view from the balcony was nice. Parking available. Breakfast was good too (but need to drive over)

Overall okay je stay kat sini. Cuma aircond dalam bilik agak bising sampai kami akhirnya tak on langsung masa tidur. Breakfast pula agak jauh dari hotel. Yang ni salah kami juga sebab tak sempat check dulu sebelum booking. Lepas tu ada sedikit kekeliruan pasal waktu breakfast. Mula-mula receptionist beritahu kami kena datang pukul 9.00 pagi, sedangkan kami dah plan nak check out awal. Bila tanya receptionist lain, rupanya boleh je datang lebih awal. Harap lepas ni semua staf tak limitkan waktu untuk breakfast.

Just a little thing, a frame that depicted a temple in my rented room, kinda have mixed feelings about it as I'm a muslim

Breakfast is very simple. If you are vegetarian , there is not many option for you. Room is spacious as we would like to have , a little too old which we couldnt see from the photo. Clean but old.

There is broken lift. The card slot for the room was broken one day, there is no telephone for us to contact lobby , which is located in another building. No one to help us, we knocked doors to see if the other guest could lend us thir hotel room phone to call lobby for help . Luckily there was a guest who helped us , otherwise we had to walk to another building (10 mins walk ) at 11 pm at night . Shuttles are not always available .

Breakfast was good! Room was big and maintained well! Scenic Surroundings were good to enjoy!

Kids were not happy since Netflix was not available and limited TV channels available. Kids play area or gaming zone would have kept them occupied.

Cons - unit looks old - no utensils provided, only small cups like those in hotel - no washing machine - no convenient store

Comes with private pool and the a famosa zoo experience was not too bad.

The jacuzzi pool was very dirty and unkept, tiles were broken. It was one of the reason why I booked the property, but was disappointed by its condition. One of the bedroom has the aircon condenser right outside the room, which is very noisy, and the ceiling aircon blows out many dead insects directly on the bed. As a result, me and my daughter had to sleep in the living room using the sofa. Staff didn’t rectify the issues after feedback. The water theme park was also closed due to fasting month.

The air conditioning unit was ancient,the one in the master bedroom leaked. It was loud. Not enough power outlet. The one next to the bed in the master bedroom was broken.There was a gaping hole in the kitchen where the air conditioning unit was installed.No crockery(spoons at least) were provided.On checkout day at ten,there was power failure and we had to call the staff(fortunately the response was immediate).One of the tiles in the master bedroom was loose. The condo looked a bit dated.

Spacious room and value for money. The breakfast buffet has variety of food. My child enjoyed giving fish food at only RM1 per pack near the breakfast venue.

The fruits station during breakfast buffet has flies. So let down to me bcs I love fruits. I hope they will take extra precautions to prevent flies. The hotel rooms are a bit old but clean.

Value for money. The balcony faces a golf field which is a beautiful early morning view. The beds are comfortable. The apartment is spacious and fairly clean.

The staff in the reception during check in and the staff during breakfast are not friendly . No WiFi provided. The road entering the villa are so dark.

Very disappointing stay. We stayed for 2 days 1 night and encountered serious hygiene issues. There were a large number of ants at the car park area and also crawling on the toilet wall. We even found a centipede inside the unit. On top of that, there were many mosquitoes and I ended up with multiple bites on my arms and legs. The experience was extremely uncomfortable. What made it worse was the service. We tried contacting the Booking app customer service but received no response. When we went directly to the reception to complain, instead of apologizing, we were questioned about why we did not inform them earlier. This is not the way to handle guests. Very poor hygiene standards and unacceptable customer service. Definitely not worth the stay.

The buffet breakfast at the Golf Terrace, the Safari Wonderland, the Freeport Outlet were great 🥰

The accomodation at D’ Savoy was good except that the surrounding was too lonely. Having a security staff or reception staff at the groundfloor counter will add friendliness to the surrounding😂

I like the greenery and secluded place where we are all away from. The city noise. The appartment was well managed and can accommodate more than 6 pax comfortably.

The night walk path can be better and safe with lights
