Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Schneller Check In Leckeres Frühstück mit tollem Service Am 1. Tag war das warme Frühstückt kalt, nach Reklamation wurde am nächsten Tag darauf geachtet, dass alles warm ist. An der Bar atemberaubende Aussicht nach Queretaro City, Snacks & Cocktails sehr lecker und der Ober wahnsinnig aufmerksam. Via Uber in 10 Minuten in Downtown oder man läuft 1 Stunde am Fluss entlang und anschließend durch eine schön angelegte Siedlung. Netter Pool Sehr gut eingerichtetes Gym
Suit 822 ist zur Bergstraße hin und daher sehr laut, wir kommen wieder aber mit Zimmer zur Pool Seite hin.

Reviewed Jul 23, 2026Our room was super comfy and clean. We had a nice view as well. We didnt swim in the pool because it was always too busy. The food and drinks at the resturant and little shop on the property are super expensive, but there is a gas station 1 block away and you can uber eats. Hotel shuttle is really good and the property is also withing a 5 min walk to the nearest metro and a 10 min walk to another metro and the LAX/Metro Transit centre where you can catch buses to Santa Monica for $1.25 per person, or get the metro to downtown LA and Hollywood.

No me gustó es qué al llegar dejé un boucher abierto para consumos por $5000 y sólo consumi más o menos la mitad y me dijeron me bonificaban y a la fecha no lo han echo ya mandé un mail y no contestan!!

Es abusivo y siendo que ibamos a un evento con muchos cuartos reservados en ese hotel. Ninguna consideración. Solo pagando nos daban el cuarto. El personal de recepción fue grosero. No volveré a este hotel

The hotel is clean, elegant, welcoming, its facilities like the gym , pool and terrace are awesome. The food at the restaurant is marvelous ! I tried the pastor octopus and what an amazing quality. Also, cocktails are fantastic. Hilton Querétaro is for sure a hotel we always want to come back to when visiting Querétaro. Thanks for the great service and attention you have been giving to us.

Sería bueno que especifiquen sus promociones porque tenían mucha publicidad sobre el 2x1 en el bar y casi ningún destilado entraba en la promoción.

I called the hotel directly to at least change the dates and they denied and charged us the stay, even though I explain the situation and had Expedia call aswell. Very disappointing. I understand their are rules and restrictions but their are case by case when you can provide proof of the situation

Creo que como están en cambio de Hilton a Diamante el personal es nuevo y el servicio es pésimo, enviaron mi factura a otra persona y mal, adicional con mis datos personales y no pidieron ni disculpas . El desayuno es pasable pero el servicio de omelet y quesadillas es dependiendo del chef que esté puede ser tu huevo carbonizado o tal cual lo pediste así que es cuestión de suerte. Cómo está en remodelación por las mañanas es ruidoso

We had many problems first the air conditioner was broken, it got changed and was again wrong then. We got a water leak and the sealing fell and flooded the room and then when we got changed room and the shower was drops of water and cold

Reviewed Apr 28, 2024El hotel está en remodelación, no hay señalización para llegar, es el Hilton pero no le han cambiado letreros, el elevador no funciona bien; y aunque la señorita de recepción fue amable, ella está junto a un guardia echado en una silla con una bocina bluetooth, no se siente cómoda la estancia, tampoco hubo quien se acercara para ayudarnos con maletas. La habitación asignada es para personas con silla de ruedas, es amplia pero con vista a un muro.
