The staff were very courteous and very helpful with recommendations where to go for dinner and help with airport transportation. The room was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.

It could have been fatal if nobody realise that. The staffed apologized, but that didn't fix the issue. Very disappointing.

Food quality is very good. The in-property restaurant has been recently remodeled and the new concept looks and feels a bit more upscale. Very good property in a great location. Will come back again very soon :)

Reviewed Aug 6, 2024I was surprised to see that all were so nice + professional, without being fake about it like I often see it at Marriott hotels, where employees are sooo nice...you know they're overboard about it and feels "platiquee". The bed was SO comfortable, pillows were delicious, and food was good for breakfast buffet, and really good for lunch/dinner, especially the shrimp salad....Mmmm
